Dwayne was amazing. We met him weeks prior he didn’t try to sell you a car. He made you feel like he was helping out a friend. When we went back even though he was busy he took the time to not only help us find the right car that fit me but also for my budget. It wasn’t about making money for him it was about making sure I got a good reliable car. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else but Dwayne. After the whole sale was done he still knowing he already sold the car treated you like family. We got to know him to and he is a great honest guy. A very pleasant and seamless buying experience on the new Carnival. Negotiated the price over email and picked up the car two days later. Mike was extremely helpful and thorough. He made sure he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction—we highly recommend him. The financial meeting with Addie was good as well—it was over in less than 10 minutes which may be a record. The car was prepped spotlessly—kudos to whoever detailed the car. If you’re thinking of a Kia, consider giving this dealership a call.

I took my Dad’s Nissan Rogue the first time and surprisingly got great service from Vincent. I was so impressed by his demeanor, friendliness and efficient service, I ended up taking my own car Toyota Camry the second time around! I was greeted and assisted by Bill this time around! Bill and Vincent both greeted me and made sure I was taken care of right away and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied with the service provided! I bought my car here and get all my work done here. I got over charged for my oil change and I refuse to get my car wash here. Got it done 2 times and I had 2 go out and get it redone. Came out horrible. They won't take care of there own customers. Unhappy all around

I just left the dealership with my new (used) Kia Soul +. This is the second used car I bought from this dealership. They are extremely friendly and helpful. When I walked in, I was first greeted with a warm smile by salesman, Michael Castain. I walked in embarrassed by my credit, but Michael didn't make me ashamed. I gave him my "wish" list and both he and Jamal helped make that wish come true. I now have a great new Kia Soul and I absolutely love it!! I will be back to buy my third Kia from them as well. A great big hug to them both for making this an extremely positive experience.

After visiting 4 dealers I finally found someone who knows how to treat customers. I knew the model I wanted- Kia Optima EX Premium. I needed the higher end model because my wife needed a power seat due to health reasons. I didn't need the perks the Premium offered other than the passenger power seat but I negotiated a great deal and now find the navigation, entire roof sunroof, back up sensor, cooling seats things I find Extremely helpful!! After I battled Patti for 2 hours I got the price I wanted including 4 yr lease/12 k, 4 yrs maintenance and state inspections. Patti was patient, friendly, professional and most important met my price!! Don't waste your time with Revolution or Auto World they are the amateurs!! You need to deal with the pro Patti Benedetto!! I will let you know if their Service Dept. is as good as Sales!! Suggest you get your best price from one of the amateurs and then let Patti beat the price!! Remember it's ALL ABOUT THE $$$$! It's still just a car!! By the way my Optima exceeds my expectations especially ride, comfort and gas mileage!!!

I traded in my 2011 Sorento for a new 2017 Sorento because I loved it so much. I highly recommend seeing Dwayne Roberts. At first I was interested in purchasing a 2016 Sorento. Dwayne took me for test drive and showed me all the up- to-date computer functions of the vehicle. He was so polite and helpful. I wasn't too sure about buying the vehicle that day and he wasn't pushy at all. I actually went to another Kia dealership to shop around and was very unhappy with the service I received. About a week later I went back to see Dwayne at Generation Kia about buying a 2017 Sorento. Once again he was terrific and I purchased the car that day. I recommend going to see Dwayne if shopping at Kia. I will go back to Kia of Bohemia again.

If you're in the market for a vehicle then Generation KIA in Bohemia is as good as it gets. The salesman I dealt with was named Mark and I highly recommend you ask for him as you will be in good hands. I honestly couldn't be more happy with my experience there and will DEFINITELY be returning next time i'm searching for a vehicle.

We traded in a kia for another kia with Mike Castain. He was extremely down to earth and paid attention to my wants and my dislikes in my purchase. He met every want and then some. He never once made us feel like we were dealing with a "typical car salesman" Our test drive brought us to my home where we had difficulty with our previous kia. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable with how it handled the large hill at our home not leaving it to "well it is 4 wheel drive it will get up the hill"

Our salesman, Micah, was quick to greet us with a smile and when he thought we had previously spoken to another salesperson, he did not try to steal the sale, he set out to take us to the person we mentioned. In my opinion, that shows integrity, which is a rare find.I got to continue with Micah, because it was actually the person who referred me to Generation Kia who had a different salesman. Micah was determined to find a vehicle that met my needs as well as stayed within my budget. It was a tough job, but he did it. And despite the fact that I gave him a run for his money, he stayed patient.When I ran into issue after issue with my insurance company, Micah directed me to another company that was able to meet my insurance needs in a fraction of the time I spent going in circles with my own insurance company.Jamal was also very patient and worked very hard to make sure that I could get the vehicle I chose at a price I could afford. If not for these two guys, I probably would have thrown my hands up in the air and given up.

Before I go into the review of Generation Kia, I am a college graduate looking for a car that meets my needs traveling for work and that I can live with and gave them my business after six months of searching for the right car because of their courteous service. The first time I went to Generation I was looking at a Honda CRZ something they would not normally have however it looked great on paper. At the dealership after looking at the cars and one of the reps coming out to talk to me about the car I believe he just thought I was a looky lou. Coming back on a busy weekend looking around the second time I was greeted and helped by Dwayne Roberts. Mr Roberts shows his experience in his knowledge of the cars and his respectful service. He showed me multiple cars and whether they were used, certified or new he knew each car like the back of his hand. I know dealers from other parts of the island that I work with for insurance on a daily basis and Dwayne still tops any dealer I have worked with or shopped for cars with. Both his respectful manner and honest answers shows you he speaks from the heart and will not steer you the wrong way. In the end I have a new to me 2015 Kia Soul + and this has been the coolest car I have seen from any dealer. If you go to generation kia ask for Dwayne and he won't steer you wrong

I went to get my oil change this past Saturday 8/6 and they did oil change and now this is the second time they washed my car and it came out horrible. First time the re washed it and still wasn't that great. This time is was so bad I had to go get a car wash right after I left the dealer. Not pleased at all. Kyle was a treat to work with. He came across as a decent and hard working young man, and was above board and great to work with throughout the search and ultimate sale. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The only downside was that it took a day or two longer for the dealership to deliver the car, but ultimately this was resolved to my satisfaction. Finally, the small amount of dread I had been feeling at the prospect of meeting with the finance gentlemen (I think his name was Jamal, but I'm not sure - my apologies) was quickly alleviated once I realized he had no intention of trying to sell me anything as we closed out the deal. Kudos to both this gentleman and to Kyle for making this the most enjoyable and stress free experience I've ever had buying a car. You both have my thanks.

I recently purchased a used Kia Sorrento from Generation Kia...the entire staff could not have been more friendly in helping get in a vehicle I could afford and do a trade for me. David the salesman was very helpful in finding out what I was looking for, and never showed me a car out of my budget. Jamal, worked the numbers for me and I was able to drive away in my new vehicle. I had a problem with one of my tires not even a week later, no fault of the dealership, and they took care of it at no charge and even threw in the complimentary car wash...I would NOT hesitate to purchase another from here and I would highly reccomend

The dedicated employees at this dealership made the purchase of my car a pleasure. I bought a 2007 Jaguar from them. I had searched 4 states for just the right fit. I live in CT so buying a car in LI had its challenges. The car failed the CT emissions test. I called Ron, the manager at Generation Kia. He was wonderful. He told me to bring the car back so he could fix it. The dealership went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. They gave me a loner car for 18 days while they made sure that everything was perfect with my car. I picked it up, it passed the test. I saw a Kia Optima and fell in love with it. I saw Generation Kia on the license frame so I called and spoke to Brenda there. She said to come in for a test drive and when I did she introduced me to Joe Carter. Joe showed me the car and we went for a ride. Nick, did a good job selling me the car and was very friendly. I kind a wish, that he went over the details of the car for example about the onboard computer and a different function. I am someone who has over 20 years of professional selling experience (Medical Devices) and I am acutely aware of the service / education provided to me when I am making a purchase. The team at this dealership was great. One individual, Mr. Dwayne Roberts, particularly stood out. I have purchased at least twenty new cars in my life and I can easily say that Dwayne is the most well informed, patient, and DECENT car rep that I have worked with. This was my first car buying experience and I'm happy to say it was a great one! I dealt with Mike Lotierzo in purchasing my new Kia Sportage and I can't say enough how pleasantly surprised I was by his helpfulness and willingness to go above and beyond answering any and ALL of my questions. He even caught a mistake made by my insurance and contacted them and took care of it before I even knew it happened. Mike listened to what I wanted, knew my concerns and my main interests in a car and helped me pick a car that I LOVE! He was consistently in contact with me regarding my new car purchase, and I never felt like I was pressured into anything or was under the influence to purchase the car. Brought one of my kids in for a used car. At first things were ok. Then I felt as if we were bothering them. We were not sat with a loan officer, all dealings were done with the salesman. Told they would get back to us the next day. Before leaving I said please run through our credit union. I was assured that would not be a problem. 3 days go by and my son was told he got the loan for a payment he could afford, but they are going to try to get a better rate. Ok sounds good. So much for the loan or the better rate. The interest went up, the previous loan supposedly was taken back, but he can have the loan with a large deposit. I felt like they got the kids hopes up and then body slammed him to the ground.

i had a wonderful experience purchasing my used 2013 kia, My salesman Kindu Smith was extremely helpful through every step . I found the car i wanted on their website and called Kindu on the phone prior to my visit to be sure that the car was in their lot and that everything on the website was the same as the car they had on hand. Kindu personally went out and checked out the car thoroughly , mileage, for dings, dents, color, etc. all while i was on the phone and promised me it was, he was true to his word. The remaining purchasing process was painless, he explained everything thoroughly and i was not surprised by any hidden fees along the way. I actually received a discount thanks to Kindu and his manager because of having a bad experience a few days prior at a DIFFERENT Kia location. The paperwork was completed in a timely manner and i was picking up my car by the next afternoon. (i could of drove away that night, but i wasnt expecting it to go so smooth (from past experience in other dealerships) so i didnt have all my paperwork) . Also, within 5 days of having my new used car, i woke up to a nail in my tire, but again Kindu and Kia Generation came through. i called road side assistance they were at my house quickly, i had the tire repaired at the dealership at no charge,

A good salespeople is one who meet or exceed their customers needs. This is the best way to categorize Dwaynes performance. I was driven to the Kia dealership not thinking that I would be driving home in the Kia Hybrid that I set out to buy. With Dwaynes persistence for the whole eight hours I was there, he came across some issues with me but in the end I drove home happy and in good spirits. I thank Dwayne for helping me go from walking, taking the bus, or train. If it were not for him I would have been struggling to get to places on my two tired feet. I was at the point of almost closing a deal with the dealer, when by some divine intervention I was rescued from the blood sucking tentacles of the manager, because he didn't like the fact that I didn't want to buy a warranty from the dealership at the time of purchase, and because I asked for a 90 day guarantee on a chipped windshield. He stormed out of the room and told the salesman to escort me out. That was probably the greatest favor he did me. I bought a better truck for less from another dealership. God help those poor xxxxxxxx shopping at this dealership....Run for he hills!

