We're Jeep lovers, so when we were in the market for our 8th Jeep in 30 years, there was only one place to go. Not only did they have the right cars in stock but they were patient, helpful and incredibly honest about the cars and features, as well as if they didn't know something. I hate car salespeople that wing it, often with the wrong information! I've bought cars and trucks from many many car dealers of all types over the years--this is my favorite!

Well here is a place that I would never have my vehicle serviced again. I was going to just fill out their survey and let it be done at that, but after getting a nasty phone call from the service manager Keith, I felt obligated to help other people avoid the headaches I have had to deal with. I have two Jeeps. One is a Cherokee that I just bought. I called and set up a night time drop off for the car to be serviced the next day. I got a call the morning after I dropped the car off (waited about 10 days for an appointment) saying that they have no record of me calling, but they will try to fit me in. Awesome I thought, these are nice guys. I get a call with an estimate about an hour later. All seems fair until they try to charge me 175 to polish up my headlight covers, and 200 something to put some foam cleaner in my AC. I skip those and they say they will finish the other items and call me when it is done. 3 days later I call them, he has no idea who I am at first, and then finds my paperwork buried in another pile. The car had been sitting there finished.Fast forward. I also have a custom Rocky Ridge Wrangler. I needed some warranty work done, and the builder Rocky Ridge, told me to take it to Garavel since they are the closest dealer to me (not the dealer I purchased from). After waiting about 10 days again, my wife drops the Jeep off. We go to pick it up after hours the next night. The problem that they say they "fixed" is now even worse. So this ties back into why I left poor feedback on their emailed survey. Rocky Ridge tells me to take the car back there again but I need to wait another week. I get a call today from the service manager saying that his "upper management" refuses to service my car because I left poor feedback on a survey. Well now everyone else can see the poor feedback. Oh and furthermore, I had originally tried to buy a Rocky Ridge Jeep from them, and they were $4000 higher for a car sitting on their lot, then me buying from another dealer and having it custom built to my spec.Summary: 1 star, stay awayI will update if they try to do anything to improve my experience but i doubt that will happen.

I also had the experience to deal with mark the sales manager and he was a delight . They did a great job attending to my needs. Rob was great to keep an eye out for any inventory that came in and called me to discuss it. We went to Garavel knowing exactly what we wanted & our dealer found a vehicle for us at another dealership because they didn't have it on their lot. I was kind-of surprised that the dealer was not knowledgeable on the specs of the model I wanted, & I had to educate him on a few things because I had done my research. After some haggling, a deposit was paid & we went on our way anticipating delivery of our vehicle in 2 days. Four days & several unreturned calls later, we were prompted to drive 45 minutes to Garavel Jeep & demand our deposit back. They initially stated that we would be refunded the following week & that they would need our credit card info, to which I protested. The manager came over & informed me that he had instructed my dealer to contact me the previous day to let me know that they could not get the car I ordered, which my dealer had not done. At that point, I was informed that I would be refunded my deposit at that time. While waiting for my refund, my dealer walked by & angrily glared at me. I told him I was there to get a refund of my deposit & he smugly said "ok" & kept walking. These people are the reason I dread the car buying process & this experience has convinced me to buy any brand other than Jeep.

Sal, our salesman, was helpful and not pushy and he was able to most of the work without us being there which cut down on time in the dealership which is always a plus when you work full time. When we did go in, Rony, the finance guy was fantastic. Everything was printed and ready to go, so all we needed to do was sign. He was extremely informative and helped us through the process. Annie was incredibly pleasant and helpful from the second I met her. Annie was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly find the Jeep that met all my needs. During the test drive Annie explained the all the features of the car and also told me the differences between the other models and the one I was driving. I had come into the dealership with the intent of only test driving a Jeep because my friend had just purchased one. I was in a bad lease and I assumed I was just stuck with it until Annie suggested that they look at the car to see what they might be able to do to help me out of it and into the Jeep I had my heart set on. This probably has been the only place or one of the very few places that I have gone to where the service is perfect. However.... RENZO PINEIRO- our sales person was incredibly attentive to our needs through the time my husband and I were there. I gave him 5 stars but with this additional review, Im giving him 10 stars. The dealership had an extensive choice of vehicles on site as well to compare cars and their specs.I was looking for a second vehicle and the sales professional ( Wrangler Rob}, worked with me in terms of my budget and quite specific requirements. We ended up with a very low mileage, fully loaded used vehicle at a very good price. There was no pressure to UP Sell a higher spec/priced car. I ended up with a better spec slightly used car for a great price, so I came away happy. The after sales, licensing/financing/registration/insurance hand over process was handled very efficiently. All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I would recommend the dealership and the specific individual to any one considering a Jeep or other model if in the area.

