Hands down the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Tyler and Ethan were both AMAZING salespeople! Everyone from sales to finance made my life easy today. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone without a moment of hesitation. There was zero BS...just straightforward conversations and fair pricing with no pressure, no stereo typical "used car sleaze" that most everyone I know has, unfortunately, been subject to in the past, and no sketchy number-play when it came time to agree on the price... just 100% professional service from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend!

Gary Yeoman's LINCOLN: The purchase experience was effortless and concise. From my first meeting to the "demo" to the negotiation and sale, the process was quick, easy and professional. Glen, Sales Manager, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, courteous and caring. I recommend seeing Glenn for any vehicle purchase needs. Adrienne was wonderful. She saw that my needs were met and continued to keep me informed during the purchase process. Most importantly, she kept in touch AFTER the sale to make sure any that any concerns or questions were addressed. It's these "AFTER sale" experiences that indicate the true customer service values of a dealership.

Being new to Florida (3 months) I had no prior experience at any local dealership. I came to Gary Yeomans Ford on Tuesday November 24, 2020 in the evening and met with a gentleman by the name of Mike “Congo”. WOW!!! I can’t praise this man enough. I’ve never met someone more patient, understanding, knowledgeable, caring, pleasant, I could go on and on. This gentleman not only listened to what I was looking for but found me the perfect car (which I absolutely love) and most importantly stayed within my budget. I never felt pressured at any point or felt like I was getting the run around. This gentleman even stayed late into the evening to assist me and took the time to talk to me. I felt comfortable the whole time. If anybody is looking for a car I would highly encourage them to go to Gary Yeomans. They make the whole car buying process easy and not dreadful. First time buying a car online I Purchased a certified Lincoln online and had it delivered. Paperwork and pricing were as discussed no surprises which was great. Car was as described as well. I love it! Juan, Chloe and Marian from service department were excellent. Had a few items that needed attention and they came and picked the car up and brought it back to me. Shane was the service driver and he was very professional maintaining communication with me on arrival times. Top notch customer service and I would 100% recommend them.

What a relief to finally have a car salesman that ACTUALLY cares about their customers experience. Nick was the sweetest and really took the time to show us around and help us make a decision that was best for our family. The rest of the staff and dealership was very pleasant and welcoming too.