I dealt with John Wilmot who is a very nice person and a knowledgeable salesperson. I came in with a Truecar price and John worked to find me a car that matched what I wanted for the price that was stated .On the day I picked up the car John made sure the car was prepped and all of the facets of the cars operation was explained, I would recommend asking for John as a salesperson.

Upon driving into the dealership I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesman.He showed me around the lot and allowed me to test drive a couple of vehicles. I waited until after my first service appointment on my leased 2015 Kia Optima SX to write this review.I wasn't sure if I wanted a Kia. It wasn't at the top of my list. I came to Generation last (of 6 different test drives) to try out the Optima. I didn't have a lot to spend, so I walked in; met Ray Garcia. +10First, Ray Garcia: Couldn't have created a funnier and more sociable person to tell me about the Optima, and go along with me on the test drive. Can't say enough good things about the guy, he helped me figure out what I wanted (and didn't want) in my Optima, and helped me get a price that the other dealers couldn't touch. +10So back to the dealership. The Optima wasn't on the top of my list walking in, but then I drove it. Seriously, that sold me. The cabin and handling, the way it was geared towards me like a cockpit.. I was sold right there ( They didn't know that yet :D )Negotiation? Here's how it went...I picked the exact colors and goodies that I wanted, Ray got me a great deal, and told me a crazy crazy story, and I drove away in my Optima THE SAME DAY. It wasn't like the other dealerships. +10From start to finish, it was only a few hours. Now, service: The service department was very new and clean. I met LouAnne at the counter (funny too).. they did an oil change, tire rotation, and the 2nd best car wash I've ever gotten in about 65 minutes. I've seen some other reviews on here...I'm guessing that they really took some things to heart and it shows in every aspect. Best car experience that I've ever had.Also, the Optima after 3 months is still amazing and I've had ZERO issues. Thanks Ray!

I'm a returning customer from a year ago that haves a current lease with Generation Kia my first time was a wonderful experience.........This time not to good I walked in been greater by a young man that was very nice excellent first contact. He introduced me to DEREK NEGRON very nice young man no body has ever explained stuff to me like he did. I stated my situation I Don't Like to waist my time. We spoke about numbers my credit was ran and I was told that the deal was going to be done. Ones you shake my hand I expect honesty. I was told I was approved for a vehicle and I was told to pick up the car Monday from this day went to Tuesday at the end it was a Bluff I gave first month of a unexciting lease I had to listen to a lecture over a vehicle that it wasn't approved, I sign in to a system on a car that wasn't gonna to be mine. Mr. JOE shame shame that such a nice person haves this type of employees. I will be turning in my previous kia I want nothing to do with this company. Dishonesty it's not good.

I immediately felt right at home as soon as I walked in to the dealership. I was paired with John W. and from that moment on I felt like royalty. John answered every question honestly and eleminated any doubt I had about purchasing a Kia Optima. He was very knowledgeable and could tell he knew his stuff. I purchased a Sorento in December and had to bring it back to the service department. The first person I dealt with there was useless, he is no longer there so upon returning I then dealt with Robert Sebor and he was wonderful. He was professional, very nice, after dealing with the first person- Mike Casey the manager of the service department and Robert made sure that every thing went smooth. The mechanics fixed everything and did an awesome job. The parts department was also very nice. I would defiantly recommend if you have to bring your car to service to deal with Robert Sebor.

Just bought a pre-owned truck from them last week. Worked with Kyle who did a great job. The truck had some minor problems that needed to be fixed and they didn't question fixing them as part of the deal. This was very pleasing and sealed the deal for me. Dropped truck off on Wednesday to get the work done and my only gripe is the organization with what work had to be done. They did not have the parts, but offered me a loaner car for my inconvenience. Got truck back on Friday and they did quality work. If you are looking for a pre-owned, check them out. Their prices were lower when I was shopping around because they do not price gouge to make you feel like you are getting a good deal at the table. All in all, they did what they said they would do and both Kyle the salesman and Rob in service were a pleasure to work with.

My salesman Jason was friendly, informative, and got the deal done. Good job by him. What happens after negotiations: with the contract, finance guys and management is a totally different story. Shame on me. This is the second time I dealt with Generation Kia with the same results. Salesman did what was needed to get the deal done. Different salesman before but management made the experience as bad as this time. You have to fight to get what iwas promised you. I have always done business in good faith. Corporate Generatin Kia, in my opinion makes it very difficult to trust them. In the end I got the origional deal that I negotiated but management tried all the tricks to get every extra dollar back to them and did that un profesionally. Great product. I love my Kia, I could have had a great experience if management followed their word. Be careful dealing with Generation Kia. Demand better.

I purchased my BMW and one week later a had some light shows happen.......I contacted Patti and she contacted the service manager and advised me to bring the car right back, I brought my car back in, was set up with a loaner...........now I understand due to NYS laws, the dealer is required to make fixes, however the simplicity, due diligence and care shown has been AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I went into the dealership on Veteran's Day, not intending to buy, but just to start my search for a car. Mark, the salesman I dealt with, approached my partner and I in the yard. After I explain what I was looking for, he showed me a couple of likely candidates, and when I expressed interest in a particular model, immediately arranged for a test drive. After a short test drive, we sat down and began "crunching the numbers." I left, that same night, with a very nice 2011 Hyundai Elantra.What I appreciate the most, was that there was no high pressure sales pitch. Mark was clear and forthright about everything and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either he or the dealership to anyone.

When contacting Generation KIA, what we considered a daunting task, purchasing a vehicle was quickly turned into a very pleasurable buying experience. The KIA Sales Consultant took the time and truly listened to what we felt our needs were in the new vehicle and made it happen. We were offered and found taking the vehicle home and test driving it for 24 hours was very helpful. Our KIA Sales Consultant was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient working with us to find something suitable for a family of six within our budget. This past week I purchased a vehicle from Generation Kia which was a interesting process. I found the vehicle online which caught my eye so I decided to give this dealership a try. The vehicle was in great shape and the customer service was exceptional. I wasn't a fan of the price but the dealer and I finally came to an equilibrium. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. When I have to look for another vehicle next time around this will be the first place I'll go to.

Had one of the best experiences today at the Kia dealership. Our salesman, Dwayne was very friendly and gave us a very good deal on our car, along with the finance guy Dave, who gave us some very informative advice. Took a little bit of time getting the car ready but it needed 2 new tires so that is understandable. Dwayne tried to keep our kids occupied while we were waiting asking them questions about school and sports and such. Overall it wad a great experience and would highly recommend Generation Kia and our salesman, Dwayne, to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new car!

I was in the market for a new (used) car. I looked at several Long Island dealerships in both their new and used inventory. Eventually I ended up at Generation Kia after speaking to Tina Del Castillo. She was very helpful setting up an appointment for me. I made my appointment and sat with Nicholas Clara checking out a used Chevy Malibu that they had on the lot. They didn't have me waiting long and I was able to purchase the car with zero issues. They even offered to help me obtain a new insurance quote after I had cancelled with my last company. Nicholas was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable buying my car. He was energetic and seemed like a great employee. I finished my paperwork with Dave (not sure of his last name), he was comical and reassuring throughout the whole process. As I stated previously I felt extremely comfortable with this dealer (much better than the last company I went through) and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

My wife and I weren't sure about what car we wanted. We had a couple in mind, that we saw online, when we got to the dealership. I honestly didn't want to "deal" with any salesman, I just wanted to look around and then, if I needed a salesman, my plan was to find one.Well, Dwayne, changed that plan. But in a GREAT way. He came up to me the moment I took my kids out of the car. He was very friendly. I had pictures of the cars that I saw online, on my phone and he immediately took me to the cars that I was interested in looking at. He even pulled a Sorento next to the Sportage so we could see the size difference for ourselves. We took a Sorento and a Sportage out for a test drive and while I liked both cars, eventually I decided to buy the Sportage. I never felt pressured by Dwayne at all. I have experienced that at other dealerships and I absolutely HATE that. I've left dealerships over that. Dwayne actually made me feel like I was his friend, more than a customer. We shared personal stories. Talked about being parents, past job experiences, even some life experiences. I recommend any potential customer to look for Dwayne. You won't regret it.

I purchased my new 2016 Kia Sorento back in August. Test drove it and purchased it all in one day, which was great. I dealt with Joe Jones, and he was very friendly and knew a lot about the car. Although the process of buying the car took longer than I had wanted (It was a Sunday, which may have caused some of the restrictions), I was able to leave with it that day. My only complaint with this dealership is that the finance department is extremely rude and refused to actually come out and talk with me about the final price. Whoever was back there that day refused to come out of his/her little office, and barely wanted to negotiate with me. I threatened to leave and look elsewhere because of how rude the finance department was, and was seconds to walking out the door when the little coward actually came out from behind the desk and agreed to work with my price. I asked for it in writing, and from then we figured it out so that it would work with me. To me, that is rude and disrespectful to the customer to not even come out and talk with them. Also, whatever you do, do not give them you debit or credit card so they can show the finance department that it is a "legit" sale. I went with my father, and there was absolutely no reason for me to give them a credit card to prove that I wasn't messing around with them. The salesperson is instructed to take your card to the finance department, and you are left in the office. Who knows what they do with your information behind that desk. According to Joe, the finance department likes to see "proof" that you are serious about purchasing the car, which seems ridiculous to me. If you do end up looking into purchasing a car from this dealership, make sure you meet the finance department associate and do not sign anything until you read it, you never know!

