I bought my truck from freeway Ford on Jan 28, 2020. There was some mechanical issues with it in October 2020 and I brought it in. Under warranty the problem was resolved 2.5 months later. Granted it was inconvenient to not have my truck for 2.5 months they seriously took the best care of me. During this time the service staff could not have been better. They seriously have top notch guys in their service department and would bring it back there 100%. The sales department on the other hand. My goodness! I spoke to the gentleman who sold me the truck back in January and he’s like let’s get you into something new but we have to wait for the truck to be fixed so we can refund the extended warranty otherwise Ford has to pay the fixes (smart business move I get it) so we waited and it ended up being much longer than expected but I would text him and another sales guy about trucks I’m interested in and literally telling these guys I will buy another truck from you but they would never follow up. I put them in a group chat together and explained my business doesn’t feel important and I feel neglected and that got a response finally saying he will look into it right away in the morning and guess what...never got a text back. Why do I have to be reaching out to you to put this sale into action? Since then I’ve never replied as I feel I shouldn’t have too and frankly I just feel disrespected and that’s a bummer if that’s the training style that’s put into place. Anyway that’s my experience with this dealership. If you aren’t the GM of this location or the owner don’t bother reaching out. You have my number if you want to chat more on it.

never ever ever buy a used car from here! Worst mistake ever. I've purchased many used vehicles in my lifetime, and never have I felt so disrespected and abused. Sold me a lemon. I Wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

I purchased my Ford Edge at this dealership. I appreciated the sales process and really like the vehicle. Having regular service done here is a different story. I don't blame the service managers or the technicians. The process, however, is very flawed. You cannot schedule regular service. You have to show up and take your chances that there are not several vehicles ahead of yours. The key is to get here very early in the morning... Or so I thought! I arrived this morning at 7:15. The service rep told me they wouldn't be able to start for about 15 minutes because they didn't have techs in yet. This is the worst service process I have ever experienced. I cringe every time I need an oil change (I purchased a service contract when I bought the car). I really question whether I will purchase another vehicle here because of this faulty service process.

I had my car oil change today. Staff was super nice. The girl at the front desk was very very nice and friendly. I can't remember her name. Service guy came over and gave me the key and thanked me. His name was Nick. He walked me out. Opened the door for me. I was very impressed with his customer service. Nick was very pleasant and soft spoken. Nick thank you very much for such a great service and treatment.

I received a quote from a local service shop for some overdue repairs needed on my car. The price seemed outrageous so I took my car to this dealership and received a quote that was more than 20% LESS! AND all of the new parts they put on my car came with a factory warranty. Talk about piece of mind! The dealership is not more expensive! It is a myth!

I knew my car needed some more than minor repairs, and I first took it to a general repair shop in my neighborhood. They quoted me over $1,000 for the work I needed done, so I decided to get a price from this dealership. Not only were they about 20% less, but I received factory warranty parts and had the labor done by certified technicians. Service at a dealership is NOT more expensive! And the customer service was outstanding!

I was talking to a salesman over email and he told me i was able to get a special which was 3000 over KBB and 500 dollar visa if i went in there and sold my vehicle to him. He also said that he would go by KBB pricing instead of other pricing. I drove all the way there because this person emailed me telling me he could do all of this stuff for me and i get there and he has his boss drive it and gives me the keys and says sorry we cant help you out at all and we wont give you the special either. So I drove 45 minutes to a dealership where an employee told me he would help me do something and didn't t follow through with it at all it was the worst customer service i have every had. I felt like it was a joke and felt spit on.

