The experience I had at this dealership has been one of the absolute BEST experiences at a dealership ever. Ricky Castro will EXCEED your expectations BY FAR!! He is very helpful, knowledgeable, takes time to explain exactly what is being done, JUST an OUTSTANDING employee. The manager (Jeff I believe?) was very helpful also. You aren't just a number there. Highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased a brand new 2021 Chevy Equinox and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I worked with Anna and Quincy. Anna reached out to me after I submitted an online inquiry about the Equinox that I ended up purchasing. She took all of my concerns and scheduled me an appointment the same day. When I arrived for my appointment Anna had informed Quincy of our conversation, and what I was looking for, and Quincy was prepared for me. He was very professional. Everyone in the dealership was very courteous. I gave Quincy my price range and he along with his finance colleague worked extremely hard to get me an amazing deal. This was absolutely my best car buying experience and I appreciate the attentiveness and dedication of all the staff members I interacted with. I’d highly recommend this dealership and Quincy to anyone!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

I went to Garber Chevrolet for a simple oil change. I was in and out in a little of no time. Other dealerships I had been to for a simple oil change and tire rotation I was in there for at least 3 hrs. Even though it's in Highland, IN and I will pass up several GM dealers I will return to them. Charlene, front desk person who signed me in, was really nice and friendly. They definitely have the right kind of person greeting customers, nice, friendly and with a smile. I highly recommend them.

Went to get my car serviced at Garber Chevrolet on Indianapolis Boulevard. The service was excellent. I needed a ride to and from home. They were great they pick me up and brought me home.. I'm very grateful. And they did a wonderful job on my car. Their representative Samantha was excellent. I highly recommend Garber Chevrolet.

My experience buying the car here was good, however my traverse AC didn't work so I have to take it in for guaranteed work. They said they fix the issue and gave it back to us. Not only the car was slightly damage (small dent) but the AC only work for a day... After 3 attempts in less than 3 weeks and after replacing most of the AC stuff the manager told me that they were following GM recommendations. Also have to fight all the time in order to get a loaner while my car was being service. Updated (6-24)This is in response to the dealer response without even looking into the case.... I was waiting for your call and it never came... Whenever someone said they will do something I will be the first one to acknowledge it when they do it. but when they don't do it I will also acknowledge it... here is the proof that I took the car 3 times not twice.. I didn't mentioned before that Tom the manager ordered the touch up paint so that we can do a repair from a damage they did and they ended up charging us for it.. Terrible service and not owning their word... the invoice number for the 3 times are; 588481 589501 589008
