Found vehicle online with CARFAX. I knew what exactly what I was looking for. They had what I was seeking. I sent email with many questions, all were answered. Negotiated a price through email. Flew out to airport and was picked by a Nunnally courtesy car. I gave the vehicle I was interested in a good inspection inside and out, and underneath. I bought it. Yes it was risky, I was prepared to fly back home if there were issues. Car was described honestly and accurately. I drove it 1200 miles home. Very happy with purchase. I did finance vehicle purchase elsewhere, so can't speak to that about Nunnally. Would I go back?, for the right vehicle at right price- absolutely. I was treated very well. No pressure, no games, thank you John Preston.

Short version. Worked on a deal on a used Nissan truck most of a day. Salesman finally came back with numbers and informed me, after waiting and calling back a few times, that he had to take care of some personal business and went in to great detail (TMI) I just wanted to buy a truck. Moving on...Went over numbers with him from another dealer with similar truck. He came back with numbers that we could agree on. Gave him all my personal information. Even had a call from the bank only to have him come back and tell me a few minutes after I got off the phone with the bank that the truck was sold to somebody else. All this took place from 11 am to approximately 5 pm on a Monday. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told they all went home. Refused to give me their last names and got rude and hung up on me several times. Note, I called them with a pre-approval and not only did I not buy this truck but the other truck that I had been working on was sold while waiting for the salesman to get back with me. There is a lot more to this story but the moral is...any business that would treat their customers in this manner does not need to be in business. FYI was called by one of those people that I was told had went home only to have him upset me more. When I asked for his full name and informed him that I was on the Internet and was going to write reviews he got rude and hung up on me. He said he was sales manager?? Sad this was done deal

Found out the car had 7 previous owners when I was told it only had 1 previous owner. I should have checked the carfax before purchasing the car (so I do admit fault) but this information should have been disclosed when I purchased the vehicle. I did not find this out until I visited another dealership to trade in my car for the same one just a different color. They said because of this the had to offer me a lot lower then normal because people would be afraid to purchase a car with 7 (now 8) owners. Was also promised multiple fixes to the car I purchased since it was used and non of them were ever completed. Beware the used lot. I am sure purchasing a new car from them is a much better experience.

We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership since 2000. We have never been sorry for that. The service department is just part of a solid dealer/owner relationship. The service reps are friendly and efficient in getting vehicles through the service process. I had my car dropped off by a tow truck on a Friday evening. I was contacted early on Monday morning with a diagnosis. After I gave permission for the work to be done, it wasn't long before it was done. I received a friendly call from Dane letting me know that I could pick it up. Fast and reasonably priced. I was a happy guy.

My wife and I drove onto the car lot late Saturday afternoon. Chris Green came out the door and I quickly informed him we were there to test drive only and not to purchase. We looked at several units and what they had for equipment. Chris offered to get the keys for a couple that we liked and off he went. As he came back my wife said she liked the one on display at the front door. Chris retreated and picked up the keys for it. Out we went to test drive, the city streets and I-49. Back at the car lot we had our mind made up. I looked at my wife and knew the we had found just what we wanted and it had just the right finance plan. Chris had answered all our questions, no pressure and he explained the GM maintenance plan and the additional maintenance that George Nunnally offered. Waiting for the credit check Chris gave us a quick tour of the maintenance shop. Wow, it was clean and organized; I liked that. Soon the finance officer had the documents, explained some options and our signature were on the bottom line. One problem, a small chip on the back bumper. No problem, Chris spoke to Fred Rainey and next Wednesday it was all beautifully fixed. That Saturday evening I drove our Honda Accord home behind my wife driving her new Chevy. I have never felt so good going into debt........

I was in for a routine oil change on my 2012 Silverado. I told the work order writer that the engine had a slight "miss" when idling. Would they check this issue while they had it in the shop. In a few minutes, the person approached me in the waiting area holding a spark plug in his hand and told me that this was my problem and that it would cost about $60 for them to replace the one spark plug. I told him that I thought this was excessive, but I wanted the truck to run properly (it has < 45,000 miles on it). In a few more minutes I was ready to go; so when I went to pay for the visit, the person was able to trim my cost down to $35.00 - to replace a single spark plug. (The oil change was free - a great "extra" provided by Nunally.) Judge for yourself - for me, I thought that a $35.00 spark plug change was a bit expensive - but $60.00 would have been outrageous!