Bought a used Ford Explorer 2010 and the right rear wheel wheel bearing assy need to be replace after purchase. At time of purchase we where offered a extended warranty coverage. Lincoln the person who was checking us out on the paperwork, reviewed the the extended warranty with my wife and myself. I asked specifically if the wheel bearing are covered and looked at the document and said said. Today I found out it is not covered. Called Lincoln and he said sorry about that, he now claims he would not have said that. I offered to compromise, he rejected any offerings. He said sorry and that it. They will leave you to fend for yourself and will not be accountable for what they say... Do not believe a word they tell (verbal) you and good luck reading the warranty exclusions and small print. Kim was great to work with on the financial side helping me get approved for a loan with Ford motor credit. Belive me when I tell you that was no small feat. I also really enjoyed meeting Saad he was very helpful and a great source of information. He was able to answer all my questions about the focus. He even showed me how to sync my phone to the car before I left. All and all it was a great experience for me at freeway ford. Thanks to Brian Ward who was our salesman. He approached us as we we're just going to take a look at some of the 2015 Ford Explorers and then of course we purchased one. The day we went to pick it up Brian was very helpful in ensuring we new how to run and operate our new technology and what fun. He even stayed late so we could pick it up :0) We only had a minor inconvenience, we noticed the next day after picking up our new 2015 Explorer Limited that the windows we're horrible & they still had the rings on the windows from the factory! We called Brian and he apologized and said bring it back and we will take care of it. So we did, but Brian was not there that day(Thursday) 5-21-15), so someone else helped us along with all the Managers. After 2 more cleanings we finally drove away with clean windows, Thanks! I first went to Freeway Ford initially to test-drive as I was not planning on buying a car for a few more months, but Debra showed me the great 2014 models that Freeway Ford had left and I test-drove the Ford Focus SE and I fell in love immediately! Deb pointed out all the great features that the Ford had to offer and the eco-friendly materials used for the car and I loved the feel and look of the car overall.Deb was very patient and understanding when I first said I wasn't going to buy a car for another few months but she called the next day to offer me a great deal and I was sold! Being my very first car purchase as a college grad and current graduate school student- it was a huge deal to me. But Debra and Matthew in Finance were extremely helpful and patient with me and made the experience enjoyable and easy to follow. They also gave me a great deal for my trade-in and I was very happy with their trade-in offer- this was one of the fastest car deals I've ever seen.Absolutely top-notch service and great people!

New Ford Focus 2014, the salesman John Rotter was professional and awesome - he picked out the right car for me and worked with the finance personnel to gather me the best possible deal. I think I got a fair trade in amount with my 2008 Ford Escape. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! The added rebates helped when financing. Also, Matt and Jorge in Finance - both excellent and all very professional. They listened to my concerns and have answered all my many many questions by taking the time to listen to me. Very impressed. My salesperson Bob Petti was very knowledgeable and had an honest and likable delivery style. High pressure may still work in the car business on some people, but it certainly doesn't work on me and if I receive that experience I will leave and never come back. I never felt that dealing with Bob. I think as a whole, buyers are tired of the whole new/used car "game". In fact I could have easily not bought a car if that is what I had faced. In my case, this car is not essential. If getting a price and the whole shopping process became too troublesome, I would not have bought the car. Give me the facts, give me a fair price, make it quick and I am in. Make it as painless as possible.

Luke was extremely helpful. I had visited other dealerships before going to Ford that were trying to put me into a car I did not want for a price I did not want to pay. When I got to Ford, Luke listened to what I wanted and committed to finding a car that was within my price range and did not try to push me into anything that I did not want. As a customer who was giving up their previous dream car (mercury mariner) that is no longer made, that was very important to me. Trading my car in was an anxiety filled and hard process because I wanted the closest thing to it that I could find and Luke helped me to get there with all the extra bells and whistles included! I can't speak highly enough about Luke and what fantastic customer service I received.

Brought my 2004 f150 in to Quicklane for an oil change. Initial person said it would be an hour. I wasn't crazy about that time, but meandered around the dealership for 40 minutes, when I came back to check on status, they hadn't even started. I was very unhappy. I mentioned it to Ken who I think was in charge. He tried to squeeze me in, but realized it was not going to happen in the 1 hour estimated. Instead of making excuses or continuing to extend the process, he simply apologized and told me the oil change was on him. I came back first thing the next day, Ken remembered me and took care of everything, fast and quick. Things happen and don't always go the way you want, I appreciated Ken acknowledging the value of my time and handling the situation in a positive way. Thanks

My husband and I bought a car through this dealership. We brought our car home right away. The next morning I took the car to put gas in it and it went nuts. The gauge of the fuel tank was moving around all over and the lights were dimming. We called the dealership and they told us to bring in the car the next morning to have it fixed on them. This was a Saturday morning. We dropped the car off and they set us up with a loaner. We informed them that the loaner would not fit our size family. They stated that it was all they had and our car would be fixed by Tuesday. Well we call service Tuesday and hear nothing back until the afternoon. They did not even look at the car and they have to send it to another dealership to fix as they do not service Saturns. I informed them and worked with the general manager that I needed a bigger loaner due to my family size. They switched out my loaner later that day, yet when I got the loaner it had no gas and a low tire. So my husband and I took care of that and waited to hear on our car. Weds. Evening we finally hear from the other dealership who is fixing our car that it was a problem with the battery and they fixed it and our car would be ready for pick up Thursday. Thursday we get a call that our car was at freeway ford and they were going to check it one more time before we could pick if up. We get a call a couple of hours later that they are sending the car back for more repairs and it's going to take more time. My husband and I asked several times when we bought the vehicle if it was fully checked out. The salesman stated yes. I find that was a lie now as not only were we told that the problems with the car would have been detected if they had it checked out to begin with but also the fact that they don't even service that brand of car they have to send it elsewhere so how could they check it fully out? So be warned the cars there are NOT fully checked out. We were also astonished that it took them 2 days to determine a bad battery and then did not fix the problem that we brought it in for in the first place which was the gas gauge. The general manager is terrible, he states they are doing everything they can to get the car fixed, yet I have never seen it take 5 days to fix these types of problems. He and the service department never have their stories straight and really seem to not care about the situation. My advice to anyone looking to buy a car here is to run like your hair is on fire!!! Again this is just coming from a couple still waiting to get the car they purchased a week ago back.

