From the time I arrived until the I left, the service was excellent! Samantha explained all that was going to be done on our Explorer. She is an exceptional representative for Ford in Clovis. I never leave with questions about what services were performed. Samantha also makes sure the car is washed, and that I have a detailed explanation of what service may be needed down the road. We are very satisfied customers!

The warranty service was exceptional. My vehicle was repaired and returned in a timely manner. Mike, my advisor was very polite and explained everything about the repair. He didn’t try and add extras to the bill which is very much appreciated. Well done, and I will be buying my next truck from them.

I have only purchased my trucks (and now my Bronco) from Future Ford of Clovis for over 15 years. They have always treated me like family from the sales floor to service department. Ray has always given me the best deal on every purchase and him and Adam were great through the order and delivery of my Bronco. I keep coming back because their staff is great and the service department has never let me down. 5 stars Future Ford of Clovis! You have a life long customer in me.

I waited for my truck and it was serviced very quick. My service adviser Angie was very pleasant and helpful. She advised that I may have a oil leak that is under warranty and offered to make a appointment to check it out. I sure I will return for future repairs.
