We recently looked at a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country with 107,000 miles. When we saw it in person, we noticed a dent and inquired about it. At first, the guy tried to ignore it was there and then told a long, drawn out story about how the day before this other family was so interested and their kids kept exclaiming that this was the car for them and they hit it with their car door when they were looking at it. You could tell he was just trying to make us rush to purchase because someone else was interested. He then told us that if we wanted it repaired, we would be responsible for the cost. Shouldn't the people responsible have to pay and their insurance? When we came back and spoke to a man named Rob, he wouldn't even think about haggling the price, mostly because he knew what we had qualified for. While we were inspecting the inside, the automatic sliding door on the driver side didn't work. Once again, shock and disbelief that something was wrong and more excuses. Still wouldn't lower the price and no offer to fix it. When we asked him about the dent, he said if it really bothered me, they could repair it, like I was being unreasonable. Thank you, Fusion, for not lowering the price. We went to Enterprise Car Sales, got a phenomenal rate and drove off with a 2014 fully, FULLY loaded Chrysler Town and Country with only 18,000 miles. So happy.

Working with the Fusion Auto sales rep Rob was a great experience. Rob was more than willing to work with me and provide any information on the vehicle to make me feel good about a purchase. He even set up a meeting for me and his mechanic so that I could inspect the car myself and ask the mechanic questions. Rob didn't make me feel rushed and he didn't push me into a purchase. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car!

I wanted a 2005 or later Focus wagon. They had one with low miles. I went and checked it out. The car ran fine, drove great. So I bought it. The sales guys (Italo & Mike) both were fantastic. They were very helpful. They even surprised me by filling the tank with gas when they took the car to be inspected. Even more amazing is the price they game me for my trade-in. I was hoping to get 3,000 out of it, and I ended getting 2,875 out of it. They were very straightforward, friendly guys with a lot full of good, solid, clean used cars. Check 'em out, you won't be disappointed with their selection. If you are, tell them what you are looking for; they go to auctions multiple times a week, they just might pick up just what you're looking for.

I came to fusion auto having a great liking the scion tc ! only to get here and fall in love with a bmw 3-series I wasn't quite sure I could even afford such a great vehicle but the sales guy mike worked with me very well and get me financed for the bmw ! I am so happy with my new car it has the sportiness and class all in one I am very pleased with my purchase. I will be buying my next car from here there great to work with.

They lied from the start. Then they told me the Jeep was never in an accident but three showed up on carfax. The car was not the original color. Then when I called him out he said the frame was bent and he couldn't sell me the jeep. Same type of excuse as other review but then sold the jeep to someone else.

I just bought my 3rd car from Fusion in the last 2 years. Now that my kids are driving age, I've had to buy each of them a first car and get a new (used) one for myself. The people there were very easy to work with and they had a good selection of cars for kids and parents! They stand behind their cars and I've been very happy with the service they provided.

I called this dealer about a car that he told me at first "was having a hard time selling". so when i come to see the car he was giving me the run around about the car i was planning on purchasing. so i come back and point out some imperfections, and they jerry rigged some overspray paint job and made it look worse. then i come back a third time and im still interested and drive 30 min to the dealer on my day off and he tells me there is something wrong with the title and he cant sell it.

found a vehicle I liked and called, left a message w/ secretary. She was very nice. However, finally got a phone call back from the salesman hours later. Aren't you trying to sell vehicles? Once I arrived he attempted to low ball me on a trade in by 3500 dollars. Once I finally got it through his head it was unaccetable we came to an agreement on a trade in value. We agreed to have him reach out to the credit union the next day. Never heard from him. When I called to follow up he was entirely confused and gave me a line about how he was waiting to hear back from the credit union. Right! credit unions are a business and don't take three business days to get an approval on a loan. The salesman/ owner seemed confused from the get go, not knowing how much he was selling the vehicle for and seemingly uneducated on the used car market when he shorted me 3500 on my trade in. That was enough for me to say.. lets move on to the next dealership. I really liked the vehicle too, but, would never want to deal w/ this outfit should the vehicle have any issues after purchase. I would advise going elsewhere. Not to mention the vehicle was overpriced by almost a grand. Thanks and good luck.