Yesterday evening I decided to contact this dealer to express interest in a car listed and asked two very straight forward questions. I received an email at around 11 am today from one of their sales associates who referenced a phone call they "made" to me that was never received and no voice mail left. They neglected to answer my questions in that email. After attempting to call and not getting them on the line I responded asking that we schedule a time for a quick call (I was at work) and that they respond to my questions from my original email in the meantime. Without further email response I received a call from the sales person but luckily was able to answer. I repeated my questions for a third time, and after dancing around the answer they finally responded to one question (no, the car isn't actually priced like it is listed online). I then asked for her to provide a starting price based on the offer I was interested in. She kept trying to change the subject, asking me if I wanted to test drive, asking me how much I wanted to put down, even at one point telling me something I didn't ask for regarding financing couldn't be done, etc. Finally she realized I was looking for a specific answer before continuing, she said she'd run the numbers and get back to me shortly. I asked her to please leave a voice mail with that information if I was unable to answer as I was at work. Four hours later she still hadn't responded with the information she was "going to get back to me shortly." I decided to call back and ask for a Sales Manager to see if I could get an answer. After having my call redirected by someone a very rude woman answered the phone with simply a "Hello?" which surprised me as I expected at least something of an "Hello, this is..." I responded, "Uhhh Hello?" To which I received a very rudely toned "Who is this?" At which point I hung up. I'd be fired for answering an outside phone call this way at my job, if it was truly a sales manager I was connected to this is a very poor reflection of the type of business they run. Short version, prices listed are misleading and they wouldn't give me any pricing over the phone and both individuals I interacted with were very unprofessional. Not a great first impression.

I was able to drop my car off in the morning and get a courtesy ride to work (I work close to the dealership). They performed my 60,000 mile service during the day, and then picked me up after work to get my car. Very Convenient! I didn't need one of the usual 60K items done, so that saved me a bit off the bill as well. I've had all my maintenance done at Freeway Ford. Great staff and service.

I live in Fargo and recently purchased a used vehicle from Freeway Ford in Bloomington which I found on their website. I worked with Saad initially over the phone and he was very responsive to my questions. I had a friend that lives near the dealership schedule a test drive to scout the vehicle out for me. Saad was extremely helpful in setting that up around my friends schedule even though this meant he needed to share this sale with a coworker in sales due to a conflict in his schedule. Duane picked it up at that point and was great to work with during the test drive and making the sale over the phone. Freeway Ford was fair in their price and the sale went smoothly. As an "out of towner" they even helped me pick up the vehicle by having Saad shuttle me to the dealership after I was able to catch a ride on a business trip to downtown Minneapolis. Saad was friendly, professional, and made the car buying experience a breeze. I would recommend Freeway Ford to anyone that's in the car market...Thanks guys!

The service received at this facility was prompt, friendly, thorough, and done at less than the expected cost. Hours are convenient and so is their overall set-up. I could work in their waiting area, internet was easily accessed, and there were also refreshments, magazines, comfy chairs, and a TV with controller. I love their website and the option to schedule service there in detail and with multiple time options. The subsequent follow-up was absolutely wonderful. They also were very informative both before and during/after the service visit. Even though out of my way, I will definitely return here. I felt like I could trust this place, and that they were very honest, not pushy or trying to sell something unnecessary.

Quick Lane isn't so quick. Seems the mechanics would rather sit in the air conditioned office than work on your car. Yet they can be heard complaining that they are making no money. Been going to this dealership for many years. Many staff changes lately, especially with mechanics and service writers in Quick Lane. Not sure why. I have always been satisfied with the quality of repairs here but parts pricing is very high, typically 3 times higher than Ford OEM parts can be purchased for elsewhere. Written estimates seem to mean little. I have never had final service price paid be anywhere near the written estimate price quoted before the work was started.

