This dealership is awesome!! The guys there are awesome and transparent. The test drive and experience was a breeze and they were very flexible with me and patient... from Aaron the sales professional and Mike the sales the manager were both super cool and really professional. My experience was great and I love the Cadenza I bought. It's hard to find good honest dealerships but these guys are doing it right.

Struggle to even give this place a single star. A salesman approached me while browsing the inventory of the K5s in the lot. After the hellos I explained that I am shopping for a sedan and plan to test drive different models to determine which is the best ride for me, but I was not making a purchase today. I then asked if I could test drive the K5 EX I was looking at which he replied "I have 12 appointments for that one today so I would rather you test drive it" since I was not buying today. I said "really?". his reply "yes". So I decided to leave and not before ask the smug salesman for his name and he replied "why?". Then he gave me a name (not sure it was his) "Luis". Maybe a name he gives when a potential customer is unhappy. DO NOT go here, unless you are willing to buy before you test drive.

So I see this car advertised on cars.com and on this dealers website...I send an e-mail and I get a couple responses...the day I want to go see it I make an appointment and they assure me the car is still available and that they are waiting for me...so I drive 90 minutes thru 4th of July traffic to get there and when I do I find out the car was sold a week ago...great service...Thank you.PS...I wanted to posted a review on cars.com to but they do not approve bad reviews for dealers that advertise on their website...shame on them.

Went to Gateway Kia Quakertown to turn in my lease vehicle. Upon entering the dealership the front end manager, Mr. Mullin never looked up to greet us when we walked up to the front reception desk & he continued to keep his head buried in his cell phone and made us wait before acknowledging us. I would suggested to Gateway that if they are going to have the manager sit at the front receptionist desk that they need to send them for training about customer service skills. Also Gateway should invest in some air fresheners for the dealership because the place smells like cigarette smoke and so do the employees. Returning my lease vehicle did not go as smooth as the way that the Kia Company Lease Advisor, who does not work for the dealership, indicated that it would. I had called the dealership the week before to ensure that when returning my lease vehicle it would go smooth like the Kia Company Lease Advisor said it would and spoke to a Steve who gave wrong information saying that they would collect the lease end disposition fee at the dealership. This was definitely wrong information and the frightening part of all of this is that I found out later that Steve is one of their finance people. Imagine having him work up the purchase price of a new car or processing lease payments--frightening thought! Another suggestion maybe hire people that know what they are doing and know the industry. I had heard from others in the area that this dealership is not a good one and lie about everything and anything. Unfortunately after I leased my vehicle from them I viewed the Better Business Bureau page and see that Gateway Kia Quakertown and some of their 3 other dealerships have many negative reviews. I am writing this review hoping that other potential customers will review this and will decide that they really are not that honest of a dealership. This is definitely not a friendly family dealership and beware of this dealership. Because of my first impression when returning my lease vehicle I made a quick decision to not purchase or lease another vehicle from Gateway and instead purchased my next Kia from another dealership.

This is my 5th car that my family bought. I love this place, they are not pushy and everyone works as a team. I started buying KIA's from Quakertown in 2006. I made the mistake of buying a car from someone else because they sounded good on the radio boy did I get the shaft. I went back to purchase a car from my son and they treated us good. Jon Taylor, James and the sales team were great. great. Everyone from sales, parts, customer service, and service are willing to help everyone. I recommend this place to everyone. With my 07 optima topping 125K, I knew it was time to start looking for a new car. I was a little hesitant because I have a daughter in college and a new car payment made me nervous. When I found out I was actually going to save money on my auto insurance if I added a 2016 KIA Sportage, I decided to see if there was anything I can get into at an affordable monthly payment. I dealt with Dawn on the phone who was a delight and never pushy. When I got to the dealership she introduced me to Jonathan Taylor who was one of the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Very down to earth and took a genuine interest in what I was hoping to drive away in. He worked really hard to get me in a car at a monthly payment I could afford (college tuition and all)!I am now the proud owner of a 2016 KIA Sportage and I love it! We had a very good experience. Mark was knowledgeable and friendly. If there was anything he did not know, he checked on it. We had the new car the same day. About the only thing that may have been lacking was the detailing. The windshield and left front window are smudgy. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I had been looking into buying cars for over a year. Prior to coming to our VIP appointment, we saw the Gateway Kia commercial advertising a very good deal. We first live chatted with a very nice lady and ended up calling and scheduling an appointment for the next night. We were instantly impressed by the idea of a no pressure appointment and that we could get information about the financial side of things and had not feel the push to buy something that we were not interested in, ready to commit to, or just couldn't afford. So, we thought, why not go and check things out. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, gave us our space, and then wanted to know what we were interested in. They brought out a few cars for my husband and then one for me. After allowing us to check them out, we discussed what was most important in the purchase. For us, it was the monthly payment for both new vehicles. Let me tell you, they worked out a deal for us that I know we've not been quoted at all over the last year! We took a test drive and then we sat down with the manager who was also great. At any rate, we didn't feel pressured or like the salesmen were out to get us. It was a very nice experience and we are thankful we had it! Thanks to Jusin, Issac, Jim, and Steve! Great job!

