Exceptional service on my last trip to Friendly Ford's service department! Super fast check in and pick up process! Much thanks to Ray and his fantastic customer service! He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and what a difference that makes! Never was left waiting and wondering what was happening! In the past, I have had not so great experiences when my vehicle needed service and was taken away from me for weeks, with little to no communication or updates. But Ray went above and beyond to make sure I was informed during every step of the way!! And my vehicle was returned to me faster than expected with all of the repairs completed, along with the oil change and wiper blade change that I requested as well! A big thank you to Ray and the Friendly Ford team for their professionalism and exceptional service!

I was moving from Hawaii to Texas and noticed a sound in the rear end of my Shelby GT500. I called while in California and spoke with Bryan in the service department. He was able to get me in right away when I got in town. The total service was fast and done right. He sent pics along the way to verify issues and stayed in touch the entire way. I highly recommend Friendly Ford. Quality work for a fair price from caring people.

"Mimi" and "Rick" were great. Found just the right car at the right time. No pressure to buy, very "FRIENDLY" staff, didn't even hesitate on the purchase. Mimi's first sale has a story just ask. Thanks again love the car. I waited 6 years for that car and it's been 23 since I bought something I wanted. What car? Just go down and ask "Mimi" herself.

Everyone at Friendly Ford were very accommodating to my needs. Although I was only scheduled for an oil change, they alerted me that there was a safety recall, and they promptly fixed it. Dawn, my service advisor went above and beyond to have the safety recall fixed then and there, because I was living in it and traveling the country. I can’t thank this company enough. I highly recommend Friendly Ford to get your vehicle worked on. And, they’re what there logo says “friendly.”

I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for warranty service. The service rep was very nice. We did the paperwork quickly and I left. When he called me the next day to tell me it would take about a week, I asked for a loaner and he gave me a new Escape to drive. He returned calls promptly, and my car was ready when he said it would be. I was very happy.