I bought my kia soul from them a week after having it i bought it back for a noise the girl running service tells me there is nothing wrong i then bought it back multi times. Then a year later the motor blows i purchased the extanded warratee to be told there notcovering it. What a joke 2500 later so after owner says ill do you a solid ill get it covered but they put a junk yard motor in car. 2.5 months later i get my car back getting ready to leave to go away with kids and notice bad front end noise. To beleave i look under car the broke drivers axel and never put break caliper bolts in i bought car right back and got the mayjor run around 2 weeks later i get it back. I dont want car dont feel safe in it anymore and the owner joe wouldnt do anything for me. What a joke he wasnt gonna help eat anything on my car i contacted the news also dmv and better business. I also filed law suit papers this dealer sucks And still till this day august 2 the owner hasnt done the right thing. Ive left so many messages fior him to call me and yet he hasnt. Very poor business They told me so many times they where gonna get me out of car and then try charging me on top of payment 200 more. Really a poor place to do business with. If they would have done right thing i wouldnt have been so upset but they still havent and i leave messages after messages. So i wouldnt recomend them for anything. So good luck if you do bussiness with them

Wandered onto the Generation Kia lot to look at a few models. Joe Jones wandered out to say hello and tell us about the cars we were looking at without us needing to go ask for help. He was so helpful and easy going. We set up to come back for a test drive the coming Saturday. We ended up showing up late , so while we waited for Joe Jones to finish up with another person, we looked over and sat in the cars in the show room. Turns out the cars we wanted to test drive were not the best fit.... We found the Kia Soul to be the perfect fit. Joe took us out for an informative tested drive in two engine size models. He knew so much about the Soul it was a perfect test drive to see that the Soul was a great choice. We had just started looking at cars and didn't even plan on the Soul. Joe put an offer together with the dealer manager and we had an open and listening discussion on what we needed and what they could do. In the end they put together a deal we loved and felt so secure with that we did not feel upset about no looking around more at all. Even though the car we wanted was not an exact match on their lot they worked the deal to move one over from another dealership to get us the color and features we were hoping for. No issues....no problems. Car was ready the coming Weds and Joe Jones made sure everything was better than expected. He added features and dealership adders and truly made us feel like part of the Kia family. Amazing car buying experience! Just leased a 2016 Sorento from this dealer. Did online research and determined what I felt was a fair price. Dealt with Joe Jones. He was extremely easy to deal with. My son & I met with Kevin Mastridge on Saturday May 2nd 2015 in the late afternoon, "just to look" & maybe a test drive. Kevin had a great way about him. He never pushed or rushed us. He answered all our questions thoroughly. Kevin gave us ample time to think about what we wanted to do. All the time waiting patiently nearby in case we had any more questions. When our "just to look " late afternoon turned into a "we're interested what's next" late afternoon. Among other things Kevin took care of all the paperwork, called my insurance company, and had us on our way, before the late afternoon turned into early evening. We took my sons car to my aunts birthday party that night where everybody raved to my son about the condition of the car, what a cool car it was ( a race red with black striping Mustang) and how lucky he was to get it so quick. My experience here was excellent. The service was great and the staff was very helpful. I went in to look at a car I saw online and ended up buying it. Ziya Alis was the sales associate who helped me while I was there. He was very kind and answered all of my questioned that I had about the car. He seemed very honest and sincere. At first, the monthly payments that were generated were too high for me to handle. However, Ziya fought for the numbers to go down and eventually we got it down to a monthly payment that I could afford. Ziya made my experience here fun! I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new car at Generation KIA to ask for Ziya at the door!

And was a little discouraged at the prices for my payments. I decided to come back and go for a used model because I love the look of the Kia Soul. I drove out of Generation Kia yesterday with the car of my dreams, a 2015 Kia Sportage EX Premium. Three years ago I leased a Kia Rio, so this was a big upgrade. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were treated with nothing but respect. My salesman was Bob Greco (and he was also our salesman three years ago). There was no pressure, I got to drive the Sportage for quite a distance to really get the feel of the vehicle. The whole process was pretty painless. The price negotiation was also pretty painless. Final impression being I will DEFINITELY return in three years to deal with Bob / Generation Kia again for my next new car. And I would highly recommend this dealership.....A great experience from beginning to end. 10+ stars from me.

I came to Generation Kia looking to buy my very first new car. I chose Generation Kia because I remember the enjoyable experience I had there back when I was 'just looking' at cars. Unlike similar dealerships that were closer to home. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Kevin. He was a new dealer, but very helpful and knowledgeable. I had done my research before coming so I showed him which cars I was interested in and we went for a test drive in my favorite. I was able to drive the car until I was ready to go back, which was nice. When we got back to the dealership we filled out a credit application. Kevin then asked if I was interested in any other cars. I was apprehensive but Kevin insisted we go look at a different car that he thought I would like, and that I would be able to afford. I wasn't convinced, until I saw the car, and it became my new favorite. Kevin knew I would like this car because he listened to what I said. His mission was not just to sell me any old car, but a car that I loved. Kevin was always there to answer any and every question I had. He made what is usually a very stressful situation into a very easy and enjoyable one. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a car, and I would most definitely suggest they ask for Kevin Mastridge. I went from a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant to a 2015 Kia Forte, and I could not be happier with my new car and the experience I had buying it!

I had such a great experience purchasing my latest vehicle from this dealership. I had originally purchased a 2010 Kia Sol from GENERATION when they were located in Medford, NY. It was a good experience also. However when I came in for service on the 2010 model in Aug 2013, i had noted the warranty was about to expire. So i proceeded to "just look" at the new models which happen to come with a 10 yr 100k warranty. Anyhow a long unplanned afternoon of car shopping began. And a long story short I did in fact leave the dealership in my new 2013 Kia Sol that very same day. Now I am gonna tell you NO IT WAS NOT THE BIG PRESSURE SALE..etc..etc. James Lupo the new car manager and Mike Perrillo my salesperson spent the entire afternoon hashing out a deal that was accommodating to my finances andI did not have to settle or compromise in anyway the features that my 2010 Kia had. They (Mike Perrillo and James Lupo the manager) had found a 2013 that had comparable features of my 2010 and were knowledgable in both the vehicle and the financing in order that i could leave that day with the new one.Here I am today March 2015 and i am having my 2013 Kia Sol serviced. I have seen James and we were having a chuckle about the last time I was here for service. And I already informed him in a joking way that I am not LOOKING....ha ha ha ..I am going to "stay in my lane" and just get the car serviced. I also saw Mike the salesperson also and we laughed and caught up with eachother.Such a wonderful experience to come back and be remembered and greeted like long lost friends... I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a quality experience and a wonderful reliable car that is not over priced. Just woke up one morning and happen to come across a car rating site for low cost and best ten compact cars to buy. Of the 10 they featured was a Kia Forte coupe. I fell in love with the design. Generation Kia was only 5 minutes from my apartment, so I decided to at least stop in and just take a peek at a 2012 Forte Coupe they had in the showroom. But I have a problem with anxiety and feared the usual attack of salesmen surrounding me with pressure in every way to buy the car. But I went-I loved the car and about 3 hours later I was driving my new car home! Mike Perillo was my salesman and all others backed off and let us deal with each other. I couldn't have gotten a better salesman. I was a nervous wreck but he was so great to deal with. No pressure-like I had all the time in the world. We took it a step at a time and everything was so clearly laid out for me and I got great financing from Generation and one of the banks they deal with. This dealership LOVES to waste your time. I'm 8 months pregnant and came in with my husband to look at a particular used vehicle (2014 model) for our growing family. Someone was looking at it when we got there, and we made it very clear to the salesperson that we didn't want to test drive it or negotiate if the woman was buying it. He insisted nothing was happening. We drove it, wanted it, and began negotiations, and low and behold, the woman signed her contract before we could seal the deal. Instead of apologizing and telling us that he'd let us know if something comparable comes in, he snidely said "Well a $300 deposit would have been all it took to save the car for you." The next day I called to make sure the sale hadn't fallen through and to let them know what a negative experience it was working with them, and the guy told me his manager wanted me to come in to discuss making a brand new vehicle work for our budget. I gave him ALL my bottom line numbers and told him I would not go any higher, and that I really did not think it was possible for them to get that low on a brand new car with the retail prices they were showing on the website. He insisted, saying that he wanted to make it right by us after the negative experience. I drove down there, and after an hour of waiting for them to get the numbers, they came in WAY higher than what I clearly stated I could do. It's absolutely unacceptable to do business like that, especially making an almost full-term pregnant woman come down to the dealership to scam her for a second time. If you want even marginal service, go elsewhere.

As a 19 year old with no credit, I did not think I would be able to get a good deal on a lease for a new vehicle, even with a co-signer. I had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Joe Jones and he managed to get me a good deal on a lease for a 2015 KIA Optima LX with my mom as a co-signer. Business was done in a timely manner. James Gilbert was the sales person who helped me find my car. We had to go through a few options but in the end he guided me in the right direction. I am very pleased with the help and assistance that I got from James as well as the Manager, Dave Priceman. I even brought my mother back and she bought a car through James as well. Only complaint I have is that they said my car was going to be detailed before I left and I don't think they did ANY detailing on the inside just washed the outside. The inside was disgusting. My rear view mirror has spit marks on it as well as my dashboard. Radio button area had sticky gooey stuff all around. If that's what they call detailing there is an issue. I hope that when I have to bring it in for an oil change they do detail it for me and do the inside as well as outside. Other than that, James Gilbert and Dave Priceman were awesome and would definately recommend many more people to James and Dave, thanks guys!

Buying a car is by far one of the most petrifying experiences in your life. You never know what to expect or if you are being told the complete truth. You always think all salesman care about are making the sale, getting paid, and moving onto the next customer. My experience at Generation Kia was probably the most relaxed and laid back I could ever be at a dealership. Bill Kraft and James Gilbert were both absolutely fantastic. They made me feel at home with every decision and made sure my time there was well spent. They were both full of knowledege and looked for my best interest rather than pointing at the most expensive car and trying to sell it. They knew my situation and made sure to find the right car for mine and my families needs. I would recommend these 2 to anybody. They were straight forward and honest and most of all made me feel like they cared. They played with my daughter and laughed and smiled and that's all you can ask for. I will definitely be coming back for my future car just for these 2 gentlemen. And how can I forget Dave in finance. He did everything he could to get me approved and I can't thank him enough. You 3 were fantastic and I'll be sure to recommend anybody for these guys. Outstanding job!

6 months ago I walked in, Dwayne was my sales rep & Dave helped me in the finance dept. It was my 1st experience buying a car so of course I was excited. The service was wonderful, Dwayne went over every little thing and took his time with me, there was nothing that felt rushed in this entire process, all around excellent service. Sadly, 6 mo into having my car a drunk driver plowed into in having it totaled out. After a week of going bald & dealing with ins co's - I decided to go back to Kia, sat down again with Dwayne & immediately knew I made the right choice. Everything...every SINGLE thing with how the finances was explained to me in detail by Scott, and being upset, having to ask him the same questions over & over, he understood and took the greatest care of me as a valued customer. I needed to buy out my lease on my 2012 KIA Sportage and was fortunate to get Joseph Jones to assist me. He is friendly, kept in touch with me every step of the way. He explained everything and coordinated with the finance department so it made applying for the loan so easy and not stressful. The experience was wonderful! Dwayne Roberts was top of the line in customer service and made the process very relaxing and easy. Dwayne sold me my car after our first salesman left the dealership. He was extremely helpful and took the time to go over all of my 2012 Kia Soul's features with me. I have been back since to have work done on my CPO car and all of the service employees have been extremely helpful and a joy to talk to, Dwayne even remembered me and asked me how everything was. Aside from a few problems I have had with my car which have now been corrected through the dealership everything about getting my CPO Car has been wonderful.

I have always left a dealer happy about my new vehicle but stressed out from the whole purchase process feeling like I didn't get a good deal. Dwayne is an excellent sales person. He works his tail off to meet the expectation of what your looking for in a car as well as what your looking for in price. He came in on his day off and sat with me, my boyfriend and my mother for three whole hours on his day off!!! He was a great help in explaining how we could go about trading in my car and putting me in another one from his dealership. My husband decided to buy a Kia car and did buy a 2015 Kia Forte. James Gilbert helped us and was very professional. My husband put down the down payment and decided to come back the next day to complete the sale. When we arrived at the dealership today, Mark Faiber was present and informed that he would help us as James was going to be late. Mark was very knowledgeable about the car and even explained how timing belts and chains work. Since my husband's car was on a lease, the possibility of a bigger payment loomed. He was ready to walk away, but the manager "ate" some of the money as not to lose the sale. We are grateful that Mark was willing to work with my husband. The Forte is a beautiful car, and we look forward to getting good use out of it.