He did everything in his power to make sure I had the chance to see it and look at it before it was sold. He never pushed me to spend more money or buy something I could not afford. He truly cared about getting me in my dream Jeep within my budget range. In the market for a new JEEP SUV, my online searches took me to the closest dealer in my area: Garavel. Their "older" online reviews were't very positive, but I thought to give them a try since they were litterly in my backyard. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Their offers trumped other dealers with extra options and a lifetime powertrain warrantee. I was also approved for 0% financing... another item that other Jeep dealers didn't offer. She also was very patient when it came to explaining to us the difference between buying the Jeep vs. leasing it. She took the time to go over all the options and run the numbers....more then once. I've always had a hard time finding a place where you will get treated right till I came to this dealership. Once you walk in they take care of you, very friendly and organized, they take their time and make sure the customer is satisfied and all questions are answered. They also have a person who speaks Spanish which makes it even better because not a lot of places have that. Made an unplanned stop at Jeep Garavel on a Sunday afternoon and by the following evening we drove our new car off the lot!! Had been putting off buying a car for our teenage daughter for many months and were dreading the process but Raymond couldn't have made it easier or more pleasant. Right away he listened to our concerns and was very careful and patient explaining what inventory was available and what the differences were between the cars. He was also very honest which was extremely helpful making our final choice. My husband and I had promised ourselves that we would shop around all the dealerships in the area and not buy the first car we saw but our experience was so great that we really didn't feel the need to search any further. We never felt pressured and the negotiation process was excellent - we got a good price with a great warranty on a pre-owned certified Jeep so we have terrific piece of mind. This is my 3rd car purchase but my first new car purchase. Sales and finiance was wonderful. Really got me a great deal without a lot of haggling. John Z was an excellent sales associate. Manager Mark made me feel like a real person not just dollar signs. However, when I went to finally get the car and drive it off the lot...the cars fuel tank was not even at half a tank. That is asinine and pretty sad coming from a well know dealership. Every car I've ever bought, or my family has bought always, ALWAYS comes with a full tank of gas. I believe they still owe me a full tank.

Hello:My husband and I purchased a 2005 jeep on 7/31/16. The experience with our salesman, Marc Porcheddu was wonderful. However, once we were at the finance process, everything went wrong. The person writing the contract didn't even introduce himself. Once presented the finance contract, the figures were all wrong. He proceeded to argue with me. He then saw the mistake and corrected it blaming everyone else in the dealership. He is very rude and I even had to say "Wait a minute, I am the customer here". After that, he was still extremely rude. Any time we had a question, he was very impatient and couldn't answer questions properly. I would NOT recommend financing with this dealership because of our horrible experience.

We purchased a Jeep in 2012 from another dealer in the area and were disappointed with our experiences with the service department. We needed to purchase used car for our son to drive to work, choosing to visit Garavel since they were servicing our Jeep for a few years. We were lucky to have Wrangler Rob approach us in the showroom and he didn't disappoint! Aside from his pleasant demeanor, WR really knows cars since we discussed several models and the features and costs of each. During our initial visit we decided to purchase a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee we saw on the Garavel webpage. Overall, WR made the buying experience a positive one. When we returned to the showroom to pick up the car WR spent lots of time with our son reviewing the features of the car. In addition, WR stepped in to speak with our insurance company when the after hours customer service department was unwilling to correct a clerical error on the temporary ID card. WR used his excellent communication skills, patience and experience to correct a simple problem that was over blown by the insurance company personnel.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara about three weeks ago and it has been drive-able for about 5 days since I bought it. The dealership will not stand by their vehicle and the best they could offer was, "a discount on service." I had quite an experience of running out of gas during a test drive after 2 minutes being on the road, drove many cars, found one I felt most comfortable with & picked it up on last Wednesday & had to bring it back for new rotors that had warped & were shaking badly on the highway to work. They did a nice job replacing them in a quick manor but it's always something with Jeep I feel that I always have to bring it back. Praying this was just a one time thing & no recalls like the Grand Cherokee. Overall I love my new car now. But it's taken me a while to get there.

