This is our fourth car we have bought. The second one from Jeff, he went above and beyond to please us. He took time to explain all the features the vehicle had. He even set our phone to the car. Jeff knew my wife is the primary drive and made sure she understood everything. We have been so please with ever vehicle our first one is still in the family, our daughter and son in law bought their first car from Garvey this year. We are always telling everyone how please we are with the wonderful service we receive from purchase to oil change.

As someone who's had lousy luck with cars in the past, purchasing from private sellers, I was sceptical about purchasing a new car from a dealership as I'd never done so before. I knew my credit rating was horrible and I went in with the expectation that I would be turned down. But I was absolutely surprised when I was informed that I would be able to get a car there and I got very excited. Nicole was great to work with, she gave me all the details I needed, pointed me to a couple of models and helped me select the perfect car for me. I have been on cloud 9 ever since that day. And Bob was an absolute treasure, detailing my financial obligations in an easy to understand manner. The staff there is a treasure and I look forward to recommending them to any and all my friends looking for a new car.

I stopped at Garvey and wasn't expecting to make a purchase but the salesperson, Brad, who I worked with was very knowledgeable and supportive. He helped me find a car that met my needs and was in my price range without making me feel pressured to make a purchase or to buy a car I couldn't afford. The financial department was able to work with the lender to get me a great rate despite my credit being tied up in other financial responsibilities (student loans etc). I felt like Brad (and the financial team) really cared about helping me make the best decision. I walked away confident in my purchase and completely committed to using their service department for all of my needs while I'm still in the immediate area, even though it's an hour and a half drive from my home. My experience at Garvey North was the best I've had at a Dealership (I've purchased 3 new cars at 3 different dealerships prior to this) and I would definitely recommend stopping by to see what Brad and the team can do for you! :)

I have been driving a 2004 Buick Century for a while. My husband just got a truck not to long ago. We both knew the Buick was on it's last leg and I needed something better. So we went to UFirst to see if we could get a loan. We were shocked when we were told yes and for how much. So we stopped at a couple other places before we went to Garvey. They have a vehicle in the criteria that we needed it to be. Took it for a test drive and then worked out the paperwork. Adam was the gentleman who worked with us. He was such a pleasant man. He gave us all kinds of information, from what kind of warranty we had, what all was in the car, roughly what our payments would be.Adam even went out of his way to make sure we got the second key for the car.Had me bring the car back in the second day I had it to fix a minor problem with the door, and they had to order a new alarm button along with a port replacement for a charger. I would recommend Garvey in a heartbeat to anyone who asks. All the sales people there are very pleasent.

The staff were very thorough in answering any and all questions. The sales rep. I dealt with was friendly and not pushy about the sale. He gave all the information I asked for and didn't set a deadline for me to make my decision. I was able to shop around to other dealerships in the area including della honda, which were more focused on the sale instead of meeting my needs. This was the 2nd vehicle I have leased from Garvey myself and my boyfriend also leased one last year. Last year we had the pleasure of dealing with Brian and we liked him so much, i knew this year that is who i wanted to deal with. Brian is very funny, personable and accommodating. I called Brian up and made an appt to see him that same day, he was there and he even recognized us from last year when we leased. My husband and I worked with both Terence and Nicole. Terrence knew every vehicle on the lot and NEVER once said "let me look up what we have" or "let me look up the information on..." He honestly knew the ins and outs of every vehicle. When we decided on a vehicle, it was a few days later, Terence was not in that day and Nicole helped us. She was very friendly, informative, and just so extremely helpful. Honestly the best dealership in Plattsburgh.

My wife and I have always driven Hondas. We had just come from our local Honda dealership where we have done business for over 25 years when we stopped by Garvey-Hyundai to see what they had to offer after renting a Hyundai that we really liked. Jeffrey Plunkett was our salesman who welcomed and greeted us as though we were the only customers in the showroom. He thoroughly and clearly answered ALL of our many questions. He made us feel that he genuinely wanted to sell us a car that would fit our needs and make us happy. Both the acting Sales Manager and the Business Manager welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They were professional and interested in having us join their Hyundai family. Jeff introduced us to the Service Manager (first time that has ever happened in all our years of car shopping) who was also courteous and asked us to be sure to contact him if we had any problems or questions. We cannot say enough about the pleasure we had dealing with Mr. Plunkett....he made us feel that we made his day by simply stopping in and taking up his time while we test drove the car and plied him with questions..it goes without saying that we would heartily recommend Garvey-Hyundai to anyone interested in a pleasurable car shopping experience. The wait area in the service department needs a little help... very limited space. We had the winter tires rotated on the older car and 1 hub cap was not on all the way so as we traveled home, one was lost, which wasn't great. Also, open up a dealership in Malone, NY!

I attempted to purchase a car here recently. I explained my situation very clearly and it was met with the utmost reassurance that they could beat the rate of my own bank. The deal was fine until I got to the incredibly rude and unprofessional finance manager. This man was so rude and talked above us when we attempted to ask questions that were reasonable. I explained very clearly about the interest rate my bank offered me and he kept pushing a deal that was 3% higher than what my own bank offered.. and even went as far as to speak on behalf of my own bank as if he works there! Once I was done listening to his nonsense about how this was the greatest deal that could ever happen to me, I walked out, fuming. I had forgotten to get back the deposit I had given and when we went back in to get it, we were met with swearing and yelling, and my boyfriend being called a F*xxxx, because he asked questions that the man couldn't answer in an intelligent way thus killing the whole deal. I wouldn't go back to this dealership if they gave me a car for free....

These people are vindictive. The way they treated my wife when she told them that we were going with another dealer was just outrageous and absolutely uncalled for. (They did repairs and charged us for them despite the fact that we have emails that the staff has acknowledged reading that pre-date any such repairs, telling them NOT to do anything at all. At ALL.) Got rid of a 2007 Santa Fe that should have been fixed for me. Not this dealers fault but Hyundai. Way to many oil leaks on the bigger v-6 engine. 2 valve cover gaskets and possibly a timing cover gasket problem. That would have been big $$$. At 130,00 miles? Are you kidding me? I hope this car is better. Brad was great in setting up this deal.

