I traded in my '07 Honda Civic to purchase an '08 Volvo SUV and had a very positive and easy experience. On the first visit to the Frontier Office the gentlemen worked with me to give me almost exactly what I wanted for my trade-in (got approximate trade-in value from KKB before going). The Volvo was the best price in the area for the mileage on the vehicle, so there was no negotiation needed for price. My experience was great. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a seamless and easy purchase or trade-in.

we looked online and saw a truck we liked , we drove to the dealer and was promptly greeted by a helpful salesman (Mark) who assisted us in finding the right truck for our budget , We test drove it and he answered all our questions, he even offered us to have the truck we were interested in looked at by a mechanic . Shortly thereafter with a swipes of the computer mouse we were driving home in our new vehicle . This place is the real deal , no hassles and no headaches , we will buy here again .

My husband and I went in on Saturday to look at a particular SUV. When we got there, we were greeted by Mark. He was very up front about the vehicle, and allowed us to take it on an extra long test drive. When we returned to the lot, we looked at two other SUVs - Mark allowed us to take them on test drives as well. He was so kind throughout the entire process, gave us time to talk, and did not put on any pressure. We decided to buy the third SUV we drove and he walked us through the entire process. He made an extra call to the local bank for a special circumstance for us and made everything work out perfectly! The service we received here made us feel as though we were family. They are very genuine and kind people and I would recommend them to anyone!

I was looking for a vary specific car, 2006-2007 Subaru WRX. While searching online I found exactly what I was looking for and more, its an 06' WRX STI with only 60k miles, at this dealer all the way out in PA. After spending lots of time on the phone with Mike and many many pictures sent so I could see everything possible, I was hooked. He even got underneath the car so I could see how rusty it was on the underside. Everyone at this dealer that I spoke with was vary helpful and understanding of the distance we were from each other....Mike could have easily sold the car from underneath me and also made way more money but they stuck to there word and put the car in the back and waited for me to fly there over a week after making the deal. They even picked me up from the airport so I didn't have to rent a car to get there. VARY IMPRESSED WITH THIS SMALL TOWN DEALER!!!! Now its time to drive back to Colorado!

I found out about this wonderful place by searching for Used Lexus SUV's on the Internet. I had just had a horrible experience with a car dealership in the Mechanicsburg area. The Lexus SUV that I was going to buy actually did not run at the time of purchase!!! The salesman still tried to convince me that it was such a good deal anyway. IT DIDN'T RUN!!! Anyway, after that experience, I was extremely leery, until I spoke with Mark at Frontier Auto. My credit was less than perfect after some unfortunate life experiences, Mark submitted my loan application to several banks and I was denied. He then talked to a friend at a Credit Union, who called me, listened to my story, and approved my loan with a decent interest rate. Honestly, I did not think there were people out there like Mark. Additionally, Mark had all the paperwork ready when we got there, and the process went smoothly. Of equal importance the vehicle was beautiful and it ran well!! Frontier Auto is worth the drive no matter where you live, It is refreshing to know that there are people out there like Mark and Mike. God Bless both of you!!

So pleasant to deal with plain-speaking, knowledgable, small-town folks. A test drive and 15 minutes to decide and buy; another 20 minutes the next day for paperwork. Then out the door with a 2005 Volvo S60 that drives and looks nearly new. The transaction fees were surprisingly low, an indication in my book of a no-nonsense deal. What a relief to deal with genuine, plain-speaking small town business folks, especially after being treated like a talking wallet at some franchised dealerships in DC area (not Don Beyer, btw). And I got a great deal on a Volvo with 100K that seems nearly new in many ways. The handling fees were very reasonable - a clear sign, in my view, of a no-nonsense transaction. Will definitely recommend to car-buying friends, even though the location is 150 miles from my house.

When buying a car we automatically check what Frontier Auto has in their inventory on the website. We have bought our last 7 vehicles, from them, if they didn't have what we were looking for and around the price range, they checked around to find it for us. This was an enjoyable car buying experience. Mike Romanoff was the salesman that helped guide me throughout the process. I've visited this dealership multiple times, and talked to Mike. He was always professional and informative. This was the first time that I bought a car from Mike, but I would absolutely go to him again in the future. He gave me informative tips for the particular car that I purchased; maintenance tips, proper tires for that vehicle, etc. He told me what to expect when driving this car on varying road conditions. Overall, I felt that he was incredibly honest, which is what I liked best. He was more interested in making sure the car I wanted would meet my needs and expectations, rather than just selling me on anything he could. I appreciated his honesty, and I would recommend Mike and this dealership if you're looking for a used car in the Lebanon area.

We arrived on the lot with a car in mind, and were approached after a few minutes of looking around. After a little talk, we got to examine the car and then test drive. The gentleman had an effective route planned which included enough acceleration and braking points, such as turns and lights, to get a good feel for the car. The buying process was no real issue, with the man explaining when asked and not pushing at all.

I just bought a beautiful Mercedes from them and I received the best deal around. I did search other dealers and found that this place had the best deal. These men are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The service was fast and I didn't have to sit around waiting for them to do the paper work. I had one man doing my paper work, another was putting the plate on and the man that does the detailing was checking the car out to make sure it had no dirty spots on it. Now that is what I call service! I will make sure I tell all my friends and family about this car dealer. It does pay to travel to find a good car dealer.
