Never had a desire to own a "compact" car. The 2017 Elantra Limited has amazing room, outstanding performance and ride, and optioned beyond imagination. No wonder every at the dealership was so pleasant, their product sells itself.

I found that Sean Davis at Friendship Hyundai was an excellent salesman he is professional and knowledgeable. He was able to guide me to the car that best fit my needs by listening to my needs. He made car buying much easier. The support staff that helped finalize my car purchase was just as professional and helpful. This was an all around great car buying experience.

I went to purchase a car not really knowing what I was getting into. After a few other dealers treating me rudely I ended up at friendship. Where their employees personalities match the name. I go back tomorrow to get my pre owned car for me the mama as I feel I deserve a new car too. Please people you can shop around but you can just do one stop here. Overall a good experience, just wish the time had been shorter. I called the day before and did all of the financial work over the phone, get financing approval, pay down payment, etc...there was no trade-in so no need to inspect a vehicle, the car that I wanted was picked out prior to going to the dealership so being there 3 hours is too long in my opinion.The staff was friendly and did a good job.

I feel like I just wrote a review on the previous page.. either way.I really enjoy my car and the quality of care I was given during my buying experience. This was my first time buying a brand new car. Brandon was super helpful, not pushy. Made me want to buy the car by showing me all of the features, not by pushing me into it or bashing other dealers. I enjoyed working with Brandon more than the other staff I met- didn't give me the 'used car salesman' vibe. I would recommend Hyundai Bristol and I would recommend that they ask for Brandon.Thanks for everything, love the car.

Over all I was very impressed. It was the best new car buying experience I ever had. Sales man Andrew M. was really great to work with. I never felt pressured to buy the first time I stopped to look at the new cars. Second time I was there to actually buy a car was a great experience. so far I have been very happy. The only complaint that I had about the whole experience is that they did not do a very good job cleaning up the car when I took possession of it. The inside windows were very dirty and I had to clean them myself a day later. Also they missed a few spots on the wash job. But other than that I was very happy.

He was condescending and disrespectful to me and my daughter and both times we left and bought a vehicle at another dealership. Unsure how they ever sell a car here to women.

Be aware that the vechicle you put in for service will not be the same when you get it back.Consider yourself fortunate if they truly looked at it at all.Mine was taken in for a simple oil change and engine lite on and I got it back and the lite was off but the oil was still black and the car run real sick and lost power it down shifts alot and the lite comes on and off as well. The car is now a true example of how a dealer really treats its customers that purchase new cars from them.I will be bringing it back in to be looked at again since thats all they do to it anyway.Maybe somebody will have mercy and fix it.

Bought our first Hyundai at Friendship in Johnson City 3 months ago. The sales team did an outstanding job of getting us there and then allowing us to realize the value before us. Kevin Utsman did an outstanding job! Made an appt for service next week and am looking forward to that. Did have to stop by there when weather first got cold since the low tire indicators were on. Drove in and was back on my way in 10 minutes with an explanation of what had occurred. So far, couldn't ask for better!!!

I have dealt with the Friendship dealerships before, but my experience with Anthony, Mitch and Dustin on my new Equus was easy and a pleasure. They beat the Knoxville dealership by about $1800.00. Service has also been easy with quality work. i would not hesitate to by another Equus or Hyundai (I had a Genesis before). I have owned Mercedes, Lexus and BMW; the Equus is so much more car for the money.

The facilities are undergoing a major renovation. With all the current construction could not rate facilities 5 stars. Very professional and very easy to deal with. No haggling, car fax report handed to you on any used car. We visited 3 times to find the right used car, all three times we left with carfax report in hand, and we were able to take our time to decided if the car was the right one for us. Worked out great, very happy with selection.
