First time getting my car serviced here and it was a great experience. I scheduled my appointment using the BMW Application which made it very convenient. I arrived on time and the check-in was fast and efficient. My service representative, Brandon, was very helpful and friendly and the service was excellent. My car was service complete in a matter of less than two hours which was awesome. Check-out was fast and off I went as a first-time, happy customer. Thank you for the great first impression.

I am asking myself why I didn't purchase from Galleria BMW sooner. Never before in all my years of buying cars, have I had an experience quite like this one - one word... AMAZING. This was the first time I bought a car, sight unseen, without driving it. But I can honestly say it has been the best experience ever. Katie and the rest of the team at Galleria were so much fun and accommodating. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, I love my new X3!

Buying experience was amazing! From start to finish. Sales was amazing and the financial services guy (Cody) was the best I’ve ever dealt with from knowledge to just an overall understanding of what the customer should and need to know. I’ve purchased several vehicles in my time and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I will purchase another vehicle from galleria BMW just to deal with the people! Thanks Again

This was by far the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I’m now on vehicle number 18! I love cars, and this dealership did not disappoint! They stayed true to their word and they were able to have ALL paperwork handled before I came in town, as I live 1 hour 30 minutes away. I literally test drove my “new” vehicle while the Galleria BMW team reviewed the details of my trade and when I came back, the paperwork was confirmed with the description of my trade in and I was ready to go! I want to thank all of the individuals at Galleria BMW for your amazing professionalism and the ability to actually keep you word! I don’t think many understand how important this attribute is nowadays! Again, thank you….I’ll be back as a repeat customer!!

Working with Austin (salesman) and Cody(finance) was awesome! Austin made choosing a new vehicle a breeze and also addressed every single one of my concerns and questions. Cody was very quick and efficient with getting the numbers right for me and also answering all questions. Both of these guys weren’t pushy, laid out all the facts in front of me, and let me make my own informed decisions with no pressure. Would recommend Galleria BMW and specifically these 2 men to even the closest of my family and friends. 5star service all around!
