Steve from Gaylord Leasing was recommended to me by my son who had purchased a vehicle back in September. Process was smooth. No pressure to purchase the vehicle like you typically get at an auto dealer. Steve had me test drive 2 vehicles and let me make the decision without any pressure. Steve took his time explaining all the bells and whistles on the Volvo I purchased. He even made sure the tank was full. It was a pleasure to work with Steve and I would use Gaylord leasing again if I ever wanted to purchase another vehicle. Steve returned my call as soon as I sent in a request for the car I was interested in and met me at the Leasing Co at a time that was convenient for me

Ron was great! He returned my call on a Sunday when I didn't expect to hear back from anyone and remained flexible with my schedule to accommodate my hectic job. When I did arrive at the dealership I was instantly given attention and never sat around waiting the entire time. Within a couple hours I was out the door with a truck that I really wanted and a price that I thought was more than fair. I would send my own mother to buy a vehicle from these guys.

We bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had many more features at a lower price than any other dealerships we priced out (by a couple thousand). No dealership handling fees. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. They even tinted our front windows and negotiated an interior repair that normally wouldn't have been covered over the standard warranty on the car. I was very sentimentally attached to my trade-in vehicle and they even promised me that they would find it a good new home. We will definitely use them for future purchases and recommend them to friends and family.

Steve was great from the beginning worked well with us. We were pre-approved with our bank but Steve was able to find a lower rate with another bank, saving us money. He was very knowledgeable with Toyotas and other cars. Great hospitality and no pressure on buying. We bought a 2010 Toyota highlander with great pricing.

From the moment I inquired about a car in their inventory, to my final exit from their facility with a new (used) Mercedes, the experience could not have been better. Steve and Tim were authentic, honest and easy to work with. The quality and condition of cars in their inventory was excellent. Steve was very easy going and delivered on his promises from first phone contact. Some wear and tear on vehicle that would have been nice if had been fixed prior to listing, but Steve was ready to come to a fair value on price and was very transparent as to what needed work. I went in to test drive the vehicle and told them I'd be back the next day around 6 to come and pick up the vehicle, when I went in it to come sign the papers, it was on a test drive with someone else and they had no idea that I was coming in. So I had to sit there waiting for the couple to come back with my car that I was there to pick up. Super frustrating. Then not even 24 hours after I bought the car, it died. When I called them to tell them what had happened, they told my that my insurance company was supposed to pay for it to get towed, not Gaylord Leasing and Sales. I had to jump it and took it to the place that they told me to take it. After looking at my brand new vehicle, they found that it needed a new battery, a new alternator, and possibly a transmission. When I told them that they would be paying for it because they sold me a bad vehicle, they told me that the place that THEY sent me to was just trying to upsell me and get me to spend more. So they refused to pay for anything. After days of fighting with them, they finally reluctantly agreed to pay for everything, then the car ran fine. Awful, awful, awful experience. They also have people do the review on this website right after you buy your car, when you're super happy. I trusted the reviews on this website and thought that it was strange that there were no negative reviews, but there's why. Stay away.

Gaylord leasing and sales is very professional. They accurately described the Ford Explorer we bought and took our trade with fast and fair value. The negotiations took Literally 30 seconds. It took 25 minutes for the paperwork and we were all set. I came down to Aurora from Bailey based on the recommendation of a friend to buy a 4-wheel drive for using up in the mountains. I really enjoyed this process more than I thought I would. Buying a car is never fun, but this was relatively pleasant. I like the intimate feeling of the office, I like the way they choose/purchase/sell vehicles. The experience went well. Low pressure close sale. Was willing to work with my schedule and time frame. Perhaps the salesman could use a little more coaching on the tax structure on the state and county. Also, he could pay a little more attention to detail on the documentation. Wow. This transaction was great. Steve went out of his way to let me test drive a car. I loved it, but had to go out of town. He stayed in touch - but not in a "salesy" way -- to keep me in the loop. Great buying experience. Not high pressure at all, and very experienced. Knew all the options available and details related to buying this 2011 Sienna van. Steve is great! Went the extra mile to give me the information I needed being out of town so that when I showed up all that I needed to do was check it out and take it for a spin. Friendly service and stayed WELL past closing to help make the sale possible. Made sure we walked out happy and I think I forgot to mention THEY HAVE ZERO DEALER HANDLING/HIDDEN FEES! The price online was the price I paid out the door.