I was very pleased with the experiences that I had at Garvey Hyundai. The staff were all friendly, informative, and above all else professional. My shopping experience with the dealership was a fun time.... we laughed, I cried, and we shared stories. I was made to feel at home. I had lost an earring in my old car that was one of the last gifts my dad gave me. I had asked Brian to look for it when he cleaned it before reselling the vehicle. While a friend of mine was helping me take my personal belongings out of my old car, my earring was discovered. Brian was standing nearby. I began to weep and was embraced. That is the kind of place I want to do business with.... where someone actually cares about you and shows compassion. I will not soon forget my experience there and will recommend to my family and friends to consider buying their next vehicle at Garvey's in Plattsburgh, even though it's a bit of a drive. FYI my last car was purchased in Texas. My cousin did work at a Chevy dealership where I purchased the vehicle.

They contacted me for my 2013 Honda Civic. I only had 13,000 miles on it and liked it so I stopped in just to see what they could do for me. I drove out in a 2016 Elantra. Bottom line is I went from a 2013 to a 2016 with no negative equity and no significant change in payment. I am sure they got theirs as I would expect but I got mine too. Brian Baker was the dealer and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to go back nor would I hesitate to recommend Garvey.

I told him I was interested in a bigger vehicle since I was finding it difficult to get in and out of the Elantra. By having conversations with him on previous visits to the dealership regarding my needs, he was very helpful in assisting me in finding the right size vehicle for me that was comfortable to get in and out of and comfortable to drive. Traded my Hyundai Tucson in for another one . I was told that it was all wheel drive. it wasn't. I got stuck in 1 inch of snow and couldn't get out of my driveway. called and complained. I went to trade that car in and came home with a car I absolutely hate ..I want to trade it in for a car I first wanted and I'm willing to take the loss. I asked if they would install fog light and an auto off light switch and they said they wouldn't touch it . Nicole call and asked me how I liked the car and I told her I hated it . she also said she would have Nathan call me to talk about trading it in . But of course no call. They also asked me to give Garvey a Good Review , which I did , I should have waited and told the truth. I was there for close to 5 Hours and a lot of hassle. A recommendation for Garvey xxxx No!

I was looking for a needle in a haystack - an 2012 Elantra Touring wagon SE in good condition- they just happened to have one so I sent an email inquiry from the Hyundai CPO inventory page I used to find the specif model I wanted. From there I interacted with nice people who made a 4 + hour ride to buy a car seem less like a daunting experience, and more of a get there , be happy with car and go home exchange, and it was. We did have a paper work snafu I noticed once home, but they said no problem they will take care of it , which is great service even after the sale. So far no regrets. Love the car, Happy with the deal, happy with the transaction and so far even the post purchase customer service.

This was our first experience buying a brand new car, and I have to say we were skeptical about everything. But from the moment we walked in the front door and got greeted by Adam, we felt at ease. We couldn't believe how easy the whole process was. We were able to roll our previous loan into a new one. No trips to the DMV or the insurance office. They even accepted a trade in that we thought no one would touch! We never felt like we were being pushed into something or rushed. The warranties were the best we could find by far, above and beyond the competition. We will recommend Garvey and Adam to anyone who is looking for a new car!

After buying a car for my daughter last February and having an awesome experience, I went back to Adam for the purchase of my van. A week later, we traded my daughter's car for something newer. Both times the customer service from Adam was nothing short of amazing (again working on his days off to get us into our vehicles) and the finance guy (Bob?) is nothing short of a miracle worker! It's true - "if you can't get it at Garvey, you can't get it" - even if you could get it somewhere else, you shouldn't - Garvey is the total package!

My husband and I had been to several different dealerships in the Plattsburgh area and found that we were being force fed cars and not able to buy one we liked. Brad is an excellent salesman to work with, I went in with my three boys and we talked about a new vehicle. He didn't try to put me into something that wasn't for my family. Brad took the time to go over everything with me and even waited that evening for my wife to stop by after work and test drive the vehicle. We have previously purchased two vehicles from Garvey Hyundai North, but never had the privilege of working with Brad Bernard. Brad approached us while we were looking at some Santa Fe's on the lot. He asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. He told us that there were a couple of Santa Fe's that were just delivered that sounded like a perfect fit for us. He wasn't kidding. He had to remove the plastic from the steering wheel and the stick shift. It had exactly what we were looking for. What a beautiful vehicle. Hyundai makes a wonderful product. It only took between two to three hours from the time we met Brad to the time that we were driving our Santa Fe off of the lot. Brad and the staff quickly and efficiently put us into our new vehicle. I came to Garvey North to see Brad after one of my co-workers raved to me how nice and helpful he was when they bought their car from him, and my experience with Brad was just that and more! He was more than helpful and patient as I asked a million questions, and was very knowledgeable and detailed with every answer he gave. We were able to work together to find the perfect car on the lot. Three months and 4,000 miles later I love my Elantra as much as the first time I test drove it! Even a couple months after we made the deal I got a letter in the mail from Geico and I wasn't too sure what to do with If, so I emailed Brad and at 8pm at night he replied back that it'd take care of it. I can't think of anyone else that would provide that kind of service months after your purchase! If you're looking for a salesman who will be patient with you, and will make sure you're taken care of and that won't take advantage of you, I highly recommend Brad just like my co-worker recommended him to me.

I went in to look at possibly buy a new car. I knew what I wanted as far as reliable, good on gas and good in the snow. I had worked with Terence before when I bought my Tuscon from him in November of 2012. I went in and he showed me around, answered all my questions and I ended up test driving a 2012 Sonata. I fell in love with the car as soon as I started driving it. Brad was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. His personality is well suited for a salesman. I have absolutely no problem with the way he handled our purchase. My only qualm with this transaction was the "creative financing" of the finance manager. He sold me on an extended warranty for what I thought was going to cost $600 or about "$6 or $7" a month additional as he put it. When paperwork was done, the price listed was $1900, which equates to an additional $30.16 a month plus interest. He tried to explain something about giving up some of the buy back on the interest rate and if I ever traded cars before the extended warranty expired, the refund would be figured on the $1900 instead of the $600. I may not be the brightest light on the Christmas tree, but if it says $1900 on the contract, that's what I'll be paying. All in all, I would still recommend this dealership to a friend.