I came in after coming out of a pretty traumatic car accident, looking to get a new car fast. I was totally oblivious to the entire process, but the people at Garavel made everything that much easier. They were willing to show me cars, have my input, and I felt that I could trust them. This being my first car buying experience, I was skeptical because you always hear about how used and new car salesmen try to cheat you or get the better end of the deal. At no point during my interaction did I feel like Henry or Christine or any of the staff were trying to hurt me or my wallet. In fact, I have the utmost trust in them and I feel that if anyone should get a car it should be from them. They were nice, honest, respectful and just all around good people. 10/10 would recommend and I would just like to thank them for turning this traumatic experience into a happy ending.

When I wanted to use a coupon for service on an expensive job to repair a JEEP from MOPAR, the dishonest service writer, Keith, stated that he would make it more expensive that not using the coupon. He stated that he would increase the amount of hours worked on the car. The hours of work performed on the car is not some arbitrary number, it is actually defined in the Mitchell Standard of Labor especially for a routine maintenance job that I was billed for. I would stay away. They are dishonest and will try to scalp the customer for every dollar they can.

I took my vehicle to this location to get an oil change on 12/7/15 and after 20 minutes of waiting, I was told the vehicle Was ready, which I was surprised how quick they perform the oil change. When I go back to the car to realize that the never even move the car from where I parked it. They just changed the mileage label on the windshield expect me to believe that they performed the job. I bought a used jeep there because I found what i wanted despite the ineptitude of the salesman and despite the sales manager trying to negotiate a lower price on my trade-in than I received in written quotes from 2 other dealerships. I have had my jeep serviced there 3 times. Each time there has been an issue.

He was paying attention to the little notes I had spoken about wanting in the car that I was looking for. I went into the car buying experience with a ton of research done on my behalf, know a ton about the car, knew what the average buyer paid in my area for the same car, and knew exactly what I was willing to pay. I walked into the dealer with guns ablaze, all of my "tricks" up my sleeve, and with a "plan on action" with my husband on how we were going to deal with a haggling car salesman. Well to my pleasant surprise, I didn't have to deal with a "haggling" car salesman! I never once felt like I was being pushed around, played with, haggled with, or scammed in any way. Henry was a super nice and friendly guy, very down to earth, not pushy in any way, and knew a lot about the car I was buying. I felt like he was on my side, helping me get to my "magical number". The process was much quicker than I thought it would be, and I drove away with the Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude of my dreams! He even took the time to explain the whole car to me, every button, control, and feature. I never felt like he was in a rush to make a sale, even though it was a Saturday and the place was busy. My husband was even surprised at how easy and pleasant the experience was and he has dealt with super high end dealers in the past (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, GMC, etc.). A side note, Paula in finance is probably one of the most organized people I have ever seen. Her organizational skills made the un-fun paperwork part of the day fly by. She was super sweet and friendly to top it off! All in all, I would DEFINITELY recommend not only the dealership, but Henry to anyone looking for a Jeep.

The dealership is currently undergoing extensive renovations which is reducing their capacity and leads to having to schedule appointments further in advance, and I have every confidence the renovations will make this place even better. The service staff are very courteous and professional and take time to answer questions and explain the process. They were very honest about the scheduling issues and didn't make promises they couldn't keep. I've dealt with this dealership pretty much for the past 4 years and my experience has been consistently good.

We came to this dealership on a Sunday that we had particularly designated to buy a Jeep Wrangler and were given incorrect information. We were told that there were no jeeps with soft tops available at the time and so we had planned to order a jeep going back on Monday to pay the deposit. However after calling several other dealers we were informed that deleting the soft top does not necessarily mean the premium soft top is deleted and so there was in fact a jeep with a dual top. We had to wait almost three hours the next day with an appointment with much frustration. I HIGHLY recommend you visit another dealership unless you want to waste your time and receive incorrect information.

I visited 5 dealers over 3 days before stopping into Garavel, they were by far the best to deal with. They were responsive and got my initial visit done quickly when I didn't have a lot of time. They haggled quickly and fairly and didn't play any hard sell games. Their fees were also lowest of all dealers I visited. So I am very happy with the car and price. They were much better than all the other dealers I visited in the last two days.

