Just bought a car 2 days ago from this dealership! Guys are very polite and helpful. We were calling and asking so many questions and Oleg always was available and happy to help. We were looking for a car for my mom in law, they recommended a great car for our budget, even we got a discount. I would recommend this place!

We bought this car from them over 3 years ago and its still going strong! Its not much but its what we needed at the time. Overall the buying experience was fine. We did haggle some and I paid book price but it had low miles and they threw in a new key fob since it was missing. No complaints here, feel free to ask questions.

A not so typical lot... an extremely Honest and Helpful Owner, good prices, lots of cars, prices are good and reasonable. After we pick up ours, I have a feeling we will be steady customers! Keep in mind, it's a Used car lot... but Honesty is what counts... and this place is a good, no pressure lot. Even had some Classics, diamond in the rough vehicles.

This is a horrible auto sales place the people are liars and have very poor sale and management skills would never recommend buying anything from here or even wasting your time looking!

I bought my first car from them in 2010, however I was not happy with the service, couple months ago I decided to try them again, and this time I did not regret it. Under a new management this dealership is great. In my opinion, the satisfaction of the clients is their first priority. I am happy with my car, and I know if something happens they will do their best to help me out.

I inquired about a specific car . The dealer sent me a copy of their posting . I will never purchase a vehicle from someone who will not give me the information that i requested .

They will get back to you if they think they can sell you a vehicle. Otherwise, they won't give you the time of day. I contacted them about a car and they got back to me the next day. I sent three more emails asking if they would work with me on the down payment and I nevergot a reply.Also be careful. They sell a few salvage titled vehicles andI even saw a f-title which is a flood vehicle.

The vehicle I went to drive was not as advertised !! It didn't even run !!! The interior appeared as though it had been sitting for awhile with all the stink bugs lying I'm it !!definitely would not recommend them to anyone !!

I've bought two cars from these guys in the past year, and I have to say I am quite please with the experience. Justin and Stan really go that extra mile, whether that is repairing their cars in the event you drive off the lot with problems or working with what you have so that you actually can drive off the lot in one of their cars. I have yet to be dissapointed with their customer service or the quality of their vehicles. I can definently say that I would go to them first for any future business. Great used car lot! Great customer service! Great overall product! Thanks guys!

In my search for my next car I saw two for sale at the dealership that I was interested in seeing. I contacted them by email and received no response. I called... twice and no one answered the phone. So I went to the dealership. A lot of driving out of my way and inconveniencing a friend to take me, but I was very interested in the cars. On arrival no one acknowledged me. People working there walked by me and totally ignored me. I finally had to go to the office and initiate a conversation which consisted of them shortly saying ,"the cheap cars are gone". (one of which is still listed for sale on this website). The people there were impolite and showed no inclination to even try to see if they had another car I might be interested in. Fortunately I found a very nice car from a private seller and could not be happier. But this dealership was very unimpressive and I would not recommend that anyone bother to look there for a car.

im a repeat customer at gasparr and i learned 2 things first, after replacing their old mechanich/salesman they have really improved in quality and their invetory is new. they make sure your car is ready to roll with no problem very nice staff cars are always presentable i have to say im very pleaed with the way they do buisness now i own three cars all purchased there and all are still perfect some had slight work done to them but hey what used doesnt? one more thing i got offered a free warranty on my last car! what other used car dealers gives warrantys for no extra charge? none so i encourage you all to disregard the other reviews and check them out for your self!
