It was a painless car buying experience from beginning to end. I called and spoke to Matt who immediately made sure the truck I was looking for was there. He even went to physically check so I knew I wouldn’t have any issues. Once he confirmed it was there I filled out the credit application online and Matt immediately got it run for financing. Once approved he had a salesperson call. Igor was equally great. He told me all I needed to bring and once I arrived I was in and out in less than a half hour. I drove over a half hour to get there but it was plenty worth it. They were both so friendly and very helpful. I plan to keep this truck for years but if I’m ever in the market or anyone I know is I’ll definitely recommend Matick Chevy.

This was the third time that I used the Services Department and each time had me questioning the level of services provided. The latest was going in for an oil change. Brought my vehicle in and it only took about an hour.....good so far. I received a text that my vehicle was ready. When I met with the service agent, I was expecting him to tell me about my wiper blades and the need for them to be replaced (they desperately need to be). I was told nothing. The second thing that I was expecting to hear about was my brakes and the noticeable noise. Again, nothing. I asked the agent to walk with me over to my vehicle and at that point, I asked about the inspection sheet attached to my paperwork. I brought his attention to the mark-off stating that the wiper blades were in good condition....I showed him the evidence from the windshield and wiper blade (itself) to show that what was marked on the document was not a true statement. I also brought attention to the brakes, which was also marked as good to go, and the quality of the multi-point inspection. I question if it is even conducted. The agent said he would inform the manager. I would think that the manager would reach out to the customer to address, but to this date, I have not received an email or phone call. I bring my vehicle in to be serviced to ensure the safety of me and my family, this experience did not give me that feeling and that is very disappointing. The kicker is I just brought vehicle from this dealership a little over a year ago and this vehicle's lease ends with the next 4 months.

Gary did a great job of explaining all of our purchase options, financing, etc. We really appreciated the timely response from your sales team when I initially contacted the dealership as well. We had reached out to a few Ford dealerships and they did not return our calls or give us the time of day. Your dealerships quick responses and excellent customer service is what ultimately made the choice to use your dealership very easy! Thank-you again for making our new purchase possible!

My first phone call was with Heidi. She was so patient, sweet, personable and friendly. When I arrived they pulled out the red carpet ;) I felt like a star walking in as I was then passed on to my salesman Gary who was sincere, friendly, didn’t have me jumping through hoops, honest and had a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for the quick and efficient process. I enjoyed my experience with the both of you and appreciate you both!

Everyone was very helpful. My salesman, Mike Harris, is the best and will be missed. Happy Retirement, Mike! The Finance Manager was awesome and helped me get the best deal despite less than perfect credit. The final stop, signing the paperwork, was quick and efficient and the representative was very pleasant. Lastly, the dealership was spotless, social distancing was practiced, and hand sanitizer was everywhere. Great job, Matick Chevy. See you in three years!
