Joe Gullo was recommended by a close friend with a previously purchased vehicle there. He was genuinely friendly and down to earth and helped get me driving home in the car that fit my requirements the same day which was so helpful. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and highly recommend this place to others! Joe the salesman is amazing! They really want to make the customer happy and they make sure of it! They are not pushy like some sales people can be! If you happen to have issues come up after purchasing they are 100% willing to make it right for you without a question! We had a few minor things pop up and no questions were asked they got us in and the service team is great as well!

I went to Galaxy last week when my car battery died. I work nearby and walked over and Jay lent me their jumpbox to get the car running so I could bring it over. It was pouring rain around 4:30 PM, and by 5:30PM they set me up with a new battery and I was on my way. 4 years ago, this same story played out. I'm lucky to work so close to a reliable shop with great customer service. Thank you!

Awesome dealership. I can't thank Scott enough for his hard work. I sent an email about my interest in a GMC Terrain and within 15 minutes I received a reply. I began a discussion with Scott by email and phone since I live about 80 miles from the dealership. He worked on financing with me and we scheduled an appointment for test drive for a Saturday when I could make the drive - basically holding the car for me until I could get there once it was clear I was a serious buyer. In the interim he prepared all of the paperwork, we made a tentative sales deal, and Scott prepared everything for immediate delivery after our test drive if we decided to commit to the sale. We loved the car and after seeing the condition and options, we realized what a great price we were getting. A similar car in my immediate area was listed $2000+ more. There isn't a lot of room to negotiate as Scott explained they price to move inventory quickly (it's a "smallish" lot packed with late model cars and trucks). Do some shopping and you'll see they have better pricing than probably 90% of all dealers. Scott had plates, registration, and inspection ready for us. Once the decision was made, the car was detailed and we were off within an hour. Scott's friendly customer service made the 2 1/2 hour round-trip worth it. My thanks to the entire Galaxy team for a great experience. I'll be back!
