I once worked for this dealer. I've gone on to doing my own thing with helping you sell you auto or doing your leg work and helping you find any auto your in the market for. But I really had to put in a second after reading the Last post. Gene Fogle Motors is hands down the best dealership I've ever worked for and I personally sold my wife her car my mom bought her car I could go on and on. It's unfortunate that you couldn't reach Ben at that time but I assure that he was busy helping someone!! Mr. Fogle is a great great person to have worked for helping me find vehicles that customers were looking for even though we didn't have them on the lot at that time. He is absolutely one of the best professional businessmen in the auto industry. Don't miss out on quality customer service!! Buying your next auto couldn't be any more fun and easy. OMG I have never had to deal with ppl like this before. After I did my app and was trying to follow up with the GM Ben on my app. I could never reach him and every time I went in he was missing in action. They really need to get it together up there, was up there on my off day and nothing got done. What a waste........ I have never meet ppl so unorganized in my life. Came back two weeks later to check in and some women was giving me the stink eye so unprofessional.

I was told by 20 different dealerships that I couldn't get a vehicle due o my credit.... but thanks to Desmond the website guy at genefogles I was able to get my dream car with low payments and low price... and he gave my friend that referred me $250 .... ..Thanks alot

Just when I thought that I would never be able to get a decent vehicle due to my poor credit (at no true fault of my own), Rico saved the day. He was more than polite since the first meet and greet. After asking about my finances he told me that he would be able to get me in the vehicle of my choice and all for a reasonable price. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Dodge Journey that has only 9,360 miles on it. Rico has lived up to his word and much more. I highly recommend Gene Fogle Motors,

Rico and Ben were great and helped me get exactly the car I wanted. I had to travel to pretty far to get to the dealership and they worked with me an entire week before I had even arrived at the dealership. Had a minor dilemma involving the car but they helped me sort it out and get me on the road all in the same day. The process as a whole was pretty easy and they made sure I knew everything I needed to. If you go here make sure to ask for Rico.

Got the car I wanted and drove it out of the lot same day I walked in even though the deal wasn't done yet. Very honest and friendly staff, extremely helpful all the way around. Rico has done many things most salesmen wouldn't mess with after the car has been sold to help me out and Patrick approached me off site on a Sunday, without ever meeting me because he noticed that was a car they had the day before and ended up taking his own personal time that day to help me get another set of paper plates bc the previous ones had fell off. Great place to go for a used car and to be treated respectfully and feel appreciated for your service!

If I could describe this dealership in one word AMAZING... Ricco was my sales guy the car I really wanted Ricco helped me get into. He was very polite and patient it wasn't just about getting me approved and selling a car he genuinely wanted to help me get into the car I wanted and deserved with payments that were affordable that's where Ben the Finance Manager came in, he made sure that I got the best deal possible those two together were wonderful. Employees were all very polite and respectful. Hands down I would recommend any one and everyone who wants to buy a car to go to Gene Fogle Motors ask for Ricco Please he's the BEST. I am truly shocked by the reviews. I had an awful experience with this company. My husband and I are still upset with how we were treated and the lack of friendliness from the employees. I've never been treated with so much rudeness and disrespect in my life. They gave us the run around for like three days..they chose the car for us and then when asked for a deposit on the car it was done right in the open of the dealership. I didn't even know a deposit was needed and if so when they came in one time to go over paperwork I submitted it should have been discussed then. Not including I was left in the office for a long time with no one coming in or out. Then I was told my credit score was low and when I checked it, it's at a 650.....maybe not the best but it's okay. Got a 30,000 loan at another car dealership with no money down..and I can choose what I want. It was my first time getting a car in my name ...worst experience ever..I can't believe all reviews I've read...I will never step foot in this dealership again.