I had a great experience at Gateway Kia of Quakertown. I was in the market for a new car and was having a difficult time due to some credit issues. While other dealers were dismissive and showed me payments I couldn't afford, James at Gateway went far above and beyond to get me a great approval at a better rate than I thought I qualified for. My new Rio had to be brought in from another location and it was waiting for me, perfectly detailed and with a full tank of gas when i arrived. I was in and out of finance quickly thanks to the great approval. There was no hard sell or pressure. This is a dealer where the customer really does come first. It's refreshing to see a place where everyone is willing to work so hard and without the hassle that other dealers put you through. I look forward to coming here for service and would recommend Gateway Kia of Quakertown to anyone.

My wife and i purchased a Sorento there on July 3. As we were finishing paperwork we realized there was only 1 key for the car so we were told if they couldn't find it by the end of the day they would order us a new one and overnight it to us as soon as it came in. After 2 weeks we contacted them again if they had heard about the key thinking that would be enough time around the holiday to let us know about it's progress. After getting plain answers or not getting called back at all every couple of days for the next month and a half the order for the key was finally placed. Now it finally came in 2 and a half months after we bought the car and we're told we can come pick it up between 8 and 5 Monday to Saturday. After saying we wouldn't be able to have enough spare time to drive down there for another 6 weeks or so due to our business being very busy this time of year the reply was "Sounds good, it will be here waiting for you". If it wasn't for getting the first 2 oil changes for free i would never go this dealership again.

We had leased a Sportage from Gateway in early '14, but racked up significant mileage. Thanks to Justin and his manager, Jim - they worked up a new lease and we drove out in a 2016 Sportage. Mark C was my salesman, came out right away to great us. Listened to what I was looking for and brought a great SUV. Had all the options I wanted, including some extras. I have a very low credit score and they worked with me to get an affordable payment. Mark even helped me move my stuff from one car to other, including washing off my mats for me. The fiance guy Steve was very nice, did not pressure me into taking warranties or other things. Only issue was I was there for awhile, but they needed to get approval with different banks. i would highly recommend Gateway Kia and Mark Cole.

Went to three different dealerships and bought from the one that was farthest from my home. Arrived at the dealership and was greeted immediately by a classy salesman. Showed me all the different models and features of the vehicles i was interested in, all while under a baking sun. With sweat pouring off him he still walked as if running a race to get different keys to different vehicles from the showroom. I even paid over one hundred dollars more at Gateway then i would have 3 miles from my home dealer, just because Jon Taylor put in the effort. I really enjoyed working with him and felt i got probably close to what i could have negotiating elsewhere. But he was so positive, why bother?

I had been shopping for a sorento every day for over a week. Each one I found with something I didn't like... Interior color, high millage, price etc. When I called gateway I was stressed and ready to give up but Jon assured me if I gave him some time he would find me what I wanted AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID! I got a call about a half hour later followed by pictures of my perfect sorento! He even pulled the car for me so no one could buy it before I could get there (that happened to me at another dealer). We went to Gateway with all intentions to buy a car that day, but I was dreading the process of high pressure sales. We were on the lot 1 minute before we met our "guy" , a nice young man named Justin. I told him he was going to be sorry he picked us, but he took it all in stride. I've been interested in a Kia for some time now but I'm a single woman so I did a lot of research before going into any dealership because I wanted to know what to expect and how to get the best experience out of my purchase. In deciding what kind of vehicle I wanted and how much I could afford to pay, I emailed a few dealerships asking if they would work with me and Gateway was the first to respond. Although they are further away from me than some of the others, I made an appointment to come meet with someone and that's where I was introduced to Jon. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately went to his staff and found what I was looking for and worked out an even better deal for me because I has chosen them out of all the other dealers and he knew I was serious about the purchase. Within a short period of time, we had made an agreement and I now have a wonderful new car to show for it!

We were shopping around and promised ourselves we will not get into any deal just yet...but I ended up leaving my little red convertible Mini Cooper love behind and drove home with a 2015 NEW RED KIA Sportage...heartbroken for my loss but happy the same time for my new love...Since I just enjoy my new car, not thinking too much of what I don't have, just enjoy my new ride, what is comfortable, safe and (fast)...the police is not reading, right? I can recommend this dealership for anybody! I love the fact I could lower my payment where I felt really comfortable with it...learned too, comparison between leasing and buying....and I find a way to have a new car for the price I love. It was a very pleasant experience. This is my very first new car and I am 64 yrs old. Jim and Justin were very professional. I am so pleased with my 2015 Kia Forte. Jim picked it out, Desert Sand is the color. He was very appreciative of my civilian experience with troop support during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom in Germany and hence thought that the color was appropriate. I have no regrets and everyone thinks it a beautiful vehicle. I am particularly happy that the Kia Family dealership will be there for any automotive problems I may have. I would recommend this dealership hands down. Thank you for working a deal for me and I am forever grateful.

I was at another KIA salesman lets say was lazy didn't want to do anything to make us happy, even when we were leaving my husband asked a random salesman a question he really didn't want to be bothered at first then he must have thought how he answered he then came back and was a little nicer and I mean a "LITTLE" I then decided we would go some where else and that was Quakertown KIA and that's where we met Justin, ready and able to please a customer, and everyone was friendly!!!! I am sooo happy I bought my car there!!!

Came back to KIA 6mths later to get the car I've been keeping my eye on. Mark Cole was my contact back in October and my luck...he was in!! He was tied up with another customer and Chris and one other guy (sorry can't think of his name) helped me until Mark was available. Even though the managers couldn't make the numbers work for the car I truly wanted and I had to settle for less, Mark did a great job! He sold the "lesser" car just like he initially sold the car I was dreaming of driving away in! March Madness advertisement was misleading and a bit disappointing.

