Typical used car lot BS. They advertise great cars that are somehow sold "just before you got here". Thank goodness they have a similar model for the same price with more than 3x the miles on it! Stay far away is my recommendation, unless you want to get taken or like to waste your time.

Steve, Ron, and Guppy were all very helpful and friendly! Very laidback, no-pressure car-buying experience. Did our research ahead of time to know what the car was worth, and felt that they offered the car to us at a very fair price - didn’t even feel the need to negotiate down!

Came recommended by a trusted professional friend and they did not disappoint. Easy to deal with, fair offer for our car we were selling and weren’t buying anything. We were in and out of there in less than an hour with a check for substantially more than the “give me the vin”guys had offered.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Fraud. . . Extortion… Bait and Switch….. 
I bought this USED car on 072920, relying on the false advertisement that is was a Certified PreOwned with a 90 Day Warranty. As of August 29, 2020, it has spent seven days in the shop regarding multiple repairs. It has been towed twice since I bought it, and since August 16, 2020, it has spent more than 15 days as unusable because of repairs. The so called mechanic Bill screamed, yelled, and called me a pretty nasty name when he found out I was gay, and then he had unsupervised privilege to met property for several hours. When he was told to stop talking and put his boss on the phone, he hung up.We claim they use a substandard certification process in conjunction with an ambiguous warranty policy that lures customers back to their shop to be lied to, extorted from, and cheated with the only true intent to find upsell opportunities for their company. In addition to the bait and switch warranty attempts and the less than preowned certification, during the contract/paperwork process thistle salesman, Ron, attempted to slide in what we could only perceive as a fraudulent attempt to get us to sign a document that claimed we we donating to a charity, but the typed in amount being donated was ZERo, and the rest of the document was bare, to be filled in later by the accused. Regarding all issues, we notified the Florida Motor Vehicles Field Operations Region 4&5, as well as our State’s Attorney with the hopes of an investigation to determine exactly what is going on at this used car dealership. 
Be forewarned and STAY AWAY. We do not believe they cars are Certified by anything other than sub-standards. The car is pretty, but I had not intent to purchase an $10,000+ lawn ornament, but it appears that is exactly what I was sold.Every claim made herein is memorialized!
