Where to start about this place, We took our vehicle up there to get worked on the seat was loose and the gum that was left in the arm rest was gone and there was mold inside of the vehicle that was not there prior to being serviced. The techs need to wipe their shoes off before getting in and out of the vehicle's the other problem is the service advisor Chase and her attitude is very rude when talking to her on the phone. We will not be sending any of our vehicle's or family and friends to this location. I remember when this place was top notch sad to see it fall to this.

I highly recommend this dealership! I experienced the quickest and most headache free process of selling my truck to them. Everyone at this dealership is so kind and nice to talk with. I got a car fixed there. Bodyman chipped the bumper putting it on. Just a little chip so I said I didn't mind if they didn't repaint it then and if a problem happened then we would fix it. Well water got under the paint from the chip and it caused a bubble. They refused to fix it. 1/10 do not recommend.

I originally purchased a 2012 ford focus hatchback from them. It was good, the car was beautiful, looked brand new, low miles, reasonably priced. Very happy when i drove off with it. However after 2 months the car began acting strangely, dying out for no apparent reason. The service dept. was wonderful and replaced a part with on a recall and one that was under warranty. This however did not solve the problem. Due to the situations that i was put in when the car died-out i was very fearful and even though i really loved the car did not feel safe driving it anymore. Clint the manager went out with me and looked at other options. We agreed on a 2016 Escape, and Clint gave me a tremendous deal, I've been somewhat leary of car dealers because of past experiences but this dealership has renewed my faith in good honest people, excelling in fairness and customer service. ( i used to be a business owner myself) Kuddos to this dealrship and i am a forever customer!!!

I came in with going to get a 2014 or older model car, and had somewhere I was approved with a higher interest rate but when I left I was financed with them at a cheaper rate, and driving off in a 2015. For what I would have gone through I got a brand new car for the same price if not cheaper. The sales team was awesome and made things really easy.

I went to Gabriel/ Jordan Ford while I was truck shopping. Although I knew little about the F-150, David Bruner spent a good deal of time with me showing the trucks. I did not end up buying here due to other factors, but I will make the trip back to Livingston next time my wife and I are vehicle shopping!

Looked local (lake charles la.) for 2 weeks to find a nice ford flex. We found several but none we would want.Looked on-line and saw the one we purchased. It was a 3 hour drive but we found one that was in very good condition, one owner and serviced it`s entire life at one dealership. The sales staff had everything ready for us and we were out in less than an hour. They said they had all the service records but i didn`t actually see them. The vehicle so far is doing what we needed and are enjoying it.

You never know when shopping over the web if the quality is as advertised. This vehicle was in perfect condition just as described on their website. David was extremely responsive to my inquiry and had an easy going style that resonated very well with me from the beginning. He was extremely thorough in our exchange of information and we came to agreement rather quickly. I highly recommend Gabriel Ford if you are in the market for New or Used. Drove up Saturday and the truck was exactly what David had told me it was, decided to buy it went into finance and meet Clayton Reynolds and was treated like a customer should be. The truck was as described.. Took a quick test drive, agreed on the trade value of my 2005 F150, got the financing arranged through Ford Motor Credit and was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. I would recommend these guys to everyone. I'll be back when I'm done with my 2010 Lariat.

Lies lies lies. Looking to buy a Mustang and found one listed at this dealer. Talked to a salesman and all was going well. I noticed the bumper of the car did not line up on one side(in pictures). Guy went out and looked at the car and even took someone with him who supposedly knows what they are doing and said no damage nothing is wrong with the car. I drove 80 miles to look at the car only to find out the front fender is dented. Pathetic. I wasted 160 miles of gas. Stay away from this place.

Just purchased a nice Used Ford Edge from Gabriel Jordan in Livingston. I had been searching for 3 weeks online for the best deals. I found one,called and got the salesman to send me additional pictures. I asked him to give me his honest opinion before I asked my husband to drive 2 hours. He also checked the AutoCheck Car history to clear the vehicle of any bad history. We were very pleased with the honest, friendly,and courteous staff from the salesman, sales manager and finance man. They were not high pressuring, yet very helpful in meeting our requests. I would highly recommend this car dealer!
