I scheduled an appointment to have my regular maintenance oil change. I was also called a week prior to remind me to schedule this appointment, another reason I believe Genesis Chevrolet has an excellent service team. The appointment was seamless and professional from check-in through wait time. Eddie was courteous and friendly as always and Accounts Receivable Cashier, Maxine, was pleasant and efficient. It's always a pleasure to exchange pleasantries with Maxine - she is a gem!!! I recommend Genesis Chevrolet to all my friends for top of the line service and maintenance.

Ashley's phone contacts with me were thorough, clear and thoughtful. She is articulate and thinks through how she responds. Jim was thorough, but I felt that he was stretched very thin. He was pleasant and when I was working with him, he was very attentive. Wait time in lobby was a bit long, but Ashley suggested taking my car for its oil change while I waited. The sum total was good as my car was ready when I had finished signing paperwork with Jim.

I couldn’t have gone to a better dealer for my first car. I was able to get on the road in less than two days AND got a really good deal on insurance. They put new tires on my car for free, waxed it, put shine on the tires, and cleaned the interior thoroughly. I’m in love with this car. Ask for Vincent, he’s the best!!

I've had the pleasure of working with Brittany for my second lease. Her customer service is unmatched. She does a phenomenal job ensuring that you get everything you want and need out of your vehicle. She makes the car buying/leasing experience stress-free and painless. Brittany does a great job with her follow up even after the purchase is made. I wont buy/lease a car from anyone else!

Vincent was absolutely excellent!! He was very clear with each step I needed to complete my trade in for a new lease. And I left with a new car the same day! He made the process super simple, and super quick. June was also extremely helpful as well! It was the smoothest process I’ve experienced with all my car leasing/buying over the years.