When we came into Gateway Kia, we were instantly greeted by a manager and made to feel welcomed at the dealership. We stayed what we specifically were looking for and before we knew it we were hooked up with Rob who was determined to find us something in our price range and what we were looking for. No one pressured us to by the most recent model, everyone respected what we asked for. When it came down to deciding between two cars, Rob didn't pressure is into a car and let my husband and I take the time to decide which was best for us. Rob is extremely knowledgeable in the Kia brand and you can tell he is proud of the cars he sells! Everything from the moment we walked in the door to test driving cars to signing the paperwork was smooth and easy! Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was welcoming and so easy to talk to and work with! Even with our 6 month old daughter in tow, we felt completely at ease. We drove off the lot in a new car and were absolutely happy with the service we received from everyone we talked to! We will definitely be back when it's time to get a new car! Dealing with Gateway KIA started with the purchase of a 2013 Sportage EX. I thoroughly enjoy this vehicle and have had the service done at this location. The service staff has always been able to meet my request for an appointment date and time and the work is always done right the first time. My last service was for an oil change and tire rotation and while waiting I became interested in a used car which I wound up buying. Again the whole purchase was a pleasure. I will continue to have both cars serviced at Gateway KIA of Quakertown and have to thank Jay (Service Dept), Rob (Salesman), James (Business Ofc),and Alex (Sales Mgr) for helping making this a great experience.

This is our first time buying a Kia. Tommie Madden, our salesman, was extremely helpful and had an excellent knowledge of the product. He was very friendly and not pushy in his sales technique. The only disappointment we had with the dealership was that after signing all the papers and taking delivery of our 2014 pre-owned Kia, we were given only one key! We were told that Gateway would supply a duplicate key without the remote, which was acceptable with us. After several calls on the status of the order, we were told there was no single key available and only came in a remote assembly. In addition it would cost $260.00 to purchase it and have it programmed. Having the need for a second key we did order the key assembly and set up an appointment for its programming. This is the first time in 50 plus years of purchasing both new and pre-owned automobiles that we were given a single key!

This is not your fathers car dealership. Walked in everyone was very friendly, the dealership was very clean. Mark my salesman was outstanding he listened to what I wanted as well as my budget. He knew I was on a very tight time frame, and he did his best to see that it was met. Jim the sales manager was also outstanding there was no pressure to buy, he went above and beyond of what he needed to do. I can now say I am part of the Kia family. This was the first car buying experience for us where there was no stress involved. Our salesman, Tom Madden, was very friendly and easy to relate to. Not pushy like many other car salesmen. He carefully went over the functions of the vehicle we were interested in and then let us take the car for a test drive. While in the showroom, they offered us cookies and something to drink. One salesman was even singing to the music. They were a very happy group. We would recommend Gateway Kia to anyone looking to buy a car.

Bought a Sportage EX in Jan. and just bought a Forte EX hatchback last week. We love both cars. They ride nice, they are quite and comfortable. VERY HAPPY!!!! The sales force was very helpful, courteous and attentive. The feeling of walking into a pleasant dealership is noticed as soon as you enter the front door's. It must be a great place to work because every one seems so content and that reflects on the customer, at least it did for my wife and I. I can't say enough about Kia of Quakertown, and Vince who was are sales person both times. He appreciates a good joke, so don't hesitate to share it. We did go shopping at other places, they did not get our business. They are lacking what I described above. Thanks guy's for turning something my wife and I had to do into something that we are glad we did.

The worst part of going to a dealership is the pushy salesman. This is one of the first dealerships that we felt like they were our friends and not salesmen. The minute Vince Joyce walked out and shook our hand, he LISTENED to us and what we were looking for. He didn't try to push us into something that we couldn't afford. He asked us what our budget was.. never has a salesmen ever done that. The rest of the staff was just as pleasant. I have done nothing but praise them to my co-workers and family since I left the dealership. We will absolutely be going back to them when considering our next Kia.

We lost our "weekend warrior/winter suv to a telephone pole in February. I called numerous dealers and gave them my parameters for a used suv or crossover, ie.......how much I wanted to pay, year, mileage etc. Within a week, I heard from numerous dealers with their "come on in, we can help offers." A couple of days later, I heard from Jon at GATEWAY KIA. He proceeded to affirm my terms and provided infomation on a 2011 KIA SORENTO that was exactly what I wanted. We agreed to a deal over the phone since I live over an hour away. I met with Jon the next night, drove the KIA and signed off on it. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that did not try to first get me in the door. They even provided refreshments for my grandson. I definitely recommend GATEWAY KIA and Jon Taylor to anyone who wants to be treated as a person instead of just a customer.

