Very pleased with my experience. There was no high pressure sales tactics which I hate. The salesperson, the sales manager, the Internet sales rep were all very upfront, professional and matter of fact. They answered every question and actually knew a lot about the product. The person who did the sales paper work was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. BEST OF ALL Gateway's posting of their best price saves a lot of arduous negotiating. Owner's radio show is a great asset.

I HAVE A 2002 F350 DIESEL DULLY WITH OVER 500,000 MILES ON.GATEWAY PUT A NEW 7.3 DIESEL IN AT 450,000 MILES. THE WORK DONE ON IT WAS GREAT. ANY OTHER WORK THAT IS NEEDED I HAVE GATEWAY DO IT, BECAUSE THE WORK AN SERVICE IS GREAT. I ALSO HAVE A 2004 F150 THAT I BOUGHT USED AND IT IS GREAT.BOTH ARE 4X4.

I WENT TO YOUR DEALERSHIP FOR A NOISE I HEARD IN MY CAR. THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIND A NOISE BUT THE MECHANIC DID EXPLAIN TO ME ABOUT HOW THE FLUIDS NEED TIME TO FLOW PROPERLY. THE NOISE I HEARD COULD BE THAT I DID NOT WAIT LONG ENOUGH WHEN I SHIFTED FROM REVERSE TO DRIVE. I WILL BE SURE TO STOP AND WAIT TO SEE IF THIS IS THE PROBLEM. EVERYONE THERE WAS VERY, VERY NICE.

I think your salesman was excellent, however, when you have been talking to one person and then go to the dealership and they hand you off to someone else it gives you a feeling that they don't care and all they wanted to do was get you there. It is like they are phone salesmen.

I appreciated being able to speak with the mechanic both before and after the repair work to my car. That gave me a high level of confidence that the repair was necessary, that it was the correct repair, and that the repair would correct the problem. My MX-5 has been running great ever since.

Staff was great, got my car in and out very quickly for an oil change and service. They did a great job too. The only "con" is the online special said $30 for the full service after a $10 rebate. It in fact ended up being $48 and I'm still in the process of getting my $10 rebate...

I thought the salesperson was excellent. The test drive was very helpful to get a feel for the car. The salesperson was helpful in finding the exact car that fit our needs. The price seemed fair. We had to come back the next day to finish the deal, as there was quite a long wait to speak to the finance person. Our car was delivered to our home, which was nice, since we had to come back an extra time anyway because we ran out of time. I think I could have used some orientation concerning the SYNC system. Maybe I will receive some sort of welcome and/or instructions from Ford in a few days. Not sure.

2014 Fusion / Hybrid - Glenn was very helpful. I am unhappy that there was no floor mats in the car. Didn't really notice until got home, since the temporary paper ones were in the car. With only 7800 mils a person would think it would have floor mats.

on sat march 09 2013 i went to the dealer because they told me they had a 1994 ford escort lx with actual mileage of 61000 miles, i even ask after talking on the phone with them if in deed this was actual milage they said here is the car fax 5 pages of it. Well i didn't get it back to Johnson City before it overheated and i had to turn on a/c to cool the engine then once i got it on home something is now leaking i have taken it to my mechanic to check it over i also found in the vehichle after the fact the mileage of an oil change at 139000 miles now i am in a mess i haven't contacted them yet but at this point i would not recomend them because when you tell me twice then give me a carfax stating actual mileage this is crooked i don't care who you are.I work very hard for what i have and my husband has lost his job to disability and i can't afford a new car but now i am probably sunk as far as the car is concerned very upset not recommend if you can't tell the truth then you need to keep your mouth shut.I feel they should buy the car back since i was lied to and it certainly is not what i was told.

Joe doesn't pressure or try to "sell" you a car. My wife and I feel like we just "bought" the vehicle , instead. (There is a difference.) The entire staff was friendly and laid-back, yet very classy and professional. Overall, it was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever had. Oh by the way, my wife loves the car.
