I had taken my vehicle in for service having scheduled a day and time by phone. I asked about a recall item but was told that it was on back order. When I got there for my appointment I came to find out that the recall part had indeed gotten there the night before. John and his team took care of the scheduled maintenance as well as the recall item saving me from having to come back a second time. All the work was completed and I feel that the time it took was very appropriate. I was very happy with all work done and plan to continue to bring my GM vehicle back to Gay Buick GMC in the future. Having never purchased a vehicle from out of state (I live in California), I was clueless and apprehensive. Dee communicated every step of the way and basically held my hand throughout the process. Excellent customer service, a great deal and a beautiful car. I am so happy!!

I and my dad bought a Hyndai from this dealer last year. Quick and easy deal. Really good car. There service consultant Roy was very helpful Friday and Saturday April 2021. He gave me honest advice about a bad car buy which I quickly returned. Seem to be honest and friendly people working at this car dealer. Dave the sales representative was excellent.

Marvin (sales Rep) did and excellent job in making me feel comfortable and calm. He didn't pressure me into buying anything or try to up sale me. I told him what truck I wanted and he didn't try to lead me towards other more expensive trucks like other dealerships have done. He worked very well with me and my dad when it came to the trade in and purchase. The only issue I had, which is very minor, is the guy in finance, he was very nice, very helpful, and very informative. He didn't give a brief description of the documents that I was signing, I had to read them myself. Aside from that they were both very helpful and didn't make me feel stressed. When the time comes I will be going back for my next truck.

On 10/4 I took my vehicle in to be worked on due to it overheating ,I was told Id get a call back the next day. I didn't, even though I called repeatedly, finally caught the service rep BERNARD. He stated the vehicle would be ready 10/6 in the afternoon. I informed him that I was without a vehicle and hated to pester him but once again they had no loaner cars. He stated he just wanted to make sure everything was done right and assured me he would give me an update at 9am on 10/7. No call. Finally I call @ 12:50 and am notified that Bernard is at lunch But my car is ready. i noticed on the paperwork I signed my car was ready at 9:30. To add insult to injury, someone left their half empty Coke can in my car. I remember when they used to at least vacuum out your car when you brought it in to be serviced. Needless to say I will not to going back to Gay Family Auto and that makes me very sad. Its the place I bought my car. But apparently their customer service skills are greatly lacking