Gate Way dealership has always performed above expectations ever since I moved here over three years ago. It did not matter whether my vehicle was a KIA or a Dodge; Gate Way KIA fairly assessed the vehicle issues performed the work at a fair price( this is not the experience I had with the Dodge dealer) . My Dodge pick up had over 130K miles and it was getting time to get a new vehicle. As I was dropping the truck off to have KIA service it, Tom Madden saw me and my wife and asked if I would like to look at the new Sorento, we said why not. We looked it over and found the new Sorento to be a great car. When I came back the next day, Mr. Madden asked if we would like to take the Sorento for a test drive, we did. It drove beautifully. I told him we were just starting the process and I would also like to look at the Honda Pilots. He said that's great, but lets get some numbers on the Sorento and see where that goes. We did, and they even gave me trade in numbers for my Dodge. After reviewing the great price and financing we knew the Sorento was the car. My Gate Way salesman was fantastic through the process, there was never any pressure, and they let the price and quality of the vehicle talk for itself. This sales experience and the great service we have always had from Gate Way KIA have made us customers for life. BEWARE of Gateway Kia!! They LIE to get you into a car that you DO NOT want!!! We were pushed into a Kia Sedona and told that after a year if our credit score went up we could trade the car in for another, more desirable model. After a year of owning a KIA Sedona we were totally turned off, between the way it handles in ran (fish tailing and sliding) to the RIDICULOUS financing we were shoved into (19% interested rate with a CUT-THROAT lender). With that being said, we decided to go back to KIA 14 months later to trade the Sedona. Well, apparently despite the promise of being able to trade in the van for a different car as long as our credit score went up (which it did by 100+ points), we were told we were too "upside down" on the loan. They were only willing to give us 16K for the Sedona when we purchased it at 28K. The car depreciated by 45%!!!!! Our loan hasn't budged despite us making over 9,000 in payments and we are now stuck in this loan!!! The saleperson we had last year was JAMES and he is now the finance manager. BEWARE!!! Oh they also use a credit scoring system that automatically adjusts your score to be 40-50 points lower then it actually is (thereby enabling them to be able to capitalize on high interest sub prime loans). Do NOT get wrapped up in this dealership they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Our 2011 Kia lease was expiring, and we received quotes from Honda, Hyundai and Chevy on competing SUV's. Gateway gave us the best deal on a new 2014 Sportage - and saved us $1,000 in the process. Vince Joyce is a top notch salesperson - relaxed and low key, and no pressure whatsoever. We are new to the area from NJ, so that was refreshing. Vince met me at the door. I was very up-front with him about my financial situation. I told him my available down payment (along with my trade) and a monthly payment I felt I could handle. Vince and Larry worked hard to get me into a car I could afford. I walked in hoping to find a decent used car I could live with. I went to Quakertown Kia feeling very discouraged about being able to purchase a vehicle. I have been through a tough messy divorce which lead me to start my life over. Unfortunately my ordeal left my credit severely damaged and it has taken me years to repair it. I still did not have a good score in fact it was very poor , however the gentleman at this dealership were willing to speak to me and try to see how they could help. They got me in the vehicle I wanted and most important needed. They don't know it but they gave me the first chance I needed to truely start over and I will forever be grateful. They didn't just sell me a car that day they gave me so much more. This has become my only place to go for a vehicle and I will recommend them to everyone I get a chance to! Product specialist Ciara and James in finance were very friendly getting me through the process of leasing a new Kia Sorento and giving me an opportunity to purchase the vehicle at the end of the three year lease. I parked my old broken car in front of the dealership and drove away in a brand new Kia in quick fashion.

I purchased a new Kia Sportage for my wifes birthday. Within a month of purchase the problems began. Driving to work one day in a rainstorm the car stopped running on Rt. 309 creating a very dangerous situation for my wife. It turns out there was a service bulletin for this problem that we were not notified of. We received the car back 2 days later than originally promised. The next time a problem occurred my wife was going to work again, the temp gauge shot up to hot and the car had to be towed back to the dealer. This time the tech who fixed the service bulletin created another situation by failing to check or fill the coolant level. We can not recommend this vehicle or dealership to friends and family for their future purchases.

I gave the rating due to the service and the employees. They tried there best to assist me with a comfortable vehicle as well as affordable. They gave you the respect you deserved because after all it is a business. They allowed you to come i to their lives and acted human like they are. You would be surprise these days all anyone cares about is making that dollar and James was a real person who shared realness to me. He is an excellent employee for the Kia dealer ship, and knows how to take care of his customers. He was appreciated more than he realizes and hope he makes an impact to people anywhere he is or goes thank you Kia!!!! Thank you James!!!!!

Rob was very friendly and professional . He answered all our questions and helped us find the car that we were looking for.Larry was very helpful in explaining the papers that were needed to be signed , he explained to us about gap insurance and extended warranty. This was my first experience of buying a car on my own. I was dreading the sales pressure and was afraid I was going to be talked into a purchase I didn't need and couldn't afford. Jon was not what I expected. I was actually comfortable talking to him about what I was looking for and never once did he hit me with a sales pitch. I told him what I needed and he drove it to the door at our first meeting. It was a pleasant experience! I was honest with him, he was honest with me, and my new car is in my budget and I walked away with zero buyer's remorse. I can't stress enough what a relief it was to be able to deal with such a respectful professional.

Went in after our last snow storm on Friday. Everyone was working all night to get the lot cleared of snow, everyone looked exhausted. Vince was the first to greet my wife and I (with a smile). We needed a car by Monday so we could get to work. My Explorer locked up on Friday in 4 wheel low and wouldn't change.Needless to say we were not happy campers. It's one thing to go out and buy a car when you want to, but buying because you have to is a different story. This happened 2 years ago, $15.00 part on the inside of the transmission $1600.00 to fix. 1997, 183000 miles, not worth it. Anyhow, Vince showed us a 2011 Sportage EX which we liked and after a few hours of laughing with Vinny and Paul and Paul getting the monthly payment into our range we signed the papers. Everyone was very friendly and made our experience at Gateway Kia a happy and memorable experience. We love the Sportage, and when my wife and I get ready to get rid of our other car we are going back to Gateway. Thanks Vinny and Paul for turning our bad day into a good one.