Wow! what a salesperson James Gilbert is. I have been so discouraged after being ripped off from Nissan on 112 . The minute I spoke with James I knew I could trust him. I explained my budget to him and told him my credit was not that great. He worked so hard not only to get the car I wanted but he got the car exactly at the price I told him I could afford. The patience and the most professional salesperson in a car dealership I have ever been in. James is an asset to your dealership. I will recommend all my friends and family to him. He made my DAY!!!!

Joseph Jones is a knowledgeable and personable salesman. We liked the way he gave us "space" when we entered the showroom and then approached us to see how he could help us. He took ample time to show us all the features of the vehicle we were interested in and lead us through the buying process. All in all, Mr. Jones was a gentleman. After going to many different dealerships literally across Long Island, we wound up at Generation Kia. Mr. Joseph Jones greeted us fairly quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful. We came in looking for a specific model that was listed online. After finding out that particular car had been sold, Joe searched and found an Optima (a trim above what I was looking for) that somewhat neared my price point. Without going into too much detail about the negotiation, Joe never pushed us to upgrade into anything more expensive or try to sell any add-on's (which probably would have pushed me away). He was informative, and definitely friendly. I appreciate the dealership working with both my father and myself to get me into a car given my circumstances. I have driven many makes and models of cars over the years. For the last 6 years I was partial and loyal to another dealership. I have been driving my Kia Sorento now for 2 months and can honestly say it has wowed me in both performance and looks. When I first entered the Bohemia Kia dealership I wasn't actually sold on driving a Kia. If it weren't for my salesman, Ray Garcia, I probably wouldn't be. I had a very big wish list and Ray made sure he answered all my questions and searched at length until he located a Sorento that filled my wish list. Due to the epic rainfall/flooding event of 08/13/14, I was suddenly in the market for a new vehicle (mine had just been totaled by the insurance company). I initially went to Generation Kia because I was exploring all my options. I was stressed and upset over the fact that I suddenly had to make such an unplanned purchase. I had a target price range in mind. Dwayne Roberts showed me a 2012 Hyundai Veloster and gave me a great price. I returned a few days later and was assisted by Louis Piro who could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful! Both Dwayne and Louis were amazing from beginning to end! Throw finance manager Dave into the mix and it was hugs all around! I left with my 2012 Veloster, and a big smile on my face! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Generation Kia is the place to go! No games, no gimmicks, just a great bunch of guys who really care!

I went in one night to talk to someone about a trade-in. I ended up talking to Ray Garcia - going Back & Forth with him and 'the Desk' for almost about an hour. We finally came to an agreement. Everything seemed to have been settled. After leaving a $1500 deposit, he even let me take the car home for the night, due to the "banks being closed". I ended up having it the weekend following as well; still 'bank reasons'. (Background info: I have a 700+ score but I wanted my mother on the deal because I wanted the absolute best rate possible, as I had negative equity rolling over from my current car; she's an 800+.) When I was finally called to come to sign the paperwork, the guy in finance (whose name is not listed here), 'bumped up' my payment by over $100/mo.! Needless to say I gave the car right back. Huge waste of time and energy! This complaint is not about Ray - it's about the guy in finance who I tried to look up on their website but is coincidentally not listed. He's the SCAMMER. Advice to Shoppers: Be wary of the Fin. Dept. - Whoever it is you deal with!

When you buy or lease a car you expect salespeople breathing down your neck saying and doing anything to sell you a vehicle, in my case this man Ray Garcia wanted to help, he was honest and understanding to my price range and went out of his way to accommodate my needs while selling me a dependable, safe, and affordable vehicle. He wasn't seeing dollar signs he was seeing a human being and that is what sold me . The first car I leased from Generation Kia I was a bit unhappy with. However, I really have to hand it to Joe Catalanotto who gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was able to get me into another car no questions asked. He took the time and effort to make sure that I was a completely satisfied customer. Upon meeting him, I was blown away at how personable and friendly he was. He wanted to fix the problem I was experiencing as soon as possible. This is the type of customer service everybody should experience. My salesman Bob Greco was more than patient with me when showing me other cars. He took the time to make sure I was absolutely comfortable in my new car. I am so beyond grateful that Generation Kia took care of me when I was originally unhappy. We were immediately greeted by Ray at Generation Kia in Bohemia. From the start, there was no pressure or question unanswered. We saw and test drove the model on the lot but wanted a different color. We made the deal and a few days later got the call our car was ready. Ray saw us on delivery and explained all about the new 2014 Optima features. The process was quick and simple. I was referred to Generation Kia by a friend and with the help of Joe Sr. and Joseph Jones I was won over! I was raised in a Saturn family and when GM decided to discontinue that make of vehicle, I was at a loss. I had no idea what kind of car I was looking for next and for the first time in my life, leased a car (a Chevy Cruze) so I could buy some time in order to decide on what type of vehicle I might want to purchase. While the car was fine, I did not feel that I wanted to purchase the car or any other car from that dealership. because I did not particularly care for the Sales department there. I noticed my friend had leased several Kias and I was seeking direction, so I asked her what dealership she dealt with. She quickly and proudly referred me to Generation Kia! Joseph was such a pleasure to deal with - professional, courteous, diligent and has a great sense of humor! He found me exactly what I was looking for, "an AWD Sportage without any bells and whistles." Within a few days, I became a Kia owner and feel that I just may have found my new car "family". They gave me several alternatives and Bob was terrific in finding out what our needs and budget were. He also was very helpful in finding the right model and color we wanted. My husband and I have been shopping around for an suv for the past month or two. We've been to Atlantic Nissan and had the worst treatment ever. We were embarrassed and humiliated because the truck we wanted was out of our budget and were made to wait 4 hours. Glad to say though, that it was the complete opposite here. Mike worked with our budget and was fast and efficient. It made our car shopping experience better in the end. I even found out that the water and iced tea he gave me was money out of his pocket. Great employee. You should have more guys like him.

Buying a new Kia from Ray was really a very nice experience. He made us feel very comfortable and asked us all the right questions without undue pressure that many sales people can exert in dealerships. Ray took his time and explained all the nuances of the vehicles that we looked at. What more do you want then to come away feeling you got the car you liked at a fair price, and that the whole thing was rather pleasurable to go through. The building is immaculate and all the people we came in contact with seemed to be very happy to be working there. When we are ready for another vehicle, we will certainly be going back to this dealer.

.I wish I could write a positive review. Last month I went in to pick up my new Soul. The salesman was too busy to help me and had one of his co workers deal with the pick up. After going through the process and just before I was getting ready to drive off I noticed that the VIN number on the registration was wrong. The finance fellow Scott took back my package of papers and had someone fix the problem. Unfortunately there was a document left out of the package when I got it back. Despite several calls and e mails I am still waiting for the dealer to send a copy of the document. In addition, the salesman Mike Perillo the Costco expert told me several times both verbally and in writing that one of the perks of the program was that I would get a gift card directly from Costco for $75. After the sale I e mailed Mike several times and received no response so I called Costco. They indicated that they had no idea what he was speaking about and that they never give gift cards and that I was entitled to a $200 certificate to be used at the dealer. Costco e mailed the certificate. I called and emailed Mike many times and never received a call back. Then I spoke to a manager named Dave who said he did not see why I could not return the crossbars which I had bought for approximately $200 and repurchase them with the certificate in an even or so exchange. Again a week went by without a call from Dave or Mike so I called again and Dave said the parts manager said that could not be done. I am very dissatisfied! The Costco Expert was hardly one and the dealership made no effort to fix the problem that they created.

I was referred to Generation Kia by a friend and with the help of Joe Sr. and Joseph Jones I was won over!I was raised in a Saturn family and when GM decided to discontinue that make of vehicle, I was at a loss. I had no idea what kind of car I was looking for next and for the first time in my life, leased a car (a Chevy Cruze) so I could buy some time in order to decide on what type of vehicle I might want to purchase. While the car was fine, I did not feel that I wanted to purchase the car or any other car from that dealership. because I did not particularly care for the Sales department there.I noticed my friend had leased several Kias and I was seeking direction, so I asked her what dealership she dealt with. After 4 years of wanting a Kia Soul and weeks of dreading the whole "buying" game, I finally went with a trusted friend to test drive and possibly buy a Soul. I had the pleasure of meeting my salesman- Dwayne Roberts who instantly took away any misgivings on the whole process. He was totally down to earth and put me at ease. He introduced me to the vehicle I had coveted for so long. Not only did he explain and go over the entire car, he did so in a way that made me enjoy listening and I can say I retained the information he gave me. When it came down to the test drive, I was comfortable around Dwayne that I could relax and feel the vehicle beneath me. The Soul that I longed for was everything I had hoped it would be.The entire staff at Generation Kia made my day. Each person was friendly and kind, from the gentleman who greeted us at the door and introduced me to Dwayne to the men who helped me out with the financial end. While waiting for my new car to leave with me I got to meet and speak with Dave. He too, was kind and easy to talk with. He explained all the financial details and totally charmed me.I love my Kia Soul and I love Generation Kia!!! I will be going back for all the maintenance as I now feel like a part of their family!

I came across this dealership online. I was searching for a used Camaro and definitely was weary about getting my car from a non-chevrolet dealership. My fiance called and was immediately greeted by a used car sales representative. We scheduled an appointment for the following day. On the next day, we came in to see the car. We dealt with Joe C who gave us all the time we needed to look the car over, take it for a test drive, and he answered all questions we had about it. I was immediately comfortable with the dealership and comfortable with the thought of purchasing the car from them. When it came down to making a deal, they were an 11 out of 10. They originally gave me a number that was a bit above my budget. We sat and spoke about what is realistically doable for me with regards to the trade we had and what my monthly payments would be. Joe walked away to speak with the manager. Honestly, at this point, I was sure we were going home - camaro-less because the numbers seemed too far away. Well, Joe came back with THE number we were looking for which was a significant amount less than the orginal figure. It was extremely generous of them to work everything out for us - we didn't even have to think twice about saying YES. From there, Joe continued to wait patiently while we sorted out the insurance aspect of it - which took us 2 hours. But that's another story - Joe offered us a more comfortable place to sit, he kept checking on us to make sure we were ok and to answer any questions we may have had. He also showed us around to the service department and we scheduled the first service appointment. When everything finally went through, we spoke to the gentleman in the finance area. Here they were exceptionally helpful as well and did everything they could to save us any additional money. We were thoroughly guided through the whole process and before long, Joe came back by to let us know he was prepping the car, fuelling up, etc. Minutes later we were in my new car driving home with HUGE smiles on our faces. My fiance and I even looked at each other and said how great our experience was - it was the best value of any of the dealerships we had been to and we really couldn't be more happy. Every person at Generation Kia clearly takes pride in their work. They all walk around with a smile and make you feel comfortable. We even spoke with Mr. Kraft about random commonalities we had - we had some laughs together reminiscing about what used to be in Jamesport and the pies at the Cider Mill. It really felt like we were being inducted into a family. I look forward to years of a great relationship with this dealership and I also recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new OR used vehicle - Kia or not.Guys - I apologize for the over 550-word review that you will be reading out loud at Saturday's meeting - but honestly I could write 500 more great words about you and still not be done! Brought my new KIA Sorento in for service due to a warranty issue. The problem was intermittent making it hard to diagnos. The service manager listened to my description carefully and took the time to trouble-shoot & find the problem. The service representative, John set me up with a loaner vehicle and gave me an estimate of when the job would be completed. The work was completed on time and the problem was solved. The vehicle rides like a charm. When I picked up my Sorento, in addition to the repairs, they had washed it and had it all ready to go. As a new customer, I had the feeling of being well taken care of. Something I have not experienced with other dealers.

