I brought my car in for inspection and oil change. The service person explained that they would be checking my air filters and changing them if needed which they didn't need changing. He then told me that an alignment was indicated at this time and they would check if I needed it. I did need it and I got a print out of what areas needed to be aligned and another print out when it was done showing the car was perfectly aligned. I did notice the car handled a lot better when I drove home. All in all my experience was good and the service person was very courteous.

This Hyundai dealership did a NYSI on my 2008 Sonata. They also inspected some fluid levels and areas under the hood and made some recommendations to me. To pass the inspection I needed to replace one of the two license plates bulbs in the rear of the car. They gave me a discount on replacing the bulb after I asked them to. I have been taking my vehicle here since I purchased it in 2007, for regular service intervals and other maintenance. They have worked with me on some of the costs(which at times seem very inflated to me), but I feel as a loyal customer they could find ways to show their loyalty to me with an offered discount of their own now and then.

While traveling cross country, dropped in without an appointment when our Check Engine light came on. Service advisor Totaram Ram told us the shop was booked up; but would see what he could do. My wife and I had expected a lengthy wait, so we settled ourselves in the customer waiting area. After barely an hour, Mr Ram came to tell us what the problem was, that it had been corrected, and the car was ready for us to hit the road. First class service!