Freeway Ford went out of their way to make sure that my wife and I left with the right vehicle. We had sights focused on an Edge and Anthony was very helpful showing us the opinions they had and we decided on a Limited Edge. A day or two after my wife and I were conflict we should of got an explore so we could of avoid having to have two car payments when we needed something bigger. A few days later Freeway Ford was more then helpful and will to let us change our minds and they took the Edge back and we are now completely satisfied with our New Used Explore. Worst customer service ever. Wanted to look and test drive a truck. Sales woman asked questions to determine whether or not I was going to buy that day, which I wasn't. As soon as she realized I wasn't buying that day, she said I have an appointment and left. My son knew more about the truck than she did and wouldn't even open the door so we could lock inside. I have never been treated so badly at a dealership. Your loss lady as I'm buying soon but not from you!

I live 100 miles from this dealership. I found a SUV/Hybrid I wanted to look at and set up test drive via internet 4 days before the appointment. My appointment was confirmed with sales person. Then got phone call requesting a $500 down payment to hold the vehicle as so many people were "looking" at it. I accepted this and we went through with the down payment to hold the vehicle for my appointment--vehicle is now considered not for sale according to them. Major winter storm hits with ice and 10" snow the day before. MN Dot has dangerous road conditions, state troopers saying it is the worst in the metro in 25 years. I try to make the appointment but VERY BAD roads force me to turn around. I call the sales lady and she can't figure out why I couldn't make it or maybe I could later in the day.....unbelievable--was she watching the news with what was going on in the metro area.......she must have never ventured outside the metro area. Tell her I would like to reschedule for 3 days later. Get told they can't hold the vehicle 3 days and they would refund my $500. Now I know why I don't like dealing with metro area business' on big ticket items.....they just don't get it.

I am the owner of a 2003 Ford Taurus and have had it serviced at Freeway since I bought the car. Economically times are tough and I would love to get a new car but I just cannot afford the monthly payment right now. So, took it in last week for a winterizing visit to the Quick Lane and I know that I have an oil leak(oh the smell). So, the care was done but...had to go to the regular service department and saw those guys yesterday(11/10/13). Dropped the car off with Oly and a few hours later he called and stated that they could not find the leak and put some dye in the oil and he told me drive it for 400 miles or so and bring it in to see where it is coming from. The best part of it all, even though Oly has tremendous customer service skills....he ran my car thru the wash and there was no charge for the day. What??? No service charge!!!That is amazing customer service and how honest treatment is why I have used your service department since I bought the car. Great immediate service when looking at the Ford Fusion we were interested in, even though it was right before close on a Friday. Sales person had car pulled up and ready for us in the morning when we came in to see it again/take it for a test drive. The car itself was fine, so we started the negotiation process. We agreed on a price, interest rate, monthly payments, and a few repairs decently even though they cycled two different people in addition to the sales person in front of us. When everything was "agreed upon," we waited almost an HOUR for the papers and NOBODY paid attention to us. All staff scattered and let us just sit in the office the entire time. FINALLY someone said we were next for papers AFTER we asked directly. HOWEVER, the person came out and called for ANOTHER person in line before us. So more waiting. We were livid, since it takes about 20 minutes for the first part of that process, and can take up to an hour for each deal. When we finally met with someone, she waltzed across the entire showroom for five minutes before "finding" us. When she sat down, she told us the car was "as is" and had hail damage. This was news to us, as the sign on the car had the 30 day/1000 mile warranty box checked and NOBODY had said ANYTHING about hail damage. We demanded to see what they were talking about and were brought to our car, which had been cleaned up. Without the dirt, the damage was everywhere. They refused to drop the price for the damage AND told us that they were not going to be able to get the agreed upon interest rate. We were done. Walked out. Would NOT recommend this place for ANYTHING. They are poor service, quality, and trust all around. Awful.

We brought our car in for warranty service at Freeway Ford since they're the closest Ford dealer to our home even though we didn't buy our car from them. There were a few build issues with our car and Freeway Ford was not willing to help. They claimed that the noise we heard in our steering is normal, claimed than an incorrectly installed door trim panel was acceptable and claimed that there was nothing wrong with our rattling headliner and that we would just have to live with it.I have since taken our car back to the dealer where we bought it and all of these issues have been resolved under warranty. I had a bad experience with the New Car Sales Staff at Freeway Ford when we were shopping for our car but decided to give them a chance for Service business since they're so close to where we live. I will never go back to Freeway Ford.Sandy was courteous and friendly but since Freeway Ford wouldn't help us I can only assume that she wasn't helping us since she was our Service Writer.

I purchased a 2003 Explorer a couple of months ago. We test drove it with a salesperson in the middle seat. The AC was on to test and she commented that it worked great. Unfortunately, when we purchased it we found the rear AC didn't work at all. We had only purchased the drive train warranty so the AC is not covered. The Explorer has been in another FORD shop the last 3 weeks. So far they have rebuilt the transmission, rear end, front seals, a wheel bearing,gone over the transfer case and replaced the radiator. They still aren't done repairing it. I am extremely disappointed with our purchase.