What an experience! Thanks to Bob Bunch and Chatham Cornell for your over and beyond work ethics with me as a satisfied customer.I had vibration through the steering wheel and made several trips to the dealership to try and resolve the issue. After trial and error with the Bridgestone Dueler tires, I asked Bob if we could just trade out these tires for the Goodyear Wrangler tires.......and they did it. Not only did it fix the problem, but they traded me up for a better rim and a larger tire than what come on the truck. We all worked together to get this resolved but these guys did not give up until I was completely satisfied. That's meeting the customers needs and concerns on a new level. I absolutely detest the car buying process. From being swarmed in the parking lot to feeling like the dealer is more informed than you, keeping you from being able to negotiate intelligently, the whole process is miserable. Having said that, the process at George Nunally Chevrolet was the complete opposite. Paul Smith was my salesman. He was very informed about the vehicles, not pushy, didn't speak some cryptic auto lingo and I didn't feel like he "tricked" me into anything. It probably helped that I knew exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade. Either way, Paul was awesome! Thank you for a pleasant car buying experience!!

First off, the advance communication leading up to my Annual repair needs were exceptional (personal telephone calls and multiple emails). Once I arrived I was greeted with a smile from knowledgable mechanics and associates. I hung out in the comfy lounge using their WIFI to get work done, while my car was taken in back shortly after. Took my van in for a few repairs one of which was the passenger windows stopped working ( electric windows) I had me van there for 4 days because RICK the service writer kept telling me it's almost done then on Thursday 2 1/2 days in the shop RICK finally told me the truth and said they bumped my van to the back of the line because a chevy volt needed to be worked on and they only have 1 guy that does electrical.. So today I go to get the van at 5PM on Friday they charged me $900 for a tune up, a fuel filter $35 and to fix the windows.. that was the estimate but they only fixed 1 window then tried ti lie and say it DID work? the service writer RICK came out to the van to show me they do work, he's been telling me since Wednesday they are fixed and every works great.. I had to show him that there isn't even a switch for the right side window so how did it work for him? I said RICK you're lying to me just like you have been for 3 days and at that point the service MANAGER Duane came out and yelled at me " we're not going to talk about this anymore I'll call the police on you I told him to go a head, I was the one getting ripped off!! they came out and just told me to handle it a different way and yes they ripped me but now was not the time to talk about it. George Nunnally Chevrolet called the police on me after I complained about being ripped off! I never used a single cuss word or threatened anyone in any way.. I called RICK a liar.. which he is!Nunnally is a dealership built on ripping customer's off I should have read the reviews before going there.

Never even got to try them. We recently moved here and I called to get a oil change. Service advisor said they had a coupon for 39.95 oil change and tire rotation. Said mt vehicle too dexos oil, which I knew, and also took an extra quart which would be extra. Told them I just had new tires put on and I didn't need the rotation. They said the coupon was for both. I told him to just do the oil change and I would pay the 39.95. Said they couldn't do that and the oil change by itself would be more. I realized I was either dealing with idiots or crooks so after a few choice words I called Everett Chevrolet 13 miles down the road. Service advisor there said 29.95 for the dexos oil change, no ypcharge for the extra quart, and when I DID need a tire rotation it would be 39.95. Guess who got to do the oil change, and will get tell first shot at selling me a new vehicle.

I was searching Cars.com and emailed Brittany through the site. I was interested in a Toyota Tundra, but the miles were too high for good financing. So Brittany suggested a different vehicle. I found an 09 Silverado. I came up to look at it and was helped by Marc Naples. I test drove the Silverado and loved it. There was no pressure from Marc. I got a nice trade in for my 97 Nissan Pickup. The price was right where I wanted it. Off to the finance guy, and he was real nice too. He got me an excellent rate, warranty, and finish and interior protection. This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered and I have had many vehicles. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Nunnally. I also got 3 years or 36,000 mile free oil changes. I despised buying a new vehicle in the past. They definitely changed my mind!

