My husband and I purchased a 2016 Jeep. My first thought when driving into the lot was OMG, is this legit? Victor met us in the lot after a few minutes and was very accommodating. We test drove a few vehicles and decided on the Jeep. When we got to the gas station, we couldn't get the gas tank cover to open so we called him and he sent someone over to the station which was maybe a mile away. He couldn't get it open either so he asked us to drive back to the lot where the vehicle was worked for about an hour before it was fixed. This should have been red flag #1. It was then we noticed the muffler tip was missing. Victor said he would get one ordered. Fast-forward 8 months... We have made 3 trips back to the lot for inspection (should have been done before being sold). Recently found the air-conditioning condenser is damaged and the condenser needs replacing due to the damage from the accident. Now we understood we were buying a salvaged title, but we also assumed it had been fixed.Buyer be ware. We still don't have the title and the muffler tip is still missing and the damage to this vehicle is more than reported!

My boyfriend bought a car here a couple of YEARS ago and NEVER got his title or even plates. We've been trying to get them since he purchased the car. Every time he contacts them ( if they answer) they give him some line of BS, promise to call back and make things right. Then they don't call back and avoid all calls. The voice-mail box is full so you can't leave any messages. At this point we're looking into legal action as well as filing reports with the Minnesota Attorney General and The Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware. There's plenty of people in the same boat regardless of any positive reviews. I'm assuming the positive reviews just haven't had enough time to not receive their vehicle tags and titles. We'll see if they ever get them. The car cannot be driven as it's completely illegal and now parked. All this after having to replace the radiator a month after purchase when they said they had inspected the car before purchase. Scammed

We bought a Jetta about a year ago. Very happy with the car. Unfortunately I was in an accident and the car was totaled. Went back to Victor at Garza Motors and bought another Jetta that was a few years newer. He gave a a great deal! Will be back when I need my next vehicle.

Drove from Wisconsin to buy a 2009 Nissan Altima. The car was very clean. I was pre-approved before I drove the 2 hours to get the car. Car is in great shape. Very clean. Happy with the people at Garza Motors. The dealer was busy on Saturday, but it was worth the wait for the great price.

Recently purchased a second vehicle from Garza Motors and it was a fantastic experience both times! The first was a Mitsubishi Eclipse and our son is still driving this car - no issues at all. This time was a VW Jetta. Very clean, well-maintained car. I highly recommend shopping here when you start your car search. There is a good inventory to fit your budget and style preference. I drove from Eau Claire, WI and it was well worth the drive. I am very impressed with Garza Motors - honest, fair, and friendly service!

Bought a Jetta GLI this past summer. Had check engine light on vehicle when i test drove it, told them about it and they fixed it (temporarily). A couple days later the check engine light was back on. Took to a REAL VW mechanic and found $1700 worth of repairs that need to be done. First-time buyer program is nice but the first-time buyer will be loaded with additional repairs that a first-time buyer does not have money to repair. Should not be in business. Fix your cars before you sell them, garza motors.

I was looking for a VW Passat or Jetta and Garza Motors kept showing with cars that I liked. I went in and test drove a few cars. No pressure, very relaxed. Ended up buying a nice Passat. They helped me out with financing too. Great place. Very happy.

A few months ago I purchased a car from Garza motors and I soon learned I would never purchase from them again. Before I even got the car home there where immediate problems, not even 25 minutes down the road their was blue smoke coming out of the exhaust, doing the "right" thing I immediately turned around asking them what was wrong, and if they could fix it. They spent a whole day working on my car tell I got it home and found out by a REAL mechanic that there was over 4,000 dollars worth of repairs needed to be done. Needed new turbo, alternator, oil pan, timing belt, and the list could go on and on. I called them and asked them if there was anything they could do they where SO rude about basically told me that since my 3 days where up (time since I purchased my vehicle) that there was nothing they could do. Anyways I could right on and on about my frustration but we will leave it at this DO NOT COME HERE.

Nice variety of cars, but no one came up to me to help me with anything, AND I found a car online saying it was a automatic but at the dealership it was a manual. Hello??? Small details! We looked through the whole lot to see if a there was the same car but different type and there wasn't. Poor advertising. Don't recommend.

I have also have had work done on my wife's car at Garza and I will never go anywhere else for service work again, with the knowledge and price point you just can't go wrong.

I've been a VW lover forever. I had a small budget and was surprised by the amount of good deals Garza Motors offered. After purchasing a VW Passat it was unfortunate the car did not run adequately. The owner returned my $ as was very honest and respectful of the situation. Glad to know there are still honest people out there.

Owner sold a car to my friend that had multiple things go wrong with it within 2 weeks of purchase. Owner of dealership told my friend he wouldn't do anything and was extremely rude. He bought a salvaged car and lied about it being a salvaged car. My friend now has $1000 worth of repairs she has to pay for. This company should not be in business.

I'm disappoint with this dealership. I bought a car and been spending. About 4000 and repairs and the car still not working. And I have with my car like 10 months. They know what's the problem whit the cars but they don't. care they only want your money..I will never go buy another car on these place Their. Mechanics. Have no enough. Experience they sell you parts for more money..

Please do not trust these car dealers. They only talk nicely if you are willing to buy a car off them. Once you buy the car, you are in danger. Cars could have problems, and they will ignore your calls if you try to go back for help/assistance from them. Be aware checking every aspects of the car. They will make the car look clean and shiny, but after a few weeks, it is completely different. BAD CAR dealers!!! Do NOT trust!!

I went here to look at a car I saw online and I was not impressed!! The shop was disorganized and unprofessional!! The car was nothing compared to what they described online! many problems and broken parts! The man that helped us was not trustworthy and just wanted our money! For a first time buyer I would not recommend purchasing a car from here unless you want to throw your money away.