Wrangler Rob, Fred, Nick and all involved were simply amazing and dedicated to ensure the proper repair of my Jeep, which had an error for emissions. I realize that these are not easy to fix but they painstakingly went through all of the procedures to narrow down the problem and once it was determined they corrected it with top of the line parts rather than something less than manufacture recommended. One might say what is so unusual about that well the professionalism and detail to my needs for one. Also they could have argued against repairing as the vehicle was purchased used and as is but since the issue was noted prior to the sale they honored their commitment without hesitation and everyone made me feel like my problem and I were just as important as someone who had purchased a brand new vehicle. I'm not a mechanic but I do perform most of my own maintenance and recognize the amazing professionalism that the Garavel "family" dealership provides. Previously I have purchase brand new Cadillac's and the dealerships pale in comparison to my experience with Garavel. No one wants to purchase a vehicle and then have to have it serviced but if you happen to find yourself in this situation it couldn't have been handled any better than they did. I will recommend this dealership to anyone as my experience from sales to service was truly a great one.

I brought my Cherokee in to replace a broken switch on the dashboard (my knee hit the switch exiting the car and broke it).. They said they have had to replace this switch more often than you'd think, probably not the greatest design by Jeep.. They replaced the switch, but didn't charge me for the switch or to put it in. I felt that was a very kind gesture, which why I post the experience on here.

I bought a Jeep Latitude last February. Now having the first time relatives driving in the night behind me on my trip in Canada it was noted that instead of the right or left signal the 4 way flasher was coming on. I brought the car right into a local dealership to get the issue resolved. They easily found the culprit, a after market addition of a trailer hitch with electrical from U-Haul, that was incorrectly installed and shortening the flasher lights. Mentioning back here at Garavel about that issue during my next oil change I was send from service to sales back to service back to a service manager, which was supposed to call me. After I called him he told me there is nothing he could do for me to make up for the $350 I had to spent to correct Garavel's oversight. I would not buy another used car at this dealership. Hopefully corporate will see value in maintaining their current Jeep clients and reimburse us for something which should be rectified before selling the car to us.

I took my car for service with a list of service updates. While all issues were originally resolved, my vent got broken and there was static when I plugged my phone into the radio (after receiving it). When I presented the issues, the staff was understanding. Multiple attempts were made at fixing the car and the problems were eventually resolved free of charge. I am very happy with my experience here and would absolutely go back. The staff is a group of good guys who want to make customers happy.

Within the past month, my 2012 and my wife's 2011 both needed service. My 2012 blew a weld on the transmission output shaft, stranding me at a highway onramp, and the 2011 needed a new transfer case motor mechanism. Both Jeeps were taken to Garavel for service. Our 2011 was back on the road in a couple of days - would have been sooner but parts had to be ordered from MA. My 2012 was a bit different, taking a week and a half, but there was a backlog of transmission work and I wasn't able to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Being without my Jeep was frustrating but Garavel did all they could to get me back on the road as soon as possible, and helped my wife and I out with a rental car. All said and done, Wrangler Rob, Sean, and service genius Freddy came together to help us navigate our issues and get us back behind the wheel. Thanks again, guys.

We purchased a used VW EOS in Q1 2015. The purchase experience was uneventful, nothing exceptional, nothing really bad. We were offered free oil changes as a part of the deal, this is how the issues came up.Step 1: Oil change appointment taken, 1 week in advance. Service supposed to last 30 mn according to the garage, we spend 1:30 there. Why? Because the oil filter was not ordered prior to our visit; Go figure why it was not done...Step 2: Oil drips in our garage (never had that before). Obviously, there was something done wrong in the garage. Another appointment is set, it will take 30 minutes (!). We drive there and get the diagnostic: It's the oil drain plug, you have to come back to get it fixed.Step 3: A 3rd appointment is set. The car goes the garage. 1h15 minutes later, we're told that the drain screw is damaged (wonder who did that knowing that nobody touched this car other than Garavel since the purchase). The verdict: You have to go to VW to get it fixed, it's your problem.Conclusion: There was a reason for these bad reviews we used to find on different websites, especially on the service side. I thought the dealerrater reviews showed a change in the processes and a true improvement; my mistake. I will never go back there, pay whatever it takes to deal with a competent mechanics somewhere else and make sure that my friends are fully aware of what to expect from Garavel. Nicolas

I know Garavel since 2014 when I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Garavel became the closest Jeep service place for me. I speak only for the service side. I know nothing about the sales side. But on the service side, I was fortunate enough to find Wrangler Rob (no, no, it's his name!) to take care of my machine. He's great. Above and beyond and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I brought my car in for service, I felt he handed me a new car back. I was impressed.Scheduling delays are the only little thing I've had trouble with: it's a very busy place so don't count on waiting around in the rather drab-looking waiting room (they do have coffee, though!) Get a ride. And if you don't live too far, they'll offer a courtesy ride.

