Dana, Jay, and the young lady that helped us were awesome! Not only did they work through the process with me for the financing and insurance, but they also were some of the most personable people that you can work with in the vehicle purchase. I am not from the area and was referred to Furthmiller Motors LLC by at least a dozen people. I checked out the website and I was very impressed with the professional photos and video of the vehicles! Jay went above and beyond any customer service I have received from any dealership I have dealt with in the past. I ended up buying a Toyota RAV 4, which was the first car I test drove of many, so it was meant to be!!! The down home friendliness of all the staff made me feel like I was hanging out with a bunch of friends which took away much of the pressure of car-shopping. All the cars are so clean and fresh smelling that no matter what year of the vehicle, the inside looks brand new! I recommend your first stop to be Furthmiller Motors LLC for anyone looking for a good used vehicle! You will not be sorry!

I've had my car for about 2 months now. It's pretty legit, but if there was anything wrong I couldn't really attribute that to the dealer anyway because I bought the car as soon as it got in. Cash or card only from what I remember, no returns, no warranty, but he's very upfront about that. Seemed pretty honest from my interactions with him. You just go there, look at the car, decide on the car, then buy it, nothing else. Also likes to haggle you to leave a 5-star review.

I went in to look and found my car as it came out of the shop. Bought it right then and there..Love my car...had a problem with the hood latch it didn't work right so i stopped in they fixed it no charge and i was talking to the mechanic about a weird whining noise that just started and he drove it when he came back he said it sounded like something in the brakes had hung up so they took the front wheels off and sure enough a caliper had hung up and would not release. The mechanic called the dealer and told him about it so they fixed it too no cost to me!! They didn't have to do that because i bought it as is. But i am very grateful they did.!! Best experience buying a car i have ever had. Love ya guys!!!!

Took a test drive seemed good came back the next day purchased the 2002 f-150 and on the way home driving down the highway shifts into 4th and the truck shakes I thought I hit a bump slowed speed back up and it happens again so I take it in and they tell me I need the transmission rebuilt so what I thought was a deal turned out to be over priced I hope this is not how they run there dealership and just bad luck on my part.

No pressure from this car lot. Drove 75mi to see the exact car we were looking for. Priced well below other similar equipped cars we had looked at. Would make the drive again. The buying process was hassle free and no pressure. Thanks for the great car and service

Our family has bought two cars from the Furthmillers and they were both reliable purchases. I recommend them to people all the time! One car was totaled in a collision and the other is getting ready to be passed on to our next teenager. I have been keeping an eye on their inventory. I told Dennis the criteria I wanted for my first teenager and he kept calling me in to check out cars he found until we settled on one. They were very helpful in giving information about the 2005 Chevy Impala I was interested in. They didn't hesistate when asked if I could take the car to my mechanic and have it checked out before purchasing. There were no sales gimmicks. Straight forward with answers and even helped us find financing for the car. Polite, honest, and helpful best describes this dealership. Definitely giving good reviews to those I know.

This is a dealer with integrity and cares about how they treat the buyer. I drove 2 hours from Ohio to pick up the F150 I was purchasing. I had full confidence in this transaction before I left for the dealership due to the great and friendly communication from Dennis. He did everything possible to describe the vehicle to me. I had been to a few dealers already with cash in hand and walked away because the vehicles were not as described. Dennis did a great job and has earned my trust. They are the kind of place use car horror stories come from. My son had to show he could buy a car on his own. He, his girl friend and their 8 month old baby went here to get a reliable car. They paid $800 over excellent condition book value for a Bonneville with parts held on with chicken wire.Three months later the rusted out uni-body has let the engine separate from the chassis, leaving the car un-repairable. When asked, the salesman at the lot said that's probably why the last person traded it off. If this is how they treat a young couple with a new baby, how will they treat you ?

I lived in Los Angeles from 1981-2006. I encountered all degrees of business ethics while there...the owner of Furthmiller was incredibly above-board in his dealings and never did I feel pressured to purchase any vehicle. He did not use "all the lines" expected by car salesmen; he knew the night before the final purchase that I would take the car so when I went in, all the forms had been filled out and were well-explained and easy to sign. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood all the "fine print," versus other lot owners who try to keep you from reading the fine print. I will definitely be sending ALL friends to his place of business for their next used cars!
