They're not fake reviews. Just repeats of the same review so that people can't forget what scam artists you are. When I receive a written, heartfelt, public apology along with assistance with my vehicle, I'll stop. Until then, they'll keep coming. Ozzy and MJ were very courteous and helpful with the car buying experience. They were able to put me in a beautiful Lexus convertible without a co-signer. So don’t be scared to come try these guys out. They can make magic!!

Awful experience with this dealership. Went to test drive the vehicle and there were multiple electrical issues with the vehicle that weren’t listed in the ad. Additionally, the interior was dirty and there were rips in the door leather which also weren’t represented in their ad. Power seats and back hatch did not work correctly. They said they were going to have the issues fixed by their mechanic at a later date. After leaving I noticed they had the vehicle listed on various websites at different prices. When I called and asked them why the vehicle was listed at different prices they said it was because they had to make some repairs to the vehicle and that’s why the price went up. The whole experience was odd and it seems like they listed the ad multiple times at different prices just to get interest. They had no intention of honoring the ad prices. This place is attached to a mechanics shop as well which should have been a red flag. Exactly the kind of experience you would expect from a used car dealership. I dealt with a guy named Ozzy who I would not recommend speaking with. Update: In the owners response to this review he mentions there are some 3rd party companies who have ads up with old prices and this is outside of their control. I doubt very seriously a dealership doesn’t have access or the ability to modify or even delete old ads. Especially Facebook marketplace ads. Don’t believe for a second that this dealership isn’t in control over what is advertised on there behalf to the public. Instead of addressing the problem they would rather respond to a negative review online to try and save face. This should tell you everything you need to know abut this dealership.

The cars break down. Then they curse you out and make fun of you for asking for help. I understand used cars come with problems, but the entire $10,000 car should not die less than 4 months after purchase They respond to these reviews like the customer is lying or it's the customers fault rather than admitting they are a scam. Then they force people on the lot to make reviews before they leave to hide the negative reviews. They have many more negative reviews on their other page, GAA Financial. Check those out too... And I also think it's a bit biased that the employees, managers and owners post false positive reviews on here. Mohammed, the guy who posted the 5 star reviews a few days ago, is the guy who sold me my car