He walked us through all the setups for phone seats and other gadgets. My recommendation on this dealership will come later when I start going back for service. That's is when we know we can recommend them. The dealers are nice when they want us to buy cars, but not so nice when we go back for service. I bought a Grand Cherokee from this dealer before. They were under a different ownership and my experience then was not the best. Different people at service desk all the time and they treated customers like strangers. I am hoping is different now that they are owned by Garavel. I have bought cars from Nissan, Toyota, Jeep and Buick. The Nissan folks are good. They are cordial, but I can give praises to Wilton Motors, now Devan Chevy. Those folks are like a family. They treat their employees well because they have stayed and worked there forever. They also treat their customers very well. I wanted to buy from Devan again, but I came back to Jeep because I absolutely loved the Jeep Renegade. Is just a cute a car. is fun!! Young or old, people would love this car. My entire family loves it! I hope is a good car. I also liked the salesman, Steve Papadakos. He is always running and is all over the place, but he has a very good customer manner and tried to accommodate me. Salesmen are definitely important. I waited almost a month to get this car because they didn't have my specs in the right color car. I hope the wait was worth it. For now I am absolutely enjoying driving this car.

Brought my car in today due to the service light being on and it just not driving right. Keith Zarembski was the service advisor who helped me right away. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and saw to it that my car was looked at quickly since I explained how much I needed it to pick up my kids from school. He even offered me a ride back home! My car was diagnosed in a timely manner and was even made driveable while another part needed was ordered. What a blessing it is not to have to rent a car! We own a 2014 Dodge Durango (simply awesome vehicle) that was purchased out of state yet we service locally in Norwalk, CT at Garavel Auto Group. Called them that we had a slow leak front driver side tire because we had a huge 2" bolt (yes bolt, not a nail) stuck in it. I received a recall notification for a part and was told to make appointment at my local dealership. I did make that appointment however, there was a mix-up of the dates and when I arrived this morning; there was no appointment. Being the customer-centric dealership that they are; they took me anyway (with a smile) and actually completed the job faster so I was able to get to work earlier. "Wrangler" Rob was very accommodating and I truly believe I received the best deal possible. I have purchased both used and new vehicles from this dealership over the years, ether way I've always been treated very well. The Service department is the best I've every dealt with. Something I would have never thought but I received the best price on new tires of any other tire place I checked. That being said my issue is with the back office area, when I purchased my used Wrangler on May 19 I chose Gap Ins. also. On June 13 I requested in writhing to cancel the Gap Ins., this entitled me to a full refund which has taken until today September 18 to post to my account. I think 97 days seams excessive.

I purchased my 2014 Jeep Wrangler 4 Door last year from "Wrangler" Rob at Garavel Jeep. I was very particular about what I wanted and he went out of his way to find me the perfect Jeep. He, along with the rest of the staff, made the purchasing experience easy and actually kind of fun. From the sales floor to the finance desk, everyone I dealt with was professional and more importantly, very LOW pressure. Fast forward a year and Rob is now in the service department. When we started talking about my desire to modify my Wrangler, he took the time to talk to me about the various options. Finally I decided that I wanted to upgrade my tires and wheels and Rob walked me through every step of the process (and answered about 1,000 questions) in a professional and courteous manner. While I browsed the showroom floor looking at options, various members of the sales team talked to me about the different tires, rims, lifts, etc. which made for a great experience. The service team performed the work exactly as promised, on time. Freddy even helped me install a new gas hatch cover. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend Garavel for your next car purchase or service.