Have only gone to a Ford dealer. They have the best! My wife only liked Fords as well. She grew up in Austin, MN, and only went to the Ford dealer there. The TV commercials for Fords are OK to watch as well. Not the dirty commericals the other brands show. They are dirty and stupid to see. And should be banned from commericals for at least a year. I am glad that Ford keeps up the good work.

The repairs were done more than 2x faster than another dealership quoted me. I was given a shuttle ride back to work and picked up when the repairs were finished. The employees were extremely friendly, attentive, and service oriented. My only complaint is- I got a quote for replacing a part on my hatchback window and it was extremely expensive for parts and labor. This should not be a hard repair. Instead of getting the 1 part I need, I would have to buy a whole kit. Seems silly. I will be looking for another way to have it done for a reasonable price. Overall they were friendly and speedy and I had a great experience.

Sandy the service rep was EXCELLENT COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE. Delivery driver don't remember name EXCELLENT. Am very disappointed with the $100 deductible after having the one year warranty and the EXPENSIVE long term extended warranty. Even with warranties, the customer still PAYS. The towing is also disappointing. Will submit to Ford for reimbursement. I have only owned this vehicle for about 8 months. My 2010 Ford Fusion's battery gave it up after 3 years and I managed to get it started. I called up Freeway Ford and they said bring it in.......without an appointment I brought it in and they diagnosed the problem as the battery, replaced it and I was on my way.

While out on test drive we had to stop for gas. While putting gas in the car Rob stood by the pump smoking, then when he got back in the car he made the car reek of cigarette smoke. When I'm going to spend $30k on a car I'm going to test drive my way. I had a detailed list of items to evaluate on the car and instead the whole time we were out Rob kept trying to rush me back to the dealership, probably so he could have another cigarette. So then I took him back so I could either continue the test drive by myself or so he could find someone else. He was not willing to do that but instead continued rushing me and preventing me from properly evaluating the car.Then once we returned to the dealership I was sitting in my car making notes about the car on my evaluation sheets and I overhear him complaining about me to another employee while they're both out having a cigarette. I will be calling the sales manager to complain about his service.I only ended up being stuck with Rob because Tim was too busy and not willing to help me when I came in.

Very friendly and competent staff. The facility was filthy. The waiting area was crude and dirty. The mens restroom was sickening from the soiled floor to the urine corroded partitions. The garage area was in dire need of a clean up. The counters and railings were old and pock marked. My for Taurus SHO looked out of place in that shop. If this dealership ever hopes to draw a high quality customer it better start looking like a high quality vendor.

FWF worked with me to replace a 7-month old tire that was purchased from and installed by the dealer 7 months previously. Although I did not have road hazard coverage, they did their best to replace and install a new tire at minimum cost. They also found some burned out bulbs that were replaced. The service department at FWF is a very good shop. They work very hard to satisfy their customers.

Water Spots, smudges, interior armorall smears on leather, video screen not cleaned, and what appears to be a long scratch by the rrear driver tail light by possibly a belt buckle was over looked. The console was fingerprinted and dirty. If a car is being detailed as it is sold it should of been perfectly clean with 78.9 miles or not! That wwas the only complaint I had. Detailers should be trained better or fired! Barry did ssay he was going to call me back & still waiting? Other wise he was very personable and workable.

Just had to bring my vechicles in for a factory recall. As always Scott was there to check me in and even took my escape for a quick ride around the block because I have been hearing a squeaky noise when I was driving. Turns out to be my shocks, which Scott said they can wait for a bit to be replaced. I will have the the shocks and spark plugs replaced when I take the car in for the rest of the recall work when the parts arrive. No pressure and always great service from Scott and his team.

Dean was very helpful in helping me deal with the difficult decision of fixing my current car (est $1,650) or going forward with the purchase of a new car (I was planning to purchase a new one in October). Dean introduced me to Bill C. and after a couple hours I decided to purchase a new car at this time, and not repair the current car. These difficult decisions were made easy by the helpfulness and professionalism of both Dean and Bill. My faith in Freeway Ford was validated once again...(customer since 1979 (Fairmont purchase). I was having a problem with the rear brakes on my '08 F250. Dean Gustafson, the service advisor, had a technician identify and repair the problem and replace all bad parts in a very timely manor. Dean also arranged to have me dropped off and picked up at my home while the repairs were made. Everything about the entire experience went smooth and was handled efficiently and professionally. Dean and the technician performing the repairs did an exceptional job! This experience prompted me to bring my daughter in the following week to look at, drive, and purchase a new Ford Focus. Every time I've taken my vehicle to Freeway Ford, I've experienced great customer service. My only complaint would be that, as it was such a nice day, instead of waiting inside in the waiting room for my car, it would have been more pleasant to have been able to wait outside. Perhaps a picnic table or something similar would be a nice addition outside during the warmer weather months.

