My wife spent $300 for diagnosis and found several things to fix. They did not give her the diagnosis result and simply said that they will deduct it when she decided to fix the car with them. She fixed her car at another repair shop - since these people did not give her the diagnosis result, the local repair shop diagnosis again. They had to give my wife the diagnosis result that she paid for. They did not!

I have never written a review so this is how strongly I feel!! Very disappointed! This was my first time car-buying experience. I was excited and looking forward to the experience, but left very upset and stressed out. I thought I would be treated well considering this is a “luxury” car brand. Waited hours for a car they had 3 whole days to have ready. Nothing was ready when I arrived. They rushed to detail and clean the car. Therefore, it came back to me in poor quality. There were still scuffs and dirt in and around the car after being told it would be taken care of. They did very minimal to compensate the time I waited and the unpreparedness of the dealership. Additionally, no spare key was made before I arrived and was told their “key guy” is only there at one time on Wednesdays. Which is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate when people have jobs to be at and cannot just come whenever the dealership pleases. This was anything but a “luxury” experience at a supposed “luxury car dealership”. I am so disappointed by this! No way to do business or treat a paying customer. Would not recommend at all.

Good selection of used cars, courteous service. We bought a car there during a single visit and had it delivered to another state. I’m taking off one star because there was a delay with paperwork and lack of prompt communication along the way, so I had to call them several times to stay on top of it. But everything was resolved and we are well pleased with the vehicle.