Last year I ordered a new 2015 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited Hard Rock with a stick from Henry Welkes at Garavel and it has been the most fun car I've ever had. So when my wife's car was coming off warranty we went right back to Henry and he had a perfect 2014 CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude package with less than 10k miles for a great price and we put a deposit down on the spot (4 other couples were trying to buy the same Jeep). Keith, Rob, and Kirk were extremely helpful. When I took my car in for service, it turned out I needed much more work than I had originally thought. I got a call from Keith and he was able to breakdown and exactly what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. While the cost is higher at a dealership, I would recommend going back just for the peace of mind that Keith and everyone are able to give you. I didn't even know what was wrong with my car but I was able to come in the week before my scheduled appointment and have a service employee take a ride with me to see if he was able to feel what was wrong.

The actual car purchase negotiation was ok. Nothing's stands out about it. These where our concerns subsequent to purchase however...When we viewed the car a week before collecting it, the odometer was 26 miles. The 'odometer disclosure statement' was 31 miles. We signed that, and we when we car drove away, we noticed the actual reading on the car was 190 miles. So who knows who took our car for a joyride from the dealership. If this was the only issue, then so be it, but it was not!We bought Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a dual top. Thank goodness for YouTube to help us figure out how to take the hard top off and install the soft top. We noticed during the process that we had not received the rear soft top windows. We notified the dealership and told them to deliver the windows. They did so a few days later. After our return from vacation we made the 2nd attempt to put the soft top on. This time the clips that hold the rear window in place were not in the box. We have been attempting to contact with the dealership for weeks now, but they have ignored us and even after sharing the YouTube clip showing the missing clips they claim to not understand what is wrong. Their solution is that we come to the dealership. Never again will I buy a Jeep here.

I came out of a store on a Sunday afternoon and my 2006 Jeep Liberty would not start. AAA towed it to Garavel Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram at about 4:00. The next morning I called and was told It was a very busy Monday and the hoped they'd have time to look at my car. At about noon time on Monday Wrangler Rob called me and said they could probably fix the problem that was causing my car not to start and also take care of a recall repair that I had scheduled two weeks before but had to cancel. We had initially brought our PT Cruiser to the Chrysler Dealer in Greenwich, with major disappointment poor customer service, they did nothing to check the vehicle and address our concerns, we had been told that the PT Cruiser needed a new transmission so of course we wanted it done correctly so we brought it to the dealer with little help from them. We then had it towed to GARAVEL Chrysler in Norwalk which we should have done from the BEGINNING awesome experience from the moment we told the service department of our concerns they listened, investigated and found that it was a totally different issue that was causing the Cruiser not to function at the same time we were given a list of things that needed to be addressed.Concerned with the cost they were able to tell us what needed priority and what could wait, we have since been doing the repairs in stages.Keith has been great, with oriented exceptional customer service which you don't find much these days. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend everyone to come to this dealer. THANK YOU Keith!!!!

I purchased a used 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 from a used car dealer.When the check engine light came on recently, I didn't know where to take it. It was by luck that I brought it to Garavel for service. I'm so happy I did. Keith not only helped me out and answered all my questions when I checked in, but really made me feel taken care of. I knew he was honestly trying to make sure I got the work done I needed and did his best to save me money. First time Jeep owner. I walked into Garavel on a beautiful Friday morning as a layman and walked out completely head over heels in LOVE with a white Jeep wrangler unlimited. Henry Welkes was courteous, patient and followed up after the sale of the jeep. I even went back for a tutorial on the removal of the hard top and he walked me around to parts to purchase a rubber mat for the cargo space. Since I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler, I immediately felt like I found the right person. Wrangler Rob enjoys what he does and it shows. Rob is enthusiastic and knowledgeable when it comes to Jeeps. I wanted to personalize my Wrangler with modifications that looked cool and allowed for some off-roading. Rob helped me find modifications within my budget that made my 2-door Wrangler look exactly the way I wanted. I have been getting complements on the Jeep everywhere I go. When I arrived at Garavel Jeep we were introduced to Wrangler Rob. I had a good idea of what I wanted but Rob was able to lay out all my options and quickly find the perfect spec jeep for me. He was very friendly and keen to work with me. When the car arrived Rob even came in on his day off for the collection process, and spent a good amount of time giving a detailed description of how to use all the features. He also showed me how to remove the hard top, and offered to fit the soft top for me if I brought the Jeep back in (which I was able to do a few weeks later)When I collected the car Paula was very efficient at dealing with the finance and made that part of the buying process very painless.Overall a great experience.