My husband and I casually walked in to Generation Kia planning on looking around to see what car best suited my needs as I do a lot of driving daily due to my office being so far from home. We were welcomed by Jonathan almost immediately with a friendly smile a hand-shake. I explained what I was looking for and expressed my interest in a Lease. He was not pushy at all which was important to me since we had been to a couple of other dealers and the obvious need to make the sale and not doing what was best for me-the customer, immediately turned me off. Jonathan was very informative and we decided to Lease was our best option for now. My husband and I went for a spin and I fell in love with my Forte LX. Long story short, we left a deposit, came back a few days later, met with Mike(also very nice and helpful) to finalize the paperwork and I walked out happy! My only wish was that our time waiting would have been cut in half. But overall, great experience. Thank you Jonathan and Mike!

First and foremost, Mr. Joseph Jones is by far the most experienced, professional sales representative I have ever had. Buying a new vehicle can be quite stressful but he explained everything to me with much patience and is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I wanted to buy and met all of my needs. In addition, he didn't waste my time with trying to sell me something I was not going to be happy with. I also would like to share that Scott in the Finance Department is a Miracle Worker, very knowledgeable with the financing process and assured me he would guide me through the credit process so I would able to have a monthly payment that I could ultimately afford. Michael Perillo is the most informed, courteous , respectful and intelligent car dealer we have ever dealt with. Michael introduced us to the car we liked and scrupulously went over every detail of the car, as if he built it. The sales area is clean, bright and inviting. The waiting area makes the time spent waiting an effortless event. The area is clean, bright and comfortable. The fresh coffee, internet and television make the time pass quickly. The service department is equally kind and courteous as they didn't have to give us the tire and mat package at that time, but did. Michael stayed with us through out the entire process. In the past, when we have purchased vehicles, the sales person was gone as soon as he knew he had the sale. Michael is an asset to KIA. This dealership is an icon and model for other dealerships. Joe was friendly, willing to help and take the time needed to make the sale without sales pressure or BS. This was my first Kia Experience.....My son & I just popped in to check out cars....Had no idea what we wanted and were just looking because the lease was up in a few Days on my CR-V. We were greeted enthusiastically by Mindy who is a doll. She made us feel very comfortable especially since we had our Dog with us. She asked what kind of a car we needed and what we needed it for and assured us she would find us the perfect car to suit all of our needs plus find one my son could drive in 2 yrs. Well, she showed us a few cars & talked us & the dog into test driving 2. We were headed toward the Sportage but she felt it would be a little small for us since we weren't happy with the size of our CR-V. So she said to try the Sorento....She made my son feel so important and part of my decision. She showed us all the options, we froze checking out cars & colors & we had a great time with her. She even climbed into the trunk to show us all the room it had and that Chris' Bike & 4 friends would fit in here with no problem plus my tall hubby would feel comfortable in there & would love the ride. After the horrible experience we had with Baron Honda Mindy assured us this dealership was different & would never lie or pull stuff like them. We were kinda set on a Volkswagon Passat & were going to get that car 100 % 'cause my daughter has one & we love it but I wasn't too sure the bike would go in & out too easy plus Chris' 4 friends wouldn't fit (I'm usually the Taxi Mom)....Mindy convinced us the Sorento would be the PERFECT car for us & we would love it & it wouldn't feel too big, we would love the ride and it would be great for Chris when he drives. She even made Chris sit in the drivers seat to ck out the back up camera & made sure he would feel comfortable driving it too...She was right. My husband couldn't come that nite to see it due to a wake so we came back the next Day feeling no pressure...He LOVED the NO PRESSURE ATTITUDE, Mindy's friendliness & professionalism. She found us the perfect Car one we NEVER thought we could afford and said she would try to work some #'s for us with the help of Lou. Lou was great also & my husband was extremely impressed by Mindy, Lou & the whole dealership. We will definately recommend these salesman & dealership. It was an awesome experience and still can not believe how hard Mindy & Lou worked to get us the car we wanted for just a little more than we wanted to spend with everything in it. Options we didn't even know were available. Mindy even got me my leather & sunroof and the 3rd row seat for the guys which was an extra bonus along with the Navigation which I thought I would never use. Mindy & Lou are awesome, professional and non-pressure Salespeople who you should be PROUD to have working for you....They swayed 2 Loyal Passat & Honda People. We ALL love our Car and can't thank you enough for our Safe, Beautiful and Comfortable Sorento. I now have a peace of mind not worrying about picking up Chris, his Bike & Friends. The only thing that I missed about my 2011 CR-V was the HARD back shelf. It's the only thing this car doesn't have and would be a great option for you to offer. I had the pleasure of dealing with the folks over at Generation Kia for the second time in 2 years for a vehicle purchase. I went in with a flyer they sent out stating that they were searching for used vehicles to buy, so I went in to see what kind of offer I could get. I wasn't in the market to upgrade, but I was definitely willing to listen. Having had such a great experience with them 2 years ago, I knew the level of help I was going to receive would be second to none. I walked in and Mr Perillo immediately introduced himself to me. I explained to him that I had received the flyer in the mail, and was kicking the tires on what could be done, if anything. We sat down, discussed what I was looking for in a new car, and he went over the finer points of the new, redesigned 2014 Forte. We sat down and he started crunching the numbers. I had a number I had to stay at for my monthly payment, and he and the staff did everything they could to go above and beyond to keep me at that number. With the help of Mr Perillo and Scott Russo, I was able to trade in my 2012 Forte and purchase a brand new 2014 Forte without any hassle. If you've been searching for a new car, but are unsure of where to shop or what model to buy, it would serve you well to head on over to Generation Kia in Bohemia. You will not be disappointed at all with the staff and the experience.

Wow...how do you describe dealing with an excellent dealer? From the time we walked into the dealership to the time we drove out with our beautiful Sorento, we dealt with personable, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, experienced personnel. We never had to wait for anyone and once we chose our new car, everything was processed so quickly. When we drove out of there, we knew everything there was to know about our car. Louis and Dave are exceptional and we'll be buying all of our cars there from now on.

In 2012 our son purchased a Rio 5 door. 2013 we purchased a Optima and our daughter purchased a pre owned Mazda.. Needless to say we're HAPPY with Generation.. However when we purchased the Optima the particular sales person didn't inform us of a particular color.. When we saw the color , we went back to Generation explained our circumstance to sales manager Kendrik,, Generation took the car back and put us in another Optima in the color we wanted!!! HOW"S THAT FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!! Kendrik then sat us down with Bob Greco who was in a word. AWESOME.. We had to go through the paperwork process again, and Bob made it seamless!!! After the paperwork was finished, Bob took all the time to review the car all over again... We highly recommend Generation to Everyone interested in Great quality dealer.... GENERATION KIA!!

I came to Generation Kia to lease a Soul. The other dealership( who shall remain nameless) did not offer me what I felt was a great deal. Mr. Joseph Jones assisted me with the process. He was courteous, professional and worked Very hard to get me into a new Soul lease that was within my strict budget. I was impressed with how he listened to what I wanted and helped me to lease an awesome new Soul. He introduced me to Pete in the service department as well as Scott Russo in the finance department. I have shared with several of my friends how happy I am with my overall experience at Generation Kia. Joseph kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when the car would be ready and when I would go to speak with Scott in the finance department. Scott Russo explained everything clearly to me and answered all my questions. I am a loyal Kia customer and will be coming back to get another Kia when my lease is up. I recently Leased a Kia Optima from Generation Kia and had an extremely pleasant experience. My sales person Dwayne Roberts was not only very knowledgeable but extremely patient. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy. I have bought many vehicles in the past and have never had a sales person go out of their way and make sure all of my questions were answered like Dwayne did. I started researching cars online and had some inquiries about the Kia optima. I received a call from Joe Jones at Generation Kia. We set up an appointment for a test drive. Needless to say I loved the car. Joe took his time to explain the packages available. He didn't push when I explained I was looking for the least expensive package to keep my costs down. He was helpful in keeping my payments where is was comfortable. I am new to leasing and not very knowledgable about cars but Joe was easy to talk to and deal with. Let's see. Dwayne was amazing at explaining what my husband needed to hear. He took his time and it really paid off. We really felt like family and there was no problem with answering those questions that put him at ease. There was no nonsense and we had his full attention. I went into the dealership with high hopes I am not going to lie. I have never purchased a car before. I did purchase a car from a dealership while living in Georgia where they have the 90 days same as cash deals where you pay the car off in 90 days there is no loan application, and no interest fees. However that does not help with establishing credit. I was told I do not have poor credit, but I do not have much credit. Story of my life I was always told that when I tried to get financed for credit which made it even harder to get credit. This situation showed how determined Michael Perillo, and the loan officer Scott were to help me. With no credit a bank will not give you credit however they did not give up on me, and my situation. I told them I need a car. It seemed like I was going to have to settle for anything. Scott, and Michael racked their brains trying to figure out how I can get a car, and it was noticeable. Scott got me a really good deal on a 2014 Kia Optima lease. I am so thankful, and proud that they were my first, and only choice. I will only purchase from them. I know my future experiences will be excellent as well with a team like them.

I have been shopping around to lease a car. I was sick of the "typical" salesman lines..."If you can sign today"... I was so fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Mr. Joe Jones. He was considerate, patient and most of all honest. My family and I had come to Joe at night on one of the freezing nights with 2 kids in tow. I was interested in the Optima but wasn't sure to go turbo or not. Joe brought me to the side lot and the back lot, despite the cold. Each time Joe was concerned with my kids well being and brought cars up to us, while the kids warmed up inside. Joe spent over 2 hours with us. My girls were asking him questions about the car and he answered them and showed them cool features of the car, not like other salesmen who ignore the kids. Joe Jones has made leasing a car from your dealership so easy. I will recommend Generation Kia to all of my friends, and Mr. Joe Jones. I was assisted buy Joseph Jones, a car salesman at Generation Kia. He was very patient with me the whole afternoon that I was selecting a used car that I was looking for. He gave me 2 cars of my choice for a road test, and finally decided on the second one. The good thing is I was given the option of getting the Chevy Impala instead of the Mazda6, which had a slightly higher price. (According to the Manager) I had a good experience trading in my Ford Mustang. Joe helped me from the beginning, until my departure from the dealership with the new car.

