I had a great experience with those at McKenney Chevrolet -- specifically, Chris Williams. I purchased a vehicle from them over the phone without seeing it in person. I live out of state and they assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. I purchased the vehicle when it was in transit to their dealership, once it hit the lot they put it on a truck and delivered it to my driveway. Chris provided pictures and updates all along the way. Great attention to detail! Would definitely recommend McKenney and Chris.

I have been looking for a car this entire year. I've had my car since 2008 so this was scary and every dealership I went to this year seemed like they just wanted to sell the car if I liked it or not. When I got there Russell Phillips was amazing from start to finish. He was so courteous and patient. NO pressure at all! He made sure to explain everything about the car that I didn't even think to ask during our test drive. I bought the car and I am very pleased. Russell Phillips is honest, respectful, attentive and professional. My happiness was important to him . The paperwork process was quick as well in the finance dept. after I decided to move forward-bonus This is my honest review. I wish I could buy all my cars from this dealership!

I checked on pricing on the Nox sensor that was installed on my truck and it was $85 cheaper at another local Chevrolet dealer. My experience back in Indiana at GM dealers has been that when you leave the truck and are in no hurry to pick it up after service they wash your vehicle. I spent over $800 dollars on a relatively easy repair and left with a dirty truck. So I just can't give you 5 stars no would I recommend you to a friend or relative. We will be looking for another dealership for my truck and my wife's 2018 Traverse. But the truck seems to be running fine.

I traded in a 2004 GMC Envoy which has been an exceptionally reliable vehicle, for my 2021 Buick Envision. The Envoy has been serviced at McKenney for at least 12 years so it was only natural for me to make my new car purchase through them..I can't say enough good things about the sales, service I receive from this Dealership! They are friendly and professional..but most of all they are knowledgeable and proficient. My sales experience was all, or even more than I expected and I will be sure to continue to rely on the expertise of the Service Dept for all of the servicing of my new Envision..which BTW, I LOVE!!