Towed to Garavel dealership on July 8, 2015 after 2012 Jeep Cherokee stopped running while driving on the highway. Service team discovered cracked cylinder which happens 1 in 1,100 vehicles and is a manufacturer defect. Fixed the problem with no charge. Honest and trustworthy dealer with great attention to customer service and satisfaction (not my dealer but referred to me). Keith Zarembski, and Lawrence Pearson were great and managed to fix my car ahead of schedule since our teenager needs the car for his summer job. On July 13, 2015, returned to Garavel dealership when the air conditioner wasn't working. Again, I had no appointment but they promised to diagnose the problem. Nick Collins was kind enough to have the motor replaced the same day since we were leaving that evening for a trip to tour colleges. It's no wonder the waiting area is filled with customers. After I walked into Garavel pondering the thought of replacing my 2004 Mitsubishi Endevor with 182,000 miles. I was quickly met by a gentleman who introduced himself as Henry. Called and made an appointment to have the 4 wheel drive serviced, the transmission serviced and the front and rear differentials serviced on my 04 Durango Limited. I also asked to have check engine light checked. I dropped the truck off and spoke to Lawrence Pearson about what I wanted done to the truck. He said that they would do the services and that he'd call me and let me know what was causing the check light. He called me an hour later and told me about an air bag switch recall that was causing one code and a EGR valve that needed replacing which caused the other code. I agreed to the cost and had them do the work. Lawrence called about 3 hours later telling me it was all set. They did a great job explaining what had been done and informed me of how the recall would be handled. The truck runs great and I am very pleased with Garavel and Lawrence Pearson. I'll be back!

This is my second Jeep Wrangler. I bought my first less than a year ago after my brother bought his. Two weeks after he bought his Wrangler, he was off to Ireland for a week, which meant I got to drive it around. I fell in LOVE on the first ride. Less than a month later I decided I was going to get one too. I have two small children, 3 and 5, and believe me, I am the coolest mom EVER!!. The Wrangler is classic; never goes out of style. It rides so smooth; you'd never know you where in a Wrangler. Its so durable; the kids are encouraged to slam the doors. And its SUPER COOL; top down - need a say more. As for the Dealer, Steve P... supper cool guy. Just in the last year, we (my brother, myself, my father, my mother, myself again) have bought 5 Jeeps and we are very happy. Steve gets as close to the $$$ as you need him to to make the deal happen. Its awesome to get a great vehicle and a great purchasing experience all in one. They all look act like they don't want to be there, gone home with someone else paper twice fixed things in my truck with out my permission I herd tons and tons of story's but went there anyways and those stories all true went in for an oil change few days later smelt oil it was leaking from oil filter so happens it took three full turns to re tighten

I bought a used 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Garavel after seeing an ad online. They were very quick to respond to my questions when I emailed them and Steve who worked with me was a great help as well. The Manager Mark was an awesome guy and really helped me secure this car. The only flaw was that a week after purchasing I had to replace the starter, but that is a risk when buying used cars. I would recommend Garavel to anybody.

I went to another dealership at first and when the car I wanted there was no longer available, I went to Garavel since it was closer to home. When they found out the car I initially wanted was no longer available they searched their inventory to find a car close to what I wanted. While having my Chrysler 200 serviced, I looked at newer cars on the lot and was very taken by the ceramic blue sport version. I went inside and told Steve Papadakos that I really liked that car and was considering a trade up. This was around 5:40 p.m. By 7:40 I was driving it home. Steve went to work right away and made it happen so fast I had to pinch myself. He was enthusiastic, extremely informative and courteous. He did not pressure me in any way which put me at ease throughout the process. When I met with Paula in Finance, my experience was pretty much the same. She was very friendly, informative and courteous, putting me totally at ease. What I love about this dealership is the service: the minute you walk in the door, you're greeted, asked to sit down, and then there's a friendly chat about what you're they're for, advice on how long you should expect that the repair or service will take, a probe to find out if you have any further questions, printed confirmation of the work and then timely execution of the work. You never feel spoken over or around; it's basic, simple, cordial communication between dealer and client.On this visit I dealt mostly with Lawrence, who couldn't have more professional, cordial, friendly and again, communicative, with all the appropriate follow through. But I've dealt with Nick and Keith on other occasions and the service is consistently good.I don't like going to car dealerships. I always feel like I'm swimming in mud. But these guys make it easy, and take away that dread. I highly recommend this dealership.