The oil and filter change went perfectly,and in the end it only cost us $10.00 more than the $19.95 coupon. What a letdown. But what the hell, Valvoline Rapid Oil change would have cost us $45.00 for the same service. We are cash poor residents of Bloomington and cannot afford any of those extras. Mike & linda Deutsch Bye the way, we love Freeway Ford, they have treated us well in the past, and I am hopefull that they will treat us well in the future. Additional charges to the side. I believe that the oil change should have been $19.95 as the coupon described. If you are going to add labor and fees then add it to the coupon for that total price of $29.95.

Overall we have never had an major issues. Sometimes though we take our vechiles in for one thing and the find out they need a bit more work. We both have older fords with no car payment so the extra cost is usually do to that. Overall, the service and workmanship is great. Thanks.

I do ALL my vehicle maintenance here. On this visit I needed only an oil change which had been purchased last Fall in a package. I asked them to note the conditions of the brakes because I thought they would be due for future service. After the initial inspection, the service advisor told me that I need more maintenance on more than just brakes. I was shocked at the estimated cost he gave me. The brakes alone he estimated at $800. The price listed on the wall in the service office is $149 per axel. Where does the $800 figure come from? In addition, he suggested shocks & struts with estimates of $780 rear and $580 front. There were other minor maintenance issues also. I asked for any maintenance discounts for any needed repairs and was told there are no discounts. In prior service visits, the advisor usually finds me a maintenance special coupon or discount. I see how much you appreciate my business! So much for being a loyal customer! I got opinions and estimates from other maintenance facilities. For the first time, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for maintenance. I'll only return for the final oil change I already paid for in the package.

I stopped in after an oil change to ask about a problem with the sync system. He got me in right then and there and had the shuttle bring us to McD's while then looked at the car. About 30 min later they came to get us and said it was all fixed. It works great and it was so great to not have to come back later for another appointment since I was already there. Bad battery discovered during oil change - had to push hard to get warranty coverage. A vehicle less than 2 years old with a bad battery? A paid extended warranty from your dealership and I have to argue about battery replacement warranty? Service would not drive my wife home when the vehicle had to be kept another hour for battery test. Apple & Shakopee Ford have given us free loaner vehicles for service issues, and we bought from you and can't get a ride. That's sad.

I now have to wait for my 18" new tires (4); dealership thought my Edge was 17" - I will be going back on Wed. (2/22) to have the 18" New Tires installed. I would like to have a lifetime rotation on all tires, BUT ALSO ADD THE "HAZARD PACKAGE" included on these 18" expensive tires (to help cover the added inconvenience of returning to the dealership again). Originally, my visit on Monday, 2/20 was for a 37,500 mile check-up, oil change, and the install of the FOUR new tires. Pls. consider the upgrade for lifetime rotation and HAZARD PACKAGE. They failed to fix a problem during warranty period on multiple attempts and then when warranty period expired (even though I purchased best warranty offered) it was now my problem. Terrible service experiance throughout my warranty period and the staff (other than when I was buying) had no understanding of what a customer is. They do not want your business period. Mike Umlauf and the new sales manager should be fired. There are too many unemployed people who could do a better job out there. They also refused to give me any info on who their management was to get a better understanding on the issue. Pathetic is all I can say

This dealership is top notch. They always explain what is wrong with my car and how they can fix it. Then they fix it in a timely manner and it stays fixed. They are always considerate and treat me, as a woman, with respect and they never talk down to me as some repair shops have in the past. I have bought my last three cars from Freeway Ford and will also buy my fourth when the time comes.

brought my truck in for service 6 weeks after buying the truck from freeway ford,had some recall work done,rear end seals replaced and checked on the nocking sound(slap in the pisten)also asked them the check on the power steering pump cause it winds all the time,everything was fixed except they never even looked or said anything about the power steering pump witch is still making the noise.........the problem that I have is that now I have to bring it in again and pay more money,not very good costumer services if you ask me.....payed way to much for this truck after finding out whats wrong with it and now they just want to suck my out of some more money.I do think they should look at my truck again at no charge but they keep telling me I have to pay a nothing 60 for them to found out whats wrong

