These dealers are extremely friendly and thourough when dealing with a new DRIVER and car owners. I was extremely pleased that they took the time to sit with me to explain what the features of the car was and showed me multiple car options in my price range and style. We actually called a bit before closing and were told to come in anyway. When we came they went through more options and we settled on the Nissan Maxima. It was two hours after hours when we finalized everything and throughout that time they remained friendly, responsive, good humoured and answered all of our questions... we had many questions being new car buyers. The cars we saw were all in really great condiition and neat inside and out. We had gone to a few others where smoke smell and other oders were still "fresh" in the car. This dealer takes care of the cars, and it's obvious as soon as you walk on the lot. They also do not PUSH you to buy anything, but instead give you space and let you decide on what cars you'd like more information about. They were attentive but not aggressive, which was important to myself and my husband as we were intimidated in other dealerships, to the point that we left those. I'm glad we found this one. The whole experience was wonderful and I would definately recommend this dealership above others in the area. They're happy to just have you look which is not something you find often in our experience.

After reading many of the reviews here, I decided to head down to Queens and pay Gateway Dealers a visit. I must say as soon as I stepped on the lot I fell inlove at first sight when I saw a white 2009 328XI BMW Coupe, what I enjoyed most about my experience is that there was absolutely no hassling or pressure to buy any car unlike the norm from other car dealers! Saddle, Paul,RAM, &Muhammad are one great team and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Btw I reside in the Bronx and if gateway dealer is somewhat out of your way, it's definitely worth the trip. This is also the first time I leave a review for any one And gateway dealers definitely deserves this review !!

I originally was looking to purchase a Mercedes , after a discussion with the dealer we narrowed my options to 3 different models of different makes to compare , I evetually purchased a infinity which I felt was of extreme overall value and thousands less than the Benz I was looking at .. In short this dealer is truly interested I. The customer rather than making a sale to generate large returns .. I would recommend gateway to friends ... PS... I traveled over 160 miles because Gateway had very reasonable pricing on a variety of automobiles ..

We stop by gateway car dealer to check out their inventory. We sat down with saddle one of their sales associate, he pulled some options up for us to view and test drive. He showed us a beautiful Gray 2010 Mercedes E350 that we loved as we set our eyes on it. We proceeded to work out some numbers for a buy. We are very happy with our newer sporty E class. Overall, customer service and buying process was great! They work with your needs, especially Paul. My only complaint was that the car came with only one set of keys and perhaps all dealerships should sell cars with at least 2 sets; but that was accommodated by the dealers bringing in their own locksmith and I was charged a lower fee than I would have paid elsewhere. Love my car, thank you :)

Great prices, no pressure sales, no hidden or added fees. After shopping around we found Gateway had the best value in quality and price. Other dealers we went to had hidden fees, or increased the price if we had our own financing. Gateway had none of this. Saddle was very friendly and honest in all of our dealings. I would definitely come back here again.

I had 6 days to buy a car and I went to serveral dealerships in Brooklyn, Bay Ridge, Queens and Northern New Jersey, and Gateway was by far my best experience. There were a lot of gimmmicks with the other dealerships, where their advertised prices were the finance price, and if you wanted to by cash or use your own back, the price jumped up by 4-5 thousand dollars, a lot of undisclosed fees etc. At gateway, it was quite the opposite. What you see, is what you get. They were very confident in what they had to offer, and the carfax was on hand for each vehicle that I looked at. The prices were also unbeatable. I like the straight forward approach from the people at Gateway and I would recommend it to anyone in search of a vehicle, that's looking for a fair deal without the gimmicks.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to purchase the car I had wanted to, in fact I didn't purchase any car due to the dealer having a leak issue which was not fault of the dealership or the dealer owner Saddle. But Saddle is a wonderful person, he was very communicative about the whole situation, very honest and helpful. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone, his assistant is also a great man. I will definitely go back to this dealer for my next car.

I highly recommend this dealer. The staff is very nice and helpful. This dealer must be one of the most honest dealers out there. I would recommend this dealer without thinking twice about it. The whole staff is all about one thing: honesty. They tell you everything about the car, and they don't try to scam you like other dealers. There selection of cars is great, and the cars keep changing as they sell a lot.