This salesman worked very hard and got me the best deal he also worked the deal to get me a remote start and all weather mats for my wife's vehicle with no additional cost to me. I have been searching for a dealership to help me regarding to trade in my recent Scion which has been giving me problems for some time now. I came across the Kia dealership in Bohemia with my mom and decided to give it another try. As I started searching around the lot I entered inside and Dwayne, one of the sales men, came and introduced himself. Very outgoing, nice gentleman ;and he listened to what I had to say. I gave him the run down on my entire situation of what was going on with my scion. He gave me a few options to look at as well as what was afforadble according to my credit, which is not so great. I had a feeling this was going to be hopeless and there was no way in getting rid of this car. Dwayne gave me the keys to the Kia Soul and told me get in, we went for a test drive. I was questionable because I didn't really like it at first but as they say "never judge a book by it's cover". As we drove down Sunrise Hwy. I really loved the car it drove great and was such a difference from riding in my scion with low profile tires. I told Dwayne this is what I want. After the the test drive we went back inside and ran the credit and everything in order to proceed with me leaving with my new car! Dwayne is awesome and comical I recommend him to anyone that needs help in there car search!

Before I had visited Generation Kia I had been in the market for a new car for about two months. In this time I got rather tired of the typical car salesmen. I always felt like they were scheming to take advantage of me as a young car buyer and they always kept me waiting. Generation Kia and more specifically Mr. Joseph Jones could not have been more refreshing and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Jones took the time to show me, in depth, the cars I was interested in. He also moved the process along at a nice pace after I decided on the Kia Optima and more importantly, he took me seriously as a young new car buyer and I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of that fact. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mr. Jones when buying my new car. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership and specifically ask for Joseph Jones.

She even went out of her way to get my husbands car to the dealership. She then managed to combine both cars and get me the car I wanted, at a price I could afford. On 1/24/2014 I went to Generation Kia. This was the first time I ever went to a Kia Dealership. Mr. Joseph Jones waked up to me and asked if he could show me around. I agreed and we walked around the showroom. He asked me what type of car I was interested in. I replied that I would like to see the top model. He took me over to the Cadenza; I was very impressed with the car. He told me to sit in the car and he would explain all the features. We then sat at his desk and worked up the figures. I told Joseph that I had to look at a few other cars but so far his car was number one. I told him that I would get back to him on the weekend. Mr. Jones said if I want any more information to call him.On Monday I called and made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday we meet and finalized the deal. I then picked the color. That afternoon I went home with my new car.I lease 2 cars every 3 years; this was the easiest experience that I had in years. Mr. Jones was very knowledgeable about the product and very polite. This was my first time purchasing a brand new car. My 2002 Pathfinder was getting up there in mileage and after speaking with my mechanic in which cars I was interested in (Sorrento or Forster), he said to test drive them both. My first stop was Generation Kia where I met Joe Rendine and Enzo Trapani. I told them what I was looking for in a car and my "wish" list. As Joe went to get the plates & keys for the Sorrento, Enzo spoke to me about the car, what features it had vs what I had and what I was looking for. Off we went for a test drive and I have to say, though it was a little lower to the ground, it was just like driving my Pathfinder! When we returned to the dealership to talk numbers, trade in, etc... Joe was very patient in working with me. I am not a haggler and told him my bottom line and what I needed vs. what I wanted. Greg came and sat with me as well. I told them, I had one other car to drive and if I did not like how that one was, I would be back. My experience at the other dealership was not as positive. The salesman wouldn't talk numbers with me like Joe and Greg did because I was "shopping" around and didn't talk to me about the ins/outs of the car like Enzo did. Call me crazy but, I didn't like the Forester as much as the Sorrento. The fact that Joe, Enzo and Greg took the time, effort and had patience with me solidified my going back to Generation Kia for the Sorrento. The gentleman who helped secure my car loan was equally patient as he explained EVERYTHING to me BEFORE I signed on the dotted line! I could have gone to a dealer closer to my home but these guys were just awesome! The service department is equally nice, I dropped my car off today for it's first oil change and they said it would be about an hour and it was! I work locally, so they dropped me off and picked me up when it was finished! Thank you Generation Kia for such a wonderful experience! I have dealt with other dealerships as well but they don't compare to you!

However, after a friend recommended Generation Kia (I didn't even have a Kia at the time- I was driving a Toyota RAV4) and Bob G., I can honestly say that the experience ended up being painless...Bob was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and not like I was getting robbed blind. When it comes to costs, I feel that I not only got a fair price, but a great price with no funny business. I made a service appointment to get remote start installed, and I had no issues. And when it came to financing, the fellow I dealt with (Mike) was also very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My overall experience was fantastic. When my wife goes for a new car, we are definitely going back here!

My Husband and I purchased an Optima back in September 2013. Dwayne Roberts was the Dealer who assisted us and he was wonderful!! We had visited 2 other Kia dealers and both times found them to be frustrating and pushy which made us uncomfortable. We were going to go buy a different type of car ( Hyundai) but decided to try one more Kia Dealership. Mr. Roberts made the whole experience easy and pleasant. We never felt like he was trying to "convince" us or push us. Dwayne answered all of our endless questions with a smile and never made us feel like we were being a bother. We would definitely tell our family and friends to go to Generation Kia, and we would tell them to ask for Dwayne.

We had some personal financial issues to work through which made purchasing the vehicle a little difficult...However, your sales employee Chris Carratura was 100% dedicated to making us happy and comfortable. He really wanted to help us to get into a vehicle which our family needed. Chris seemed more interested in making us happy and helping us get into a vehicle than actually making the sale. He is a very very wonderful person to deal with and I would not consider him a typical salesman. He has people skills which set him apart from many other sales people we have encountered in our past. I am very happy to rate Chris with 5's across the board. He followed up with us along the purchase process which took a few days, and in the end, he seemed very happy that he was able to help us. Chris is a wonderful asset to the Kia family and you should be very proud of his service and dedication to the Kia brand. He will with no doubt be our saleman for future Kia purchases. To further add, While waiting for my Kia to be serviced last week due to a minor leak in the windshield seal, I would also like to mention that John in the Service department was also very helpful and made our first experience with your service department a pleasure. AND in addition, while waiting in your waiting area last week, I also had the pleasure of having a random conversation with a salesman named Lou. He saw me sitting there and came over to say hello.....20 minutes later, I was convinced that KIA is a company that appears to employ people who actually care about their customers in a way I have not encountered until coming into Generation Kia.

We knew we wanted a Kia Soul and came to Generation Kia because they had the most selection on the lot. We got the color we wanted and also with a manual transmission. Joseph Jones made buying the car a stress free pleasurable experience with his knowledge and friendliness.He explained everything about the car and the warranty as well. When it came to the financing, Dominick was also very helpful and even got us a better interest rate than expected. We have the car a week and love it. We would recommend Generation to our friends and family.

Just an update that i need to share... KIA MOTORS has done absolutely nothing for me... they are still giving me the run around in regards to my engine .. and now i have condensation in my headlight.. the dealership tells me that they will order me a new headlight.. but then when i speak with corporate they tell me that the dealership will not replace it unless there is a puddle of water in it.. it will be almost a month that the dealership promised me they would call me to tell me when the headlight came in.. meanwhile they have no clue that i spoke with corporate and still have not contacted me .. you would think the people at KIA MOTORS would know what their talking about first off.. and second of all you think if they couldn't replace it i would have been notified.. nahhh they got my money and thats all they care about.. SO DONT BUY A KIA.. THE DEALERSHIPS DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.. THEY CARE ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF CARS THEY SELL EACH MONTH... AND THEY DONT BACK UP THEIR MAGICAL WARRANTY ... so do i contact better business bureau or consumer affairs?

I recently bought my car at Generation Kia in Bohemia and have had nothing but problems... A few days after purchasing the 2013 Optima SXL I started hearing a clapping noise coming from the engine.. I called Kia and they told me to bring it in to check it out.. they then had it for over two weeks and told me that I needed a NEW ENGINE.. they then replaced the engine.. however I felt as though I should get a new car considering I bought it brand new and spent over $35,000 for it.. Generation Kia has been giving me the run around for the past 3 weeks now, as they continue to tell me that it is out of their hands in regards to whether or not I could get a new car and to call corporate, but then I call the corporate office in which they tell me its in the dealers hands...I then try to speak with the owner or general manager of Generation Kia and neither of them have voicemails and even though I left three messages I am still waiting to hear back .. I have been getting the run around and I really regret ever trading in my Lexus because I have had that for 5 years and have never had one problem.. I was tired of paying for the name but you know what Id rather pay $80 for an oil change and $3,000 for a light bulb then deal with this headache.. so my advice to you is to STAY AWAY FROM GENERATION KIA!!!

I walked into Generation Kia for the first time. I was greeted by a salesman named Chris Carratura. As always when I walked in I was concerned that I was going to get a typical annoying salesman. My guard was up. That being said Wow! Chris was not only professional and knowledgeable but he made me feel comfortable and was not pushy. I walked in not thinking I was going to buy a car. After sitting with Chris , I ended up buying a car that day. Chris introduced me to Generation Kia's service department which was excellent. A short while ago I wrote a negative review of Generation Kia based upon an unproductive experience on my first visit. Since then, the dealership has contacted me and urged me to give them another chance to make me a satisfied customer. Needless to say, they succeeded beyond my wildest expectations. Customer Service Representative Mike DiBari personifies his title. He apologized for my previous experience and reassured me that Generation Kias only aim as a dealership is to completely satisfy their customers so that they will keep going back for their next car. Sales Manager Rich Palmieri listened intently to my wants and wishes and worked arduously to accommodate me. The dealership gave me a very generous buy-back of my 2012 Sorento SX. Then we negotiated a spectacular lease on a 2014 Sorento Limited. Furthermore, they went the extra mile to locate and acquire a hard to find color at an out of region dealership. Salesman Lou Genovese went above and beyond the call of duty to drive to Pennsylvania to bring back the car, missing opportunities for other sales during this time. Maybe my initial experience was a fluke or somebody was having a bad day. But the whole team, especially Rich and Lou, certainly fulfilled their mantra of making a completely satisfied customer out of me.

I would highly recommend Generation Kia to anyone thinking of purchasing a new Kia. I would also highly recommend asking for Mike Perillo as your sales person ! Mike is very knowledgeable, and has the "drive" to do a good job for any perspective buyer who walks into his showroom. I went to basically all the Kia dealers in Nassau and Suffolk. In fact I walked out of Revolution Kia after they tried to give me a line of bull. Only when walking into Generation, did I feel like that was the place that would get my business and not try to rip me off. Mike went way out of his way to get me into the Optima I wanted that very day. He did everything to make it happen, and went far beyond the call of a car salesman. I was very impressed with his ambition and accommodating ways. I told him right from the start I didn't want to experience any of the usual car salesperson nonsense...no lies, no hidden fees and none of that from his sales team either. Even the "dreaded" visit to the Financing office went well...without all that "last chance to rake the customer over" b.s. so many of us have experienced before. I was so impressed with Mike and Generation. So was my husband. In fact, 3 weeks later my husband purchased his Kia from them. Again, the deal went smooth and without any frustrating issues. So, we are two happy Kia owners who would recommend Generation and Mike to anyone and everyone. Don't waste your time at the other places...especially Revolution. Save time and money and go to Generation first.