We had planned on getting a new car, but not in the same day as we were just "looking". We knew we needed too, as our van was pushed beyond .... Far beyond... What it should have been. As soon as we started looking Brad came running out of the store to ask if we needed any help. Before we new it we were inside signing papers to get a major upgrade toour driving situation. Brad pointed out that he had a great vehicle with low milage and once we saw It we were hooked. The car now sits in my driveway. Brad made it beyond easy for us. This was our first big purchase for a car. Brian Baker was fabulous. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to talk us into a car we didn't like or couldn't afford. We were able to look at many of the cars on the lot(in the cold windy weather) and listen to Brian point out the features to help my husband and I make a good decision. Brian took the time to go through every detail and make sure we were comfortable before we drove off the lot. Robert(the finance guy) was great getting us a payment plan we could afford and even pulling in a last minute offer to save us a few bucks on the payments. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we if we needed something, they got it. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it took to get all the papers in order and signed but since It's my first dealer/auto purchase that may be the norm. Over all the process was explained in terms my husband and I could understand without feeling pressured. I will recommend this car dealership and the dealer we worked with to all my family and friends.

They don't stand by their warranty for used vehicles. Bumper to bumper warranty doesn't cover anything. They over charge for used vehicles. They take a trade in and you still have to pay how much your vehicle is worth so they get the car for free. Called the bank and they confirmed they were trying to rip us off.

Stopped in to Garvey Hyundai just to "cruise the lot" and see if there was anything that appealed to me visually. As I was stopped and looking at a Santa Fe, Elvis walked up and introduced himself. I let him know right away that I was just looking and that I wanted to test drive several different models and brands since I had just purchased the vehicle I was in last November and hated it. No more quick decisions for me. Well within a few minutes of chatting with Elvis and him showing me the inside of the Santa Fe, off we went on a test drive. Loved it...BUT not enough bells and whistles I thought. So I left and told him I had to come back with the wife. Well we did go back, same day as a matter of fact. She liked the Santa Fe a lot too. We ended up looking at other Santa Fe's on the lot with different options and really liked a SPORT AWD with a ton of options. Well, I bought it without even testing other vehicle brands because I knew I loved it and it had a boat load of bells and whistles. Elvis worked a great deal for us and Bob in finance threw in a couple goodies too. Thank you Bob! And we got over blue book for our trade in too. It was truly a pleasurable experience from start to close of the deal. I'd highly recommend that you check them out. You will be impressed, satisfied, happy and (I bet) a Hyundai owner to boot. BTW...You gotta get the BlueLink service for you car. It is awesome!

Well, for the first time in my life, my family purchased 2 SUV's not only in the same year, but in the SAME MONTH (Feb. 1st and 28th, 2014). Also, from the same dealership (Garvey North) and the same salesperson (Brad Bernard.) My son Gordon purchased a 2005 Tucson GLS from Brad on Feb. 1st. We were delighted with Brad's knowledge and willingness to help get Gordon into a vehicle he needed. Brad kept in touch throughout the month as there were a couple small items that needed fixing. Brad had mentioned to me that if I ever wanted to trade in my almost new 2012 Kia Sorento with just over 6,000 miles for a new Tucson SE that I'd looked at, make sure to let him know. After a few emails on whether a used or leftover 2013 would be better than waiting til later this year for the new Hyundais to come out, he contacted me on TH, Feb. 27th and said that Fri, the 28th was going to be the best day to buy a Hyundai for quite some time as Garvey was in an unadvertised competition with another dealership for the month. Brad said that he believed I'd get a better deal that Friday than waiting til later in the year. SOI called him Friday AM, went over what I wanted with color and options (which he already knew) and he said 'I have just the vehicle - it's still on the trailer; it is Platinum Gray, it is a Tucson SE 4WD - and it has everything in it (but the back-up sensors I'd had on my Kia.) He said to come up and drive it. I went up after lunch, and he brought the Tucson out with the plastic still on everything-even the paper cover on the hood. We took it for a drive and I was totally impressed with the smooth ride, height inside, tight turning radius and everything else. So we went back to Garvey and Brad worked out a super deal for me. With a great trade-in and some 'give-aways' from Garvey, I wound up with a payment that was only $18/month more than what I'd had up til now! While I went home to clean out my Kia, they took the Tucson in and did all the 'new car' stuff it needed, filled the tank, and it was ready by supper. WOW!! I drove it home that same afternoon! Brad explained everything about the new Tucson and set my Bluetooth up before I left. I was again, so impressed with Brad and his non-pushy but impressive way of dealing with my many questions. Brad and Garvey are now my 'go to dealership.' My family owns 4 Tucsons now and 1 Santa Fe, so all of us will be using Brad & Garvey for our future trade-ups. They treat all their customers like family. On the above scale of 1-5, they are a 10+.

I have been dealing with Garveys since they opened in 2005. I find the employees to be very knowledgeable and excellent to work with. I have bought a Sante Fe and an Elantra from this dealership and I always bring my vehicles to them. I would not have any of my service or repairs done anywhere else. The service department is excellent, they have always answered any questions I may have and fixed any problems and they don't just "fix it" and then hand me the bill, they explain what is needed and also explain any costs involved. I have purchased two cars at Garvey and have had three cars serviced there. My original car was a junker but Keith and the service guys work with me to fix what I could as a starving student to keep me on the go. When that car died finally I knew I could trust them to sell me a car I could afford and wouldn't need work to keep running! I have since purchased another new car and still drive from Vermont to the guys at Garvey to have it serviced. The service department explains everything in terms I understand and never tries to sell me anything I don't need.

Terrence and Bob were the best! Terrence took so much time with me during the paperwork last night. He was patient with me and even when I had a hard time understanding something, he explained it a few different ways until I got it. Bob was able to get me an interest rate that I am VERY happy with! I have to say over all the other Dealers out here in Plattsburgh NY Garvey Hyundai is the best. they have the best pricing cars/suv's i have seen and the people that work there are great had a few Problems there but they fixed them fast when i said something about it and Keith Pelerin is a stand up man and everything he said he stuck by and i have alot of respect for this man and Customer Service is great there they get you in fast and there nice they don't talk down to you like other dealer. We deal with Joe at the Customer Service Desk and he's great he found out stuff on our suv before i even seen or smelled it. I was in the market for a new vehicle to replace my truck and small car. Drawn to Hyundia by the 10yr 100,000 mile warranty and having previously owning a Hyundai Accent, I had to stop by in to see what Hyundai had to offer. I was greeted by Mr. Brad Barnard, very professional. After asking me what I was looking for and what my budget was, he suggested the 2014 Hyundai AWD Tucson. After showing me the AWD 2014 we were able to work out a deal, trading my 2012 Honda Fit and my 2004 Chevy Silverado truck for a new 2014 AWD Tucson, equipped with: rubber floor mats, a tow hitch, a Life time rust proof warranty and an 100,000 mile bumper to bumper extended warranty. I am extremely satisfied with the deal I got. The tow hitch had to be ordered and installed after I took delivery of my new vehicle. Brad was able coordinate with the parts and service departments to have the hitch installed. I took delivery of my Tucson on Monday February 23rd 2014 on Thursday February 27th the hitch was installed. Thank BradI won't be needing another vehicle any time soon, but when I do, I will be back.Look for some of my friends and relatives to stop by when they are in the market for a new car.

