Bought a used Honda Accord from them. It looked good, and was clean. Since I took it home, however, it was one problem after another. Excessive vibration and poor braking made me spend a lot more money than I would've liked. Full brake job (since the brakes were almost gone) - $700; replacement of CV joints and tie rods - $890; replacement of all motor mounts and transmission mounts - $1,300; AC leak - $165; replacement of all tires - $400 (they provided two new tires but both were declared defective by NLine Automotive, who did the repairs). I realize old cars need maintenance, but for the money I put into this vehicle, I could've gotten something newer. It was also in an accident despite that not showing up on the Carfax report, due to mismatched & poorly fitted body panels. I was stuck - couldn't return it, won't sell it to an unsuspecting buyer. I bit the bullet and made all the repairs. I was just glad I had the money to fix what was needed; it would've been hard for a family who couldn't afford the repairs. The salesman told me I should've brought a mechanic with me to inspect it before buying (they don't allow you to take the car to a mechanic). I was also told I could've returned it if it stranded me, but I wouldn't put myself or loved ones in a situation where a car would strand them, and God forbid on the freeway. I paid it off several months early, and did ask for a break on the in-house interest charge, in light of all the repairs. I was told I already saved money by the early payoff, even though I wrote a check in the amount of all the remaining monthly payments WITH the interest factored it. Bottom line - my inexperience cost me. Car looked good, was cleaned up nicely, but had a host of mechanical problems that didn't come to light after several months of driving. I could say their prices are on the high side, but the market is what it is. Still, it would've been justified if I didn't have to shell out even more for a safe vehicle, but such was not my case. Your miles may vary. I highly recommend you bring a mechanic with you. Just the engine and transmission was okay, doesn't mean a vehicle is safe to drive.