I had gone car shopping with my 75 year old mom and after visiting a number of Dealers Kia Generation was not only the nicest but the most patient Dealers I have ever dealt with. Michael Perillo went above and beyond what a Dealer does. He answered every single question mom had (she had a lot) . Not only did he answer her questions but he answered them HONESTLY! Joe was also kind. (didn't deal much with him ) Going to the Finance Dept is always a stressful experience but not at Generation Kia Don was honest and did not try to push any extras on mom after she told him she wanted nothing He explained the extended warranty to her in depth and sat and explained every item on her contract no hidden fees! I highly recommend this Dealership KIA Generation.

This was one of the most friendliest and most helpful dealership I have ever been too! I had heard a lot on the radio about deals going on over at the new bohemia location and wanted to check it out. I was worried based on my very limited credit i wouldn't leave with anything but, Dwayne was super helpful, fun, honest, just an all around excellent cars salesmen. I left there that night with a used 2011 Hyundai sonata at a great price. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out and ask for Dwayne you will have an awesome experience. I went to Generation Kia in Bohemia hoping to lower my payments and to get into a new reliable car. Joseph met me and my husband, answering all of our questions and giving us very helpful information. Although, we could not get my payments lower than what I was already paying, Joseph was very understanding and was able to help us obtain as close to the price I was already paying as possible. My car wasn't worth much and unfortunately I had a great deal that I still owed on the loan of that car. Joseph was a fantastic sales consultant and understanding of a young family who is struggling in this economy.

This is one of the friendliest and helpful dealership I ever been to. My credit is horrible but like their ad says if you are working and bring home $350 or more they will get you into a car. Also this dealership cares about you as a human being you are more than just a sale to them. And that is a quality that is very difficult to find in this day and time. I must admit, I am a little skeptical when it comes to leasing a car. My last experience was not the best. When I walked into Generation Kia, and asked to see a salesman, I was introduced to Mr Joseph Jones. He is a true gentleman and a great asset to Generation Kia. He showed me several cars, one Sorento which I did lease, and gave me the pricing on both. I had given him my budget and he was very good at keeping to my budget. The entire experience at Generation Kia was excellent, awesome and all around terrific. When it came to speaking to the gentleman in charge of financing, he did not pressure me at all. I am so glad I decided to stop at Generation Kia, and meet a retired Marine, and gentleman Joseph Jones. What a pleasure he has made my leasing experience. The first thing I notice is the customer service. Donna, who is very outgoing and nice, was welcoming. She helps bring in the customers with her smiling face and great personality. I was referred to Kia Generation, but more specifically, Joe Jones. Joe helped me find a car that fit my needs and wants. Between him and David, they found a 2014 Kia Forte Ex and I drove home with it that day. Joe received a lot of chocolate that day. When I started the car one day there was a noise that I was concerned about. I took it to Kia and David had the service manager, Pete, come out and listen to it. Pete was rough around the edges and not so polite, but after trying to bring the good out of him he was okay. David is one of the sales managers. He is very nice and always a pleasure to talk with. Will, the gentleman who set up the lease agreement was very informative and also helpful. There were a few other salesmen that I talked with who were also very polite. Joe was the best salesman I could have had because he was funny and he wasn't like your average salesman. He went above and beyond expectation to get me in a new car. He wasn't pushy nor was he going to let me walk away with a terrible deal on a car. It's been a little over a month since I've had the car and getting it plated and registered in Indiana is a pain in the rear. Alina, the DMV lady who's helping us with the transfer of registration, doesn't like to answer the phone much and "tries to explain to me" what is going on with these issues. However, she doesn't answer my questions and she's very rude over the phone.

I went to Generation Kia to purchase a new car. Rob G helped me select the perfect model for my needs. He took the time to ask me questions about my lifestyle and my "must haves" to narrow down my selection. I test drove 2 cars within MY guidelines and was able to make the decision to go with the 5 door Rio. Rob never made me feel pressured to buy nor did I ever feel he was in it just for the sale. When I picked up my new car Rob took the time to go over all the bells and whistles in the car. He ensured I felt comfortable and confident using and understanding all the new technologies ...even setting up my blue tooth for me! Rob also made sure the car was detailed up to his standards reviewing the interior before handing the keys over. I was also pleasently surprised and impressed to see they had given me a full tank if gas in my Rio! I will highly recommend Generation Kia and Rob G to anyone who is looking for an honest trustworthy company and sales person.

Our salesman, Jason, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to us during the purchase of our 2014 Kia Sorento EX. We traded in our vehicle (Murano) for the Sorento. We had a horrible experience with a Nissan 112 dealer down the road, the night before, and were upset and still not over how poorly treated we were. Jason and the staff at Kia were so pleasant and professional to work with! It was such a relief! We didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of or robbed like we did at the other dealer. At signing, William talked us through the paperwork and we actually understood what we were signing for. It was easy and painless! My husband and I love our new Sorento! It's such a great SUV! Our sales consultant, Joseph Jones, was very friendly and courteous. There wasn't any hard pressure sales which would have been a deal breaker for me. Joseph counldn't have done anything more to make it a more postive experence. The dealership was even able to get me a better rate than my credit union! well took my 2013 optima in for an oil change and not only did they change the oil they got it all over under the hood. they told me to live with it. then brought it in for a steering issue they told me all was fine, well the car had 4299 miles in an 4299 miles out, whats wrong with this picture, all so never rotated tires to see if that could have been the problem. i find the service department ill equipped to handle some issues.......

After doing some research I decided to get a Kia Optima because of the good ratings and the warranty and everything but I was unsure as to where to go to purchase my vehicle, I went to Generation Kia because its near by where I live, I did a bit of research on the business and after reading a few bad reviews I was even more unsure, but I decided to give it a shot anyway and I am glad I did. I was fortunate enough to have talk to Winston in the first place, He is a very knowledgeable individual and a great salesman, He guided us through out the whole process and answer all of my questions and my wife's as well, He was very polite and took his time to make sure We knew everything about the vehicle; We were thinking about financing and He was kind enough to explain to us the conveniences of leasing and how it would work more on our favor if we did and I am glad He did. We just drove home our brand new Kia Optima and i'd like to take my time to recommend Winston to anyone that is looking buy any Kia vehicle, He is the type of person you would want to deal with if you are buying a car; He is more than a salesman an advisor or more like a customer advisor. I have had my Kia Soul for about one month now, and I am thrilled with it! I love the car and the buying experience was a pleasure. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They were patient with me while I made a big decision and Rob was able to find me exactly the car that I wanted! I plan on driving this car for a very long time, but I definitely plan to return to Generation Kia when I am due for a new one!

I was in the market for a new car and had been hearing nothing but good things about Kia's. I decided to go into Generation Kia and take a look. I was extremely impressed with the service I got from the moment I walked in the door. I looked at the Optima in particular. I absolutely love this car. Kia should be proud of this vehicle. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my new Optima. The salesperson that helped me was Joe. He was awesome from the very beginning and was very knowledgeable about everything. He showed me how to use everything in the car and was able to get me the overall best price he could and I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone and I especailly would recommend my salesperson. Thank you Mr. Jones and thank you Generation Kia! I am a very satisfied customer.

Michael was an awesome sales person...as was the dealership. They did everything possible to make me feel welcomed and to show me about the car I was interested in. They were not pushy like other dealerships. They listened to what I needed to make the deal happen and they did it. Probably one of the best car buying experience I have had. I would highly reccommend Generation Kia

First off I do need to say that the sales person I had was very nice. I believe it dealt with Julio. He was very attentive and answered all my questions and appears to be on "my side." The dealer ship has a car listed at a very good price on Cars.com. When going to the dealer I notice that they had written a price on the car at $10,000 over their internet price. The managers questions where I had seen the price of the vehicle and seem confused that it was there. The price of the car had actually dropped 3 times over the previous 2 weeks. Their ad on Cars.com claims they have the best prices on the internet but they apparently won't honor that price. Instead they will offer up a 2 year old car with 50,000 miles on it at only $3000 below the original MSRP? Hey guess what guys, the car is still listed here at the "wrong" price. Maybe you should look into that. The lesson to be learned here is to call them ahead and ask if they will honor a price they have posted on other sites.

Thank goodness Joe Jones was my salesman. I was looking to lease a new car and had questions. Joe took his time to answer ALL of my questions, and I had a lot. He knows his stuff about these cars - from gas mileage to standard features and including extras and safety items, he covered it ALL. His patiences and friendliness was very refreshing. I wasn't being pushed into buying a car but informed about the car and which best fits my lifestyle. He's the man to get the skinny on a car and then works with you to get the right price. Thanks for everything Joe.

I am 21 years old and I went to Generation Kia looking for a used car, I was told many times that base on my income and my age I would not qualify to buy a car even a used one. I went there and I met Winston, after I explained my situation to him; He told me that I had several options and my best one was to purchase a new one, after closing on a payment He told me that William the Finance manager would do everything on his power to try to get me a low interest rate and may be even a lower payment, how great was my surprised that when I went to sign my contract my payment was about half of what we had agreed on, I was speechless; I was told by Winston the salesman that William was the best at what He does and He was right. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle, I bought a brand new Soul and I still can't believe it. I am sharing my story so that people like me don't get their hopes down and realize that there's hope. Winston and William, thank you so much; I will never forget what you did for me.

Was at this dealer ship today, all though it took for ever to get my car, the salesman Joe Jones did a great job getting me a great price on my car it is a lease, all so sales manger Dave did all the right things for me to get this car.

This was my second time going to this dealer, first time not so good 2 years ago, so i gave them another chance and i have a new car, Joe J. was my salesman and took great care of me, got the right price, also dealt with Dave the sales manager he could not do enough for me either.the whole staff was very pleasant. even liked dealing with the finance dept. I went to Generation Kia after being told other places that I could not buy a car, I knew my credit situation wasn't the best and I got into my head the idea of getting a used car instead but when I walked in Generation Kia, Winston one of the Salesman there told me that I could actually had a shot at getting a brand new Sorento and the fact that I had been told else where that I did not qualify to him did not mean anything. After going on a Test drive, We sat down and after closing on a payment that was within my budget, They told me that I was approved. I could not believe that I was going to drive home in a brand new Sorento that same day, when He said that I was going home that day with the car I just couldn't believe it, when others had said that i did not even qualify for a used car.Will their finance manager was very polite and even got me free maintenance for a year, I am very happy with my vehicle.Thanks to Winston and William at Generation Kia, I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

i will be buying my 3rd car from generation kia iwas promised a computer never received it called many times this person doesn,t work here any more no one could help me then it took 6mos to get the manuel for the forte we bought same thing the person doesnt work here anymore too many apologies

Tonight when we went to pick up our new car, was told by our salesperson Bob Greco that the rebate numbers we received were incorrect, and we needed to pay additional $750. It was the sales, manager & finance persons mistake. We had negotiated the deAl and had everything in writing. They would not make good for their mistake. Never called us to tell us in advance. Just expected we would suck it up and cover their mistake. We walked away. They are all scam artists - salesperson, finance and sales manager. They did nothing, were rude and wouldn't make good on their mistake. Horrible customer service. Don't buy there.

went to see the car I made a appoinment to see and was told when I got there that it was sold! (seems that happens alot, if you read the posts above!) wanted to look at other cars. wasted about 2 hours sitting there waiting for willa to find her keys then plate, then look up other cars that had I had found on line for alot less with less mileage. Then I say I will pick a car and start the process of a loan and its about $50.00 more a month then other places i had looked. THEN, I find out I didnt take my reg & insurence card and I have been on hold for 30 mins tring to get a manager!I am livid right now. they also bad mouthed the place that I found on line that was $1500. less for a year newer car and I look these meatheads up and find out they have the WORST rating! They have 10 people all "working" seems they are all looking at facebook on there desk top computers! Do these people not realize the world is now a service industry?? And they just hung up on me!!!!calling back!!! they have got to be kidding!