I came in today to look into the Hyundai line of vehicles. I really did not expect to purchase anything today! Brad was so incredible and anxious to find what It was that I was looking for. I did research on line, and spoke with my "car guy" and emailed with Brad. Without telling Brad what my "car guy" said, Brad agreed with the suggestions given to me by others! He totally got it right for what it was I needed, even when I didn't know. The last part was to trade in my truck, which I absolutely loved, and it was very very difficult to give her up. With the gas prices as high as they are, I had to make a change. I work construction and travel a lot. Brad was very kind and had good answers to every whine I gave to him! I did test drive 2 different Tuscon's. I ended up with a little more than I expected (Leather seats)!! My whole experience with everyone in the shop was a very nice one. I will refer my friends! I also want to give a shout out to Bob Kipping for the extra efforts to make things happen within my price range. On a last note, I was also impressed that there was a little "dealing" room. The team did compromise with me on what I expected to receive! So a big thank you to the Garvey Hyundai team or as they like "family". I do believe I have become a family member!!

We are second time buyers from Garvey Hyundai. Our first experience back in 2006 was just as pleasant as this one. We were noticed promptly upon arriving to the dealership and were offered a test drive. We were offered choices that were exceptional for our price range and Brian and his co-workers were determined to please our needs. We were given a good trade value for our 06 Tuscan that was traded. Other discounts were honored as well. The used Tuscan that we bought was molded to top shape by Garvey and we were pleased with the amount of warranty that was offered for this vehicle. The showroom was clean and a fun , friendly place to be. We were offered drink options upon entering. Brian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about any questions that we had regarding the vehicle and the buying process. The salesmen all presented themselves professionally, yet down to earth. Following our purchase, we had a couple questions arise about some features in the car, we called a spoke with Brian and again he was enthusiastic and very helpful. We are greatly enjoying our 2012 Hyundai Tuscan!!

He was knowledgeable about the inventory, listened to my needs, and matched them to a car - while getting me a great deal on my trade-in and a great price on my new vehicle. He then took the time to be sure I had my entertainment (radio and BlueTooth) configured properly and knew how to use my new remote starter before I left the dealership at 7PM. The level of professionalism and knowledge of there staff is amazing. They go out of there way to make there customers happy and safe and do not concern themselves on profit margins. They truly strive to create customers for life and the dedication they have is amazing. I didn't even sign for the car yet and when I showed up to the dealership to sign the paperwork, they already had the car inspected, detailed and the plates were already placed on the car in my name. Was looking for a used car for my son, Gordon, who just moved back home. My father and I had three cars to look at, and one was a 2005 Hyundai Tucson GLS 4WD with over 100,000 miles. We saw the Tucson online at usedcars.com Thurs. night and it looked really great. Friday at 11AM, we went to Garvey. Since our family has had multiple vehicles from Garvey, we decided to go there first. BRAD BERNARD came up and met us as we walked in. Brad treated us like VIP customers before he even knew us. We told him which car we were there to look at. They'd just gotten it in on trade, but he knew everything about the vehicle as he had sold it - one owner, and highway miles like we'd hoped for, so Brad had me and my Dad take it for a drive. He went through all the features of the car and asked questions about my son and what he needed the car for. When we went inside to talk more, BRAD'S knowledge, professionalism, and sense of humor were a 5+. We talked about people we both knew, and my father knew his family. (Small world.) I told Brad that this was our 1st stop of 3, and he smiled and said 'I will work with you to put your son in the right car right here. You won't need to go anywhere else.' Skeptical me, I just smiled back and thought 'we'll see...' Well, he talked about the many benefits of their Tucson and he said 'we can sit you in this car with a price that works for you.' He was quick to answer everything we asked and he DID work out a price we were happy with. The only hold up was that my son was working and couldn't look at it until Saturday AM. I put money down as a hold around 1PM and we left. A little while later, Brad called and said 'if Gordon can get his insurance cards tonight and email them to me, we can have plates on the car so he can drive it to work tomorrow. My son came home from work and found insurance. He sent a copy of the email to Brad. Brad said come up at 9AM when we open tomorrow (a Saturday), I'll have the plates on and I'll have Gordon at work by his 10AM start time. Gordon loved the Tucson, it was spotless inside and out and looked brand new even though it was a 2005. We had all the paperwork done by 10:05 and Gordon was just about on time for work PLUS he drove there with his new car! Brad came through on everything he said he would, and Garvey was great at moving things along. We were kept informed every step of the way. We were so impressed with Brad, that when the weather breaks and my son has a big cook-out, we invited Brad and his family to join us. Our whole car shopping excursion took less that 24 hours at Garvey with Brad, and we never did look anywhere else. Next trade-in for Gordon will be with Brad/Garvey. I have a 2012 Kia to which Brad said 'come see me when you want to trade and I'll sit you in a car that you'll be happy with. This time I wholeheartedly believe him and I'll be passing out his business cards from now on.

By far the worst dealership i have ever dealt with. They lie to get you where you they want to you and promise one thing and do another. I got a 2011 Tucson it was supposed to be an all wheel drive and it ended up not being that, I didnt realize that till a few weeks later, when I called they wouldn't do anything about it but give me new tires. Then they send me a pamphlet on a good deal for a car so I go in and talk with someone about it, they lead me to believe I will be getting that car in a couple days and then a couple hours before I am supposed to go pick it up they say the need money. That place is a joke and I would never recemond them to anyone!

