The guys at gaven auto were transparent in their sale. I purchased a beautiful Chevy express after shopping around and eventually running into these guys. The facility is beautiful and clean, the inventory is the largest selection of work trucks I’ve ever seen and the employees are laid back and helpful. They even helped me cut my insurance rate in half !

Purchased a Chevy express last week. The process was seamless, the van was great and they even got me my license plates and registration. I don’t remember the salesperson’s name but everybody was very friendly. Lots of options would definitely recommend if you need a work truck to make money.

I do not recommend this dealer at all, I’ve bought a 2007 Ford Van on aug 5, I have drove it for not even a month and the check engine light came on, also having issues with the transmission, on sept 1. I’ve tried to reach them to tell them the issues, I couldn’t get an answer from them at all, now it passed the month of “warranty” they answered me and just said that my month of warranty has passed and they can’t do anything about it. So I have to spend $3200 in a new transmission. I’m just giving you all a heads up. I’ve read some reviews complaining about them, and still went there and got it to give them a chance. Don’t do it the same mistake that I have done. Look for another dealer, because they don’t care about the clients. And another thing I was told that I had a 3 months of warranty by the seller. I did the mistake to believe them instead of check the contract showing 3 months. This one was on me. But like I said, I have complained about the issues prior to complete the first whole month.

Horrible sales service, They list vehicles not there or sold or what ever excuse possible on internet ON Their site!!! Oh prices aren't correct!