Unprofessional, Lazy, Rude, Swindlers. Pretty much the words I would use to describe this place and I didn't even buy a car from them. On top of the terrible lack of origination that was clearly going on they just had no clue how to sell a car. There is not one positive thing I can say about my experience with them. The biggest thing that I will point out is when I went to trade in my current car. The dealership it self has a huge sign up on the wall sating " 2000 dollars for any trade in" yet they told me my 2002 Jetta that is in very good shape was only worth $1000, trying to say was totaled once before,witch I know for a fact was not true and have the records to prove . They are so incapable of doing there jobs correctly that they can not even read a car fax report correctly. Stay far far away... go to another dealership. These guys wasted over a week of my life going back and forth trying to make a deal. Save your self the time and hassle.

I went there looking to buy a car I saw online, immediately I wa told the car was sold(yet still up or sale on their website) they proceeded to show me a car close in price and similar in make and model. I went in on a Sunday and the finance guy wasn't there so I had to wait. They demanded a deposit and wanted me to leave my down payment (1800 dollars) I told them I'd leave 200 to hold the car and they would call me the next day. Needless to say I didn't get a call the next day(Monday, Columbus Day, I figured the banks were closed so I would hear from them Tuesday) I didn't. I had to call them twice and I didn't hear back until 8 pm and they (ed) said " I didn't know you we're really interested." I proceeded to ask the term of the loan and interest rate in which he replied " thants not important and i dont know " So Ed then called me back Wednesday. And asked me to come in to take possession of my vehicle I said I'll be in Friday but I want my questions answered. I called Friday morning to see what time to come in and no answer(surprise) so I went in. I was asked if I had an appt and I said well no Ed told me to come in to get my car. I waited 3 hours. Finally introduced to the finance guy who then told me I needed a highe down payment my intrest rate was 22 percent and for 72 months. They wanted me to pay close to 30,000 for a car worth 11,000. Now my credit isn't the greatest but its not the worst either. So I asked for my deposit back and ED WAS SMIRKIG AND GIGGLING TO HIMSELF! told me they can't refund me until next Friday because that's there office policy. Needless to say I got a copy of my refund form and I will not be back there. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! DONT SET FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP!

Visited on three separate occasions and was honest about my bottom line price. State willing to negotiate yet I still have NOT received their bottom line price on a car. What made me most upset was the screaming and cursing at each other by management what appeared to be the management team. This went on in front of my three children as I was attempting to purchase our new family car. Totally unprofessional and I was ashamed I brought my children there.

I have really bad credit and evenly though it took a few battles, they bent over backwards to help with my situation. I started losing faith that I would not be able to get a car. The next day I get a call saying they got ME approved. Very happy with my 2011 new car all in my name with NO MONEY DOWN!

Went in to work out a deal, had me fill out papers to get my credit score which they didn't run and tried giving me the run around. Manager is extremely rude. Would never buy a car from hm. Stay away. You can get a better deal elsewhere with sales people who don't look down on you.

Went to this dealer on 8/16/12 to see about purchasing a 2012 Kia EX (they only had one in stock). The salesperson Ana assured me she would work with me to get the deal I could afford. My trade-in was appraised at $14,500 ( a 2009 Toyota Rav4) and the next day when I came back with my wife Ana told me I was only getting $11,500 for my trade-in, take it or leave it. I left it.Deceptive business practices and rip-off prices.

I stopped in, test drove and loved a truck today. I asked 3 time what the price was and got the run around. Finally the salesman told me he would call me tomorrow with a price because they couldn't get a hold of the bank to tell me what the price is. HELLO? what kind of dealer can't give me a price on the spot? Then I come home and find the price on cars.com. SOmething major is fishy at that place!

This place is the biggest scam ever! They lie to you about prices to get you to leave a deposit. When you come back to finalize paperwork, the price suddenly changes. We gave them a cash deposit the night before and suddenly the very next day they didn't have the cash and needed to mail me a check in seven to ten business days. Well here we are eleven business days later and I call to have the unprofessional manager there curse at me and tell me he has had the check in his hand since the 12 th ......guess he couldn't afford a stamp or doesn't know how to address an envelope. Go anywhere but here. Too bad...the cars are nice but they have complete idiots running the place with zero integrity. Went to sayville Ford got a great deal and no lies.

We drove all the way down to this dealership to buy this 2009 Rondo. Crunched numbers with a salesman. And then, got the ole, "the price listed was not correct..." The price difference between a 2007 and 2008 is about $1000-$2000. The price listed on the Cars.com between a 2008 and their 2009 is inline with the trend. However, the "correct" price is $4000 more than a 2008. Even though they claim the online price is incorrect, it is still listed at the incorrect price.

Wow. I was a little skeptical when I walked into the building [Looked a little seedy - but they told me there is a new management, so it should be remodeled soon], but my salesman [Ron]and the managers behind the counter were straight forward and surprizingly helpful. When I was unsure what I wanted they started to ask questions about what we need and make suggestions. Based on what they asked, my wife and I decided that the less expensive car made more sense for us - and they agreed. Who'd of thought they'd recommend a car that cost less than the one I came in for - - wow, that's different than any other dealer I've ever been to. Thanks guys. From both of us - and by our bank account!

I recently had to bring my Kia in for service. Paul and Chris in the service department were very friendly and very helpful. They kept me informed about what was going on with my car and fixed the problem in a timely manner and even gave me a loaner car so I could run my errands and not have this minor problem interfere with the rest of my day. To whom this may concern, On 10/8/2011 I purchased a 2010 dodge charger from generation kia, what great cars they had new and used. The car I purchased was beautiful but had some minor cosmetic issues which I expected. I was not concerned because the service associates assured me with the voucher i was given that I would be able to receive a complimentary detail and touch up. I purchased my car on a terrible day and asked if I can use the voucher in the spring and they assured me this would not be a problem and I waited until winter was overto call them. On April 12th I had called to schedule an appt. and was told that this voucher I was given was only valid for 30 days. After getting very upset not being connected to service I was finally put in contact wit the service manager Paul Bunyan I explained my situation to him and while talking to him found out that the people associated with giving the voucher no longer work their leaving me with no proof who I had spoke with. This could have been a disaster but the new service manager was very understanding and accommodating and assured me that he would take care of this issue for me. This was great service! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. The used cars are priced right at the proper value that it should be priced instead of it being over priced, which make the car lot great for young students trying to purchase a used car like myself. We went to the dealership with all the paperwork ready to trade in our Ford Explorer and buy a new 2012 Sorento. We knew the color and trim level that we wanted. We were really ready to buy a car.After our test drive, we sat at the salesman's desk and watched him get up from the desk (not a comment to us about his leaving) and then watched him disappear into the "conference area". Ten minutes later, he reappeared with a sheet of paper that he had scribbled on in magic marker. He told us that the monthly rate for the car was $750! We were shocked. We told him that we hadn't even discussed which car on the lot we were buying and that we hadn't even mentioned how we we were going to pay for it! The rest of the more than hour long session progressed in the same fashion. On one of the many occasions when he left the desk without any comment and went over to the "conference area", he returned with a donut in his mouth! To make a long story short...we were never presented with an inventoried auto or the paperwork to make a deal. We were given magic marker scribbles on a sheet of paper instead.I began to think we were in OZ with the wizard saying, "Don't pay any attention to the man behind the screen.."The $7000 special that drew us into the showroom turned out to be the usual: a phony.Generation Kia needs to train its staff in manners and integrity!Stay clear!

Everything went fine for me like all dealers first price quote was high. But they very rapidly came to a very acceptable both on paying off my trade in and on my new Kia. My only complaint was that it took forever for them to get everything finished. a total of 6.5 hours to buy a car. Staff was friendly and not pushy they honored everything they said to me. I have to assume that the other customers must have been there before this staff.

These people will lie, lie, lie. They will lead you in there for deals they WILL NOT honor and to buy cars they do not have!!!!! A car is an investment, like a house so don't tell yourself it doesn't matter where you buy it. There maybe a nice smile and a firm handshake and that's about as far as they can stretch there sense of morality!! I drove for an hour and a half on MAJOR promises about a particular car' a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander GT for 20,690. I finally get there w/ my 13 year old son thinking we were leaving with a car that we shopped for a long time to buy. I wound up being sent to another dealership 20 minutes away with no written directions and no idea where I was. Anyway.. after that I wound up fighting off a sales pitch for a Dodge Journey under the premise "Well it can't hurt you drove such a long way". There was no car!! There was no deal!! I feel really sorry for your sense of wisdom if you let the standards to such high priced investments be so low!! IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU MAKE.

What a horrible place of business i cant wait till they go out of business.. Terrible people work there.. they are not helpful in any way.. they refused to help me over the ohone with any of my questions.. They told me i have to come in when i explained to them i have three young children that it would be drfficult for me to come in by myself.. I finally did go down and the car i was looking at they told me when i got there they had just sold it.. These people are unreal!.. And as far as dave goes .. he thinks who he is.. Fyi buddy get a new pair of work shoes cause yours are beat up!.. Stay away from this dealer dont waste your time .. There are plently of others out there.. U will be SORRY.. they are untrue to their word!!!!!!!!!!

I tried inquiring about a used CRV that they were advertising on cars.com. It was priced VERY competitively and I was trying to find out why. They assured me that it was clean title, good carfax, etc, but they wouldn't send me the carfax in advance- they told me I had to come in in order to see the carfax. This was a bit odd, as most dealers send carfax without even asking. Anyway, I tried confirming the price, as I was going to be driving a long distance to get there and wanted to make sure the listed price was correct. It took a few phone calls to finally get an answer- each time they said they would get back to me and on the third time they did. As it turns out, the advertised price was only if you finance the car. For a cash deal, they added more than three thousand to the price. I double checked this on two other cars they had in stock to see if it was a mistake or an anomaly, but it was the same scam/scheme for each one. They advertised a price that was roughly $3,500 less than the actual price. This seems very similar to what they pulled with the other person who rated them on dealer rater.Stay far far away.

I drove 45 minutes to this dealership to see and possibly purchase a vehicle for my son, which was advertised by them on craigslist for $9911. The salesman confirmed the price and we drove the vehicle. We then sat down to purchase the car, (cash), and were told that the final price would be $13,300. Added fees we were told. Stay away from this dealership!