This is the second time we have purchased a car from Garvey Hyundai Plattsburgh and we are still very happy. The sales staff is friendly and accommodating. Some places make you feel like a crazy driver the way they want all sorts of information before you can test drive a car but here it was more important to let us drive the cars we were interested in and they were very accommodating. Once we had it narrowed down then we quickly and efficiently were given the information necessary about each car. We asked them to price out many different options, cars and years which they did efficiently and accurately. Terrance was very friendly, approachable and honest in his interactions with us. Jeff P was with a customer but offered help where he could. We came home discussed the options, determined what we could afford and called back, negotiated a very acceptable deal and picked the car up 3 days later (one was a Sunday). On pick up Jeff started of with paper work and even washed my old dirty license plates! Terrance finished up carefully explaining the paperwork and the options with the car and how to use them. What a great full service car deal and you can't beat the perks that come with Hyundai. Bluelink, roadside service, warranty, and the options that come with the cars. Terrance and Jeff were great. Go get a Hyundai!

I had a great experience working with Brian Baker at Garvey Hyundai. I was in the market for a new car and have always owned Hondas and my parents always owned Hondas. I was curious about Hyundai. Brian Baker was knowledgeable and very patient. I test drove 4 cars and took most of the afternoon to discuss the options with him. In the end I decided on a slightly used 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo . I had liked the look of the Veloster from when they first came out but had never seen a Turbo. I ended up with the car that I was meant to drive. I absolutely love it and plan to have my service done at Garvey Hyundai. I would recommend them to anyone and also recommend Brian Baker. He was not pushy, he answered all my questions and took the time that was needed.

My experience at Garvey Hyundai North was a good one. I went to the dealership to checkout the vehicles they had on their lot because my lease would be up in 3 months so I need to replace it. Brian came right out to me and asked if he could help me. He let me test drive a few cars and helped me decide what the right vehicle would be for my needs. He was very friendly and never pushy about selling me a car. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted on the lot so Brian had to locate one and have someone go get it. This all happened in a day and Brian even came in on his day off to close the deal so I could have my new car as soon as possible. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time making a purchase from Elvis at Garvey Hyundai. My husband would agree he will be our go to salesperson from here on out. From the minute we entered the building, until the last paper was signed, he was supportive and made us feel welcome. There were of course a few hurdles to get over during the application process, but Elvis was 100% on top of the matter and made the process run as quickly as possible with his persistence and communication. The entire car buying process was a good one, and we look forward to coming back to Garvey in a couple years to do it again. :)

I had a wonderful experience at Garvey. I have visited many other dealers in the past to look for a new vehicle and Garvey was head and shoulders above the competitors. The salesman I worked with Elvis Garrow had the utmost customer service. He sat down with me spent time learning the needs I had for my purchase, worked to get me the best pricing possible, showed me several options with no pressure, explained the features of my vehicle, and was very professional from start to finish. He also went the extra mile to ensure my car was delivered around my schedule. The overall experience from the salesman who sold me my car, the manager who authorized all my extra requests, to the finance manager who got me a great rate was perfect! Overall my experience with Garvey Hyundai in Plattsburgh N.Y. was very good. The help from Ali on the internet, and with Jason showing me cars, they both did a very good job in customer care and service. I was most impress with your fiance manager, Bob. He seems very knowledgeable and has a good personality. The only concern I had (and I am also the blame) , is the "nuts and bolts" of the deal I made with your dealer ship. There were too many unknowns, I tried to have them explain to me, but got a vague response, or just sign here attitude. I know newer help is an OJT thing and I should of stop at times and demanded a better answer to the forms/contracts in questions that I didn't quit understand. But again, I felt I was treated fair after I got done talking to Bob again, and he did a good job and making me more aware of what I was getting into. Just a more informative approach and explaining again the "nuts and bolts" of the deal and not assuming your customers are in tune in what your presenting. Too many passive people in the world, and they don't want to come off looking stupid, so they sign away hoping for the best. You need to bridge that gap. Bought a used 2004 Chevy s10 pickup and traded in my Sante Fe because I was led to believe the all wheel drive was as good as 4 wheel drive. Not true! I was told they thoroughly went through the vehicle to check everything. Not true! These are the issues so far. New window motor and new electric lock switch, 3 rebuilt transmissions installed and still not fixed. New rear end because the poorly rebuilt tranny installed blew it up! They said they did the brakes which they didn't! Just put on new pads and passed the inspection. They had to be cut off with a torch today by another garage. They said they did a safety inspection and assured me all parts were good. Serpentine belt found to be bad 5000 miles later. Blower fan found to be bad just after purchase and the sales manager refused to fix it because "since they didn't profit $3-4,000 on the vehicle they didn't feel they were responsible to fix it!" Air filter was mouse infested! Wheel bearings replaced today as well! Thank God I purchased the extended warranty! By the way the only things they fixed were those covered by the warranty!! Only good thing about this truck is the engine runs like a top......for now! Avoid these people like the plague!

Brad met us in the dealer parking lot with a friendly hello. Was not an in your face pushy type. We took a Sonata and an Elantra for test drives and decided on the Sonata, as we have owned two others, and have been happy with them. Brad worked with us and got us a good trade-in price, as well as all the rebates being offered. We had a couple touch and go moments but through it all his personality kept things in a positive flow. We bought and after fifty odd years of driving we have left manual shifting for automatic and so far are real happy. If you go to Garvey ask for Brad and he will do the best he can for you. Did not go into Garvey Hyundai to purchase a new car originally as I was just "in the market". I have never purchased a new car before - I am approaching 65 - and anticipated purchasing another standard shift later model used car. I was encouraged to test drive a new Elantra 6 speed manual by Jeremy Drasve of their sales department and once I felt the quality and saw the fuel economy I became quite interested. Jeremy did a thorough job of explaining the advantages of owning "new" which included a fantastic warranty and spoke of the great customer service at the dealership. He was very patient and as able to ask some difficult questions. We took a second drive around town where Jeremy explained some of the incentives that were being offered on the car we were driving. One back at the dealership he discussed some options with his sales manager. Together they were able to put together a package for me that precluded the thought of purchasing another used vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured into the decision to purchase the car and Jeremy was both professional and patient in explaining the details of the purchasing arrangement. I will highly recommend Garvey Hyundai North to friends in the future.

The minute I walked through the doors at Garvey Hyundai I knew this would be a memorable experience. Not only does Brian have a great smile, but he is a very good and patient salesman also.I was a little skiddiish but the minute Brian introduced himself, I felt very comfortable. Brian listened to what kind of car I wanted, then he was there for me all the way, never pressuring me ,telling me all about the features of the Elantra. He took me for a test drive, explaining even more about the car, showing me the shift-tronic function, which I loved. I left that day, not knowing really what to do. It took me almost two weeks to get back to Brian and when I called him saying I would be down he rearranged his schedule to suit me. He was there to greet me, with that great smile and salesmanship, being very professional, introducing me to Rocco and asking me if I would like a refreshment. He helped me with making the whole experience of buying my car easy. I think Brian is a great salesman, patient, and an asset to your dealership. Thanks Brian.

