BEST experience EVER at a dealership! Have been looking for quite a while for a newer car or truck. They have a nice selection of "Quality" vehicles. Not at all pushy, listen to concerns, they back what they sell and offer a good warranty. This is the second car purchased here. Highly recommend checking this place out. Just bought a car from Geneva Coach inc.. The whole experience was great. The car is in great shape and the price was more than competitive. I looked at cars on multiple sites around NY and PA. I think what I purchased was the best car for the money. The process of buying the car was very easy and Brian the owner along with everyone else there was friendly and honest. You can tell they take great pride in their business. It was my best car buying experience.

I purchased a used Honda Element from them which developed a problem with the exhaust several months after purchase. Brian repaired everything and included an oil change at NO CHARGE. I highly recommend Geneva Coach.

Found the exact Acura I was looking for at Geneva Coach Inc. The customer service was amazing and the buying process was seamless. I've been driving the car for about a month now and I'm still as happy with my purchase as I was on the day I bought it. The car drives like a brand new car. I also took a look at the other vehicles they had and they were all in great condition. I drove about an hour to get to this dealer and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is coming from out of town.

after looking at several dealerships and online we can came to Geneva coach. This dealership stood out among its competitors. All of their inventory is very clean and priced fairly! The other thing that we really liked was that there was no pressure to buy, the inventory sells its self.We bought a rav4 and love it! We will definitely buy here again and have suggested it to our friends and family!!!

My husband and I have purchased many used cars from many different places and Geneva Coach is, in our opinion, one of the best dealerships with which to do business. Brian and Rob were very helpful, but not pushy in any way, with finding a car for me when I wanted to replace my Subaru. Well, Brian was a tiny bit pushy trying to get me to take a van for a test drive when I didn't think a van was what I wanted. But thanks to his urging, I drove it, loved it and bought it! Thanks, Brian! Customer service at Geneva Coach is fantastic. It's a soft-sell to please customers and Brian goes the extra mile to make sure the customer gets a good deal for the money spent. I was given a generous trade-in for my car which made me very happy with the selling price for the Hyundai I purchased. Brian also made sure that the van had new tires for me. I am delighted with my "new" van and will not hesitate to recommend Geneva Coach to anyone looking to buy a used car.

I highly recommend checking out Geneva Coach Inc. in Geneva, NY. They helped me find exactly what I needed and had me on the road in less than one week. I found Robert & Brian extremely honest and easy to work with, no hassling around, just good old fashioned quality customer service. They offered me a fair trade-in value and worked with me on the price of my replacement vehicle. This is the second investment I have made with Geneva Coach, they are good guys.

I found Geneva Coach on the internet. I was looking for a quality used Honda Civic and they happened to have a few. The presentation of these cars on the web site was excellent. It occurred to me that any one of these cars was worthy of a look from a quality standpoint. However, from a style/model perspective they were not exactly what I was looking for. I contacted them with my interest in something a bit sportier and preferably a standard transmission. They said they they would contact me if they came across something in line with what I was looking for. By now I had spoke with both Rob and the owner Brian. They were each sincere, very knowledgeable and obviously not your usual salespeople. Over the next few weeks, I would go online to check their inventory every few days just to see what else might be available. Even though the additions I picked up on were not what I was looking for, they again appeared to be quality vehicles. Other than a quick contact to let me know that they were still looking, there were no efforts to pull me in, steer me in another direction, etc. Needless to say, I became very curious about Geneva Coach. Not long after, a Civic coupe appeared on their inventory. It was an automatic, but it was sharp. It was also low miles, had a good history and one of the model years that interested me. I called to make an appointment with Rob for Saturday. My wife and I drove the two hours to Geneva. I was impressed with the facility, the selection, the business approach and the people. I bought the coupe. My definition of a quality used vehicle: Low miles, one owner, no accidents, clean history, etc. They do not have a massive selection. They have a select selection of used cars.