I made an appointment at Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram because my obd sensors were showing not ready on the emissions test. I initially spoke with Keith Zarembski who was very kind and offered to take my jeep with out an appointment the same day but I would have to leave the vehicle. I decided to make an early appointment for the following Saturday. On Saturday I spoke with Nick Collins. Very nice , very knowledgeable, explained the problem with great patience. I would need to drive the vehicle for a certain number of miles for it to reset. For some reason I continued to fail the emmisions the obd was not ready. I made another appointment with Nick Collins. This guy is absolutely the best. Again Nick explained everything in great detail. My vehicle was taken care of imiedietly and afterwards Nick and Keith both explained the problems with emisions with older vehicles. After another week I failed emissions again. I returned to the dealership. Again That afternoon Nick and Keith explained the issue to me. They explained again after testing all of the systems thAt the car was working fine. It's just the newer computers at emisions do not work well on some older vehicles. Nick and Keith have taken SUCH GOOD CARE of me I really will always be loyal to this dealership. Every new car, every service will be here. It's all about quality and value. I have never before been treated so fairly and kind. I just feel like they really care about the customers and vehicles. This is top notch service. Absolutely the best of the best. FIVE STARS X A MILLION

jeep was excellent and Henry my salesman was very patient in explaining the car to me as I am not great with technology and he was also friendly and accommodating,My experience could not have been better.

I have been looking for this car for the past few months with no luck. Every dealer I went too would look at me different bc I'm young I guy but not Garavel.. Karl was a great rep and he helped me through the whole process. Hassle free test drive and even took a little off the car. Quick and easy and Karl and me had a deal within an hour or so... I needed an oil change and tire rotation a little while back and although it doesn't say who my service advisor was on my receipt, I believe from the pictures below, it may have been Lawrence Pearson. It's very hard to tell though. Maybe it was Keith Zarembski? Can't tell from that picture either. Anyway, he let me know I needed a new battery and was very helpful!

I dropped my Wrangler off for a small repair. I was amazed that I received a call back a very short time later telling me it was fixed AND at no cost since it was under warranty. Nick Collins and Lawrence Pearson were extremely welcoming and very friendly. They patiently answered all my questions with a smile! Garavel's service department is top notch. I wouldn't trust my Jeep to anyone else. I feel so welcomed when I walk in the door. I am so incredibly happy with this dealership and won't go anywhere else. Went in looking to trade my '07 2DR Wrangler for a new Charger but Henry saw I was still in love with Jeeps. He showed me the Certified '12 Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited they had and after the test drive, I released that I did not want to leave Jeep either. So after getting way more than I thought I would for my trade in I bought the Unlimited Rubicon and so happy with my purchase. Never was pressured into buying. Definitely loved the atmosphere there. Also want to say again Thank you Henry for seeing me going all the hoops with bank which was taking so long and realizing I was hungry and went out and buying me lunch!

I have wanted a Jeep for the longest time and when I was finally ready to pull the trigger I was referred to Garavel Jeep. The experience was incredible and made my dream a reality. Garavel Jeep is by far the best dealership I have ever visited. After searching around the NYC area and dealing with obnoxious and shady dealers selling poor merchandise at unreasonable prices I made my way out to connecticut and boy am I glad I did. Not only did I find the car I wanted in great condition and at an amazing price, the sales staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very nice and freindly without being over bearing, a balance rarely achieved by car dealers. They seemed to be genuinely pleasant and not just ruthless wolves hiding behind fake smiles. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, they were very efficient and diligent and went above and beyond to make my purchase and financing as fast and hassle free as possible. They got me a great deal on financing too! All in all Garavel is the best dealership ever and I will probably be a lifelong customer. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a nice car at a great price without being fleeced.

I can't say enough good things about Garavel! My 17 year old son and I went to Garavel to purchase his first car and Annie was are sale person, she was great! Annie knew exactly what cars to show him that he would be happy with and that I would feel he would be safe in.Everyone there was friendly and even though I came in without an appointment they made sure we left that day with my sons new car! My experience felt like a win/win. I love the jeep I got and I felt I paid a fair price where the dealership and salesmen also made money. I think it is not realistic for a customer to expect to buy a car at dealer cost. Wrangler Rob answered each of my questions honestly. If I felt I were being lyed to I would have walked right out.