Well first let me say that for me car shopping is only one step removed from having a root canal without novacaine - so when I tell you that this was a pleasant experience you know it was really extraordinary. Brian is a very friendly and patient young man. He was able to answer all my questions quickly, confidently and thoroughly. He knew I was on a tight time frame and worked quickly to meet my needs. He brought the car to me at my place of employment to further ease the process. The car was clean, met all my requirements and was well priced. Generally used car salesmen have a bad reputation but if I had a daughter, I would introduce her to Brian. He was very easy to work with and very patient. Customer service is fast becoming a lost art but Brian could teach a course in giving the customer what she wants! Great job.

I visited this dealership fully believing that I could never be able to purchase and finance a vehicle due to past credit issues. Adam Brunelle met me at the door and from the first meeting Adam displayed true caring for my situation and never once showed any negativity. He said they would do anything in their powers to try and make this happen for me. Three days later I drove off the lot the proud new owner of a used 2008 Hyundai Elantra fully financed. I still find it hard to believe, but they did it for me. In the future, Garvey Hyundai North in Plattsburgh, NY is the only place I will look for a vehicle and servicing. I used the new negotiating tool from their website and it was very easy to use. I got a response the next business day and a Sales Consultant contacted me shortly after. I worked with Brad Bernard and he made it comfortable with getting the right price for the car. When the car needed some work done before it left the dealership he kept in contact with me and was willing to tell me what was going on through the process. I thought it was going to take longer than it did and I was very please with the work that went into the car and how fast it was. Rocko made the financial aspect of the deal smooth and was very professional. He helped me get my loan and also a warranty on the car that helped accommodate the amount of driving I have to do compared to other people. Brad and Rocko are an excellent aspect to this new improved team from Garvey North. I can tell they are very focused on customer excellence and what a huge improvement! This was the second vehicle I've bought from Garvey. When I bought the first one I vowed I'd be back only there to buy again. I went back and they just proved once again why I will only deal with them. Brad was extremely helpful and patient with me.=) The day I went in and test drove the 2010 Subaru Forester I wasn't expecting much more than just to test drive it. Got back and decided to buy it. It only took about 2 hours from the time I got there, test drove, did paperwork, redid some of the paperwork and I was driving home. I've gone to other places before with people buying cars where we were there 3 hours + and that was just to do the paperwork. We had already did the test drive and they had all the info they needed. So for anyone that is looking to go to Garvey in Plattsburgh for their next vehicle. Take it from me. You will NOT regret a single minute of it. No matter what department you have to see there they will treat you right without smothering you.

I bought a new hyundai elantra GLS and the car drives like a dream compared to my old car. With long travels to work each day, I was looking for a car with great gas milage, a car that could handle the snow, and I believe that I found that car. I also got a great deal with the extended warranty and a great (low) interest rate. Brad was very knowledgeable, friendly, and really patient (especially for a first time buyer). I went looking for a car one night after dinner. When I pulled in to the parking lot Terence greeted us with a friendly smile and said can I help you. It was late and close to closing time but he gave us his full attention and even did a test drive with us. I didn't realize the time and it was past the closing time...he never rushed us one bit. I went back the next morning to show my father-in-law what I liked and he was just as accommodating... well everyone was. The car was out front washed and ready to show off. I didn't purchase anything at that time but knew when I was ready that was the car I wanted and the salesman to deal with. Five months later we drove into the parking lot and Terence came out again with a big smile and said he remembered us. He spent a lot of time with us and went over everything. He didn't realize it but he was one of the reasons that we purchased our new Sonata. My son and father-in-law also own Hyundais and love them, the cars speak for themselves. Very pleasant experience, but then most of the negotiations were done on line and there was no trade-in to haggle over. Once a price was agreed upon there was no hitches or hidden add ons to pay for. Adam was courteous and easy to talk to. The only negatives, which were not his fault, was the time it took to connect with a bank to secure a loan, (we were there for over two hours) and the fact we bought on a Saturday and had to go back to VT DMV on a Tuesday to obtain a plate/registration then return to Plattsburg to pick up the car. The dealership did reimburse us $30 for gas, etc. for this inconvenience, which was appreciated andf unsolicited by us.

Just came back from an excellent experience at Garvey North. All the people that helped me at Garvey North, especially Dick D, were extremely helpful and patient. I traded my 2004 VW Golf for a 2005 Pontiac Vibe. I wanted an American car and something much easier and cheaper to repair. I also looked at different Hyundais on the lot but ultimately I felt the like Vibe suited my personality and lifestyle more than a Sonata. At no point during the time I was there did I feel uncomfortable or pressured into buying a Hyundai or anything else that I didn't really have my eye on. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer and Garvery North made it a great one. I would recommend this dealer to anyone not necessarily well-versed in "the game" of buying or selling a car.

