Buying from Friendly Motors was very straight forward and hassle free. The car I looked at was clean and all the details matched the description and the car fax report. Bernard communicated well and was prompt in arranging times for me to check over the car, go on a test drive, and allow a third party pre-purchase inspection. The car was honestly presented and I feel the price was very fair. The sales transaction was efficient and well explained. I would recommend this business for anyone in the market for good quality, slightly older used vehicles

Buying from Friendly Motor Group exceeded my expectations of what it would be like buying a used car from a dealer. I didn’t feel pressured or misled the entire time. Bernard was very communicative, answered all my questions through both text and phone calls, affirmed my desire to have the car pre-inspected before purchase, and worked with me in a number of ways to ensure I was taken care of. The entire process was about 24hrs - quick and easy. After the pre-inspection and test drive, I finalized paperwork at his office and left the car for him to take care of some final details. The next day he saved me a trip up north and dropped the car off to me on his way through my area as a courtesy! Extremely kind and accommodating. I’m happy with my car and with my experience here.