We really appreciated the friendliness and competent service we received from Jim Alexander and Sales Mgr. Doug _________. The car was serviced and all ready to go as promised on Saturday morning. Jim took lots of time with us showing us the car's features and how to operate the remote start unit. We appreciated all of that. Since the car is a factory "buy back" vehicle from California, we also appreciated the assurance that Jim and Doug gave us about the measures that Ford Company takes to ensure that these vehicles are okay. I called one dealership, yours. I asked for new truck sales..got Bill Campbell..told him what I wanted..he did the work. I had done the research on the truck during the summer so had a good idea what to buy...Bill and I had it done in a couple days. He was fun to work with and got the truck from out of town..just so you know the truck was for my husband, he will only drive a ford truck, he is like a commercial for Ford..oh...and he went out of town the minute he got the truck to go hunting in th middle of nowhere in Big Fork, Mn..and locked his keys in the truck while showing it off to his brothers...go figure...called..ROAD SIDE SERVICE..the guy was there within two hours..great story..they stood around and talked hunting and trucks...such a guy thing...so there...also this is our 4th Ford truck in 34 years..DebStreier612-824-3075

Never visited the dealership. Started the transaction via internet and email. Finally talked to Derek Jones and we discussed pricing to the point I was ready to make the deal. Derek offered to bring out a car to my home. At that point I explained it was not for me, but for my partner. He seemed okay with it and said he would be over on Friday. Friday came and went, no call, no show. Sent an email asking what's up? No response. Still no response. Apparently Freeway Ford is selective in who they will sell to. Be warned and don't waist your time with them. Less than a week later, we have purchased a new Ford from Tousley. They were the best and couldn't have been nicer.

I bought a van and I had told them i was interested in buying the van, but i had to wait until i had a check clear my bank, they said that would not be a problem, they told me to write out the check and to call them when it cleared and then they would deposit it. The next day the check the check that I wrote out cleared my account and my account went negative, i am really upset about this because i would have waited to buy the van, I was told something else. My service rep, Lewis, was great and very helpfull. My overall rating was good and not great because of the overly infalted prices of your replacement/service parts. The vast majority, if not all of the replacement parts which are the exact brand that Ford uses,can be purchased on-line or at an auto parts store for less then Ford charges. As an example, I drive a 2010 Mercury Manier Hybrid(love the car)and it needed a replacement Battery Air Filter, Ford's price for the filter was $44.95, I can but it for $25 which is a savings of $19.95 or 45% cheaper!

Freeway Ford was very helpful and efficient in the repair of our new (used) 2007 Ford Fusion My issue is with Ford Motor Company. We recently purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion, and it's a great car, however recently we discovered that is was leaking fluid. I brought it to Freeway Ford on April 14th, 2011 and explained the issue.The problem was diagnosed as a leaking PS hose and it was replaced. However, the vehicle only has 34K miles on it, and I believe that this should be covered under Ford's warranty program. This is not caused by abuse, road-wear or long time in service, this is a bad hose that was installed on the car in 2007. This was not a little leak, this was a gusher of PS fluid.I have had GM vehicles for years and 110K+ miles and have never had a PS leak on them like this, it should be covered by Ford's warranty!!I feel that this repair and PS hose assembly should be covered by Ford under the 5year/ 50K mile Power train warranty. I am very disappointed that you chose to discontinue the owner advantage program without notification. I requested a return phone call from Mike Umlauf but he failed to return my call. Iam also concerned with the advice given by the service advisor for unnecassary repairs. I am left questioning the credability and integrity of the service department.

Brought the car in after seeing drips under the car for a few days...several issues were found and repairs done for $1,757...car was in from noon-Thur to 5pm-Fri...Scott checked me in on Thur, and Dean kept me informed on Friday. ...Scott called with the estimates (Thur) and explained the issues...he mentioned he liked to 'over-estimate' a little just in case...as it turns out the actual repair amount came out a 'little less', which I appreciated.Also appreciated the ride home Thursday from Brian.After I got the car back, I noticed drips still under the car for a few days...I called back and Dean said to bring it back in...Scott once again checked me in and I waited...no drips could be found and the concensus was that the drips were residue from the repair work...I went to the carwash and did an underbody wash...no drips found since...All is good at this point...and am satisfied with this latest service experience......we're intending to buy a new car in the Fall of this year...Thanks,Dale Larson (FF customer since 1978)

Even though I had left at home the coupons for the tire rotation that I had printed out from my computer that very morning, the rep who met me at the service entrance found the coupon in the system and still honored the deal for me--which was really awesome of him! GREAT customer service. I just moved to town and am, thus far, very pleased with the service I have received from Freeway Ford. Keep it up--I'll keep coming back!

