The service tech. came out and determined that the battery was dead in the Buick. He jumped it off and drove it to the shop. The battery was determined to have a bad cell and was replaced. There was a large build up of corrosion on one of the posts and cable. When the car was returned, the corrosive material was not cleaned well enough and the svc. department was asked to complete the cleaning process. No reason was given for the battery failure other than the cable was not secured to the post. The battery is covered and unless the cover is removed, this was not noticed. When new cars are serviced, might be a good idea to uncover and check the battery.

It was a good and pleasant experience at the dealership. It was my first time at George Carr for an oil change and the dealer I came from Georgia , Critz Buick they had a complimentary car wash with every oil change. Maybe they could integrate that into their service.

The vehicle was taken for basic oil change service and we informed that there was a minor recall on the vehicle. The dealer took time and performed it as well. A very good experience.

Polite, helpful, knowlegeable, efficient. Large clean establishment. Air conditioner compressor replacement, fuel pressure sensor replacemant, outside mirror replacement. They got the right color.

Tony Campbell was great as always to work with. Also needed to use a Allen wrench and the technician I encountered was wonderful. Wish I had his name to give you but was at the first bay when you enter the shop.

Purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel from my home town of Memphis TN. I was on business in Vicksburg when my truck had a computer glitch, The service writer took the time to take a computer off of another truck on the lot to try to get me going. My service advisor was named Kim and she was more than helpful. I recommend George Carr To anyone in the area of Vicksburg MS. Thanks alot guys!!

The buying experience at George Carr was good enough - I feel like we paid a fair price - but the service department was incredibly slow. I brought the vehicle back two days later because of a problem and had to wait in a small, unheated room with my toddler for two and a half hours. After all that, the problem wasn't even fixed: I was told that they would have to order a part and that I'd have to come back in three or four days. I've since found a closer dealership with a much nicer waiting room and faster service turnaround.