Unfortunately I had to have my Sorento serviced at this joke of a service center. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. I had a recall done and not only did it take forever to complete but they broke a part while doing the job so I had to come back a second time for them to replace the part they broke. Well I get there and they tell me that the part never came in. Ok now THIRD time in and they get it right BUT the part they "replaced" had a scratch on it and they tried to get it by me and didn't think I would notice. When I went in to ask why the part was damaged Jen the service advisor said "well we don't have very experienced mechanics so they probably did that and didn't tell anyone" REALLY??? WHY would you throw one of your co-workers under the bus like that????? The "service director" Chuck Bradshaw was no help either. He didn't seem to care that I had to come back 3 times for the same thing. That service center is in some serious trouble if that's how they treat people. I'd be willing to bet they treat their employees like that too if they can openly admit they don't have an experienced staff.

I have worked with many dealerships in this area and I will keep on coming to Kia. Everyone from the sales staff, to the service department, and business office are fantastic. The first time was 2 years ago with Tommy Mollen as we purchased a Kia Sportage. I would not use any other salesperson we really liked him and he was so informative and a great sales person. While deciding to upgrade to a Sorrento he talked to us about the 4 cylinder versus the 6 cylinder and let us drive both vehicles. We then decided on the 4 cylinder and we completed our purchase with the business office employee Laura Weaver, who we found out I grew up with her mother and we had a very pleasant time getting the financing she took her time to find us the best rate and everything. They worked with us fantastic and it is a very clean and friendly dealership. This is why it will be a Kia product in my home from now on. I had been to a couple different dealerships before & felt rushed & pressured into making a purchase right away without really having all my questions answered & all. I just went there one day to find out more about the Kia Optima, the car I wanted. I received a phone call from Ciara Figliuolo advising me of some great deals going on with new Kia's. I explained to Ciara that my current lease was not up until April, but she stated that I should at least stop in and check out the deals. On October 30th, I met with Ciara and after knowing where my bottom line was, she was able to get me into a 2014 Kia Sorento. This was the first time I dealt with Ciara and all I can say is she is an outstanding sales person. In 2011 I became a Kia customer for the first time. In March of 2011 I purchased a 2011 Kia Sportage and in April 2011 a 2011 Kia Sorento. So this is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from your dealership and all I can say each and every time, from the beginning to end all your employees was very nice and pleasant. You have a great staff and you should be proud. I have dealt with numerous car dealers over the years and Ciara is one of the best. I went into the dealership without any idea of what I wanted other than something affordable. All of the guys at the dealership were great in helping me find something that I liked and something that I could afford. I had totaled my previous car and owed money on it still, but they even helped me find ways to get some of that money back and took me through the entire process. Each of the guys at the dealership were friendly and personable as well. It was such a great experience that my mom went back to get a new car for herself from them!

All of our questions were addressed to our satisfaction and made the purchasing process a lot easier. One of the best car buying experiences I've every had. The sales staff was friendly and honest. When I asked a question, there were straight forward answers, no beating around the bush. They entertained my small children while we were there and were just super friendly. I walked in and told them what I was looking for and was out of the dealership within 2 1/2 hours with my new (used) Kia Sorrento in the payment range that I was looking for. Overall a really great experience.

I went to the dealer to have my car serviced for an up coming trip to Alaska. The service manager Scott was terrific, he knew what i wanted done from previous conversations. When he saw I had not had a specific service done previously (timing belt) he cautioned me on not having it replace on such a long trip, but he didn't pressure me which is why I was so impressed. After they looked over the entire car they did find a few other things that had to be done, which considering I have only ever had general maintenance since I purchased it in 2005 wasn't bad. While I was waiting for my car to be done, I was looking at the new ones in the show room and that's where I meet Cindy, after exchanging chit-chat we were talking about my up coming trip. She asked me if I was interested in buying a new car to which I replied No. We talked some more and I then went out to look at some used Kias, I did see one I liked and she graciously worked up a rough cost for me to review even when I told her I wasn't in the market. After speaking with Jim they worked on getting me a loan that fit into my budget. They we both so professional and kind I felt very at ease.I drove off that day in a beautiful new Sorento EX for me. My first Kia was a 2005 Sorento LX and I loved that car, it has been one of the most reliable cars I have owned. it just made sense if I had success with the first Sorento why not get another? Thank you Cindy for the great experience in purchasing my second fabulous Sorento, thanks to Scott who was honest but not pushy on my repairs, and thank you Jim for getting me the loan. Johnathon came right over to us when we arrived and was very personable and helpful and listened to what we said. We went in thinking about a rio . Our neighbors just got a Rio and my husband was very impressed with it when he drove it. But when we got there Johnathon told us to look at the soul it would be much easier to get in and out of since that was one of our concernes. He was right and after checking them both out we whent with his advise and got the Soul. He took us threw the service department and introduced us to them and said we get free oil change and tire rotation etc for a year. We would go back there again and tell any body else to check out the Kia and ask for Johnathon.