I had my Ford Escape serviced at Freeway Ford last week and it turned out to be a major job (at least price wise) - $1,700. One would think that given the expense, of which over $1,000 was in labor - shocking, I would get treated with respect. Unfortunately, the person assigned to me, Mark Blomster, was less than professional. I wasn't expecting sympathy, but spending that kind of money, I did expect detailed explanation of the work, preferably longer than the one minute Mark took before he started acting annoyed with me. I don't know much about cars, so telling me the sway bar needs replacement and then borderline rolling his eyes when I asked what it even meant, was not what I was expecting. The day I picked it up, he didn't even look at me, just told me to go to the cashier, all the while busying himself with something else, probably trying to get out before the long weekend. I am not sure how long this individual has been working there, but with his attitude, one would hope he will be on his way out shortly. I can't judge the quality of work yet, given I only picked up the car a few days ago, but I would certainly discourage anyone from bringing their car for service to Freeway Ford.

I purchased a used Ford 500 for my college sons to drive this summer and take to school in the fall. I was very relieved that the salesperson did not pressure me. He listened to what I was looking for and he worked within my budget. Once I made my decision, he made se the car went through yet another inspection before sending it off with me. The administrative process went very smoothly. The finance manager got me through all the paperwork quickly and he patiently walked me through the various options for maintenance programas for the car. After owning the car for a couple months now, we are all very happy with it. My fears about buying a used car were completely unfounded. It was actually a very pleasant experience.

I had a very positive experience with the servicing of my Ford Freestyle. It required some regular maintenance and also a small body repair. They were great in helping me prioritize the services I would receive this time and were creative in doing a quick repair to the body. I left feeling like I got a great deal and the work was top-notch. The sales manager and general manager were attentive and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely recommend Freeway Ford to my friends and family!

Very friendly and pushy when you come in. Will "accidentally" put things in a quote or contract you don't want.Will completely ignore you after you've signed the contract. After getting a hold of them on the phone, they suddenly become very aloof. I feel these guys are consciously being dishonest. I have very strong buyer's remorse buying from this place.

I test drove a vehicle on Nov 17th, and liked everything about the car, except noticed the "check engine" light was on. The salesman said it would be resolved if I purchased the car, but then told me that since they did not know how much the repair would cost, I should pay a higher price for the car. He offered me a lower price -with the check engine light on, or a higher price with it off! I was floored! He finally agreed to the lower price with the engine light issue resolved, but could not give me a straight answer about what the problem was when we came to pick the car up. He thought it was the oxygen sensor... Less than 70 miles later (2 days of driving), the engine starts sputtering so badly we were unable to make it home, and my trustworthy mechanic says that there is a serious issue with the ignition coils, and it will cost $1300 to repair. I called the Freeway Ford Used Car Sales Manager, and asked what he would be able to do to help make the issue right for us. He told me that he's sorry this happened, but his mechanics could not possibly have mis-diagnosed the problem, and that this "underlying issue" must have developed after I drove the car off the lot! He went on to say that he understands why I'm upset, but under state law he has no obligation to do anything. (Since our used car was over 100K it isn't protected by MN 30 day used car lemon law) Sounds to me like he has heard from disappointed customers before & is perfectly okay doing nothing to resolve the issues. I sincerely hope the $1000 they're saving by treating us poorly is lost 100x over by customers AVOIDING THIS DEALER LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are your worst nightmare, slick, weasel-y used sales car types, have proven to be dishonest & they don't care about keeping or satisfying their customers AT ALL.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not trust this dealership to take care of me as a customer, and recommend that you look for another dealership. Morrie is great!

I bought a used saturn from this dealership- but upon bringing the car in for service, I got scrutinized because my car was not a ford. The worker kept bringing up that it was a ford service center, not a saturn service center, and that he shouldn't have to know anything about a different model of car. I was only bringing my car in for an oil change, I've had about 4 different brands of cars- and have been able to change the oil in every single one of them.. and i'm a female graphic designer, not a mechanic. Prior to coming in that day, I had requested mobile 1 be used when I made the appointment (this was 3 days prior-) they said they would have to order it in and set the appointment. They recommended I bring my own oil filter, as they took longer to order in- this I did all of this. It seemed that the service would be above and beyond up until the time that I actually got there. Figuring everything was in place due to previous discussion with someone else on the phone, and clarification of my previous requests/specification to this salty service worker, he told me to come back in 45 mins to pick it up. I gave him about an hour and a half, just to be safe, and upon returning, he told me he had bad news. WORST thing to say to someone getting their car serviced- by the way. I was worried for about 10 seconds until he went on to explain that he hadn't done anything to my car because they didn't have any Mobile 1. My car sat there for well over enough time to make 2 oil changes, and he couldn't even call me to inform me of this mishap. He continued by saying his phones did not work, even though I heard someone on the phone when I was there dropping it off, and further more, EVERYONE has a cell phone. There was no reason why he couldn't call. It wasted my entire day, just because I purchased a Saturn at a Ford dealership apparently. I will never purchase/service/recommend this dealership to anyone because it is official that they really could care less about you after you drive off the lot.
