I was stranded almost an hour away from home with a car that wouldn't start. Gengras was the closest Volvo dealership, and I am so glad I called them! Every person I spoke with was super nice and helpful, and Volvo's Roadside Assistance arranged everything with the tow company to pick me up. (Mike's Automotive Tow Services was also great.) The dealership is beautiful, clean, and organized. The waiting room is large and airy, and has several separate sitting areas so you can still maintain your social distance. It's never a good day when your car breaks down and you find out the cost to repair, but they sure lessened the sting with the great service offered.

THE SERVICE DEPT The service was 5 star since the moment I walked in. The dealership and waiting area is beautiful and immaculately clean and comfortable. The gentlemen that helped me was very accommodating and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date with the status of my service through text. They attended to me although I got there earlier than scheduled. I have experienced other Volvo service locations closer to me and this is definitely my location of choice although I have to drive an hour.

Gengras personnel are very much into excellent customer care. First our XC 90 needed annual maintenance and was done promptly, we waited in the wonderful atmosphere of the showroom. The expeditiously fast procedure of Rich explaining what was done then we were ready for the next one. We also needed to install to our cell phones the ability to start/turn off the car and lock/unlock. Keillany was wonderful, patient, and considerate taking the time to assist us successfully. Thank you to all staff we came in contact with.

If you are shopping for a Volvo this is the location to do it! The team here is wonderful and very friendly. The facility is immaculate. Brian was a joy to work with and went above and beyond to find my perfect car. He'll even give you your celebrity look a like in the process. Make sure to ask for him so you'll be in the best hands!

I’ve gone through the car buying process many times. My experience at Gengras Volvo was hands down the BEST experience I’ve had. Chris was an awesome sales rep and was so helpful in following up and finding the car we wanted, even if not on the lot. Kailani was SO helpful during pick up, walking us around the car and it’s features. In a tough car market and one who hates the car buying process, I can honestly say that I was so impressed by the service and honestly just the friendliness of everyone there. 10/10 would recommend!!!