I have never experieced a dealership as this one. Not only did I purchase a great car that I had wanted for sometime, but also made some great friends. Cindy has been wonderful. I as a matter of fact will just stop in to say Hi and have coffee with her. The dealership has been so accomadating that I dont have to make an appt. for oil change, I can just pop in and their ready to take care of me. Jim was wonderful helping me thru the finance end and making sure i was comfortable with the payments. Then after I drove away in my new car the finance co. contacted me with a lower finance rate, that Jim had worked on for me. When making a purchase of this size, it's important to feel comfortable with your decision. My experience working with Cindy was a very pleasant one. In fact, everyone at the dealership was very friendly. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and if she didn't know, she wasn't afraid to ask someone else. That showed me humility on her part. As for their customer service, it is great. They even called me when it was time to get my oil changed to remind me. Something else that I would like to add, I have bought or leased several vehicles over the years and I never purchased a vehicle on the initial visit, until now. I do not regret my decision to stop by the Gateway Kia Dealership that Saturday afternoon.I love my Sorento!

Tommy was the best salesman I ever had in all of my 77 years. He was a true gentlemen, curtious and knowledgable. He even drove out to my house on his day off to pick up the back seats of the van I traded! I would recommend Gateway and Tommy to anyone interested in a KIA.

The rating I have given show that Cindy Fox is very personable and works well with her customers. She is an asset to the Kia Dealership. Cindy takes her responsibilities seriously but knows when to enjoy her work. I would recommend her to any potential customer. The dealership is also friendly and knowledgable with Kia vehicles.

Had a great time at the dealership. Chuck is a great down to earth salesman. Kap is the closer and he is fun to work with (beatup!) LOLBought a 2006 Mustang GT. They threw in 2 like used tires with the deal because there wasn't one with the car. And touched up the chipped and scratched paint on the bumper, no charge!They had to work hard to get me financing and did a great job at that.Loved the whole experience and would send anyone looking for a good deal there!

Went in looking for a new Optima SX. I had been communicating with Tommy via email prior to coming in. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and Tommy and I spoke more about what I was looking for. He gathered some information and we went on a test drive. He explained everything in the car (way more than another dealership I visited) and had a good test drive. After getting back we spoke about price. After a little while we weren't able to make a deal, but I was given many options to consider. I could tell they were trying to make the numbers work, but it was just a little out of my price range. Overall it was a good experience and I'd recommend the dealership for someone looking for a Kia.

We visited several car dealerships in the last couple of months, and no dealership compares to Gateway or our salesman, James. My husband and I were so impressed by our saleman, James Milligan of Gateway Kia, Quakertown there are not enough stars for the credit this gentleman deserves. He was so understanding to what we wanted, no pressure at all, this was a plus for us. James and the staff work for the customer, you are not just a number and that means alot. He is so knowledgeable in all aspects of his product and company he's employed with. We have already told so many of our family and friends to go see James at Gateway if they want a great experience purchasing a vehicle. He explained to us about our new Kia Soul Plus, we loved it and it's only been 3 days that we have it. Honestly, we cannot say enough about James and Gateway, we will definately have a long customer relationship with Gateway. We had a "great" day on Saturday when we purchased our "awesome" new Soul. Sent daughter to Kia in Quakertown for new car with $3000 down.ey told here she could get appoved for new car tried to and tried to sell here used for $17 less then the new car payment. Also Car was $1000 over blue book and they told her car was under warranty and then they thru in a $2600 service contact. Do not trust them. Daughter called Kia in Conshohocken and was approved in minutes after sending filling out the credit appllication and sending it to them. We went down and picked the car up and they had it waiting for us in 1 hr. Murry Kia is were you want to go.

I am disappointed in the service I have received from Barry Kabinoff the general manager of the Quakertown Kia dealership. I purchased "factory wrap plus perferred" warranty in May when I bought my Rio. Due to a processing error at the time of purchase, I was promised a revised deductible of "zero" on that warranty. This revision was to take place in July. To date (9/27/12)I have received nothing but a lot of run around.In fact matters have progressively gotten worse. I am not receiving any communication from the dealership at all. Mr. Kabinoff had informed me (via phone) that I would have had some type of response by 9/19. I have attempted to e-mail them. No response.

Let me tell you a story. It starts with a truck (we'll call JoeyJoe) aging fast and just not able to keep up with our 2010 Denim Special Edition Kia Soul (we'll call Alice). Anyway... Alice was in with the terrific Service Crew for her annual Inspection visit and awaiting for us to pick her up. (For the record, she passed with flying colors.) On our way back to pick her up we had decided that we would go home and drop off a rental and then go out looking at cars just to get a feel for what was out there. After all, we were pretty confident that since it wasn't raining out, that we wouldn't purchase a new vehicle - we have had a habit of purchasing vehicles in the past. That is how we had purchased JoeyJoe and Alice in the past. But it was cloudy out and had rained the night before. Upon our arrival at the dealership to pick up Alice after her appointment, we were heading back to the Service Center when Cindy introduced herself to us and things just came into fruition from there. Cindy was friendly and just a delight to talk with as we exchanged information about our trade in and what we were thinking of purchasing. We already knew in our hearts that if we could swing another Kia Soul, that that would be the car for us as we have just had the pleasure of Alice since August of 2009 and Cindy and the Team made that happen. We agreed to test drive a Kia Soul and while we didn't tell them what color we would prefer (we had talked about getting it in black), Cindy drives out in a black 2012 Kia Soul + and we knew... it was ours. The color was right, the features more than we had dreamed of (we were thinking a bare minimum Soul after all) and when the 2012 Kia Soul + (we now call Megatron) actual took the one corner that sold us on the first Kia Soul took that corner better than Alice (Do NOT tell Alice that. She has handled us so well for three years, we'd like her to handle us just as well for at least the next seven - ha!), well, we broke our spell of purchasing vehicles in the rain. We have always had wonderful service when working with Gateway Kia of Quakertown since purchasing Alice so being able to experience that same quality and commitment from the entire staff and Cindy especially really eased out hearts as we came to terms with letting go of our 10 year old JoeyJoe. We look forward to many years of continued and valued interaction with the Dealership.

