Went here to look at a truck. But apparently the owner took it home. Not a problem. Made an appointment to see the truck. But when I got there, no truck. The owner still had it. When I asked why the truck wasn't there, the salesman there told me the the person that made the appointment wasn't working today. Even after I asked if he could get the there, he didn't even try. Said I could come back the next day. Don't even bother coming here. It's no wonder the truck has been on the lot for over a year.

Several days prior to making a 2 hour drive to this dealer, we called them about the specific car we were looking at on their site and they told us over the phone that they would work with us on the out-the-door price. The day before making the trip we called again to make sure they had the car still, which they did. We make the drive on a Saturday morning, but when we get there the car is inside the showroom and the outside doors are completely blocked by other cars parked bumper to bumper, and the salesman said we couldnt test drive it because hed have to move 15 cars to get it out! Im sorry, what kind of dealer doesnt have a car ready when they know someone is very interest and wants to come look at it??? We gave them several days notice. So we sit down to talk about the price, but by the time they got done with taxes, fees, and their $1,450 dealer fee (what??) the out-the-door price was $3,000 more than the price of the car. We reminded them they told us over the phone before we committed to driving 2 hours that theyd work with us on the price. They would not budget a PENNY! Not even on the stupid dealer fee, let alone the base price of the car. We were ready to write a check at that moment for 100% of the price if they worked with us, but the salesman said they wouldnt negotiate the price now because they wouldnt make money on financing. Oh, and by the way, they only spoke Spanish, so my husband was corresponding with them the whole time while I sat there. Things got heated and we ended up walking out of there. Waste of time, gas, and energy. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DEALER!

They can't even speak English correctly & the picture of the vehicle that was online was nowhere like the 1 in person! Also on ad it said "NEW PAINT JOB" haha maybe by a 2 year old. Don't ask questions over the or in person either way they don't know! This place is a joke!