At Garvey Hyundai...Brad Bernard really proved to me the importance and sense it made to own a brand new vehicle. After going through the unexpected bills with a used vehicle I finally had enough...Normal state inspections and oil changes easily turning into a $500.00 bill was all it took for me to first open my eyes and look at the bigger, safer picture. Not only does Garvey Hyundai offer the best warranty heard of, they...Brad offered the best customer service towards me. Brad explained everything from a to z in a language I could understand perfectly. The sleek look of my brand new 2012 Accent was the smartest purchase I've ever made. Between the daily city running and trips to Albany the gas mileage is a constant reminder of satisfaction well worth it. We went were looking for a used vehicle with low miles and reasonable price. Garvey was our very first stop. We met Adam Brunnelle and he was so friendly it was crazy. He did not try to force anything on us at all the whole time we were there. Adam was so layed back and easy to work with. We found the perfect car for us but it was a little out of our price range. We told Adam it was to much and the payments would be to high for us. Adam then introduced us to Nathan the finance manager and together these two gentlemen bent over backwards to help us get a payment we could afford. We had asked for 3500 dollars for our 07 VW Jetta and they gave us almost 7,000 dollars for it so we could have enough down payment to get the car we really wanted. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. These gentlemen will do anything in their power to help you get what you want at a price you can afford. I have never felt more comfortable buying a car. It was just like you were talking to good friends. The process was quick and easy and we Are happy to say we are in a new car we love and can afford. Brad was very patient dealing with me. I was looking for a white elantra. He came into the lot everytime I cruised the lot looking for this white Elantra. I began cruising the lot about a year ago. Brad always new me by name and and answered all questions. He was never short with his answers even when it was -25 in the cold northeast. I went into Garvey hoping to request information about trading in my vehicle for another used but larger vehicle. Immediately Jeff took me into his office and discussed the different amounts it would be for monthly payments (which was my largest concern). I knew that there would be an increase in cost as I would be getting a larger car but I still wanted to keep my payments as low as possible. Jeff took the time to work with my husband and myself to show us a variety of options that would keep the payments in the price range that we wanted. Brian went with me on the test drive of the car. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout the whole test drive he was pointing out key features that seemed like I would find beneficial and I did! After buying the car Brian was nice enough to show my how to load my iPod information into the car so that I was able to use the blue tooth features that came with the car immediately. Both Jeff and Brian were helpful, patient, professional, and friendly while we made the decision to eventually buy the car. They never pressured us and answered all questions that we had (and there were several). This was my second Hyundai and my first experience buying a car with Garvey North. Just a few days ago I stopped in the Garvey Hyundai to possibly trade my vehicle for a new car. Adam Brunelle, the sales person that helped us was very helpful, knowledgeable about the three different vehicles that I was interested in, and did not have any of the "pushy" traits that I have seen with past sales people. I truly stopped by the dealership to just look at the Hyundai cars/SUV's, but ended up buying the 2012 Sonata Hybrid that very same evening!

My husband and I went to Garvey Hyundai because we had dealt with them before. Several years I had a Kia Rio and had to have some work done on it. I brought it to Garvey as I worked in Plattsburgh at the time. They were very honest with me about the repairs my car would need. When it came time for me to get a replacement vehicle, I purchased a used Santa Fe from them. Never had any trouble with it or with the service team at Garvey. There was no question in our minds that we were going to go to Garvey again to get my new vehicle this time, even though I now work farther away from Plattsburgh. Brian was very helpful in giving me all the information on the Elantra. He answered all my questions and then some. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my car in just a couple of days, including staying late to be there when I picked up my new car. He personally called my credit union to make sure they had everything they needed. He kept in constant contact with us to make sure everything was going as planned. Dick and the staff were very efficient. I went in that morning, found the car I liked, had a test drive with Dick, loved the car and went in to fill out and sign some forms. We received a phone call regarding bundles. The next phone call was to tell us to come in at 3 p.m., fill out the rest of the forms and take my new car home. Before we left Dick went over everything we needed to know about the car and brought us back to meet the service employees and see the expanded waiting room. I already knew the service employees because I am a return customer and use only Garvey Hyundai North for all of my service needs. I can honestly say this is the most FUN I have EVER had buying a car!!!Brian greeted me and my husband in the lot, asked us numerous questions to guage what we were looking for and to match us up with the PERFECT vehicle. It took Brian NO time at all to figure out that I was the one looking for the car and going to be "making the deal". While he took special care to involve my husband and keep him engaged, he focused his attention on me and what I wanted in a car (features, options, mileage, and most importantly price range). When we finally narrowed our choices down to a Sonata Limited or Sonata Limited Turbo, we all went for a couple of test drives. Brian sat in the back seat on each, but leaned in between my husband and I in the front explaining many of the features and options contained in each car, while allowing me to do my thing...test drive. As in any vehicle purchase, it came down to money. Brian knew what I was currently paying for a car payment, as he asked that early on, knowing I would be trading in my 2007 Honda Accord, and knew he would have to come in close to that to make a sale. While I FELL IN LOVE with the 2012 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo (Fully Loaded w/Every Option known to woman), I was pretty sure it was going to be out of my price range. Brian ran the numbers on both vehicles knowing he could come close on my second choice. He came back with the figures, and sure enough he was close with the second, but I REALLY wanted the Turbo w/Navigation. We bantered back and forth, went back out and looked at the cars again, and bantered a little more. Low and behold, Brian got me my DREAM CAR at the price I wanted.Long story short, Brian was WONDERFUL to deal with. He treated me with the utmost respect...he had no problem dealing with me, even though my husband was right there the whole time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all my questions. When I picked up the car, Brian spent a good deal of time with me demonstrating the many features of the vehicle and how to use them. He also indicated that if I had ANY questions at all to just call or stop in and he would be happy to help me out (and I truly believe he means it).As I drove away, I thought to myself once again that this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had.

If you're like me, the car buying experience is a pretty stressful one - shopping around; researching makes, models, and prices; negotiating the final deal - ugh, sign me up for root canal! Just got my new ride today...and already loving it! Have to say that Garvey is not your average car dealership. From the first day I pulled in the lot to take a look, to today, when I signed the papers....I was never pressured, and I was treated like a friend. My salesperson was Terrence, who I definitely recommend to anyone like myself, who wants time to decide without feeling obligated just because I stopped in. I was introduced to Garvey through a friend. I purchased a 2003 Tiburon two years ago which needed service from time to time. Staff was extremely kind and courtous and really made you feel like you've known them for years. When it came time to trade, I immediately went to Garvey where I met Brad. He was extremely friendly and highly knowledgable. He gave you the impression you have been friends for life. When I was looking at the 2012 Veloster, he made sure that it suited my needs in a vehicle. He was very helpful in answering all my questions I had regarding the vehicle I was interest in. Brian was very friendly, professional and attentive to our needs and wants. He explained many of the features of the car and some things acouple of times so we would understand, because there was so many features on the new Sonata. Test drove the car with us twice and because of our work schedule, stayed quite late to enable us to pick up our new car when it was a good time for us. I would also like to mention that Rocco was off the afternoon, the evening we could make it in, and after speaking with Brian, Rocco came back in and called us to explain the financial arrangments for the purchase of our car. Three years ago I became a Hyundai Elantra owner.I loved this car.No problems with it in three years, first of all.I owned new VW's and had many faults from the get-go. Terence admitted he was new but he was GOOD. Very fair and honest. Hard to find in a car dealer. Went to the same dealership Spring 2010 and actually had a salesman state: quote; Even if I don't make anything on this sale - my satisfaction is your satisfaction; Wife couldn't believe I let that one get by (Pay your bills with that 'satisfaction'). Got home and punched in same info on potential trade and came up $2,500 higher than he did. He punched in info, supposedly, and then turned the screen towards us. He SO LIED!!!! He SUCKED and was still there when we dealt with Terence (So was 'Rocco' - he was O.K. - think he used to be a Telemarketer after speaking to him on the phone about the 'Magic Goo' spray on for $1,700)! I stopped into Garvey Hyundai North at about 5 p.m. on a Tuesday evening looking to test drive a car that competes with a Honda Civic. I had just driven a Civic and was ready to buy one, but I wanted to check some local dealerships to see what else was out there. I was immediately greeted and introduced to Brad Bernard. Brad showed me a 2012 Elantra and we went on a test drive. He was friendly and knowledgeable - pointing out features of the car while asking about my driving habits to ensure the Elantra was the right fit for me. The car drove well, was loaded with the right features, and was exactly what I was looking for in terms of gas mileage and price. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in. I bought it on the spot.I was impressed by the speed in which Brad got me in the car. When I checked my email Wednesday morning, I noticed he had sent me an informative email at 11 p.m. the previous night. We exchanged a couple emails in the morning and I talked with the finance manager during my lunch. I stopped in after work, completed the required paperwork, met the people in the service department, and then drove off in my new car less than 24 hours after walking into the dealership. Truly impressive!