Tommy was the first car salesperson that I didn't hate!! He was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, with no pressure during the sales process. He offered excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale -- offered to go over all of our car's features and to set up blue-tooth, satellite radio, etc. Great experience!!

I was looking to trade my car and take advantage of a promotion advertised on the radio. I called before taking the hour and a half drive to the dealership and asked if my situation would qualify. I was told they couldn't give me any information over the phone, but I would not be sorry if I came to the dealership. I made the long drive and as soon as I got inside and explained my situation, I was laughed at. They sat down and went over numbers and appraised my car and essentially told me the best thing would be to drive my car over a cliff and collect the gap insurance. It took all of about thirty seconds for them to tell me they would not be able to accept my trade with minimal information, which could have been done over the phone. I was thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer service and the arrogance of the salesmen. This trip was a waste of over three hours, all which could have been avoided had they answered simple questions I requested over the phone. I was told Quakertown Kia ran the best deals and far exceeded other dealerships, which was a boldface lie.

Both of my parents bought cars from Gateway branches and recommended them to me when I was looking for a new ride. When I told Jonathan Taylor I'd driven up all the way from Philly in the heat in a car with no AC and a messed up wheel, he made every effort to make sure that I wouldn't go all the way back home disappointed. He sold me a brand new car and did everything he could to make sure I got an excellent deal on a beautiful car that I would be able to afford on my wages and I am extremely grateful and satisfied. 3 stars across the board!

Brand new Kia Sorento, sticker way over 40k, broke down on Rt. 80 in NJ on the way to the hospital, under warrenty and the dealership wants me to pay for the towing of the vehicle. Mr. Milligan told me on Saturday that they would "handle everything" but he doesn't have the juice or he lied- do you think that they will be looking for the car payment-- Plan to be at the dealership on Saturday to warn my fellow Americans of what's in store if they purchase a Kia.

On 6/30/12 my wife and I walked into Gateway Kia of Quakertown (after I was referred by a co-worker) in desperate need of a new car, as our old car was on its "last leg." We were promptly greeted by salesman Jon Taylor with whom we explained our car situation, as well as our past credit problems. Jon (as well as the finance team) worked very hard to get us into an awesome brand new 2012 Kia Forte, with great payments that fit into our budget!! While we waited for approval, Jon introduced us to almost the entire Gateway Kia team. This was the most relaxing and fun car buying experience that we have ever had!!!

After searching endlessly for a pre-owned Mazda 3 that was worth buying - I found my way to Quakertown Kia. Not only were the entire personnel at Kia helpful, they allowed me to stay for hours in their showroom until I was ready to make a decision. The salesman Joseph Cramasta made the whole experience incredible for me. I was weary buying a pre-owned car, but his knowledge and direction helped me to find my Mazda 3 - and it was even better than I had hoped for. Joe wasn't pushy and instead of feeling forced into buying a car, he helped push me in the direction towards what was best for me and my budget. I don't know how he did it, but he made the Mazda 3 work for me and it was the best decision I made to drive the hour to Quakertown. I highly recommend this location. From the entire staff to the cleanliness and friendly nature of Kia Quakertown, I am so happy to have gone there. Thank you Joe for being a great salesman and for truly looking out for the customer, I couldn't have made a better choice.

In addition, he took the time to introduce me to the individual at the service center, who was also informative about the service department. Overall, I found James to be a true professional.

I found this dealership on line after having a very bad experience at the local Kia dealership by me. The staff here is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They do not give you the loud gimmicks with disco balls. They take the time to find what youe looking for in a vehicle and work with you to get the numbers to work. I highly recommend them.

I gave the dealership all 5 stars because they were a great place that handeled the purshase of my new car with great care. The salesperson Tommy Madden explaned to me everything there was to know about the car I was buying, also explaned all about the dealership. He went and found me the exact model I was looking for when the one I wanted was not on the lot,I got everything and more.

Contacted the dealer and asked for basic pricing info for a particular model Kia. Salesman refused, utlimately giving 3 conflicting excuses--eg, said it was too difficult to quote a price via email (something other dealers will gladly do). Wouldn't even tell me the desler's posted price on a particular model (how difficult is that?) Bottom line: they want to get you in the building, where pressure, bait & switch, and numbers fudging are more likely to work. Ask yourself: why would a business refuse to tell you its prices?

