Our salesman, Chris Bennett, was a professional, knowledgeable, friendly representative of the Ft. Lauderdale Nissan dealership. He is the internet expert for the dealership which is how we first connected with them. We traveled further than we needed to because of his connection to us. We decided on a Maxima which had a lot of features which required a basic knowledge of computers which the purchaser did not have. I went to three dealerships before I got to Ft. Lauderdale Nissan. Chris Bennett was my salesperson and he was truly a relief from every other sales person I have encountered on this car buying journey. I went in to trade my Mercedes Benz C300 I just bought in March for something that would fit two car seats. Chris helped me to in a 2015 Sentra with affordable payments and never once forced me to put more down than I had. The Managers, Alex and Chris were also pretty helpful. I shopped for the car online, Cars.com of course and did my homework. I am not sure why Nissan stop making manual (stick shift) transmission cars. It was difficult to find one. I took the train to Ft. Lauderdale, they picked me up with the car and let me test drive it to the dealership. I went to the dealer, they gave me a very nice welcome and fake sales pitch. I was very satisfied with the new car and the finance was within my budget. Very happy with the service and truly recommend Ft. Lauderdale Nissan. Great job.

After my purchase, I saw that the service department got a bad review on this site last December. I hope they have resolved any service issues before I go in to get my first oil change!

This was my second Nissan dealership that I visited, and both are uncomparable by any means. Jennifer is a great person, who understands the need of the customer quickly, helps in whatever way she can to find the best answers of the questions. I purchased the car from Autonation Fort Lauderdale and the whole transaction went so smooth that I could not believe a dealership like this can exist in this area! All people were so helpful, as I spent some time waiting for my car to arrive from a nearby Autonation dealership because the configuration I wanted was not readily available at Fort Lauderdale location. I certainly recommend this dealership. High standards, nice professionalism and very friendly environment. Thank you Jennifer, Alex, Ben, Alan, John and whosoever i may have forgot to mention!!!

I had just gotten into a motorcycle accident earlier that week. I thought it would be a good time to buy my first car while my bike was being fixed (although that idea was before i found out what total loss and certificate of destruction meant. IF YOU OWN A MOTORCYCLE and don't know GOOGLE IT NOW!!!) After checking through websites and ads in the paper this dealership had the best price for the type of car i wanted. To make things better the car i bought was certified pre-owned. It helped me feel better about going from two wheels to four knowing that the car was like new. Jennifer Crease was the sales consultant that helped me from quote to sale. She was helpful, informative, and spoke to me like a friend. She even kept contact with me after the sale, it's been about a month and I'm still asking her questions now and again. Unfortunately i am unable (off the top of my head) to spell the name of the man that helped me with financing. He was honest, engaged, and even though I'm not used to a mound of paperwork he was able to help me through it quickly. Throughout the day he was always motivated to help me. Even though my credit and information caused a lot of speed bumps he was able to dissolve all of the problems with ease. It's like he does it for a living.... I'm so punny. Although my credit and information problems kept me there for 5 hours, (it may have been shorter if i did not just had an accident and if i changed my address information when i moved.) the coffee and snacks kept coming. My fiance, Jennifer, and I had fun conversations as 'finance superman' prepared paperwork. The entire experience was what you would want from a dealership. Thats why i reviewed and recommend them.

After visiting all Nissan and Toyota dealers in the area I came back to Auto Nation Nissan Ft. Lauderdale because the sales people were very professional. Jennifer Crease helped take the vicious sting out of car buying and everything went pretty smooth with an exception as the vehicle wasn't completely detailed as expected. I pointed out a moderate flaw in the final detail of my truck to Jennifer and without any delay she took it back in and it received the attention one would expect when taking delivery of a new vehicle. Overall this experience was excellent. I have recommended to a friend to call Jennifer for an appointment.

Firstly, I do love the Nissan X-Terra I bought. Found if in Miami, but this dealership brought it to Ft. Lauderdale for me. Their sales team is great, but the service department here is absolutely terrible. When I was told my new car had been inspected by the service group and was ready for pick-up, it was laughable: they had swapped the floor matts and given me used ones, the car was dirty and so many leaves accumulated and rotting under the roof rack that it had started rusting. Also, the running boards that were supposed to be included were missing! I spoke up and all was fixed within a few days. More recently, I went for an oil change and a "27 point inspection". All checked out "perfect" (the car was purchased "new" less than 2 years ago and it has 9,800 mile), yet immediately after the car left me stranded with a worthless/dead battery that I had to replace elsewhere. Now, either the 27 point inspection was not really done (in spite of the fancy report I got), or it is useless (it includes a battery inspection), or somebody swapped my battery for a used one (after all, they had tried to do that with the floor matts on day one!) I've reported this pattern to Nissan USA.

The first sale person i met was Miguel at the dealership. Miguel is very nice and very knowledgeable about the cars and was very patience with me. I felt comfortable with Miguel. When i find the car that i was looking for, Miguel help me out and walk me through the buying process. The Manager Amir Boctor was very nice as well and help me as well. I bought a 2005 Toyota Rav4 and it drive great. I love it very much. Amir notice in the Rav4 that my Headliner need some repair and he was willing to get it fix. Wow! that was unbelievable seeing that i bought it use and "as is"; and you know that whatever need fixing you have to fix it yourself. But Amir was kind enough to take care of it. Yury Golynsky the financial Service Manager was great to work with. Yury explain everything to me in detail regarding everything and easy to get along with. Great guy. I mean the whole staff was great and professional. I will without a doubt tell people to go to AutoNation Nissan to look for and buy a car from them. (Also, tell them to go to Miguel) I know I will buy another car from them and if i have any car problem, i will take it to them to fix it because i feel comfortable and i know they will take care of my car. They have a customer for life. Great job!!!!! AutoNation Nissan!!!!! Great Job!!!!!

I just bought two weeks ago a 2013 Rouge; the salesman Miguel and the Sales Manager, were helpful and courteous.I can't said the same of Matthew the financial person ,who had bad attitude when I asked him to give me an invoice that show that the car was totally paid. ( I PAID CA$$$$H !!!!! ).
