We decided to try out KIA when shopping for a new car. Our children have had 2 KIAs and we have been impressed with the ride and performance.We were met by an engaging salesperson named Charlie. We were impressed by his directness. He was willing to please, warm, and listened to our wish list. He was willing to spend time and get to know us and find the vehicle that matched our needs. We love our new KIA Sorrento!

Brought our son in for his first car purchase, and was fortunate to have Jed as our sales rep. No pressure, very relaxing deal. He answered all our questions, and worked within our son's finaancial limits; even helped our son set up his our insurance! Very pleasant experience, and will recommend this dealership to our friends and relatives! Great to have a no pressure sales!

Difficult to explain how unprofessional this dealership is. I had a friend and a family member both have terrible experiences at this dealership this past weekend. Aggressive / rude salespeople, I don't know how they sell any vehicles with their poor behavior. There are other great dealerships in the CDA area and I don't understand how this dealership stays in business.

Had a friend purchase from Gee in Cd'a, who said he had a great experience and really enjoyed the new kia he got. I thought I would give it a try and from the second I walked in the door they made me feel like I was just an old friend. With little haggle I was able to get the deal I wanted and was out driving my new Optima SXL before I knew it. I love the car. I would put Kia's new line of vehicle above Honda or Toyota any day. Pat, the finance guy, was awesome and quick which you don't see in too often.

Was looking for a used car since my teenager just got her license and was helped by a very kind gentleman who showed me a new Kia Sportage. My daughter fell in love with it and we were happy to find that they were very affordable. We had a very nice experience the whole time we were there. So keep up the good work.

I just traded in my 2003 car for a 2008 at George Gee in Coeur d Alene! I had the BEST experience there. Adam Kammarcal was my Sales Man and he is GREAT! Adam is Honest, Trustworthy and tenacious about providing the best Sales experience possible. Adam went out of his way to find exactly the car that I was looking for in one day. George Gee did not have the car on their lot that I wanted but within a few hours they tracked down one that was perfect for me. Adam made sure that George Gee gave me a trade in value that was exactly what Blue Book said my car was worth. I had a car starter in my old car and George Gee had a new one put in for me. My new car did not have but one key so George Gee covered the cost of my new Valet key, and those are expensive! I bought a used car from George Gee dealership in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Sales staff was friendly and felt I bargained a decent deal. While bargaining I was told 1) the salesman was going to get the second key, 2) the tire indicator light just needed to be reset, and 3) the car had been serviced (oil change etc.). Well, turns out there was not a second key, an inflation sensor in the tire is missing (I had to figure this one out on my own) and when I had the oil changed after 3000 miles the serviceman said it was total sludge and looked as if it had never been changed (car had 18,000 miles). After numerous calls to the service dept. none of these problems have been addressed. Totally putting me off. Oh did I mention the ruined tires? They offered to sell me new ones at a reduced price. Worst experience ever.