We went to gateway Kia in need of a new car. James catered to our needs and put together a great deal. He even had our old car towed to the dealership and took care of the loan payoff. He was kind enough to share soft pretzels with us as it was late and my son was hungry. James and the guys at gateway are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Rio5 on 02/06/12 with an expected delivery date of 02/10/12. On 02/10/12 about 6pm I called the dealership to find out if I could pick up my new car. James Milligan, the salesperson I was working with, was not on duty so I asked to speak with the manager. They took a message and said he would call me back shortly. I waited two hours and called them again. I was told the manager was not able to come to the phone and that I had to call James tomorrow. I called James the next morning and told him I was not very happy that he had not called me to let me know the status of my new car and that I was not able to even get the manager on the phone. I told him it felt as if they had gotten the deal (I had given them a $500 deposit and the title to the vehicle I was going to trade)and I no longer mattered to them. He promised to call me 02/06/12 with a package of free services for the inconvience. James did not call on Monday and I was unable to get him or a manager to return my calls that day or for the rest of the week. On 02/15/12 I was able to speak with James and I told him I no longer wanted to purchase a car from them and needed to make arrangements to get my deposit and title back. I was told only Barry the GM could do that and James would have him call me. I started leaving messages everyday for Barry via James on 02/16/12 but no one called me. I contacted my lawyer on 02/20/12 and Barry responded on 02/22/12 saying he would mail my refund and title. I received both on 03/06/12. As far as I know the vehicle they sold me was never delivered.

On January 31, 2012 I was on the internet in search of a price quote for a new car. In the process this car dealers name appeared (Gateway Kia Quakertown), and a request for a credit card to get my quote popped up. Well, I backed out of the screen. Sometime after 9:00 a.m. I missed a call from Ramon at Gateway Kia, anxious to talk to me about buying a new car. I returned his call, but John (General Manager) answered the phone and told me that Ramon was not there, and said that he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he told me that he had what I was looking for on his lot and if not he had other lots where he could get the car. I arrived at the dealership, and did not receive the warmest of welcomes. I was greated by a salesman, but I explained that I was to see John, so he took me inside to John who then said, "this gentleman can help you." Ok, I thought to myself. I went outside with the salesman... which I don't even recall his name, because I was already upset at the intial treatment by John. I actually felt that they were looking at me as if I did not have the money or the credit to purchase one of THEIR over priced cars. I told the salesman what I wanted, and he went back into the building and was back out within a minute. He told me that they did not have what I was looking for on the lot. I said, "John told me that if you did not have one on this lot that he could get one from one of his other lots." He said, "we do not have anything that you are looking for on any of our lots." I could not believe that I driven 45 minutes to be told that they did not have the car... why not just tell me over the phone. At this point I was very upset... Well guess what... they lost a sale, because I went to Tom Ring's Brown Daub Kia and went home with the BRAND NEW CAR THAT I WAS IN SEARCH OF. I will NEVER recommend Gateway Kia to anyone... I'd tell them not to waste their time!!!!

Very positive experience. I felt my questions and concerns were answered honestly. John worked very diligently to help me obtain the car of my choice. There were no bells, whistles and gong bongs going off like some other dealers I frequented to make you think they were giving you this big deal when they were not, which was a big distraction. There was no haggling and everything was explained in detail. Before going to Gateway Kia I called and spoke to John, I told him my unfortunate experience of the other car dealer and I did not want that and he guaranteed there would be nothing like that and he kept to his word. My hat off to Gateway Kia and their team. I love my new 2012 Kia Forte

Our salesman, Paul, was trying to make a deal for us on a 2012 Kia Sportage but the Manager wouldn't budge on our trade in nor on the price of the vehicle. The sticker price was $36K and they were only willing to come down to $34K. We decided to walk out since they didn't want to make a deal, that was fair to us and them. We ended up buying from Burlington Kia where we got the same car for $29K. Obviously, Gateway had some "wiggle room" in their price but thought we were stupid and would just hand over our wallets. Not this time! I'd recommend Burlington Kia, though a drive from the Quakertown area I think an 1-1.5 hour drive is worth $5K...don't you?!

I bought a 2012 Kia Forte SX koup at Gateway Kia two weeks ago and am very pleased with the dealership and the car. James Milligan was great to work with and took a great deal of time to show me how to use all of the options my car came with. We were bullied, to say the least, at Brown Daub Kia in Allentown so we took a chance at going to Gateway Kia in Quakertown. When we met Gregg we told him we had no interest in buying a car and we just wanted to look. He said "no problem, may I show you around and answer and questions you may have?" So we thought, fair enough. Not only was he kind and courteous, we ended up buying a Kia Soul and the experience was just great. Our daughter is next up for a car and we will be visiting with Gregg soon.Thank you! A&E :)

Joe Laurinitis, assistant service manager, and general manager, Barry, have extremely poor customer service skills. I purchased my vehicle there in 2008 and had it serviced there numerous times, mostly for regular maintenance. Joe made a mistake, as we all do, and scheduled me for an oil change when I did not request one. I had requested a quote for service and the use of a loaner car. I advised Joe that I did not request an oil change and did not understand why he performed one. Instead of following "the custsomer is always right" common practice, he argued with me in an accusatory manner in front of other customers, eventually involving his manager, who was extremely rude and condescending, stating that I did request it. A $40 service mistake. It doesn't make sense why they would be willing to loose a loyal customer for three years for a $40 mistake. Beware if you request a courtesy car from Kia of Quakertown, they may charge you for services you do not request, if you ever get a car, as I waited for three months for a car. There are so many other professional and appropriate ways this could have been handled. Joe and Barry need training in interpersonal relations and are costing Kia a lot of money if this is how they treat everyone.
