I never had such amazing experience. The staff made me feel welcomed me feel very welcomed. They answered any questions and concerns I had. They were very patient and thoughtful. I couldnt ask for a better compassionate group. I will be back.

We had already pick truck was working on paperwork I already had pre approval from my credit union when the sales manager comes over and said that vehicle has already been sold they are at the bank now it was supposed to be pulled to side and key not in truck if someone buying but somehow this overlooked this truck is also on their website for sale no one offered any compensation like we make you a better deal on another vehicle very disappointed

Went to look at used car and we were able to get a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion. Payments are less than expected and everyone was friendly.

Johnny was very much interested in what we wanted and answered any and all questions .He programmed my cell phone and added my phone contacts to the truck Bluetooth .Everyone was very helpful and friendly .

James was very easy to work with and simply a good person. Never did I feel that I was not getting the most out of him. The few times I needed to contact him, he was available or quickly called me back. First class salesman.Grant, the finance manager was also outstanding. He was very easy to talk to and was able to quickly correct the one error that happened.

I was greeted as soon as I got out of my truck by Jonathon Mascelli. He very courteous and helpful. He asked if he could be of help in finding a vehicle . I new exactly what I wanting to buy so went to take a look at it. He asked if I would like a test drive but I declined as I said I wanted to know the value of my truck that I was trading first. He arranged an appraisal and came back then I took the test drive. we sat down in the offices and started our negotiation, at that point Johnny Necessary became involved as I had dealings with him in 1998 and he remembered me. We agreed on the deal which I was satisfied with and bought the truck. Overall it was a good experience and very friendly. On the negative side I am disappointed in the time it took overall to buy a $25000.00 truck I was at the dealership at around 10.00am and left around 5.00pm. Too many people involved. The system needs overhauling to speed up the customers time and tying up the sales persons time.. It only took an hour to buy my home which cost considerably more.

I have been waiting along time to get the Mustang I wanted. I checked with several dealerships starting via email. They were very accommodating to work around my hectic work and personal schedule.Katelyn was awesome with the email, text and internet interaction. Answered all my questions and searched high and low for the setup that I wanted. Once on site Rob was very layed back and made me feel very comfortable on dealing with all the specifics. A+++

Friendship ford exceeded expectations by finding us the Escape we wanted. Since the Escape we were looking for was not on the lot, James Moffitt told us the Escape we wanted could be found and he would find it for us. James found us one within minutes. Great service.
