Good customer service. I visited Garber Ford today, July 15, 2017 with my son. He was shopping for a new red Mustang. They had one on the website that was everything he wanted. When we inquired, they explained that the super low price online was in error, somebody had goofed, but they would honor the price if he bought today. I believe they were truthful as the price was really low. Well, there was some negotiation on a couple things, like any other auto purchase, but in the end, they honored the price, and then some. The process was extremely transparent, quick and easy. The dealer fee was low by comparison. I believe they were fair. I give them 3 stars and will definitely be back. I will also do them the favor of referral. not all auto dealers are the same, these guys are the best! It really is worth the drive. Ask for Mark, he will do right by you.

Only had my used vehicle a month in a half, by the way I love it ❤️. Got a good deal too! Anyway I noticed a crack on the vent plate, went back to Carlos and asked what we should do and he said take it over to service department and ask if the warranty was still good and it was. Told me they would call me when it came in. This was on a Monday and it came in on a Friday. Brought it in on the following Monday and it was done in a timely fashion......they detailed it too.....love it, them and Carlos, so helpful he is!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were in need of a new work truck and the specific one we were looking for is in high demand and hard to find. John Merritt helped us find exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us complete the purchase. He even delivered it to our front door for us when we couldn’t leave due to quarantine! I would definitely recommend Garber Auto and John Merritt if you are in need of a new auto. Amazing experience! Danny and John bent over backwards to help me purchase a truck for my son. I’m so glad I was able to purchase a vehicle close to home and thankful they were willing to work with my unique situation. I recently moved to the area from Toronto and buying a pre-owned car from someone you just met is something I don’t usually do. But John Merritt made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He listened to our wants and needs and he delivered in a very professional manner. John was patient since we had a million questions and was extremely knowledgeable.