From the moment I saw the dealership, I knew I needed to investigate. I didn't really know anything about the Hyundai brand, but the building was new and bright and inviting, and they actually had both new and used cars on the lot to look at! Jeff took care of me right away and after talking to him for 15 minutes, I was excited about their philosophy of service and creating customers for life, not just making a sale today -- Garvey Hyundai likes to keep their customers happy and coming back for subsequent car purchases. All the sales staff were friendly and well-groomed, and the service garage was the cleanest and most organized garage I've ever seen. The Santa Fe is a stylish compact SUV and suited my needs perfectly: safe, comfortable, handles well, and has an exceptional warranty along with roadside assistance. Jeff explained all the great benefits of the Hyundai product and patiently answered all my questions. Then he gave me a great end-of-year deal and an AWESOME trade-in on my Toyota Sienna. I ended up with a much nicer car than I was expecting to find for the amount I had to spend; it's the first new car I've ever owned in my life! I look forward to working with the service department for the life of my car and if all goes well with my Santa Fe through the coming years, I will certainly look at Garvey first for my next car. What really finalized the purchase was the professionalism of the Garvey Salesperson Brad Bernard. He was not trying to sell us a car, he was helping us to buy a car and he did a very good job.

Great service. I called before I went to dealership and when I arrived, Mr. Plunkett came right out and met me at the door with a smile and handshake. It was all uphill from there. This is my first Hyundai and was nervous to give up my Jeep Sahara. I was shown all about the Santa Fe and the Tucson. I made the choice of what car I wanted. I was never pressured and was made comfortable about my financing. I would and will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I will also tell them to go see Mr. Plunkett.

I was very nervous about buying a new car, but Adam took his time and explained everything thoroughly. No one at Garvey was pushy or tried to lead to buy the best or most expensive.... I did that all on my own. Adam sat with me, explained the models that met my criteria and showed me less expensive models. He even stated that we would have approximently 3 meetings before i actually bought something; he was right. I ended up buying a Sonata, with all the trim except turbo charged engine and I am happier than pig in _____ ! I recommend to anyone to shop at Garvey Hyundai they are a wonderful team to work with. This was our second visit to Garvey Hyundai and both times we were impressed with their customer service. Brad was very knowledgable and patient with us. We did not plan to purchase a vehicle, but he showed us a used Santa Fe and piqued our interest. He answered all of our questions and seemed genuinely interested in our goal, not just in selling a vehicle. He was a pleasure to do business with.

Our salesperson Jeff Plunkett was quite knowledgeable about the Santa Fe and answered all my questions. Explained all the paperwork that had to be done. I have been thinking about trading cars for about 4 years and have talked with 3 different dealers and kinds of cars. I decided I liked the looks of the Hyundai Tucson and went to see what they had to say. The salesman came out and after taking the car for a drive I knew this was the car I wanted but it all depended on what kind of a deal I got and how I was treated. The atmosphere inside was very friendly and being very nervous that helped me calm down. The experience turned out being fun and with a few laughs and their patience, I am the new owner of a Hyundai Tucson.

This my second Hyundia. Upgraded from a Elantra to the Tuson and was every happy with the vehicals and their service. Hyundia's now rank right up there with Honda and Toyota. Both Terence and Nathan went WAY above and beyond to make this deal go through for us ! AMAZING !Picked up my new 2011 Santa Fe..I LOVE IT just as much as my 2005 Santa Fe. We looked all day long for used vehicle that met my needs and no other business went the distance that Brian did at Garvey. He came out and stood talking to my dad about the car for a good 20 minutes in blistering cold weather. He closed the deal without making it seem like that is all it was, got my remote car starter installed, and allowed me to drive it home all in the same day. I couldn't be happier with the company I went with.

I was getting ready to end a lease with a different dealer and wanted to check out the Tuscon. I was interested in a small SUV for my next vehicle. I was dealing with Brad who was Very helpful, but not to pushy. Told him I had another 2 months on my lease and what payment range I was looking at. He and Nate were very accomodating. They did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for on there lot, but it did not take them long to get it. Which was fine. I was planning on waiting a week or two, but it was just a day or two and Brad called and said they had the vehicle there and was ready for pickup. That is what I call Efficient!! Very thorough and Very professional!! Great Job!! Thanks for Everything!

I buy a new car about every 10 years. This was the year for me and when I started looking I didn't want to be pushed, I just wanted to look around. This is how I became a Garvey Hyundai customer. My salesman was new and went out of his way to make me feel welcome and to try and help me with all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he had found the information within 5 minutes, which I found extremely refreshing instead of giving me the run around and stalling. I appreciate salesmen being upfront and honest with me. As for the rest of the gang at Garvey Hyundai...great people to deal with, you are family as soon as you walk in the door. They are very helpful and continue to follow up with you well after you leave with your new car. With I might add a good finance rate and a tour of their facility to meet everyone who works there. You just can't beat the feeling of them wanting to please you. My next car will be from Garvey Hundai in 5 yrs, 10, whatever I found a home.