I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for service. The service writers know me by name and that service dept it A1. I hate getting work done. But when I have to I know it is done right.I tried to negotiate for a new truck but the price was too high on this round. Two other area dealers quoted better deals. I will have to go back and negotiate some more, maybe with another ssalesman with more seasoning. I hate to take my new car business elsewhere. I am sure we will come to an agreement.

I SEARCHED THE TRUCK ON THE WEB SITE, WHICH WAS GREAT, A FEW PHONE CALLS, TEXT MESSAGES, 2 EMAILS, AND THE DEAL WAS DONE. DROVE 3 HRS ONE WAY, AND EVERYTHING WAS JUST LIKE WE BOTH AGREED. My repair was a couple of days over a holiday and they gave me a brand new 2014 truck to drive!! Everything was fixed perfectly and my car returned sparkling clean. I love Nunnally Service Dept.

this was the first time I had ever went car shopping without my husband and was greeted by Jim and knew right away that this was going to be someone I could work a deal with...We did go get my husband from work for his approval...I alone went back to discuss trade in value and basic monthly payment...the person who approved trade in value and then went back and increase trade in value so things would work out with my budget and from the beginning to end we were treated with excellent service and like we were priority in ever one who dealt with us....have not had service yet so can not comment on this but my son has a truck and has dealt with service for 5years and think it is excellent....the high point was George Nunnally came in right as we were working with the on star. My husband and George spoke like they had know each other for years, overall experience was excellent.

I had made My mind up before I got to the car dealership on the car that I wanted to purchase: and when I pulled into the lot I seen Several choices of 2014 Chevy Sparks and walked into the building telling the sales person "I Want That One" so he had me fill out a Application and had it processed ..and It only took a Hour and 10 minutes from the time I had walked in till the time I had the KEYS in my hand !! . I AM for the First Time a PROUD NEW CAR OWNER !!

I was referred to FRED RAINEY in the Service Department by friends of mine who are also Nunnally Chevrolet customers. I could not have been more impressed! Fred was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating, and the attention I received from him was exemplary. As for my car, I could not be happier with the service and the cost of the repairs I had done.

We received a recall notice for our 2014 Silverado. We live 2 hours away and arrived 45 minutes early for our appointment on Saturday. We were greeted when we walked in the door and thanked on the way out, which happened to be at our scheduled time. You have the friendliest staff of any dealership we have been to! Our salesman, Marc, even asked how we were doing. So far the long drive has been well worth it.

Up until the purchase of my new Cruze I have only had service work done on my vehicles at Nunnally. Event hough I had not purchased my vehicles there, I always received courteous service and the work provided by the service department always addressed my problems. Because of how I had been treated in the past is the main reason I purchased my Cruze there. Paul handled the purchase procedure professionally, without me having to endure the usual "sales pitch" and answered all my questions. All in all, it has been a pleasure dealing with the personnel at Nunnally. I can't ask for better service and I hope this is a long-term relationship........

I had done research on vehicles so I knew the type of vehicle I was looking for. Tony was a great help and made sure I found exactly the vehicle I wanted without any pressure. I was intending to buy used but I found a new car I could not walk away from. I felt the entire buying process was smooth and as low stress as car buying can be.

I would highly recommend Nunnally Chevrolet. While I was traveling out of town, 1 of my service engine lights came on. I called the service department and was assured it would be ok for me to finish driving 100 miles home. Arrangements were made to have my car serviced the next day at a time that was convenient for me. My car was serviced in a timely manner while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. I feel that the staff are not only friendly, but knowledgeable as well.

I was in there for some time working a deal and had come to terms on a financed amount but I also stated that I wanted the dealer to pay the sales tax and I wanted a lower interest rate. I know my credit is good so there is no way I would do a 6% interest. He went to his manager and spoke with him....AGAIN...finally came back with a separate sheet of paper and the only thing on there was a monthly payment and interest rate. Looked good, so I thought. The payment was lower as well as the interest rate but what I didn't know is they included the sales tax into the financed amount.Completely unjustified, underhanded methods. I do regret purchasing the vehicle. If it wasn't for the fact that the vehicle was for my wife and she was fine with it, I would have walked away.Never again will I go there. My first stop will be Fayetteville Auto Park. We purchased her previous vehicle from there and had a great experience.Nunnally - I tried you and regret it.

We drove 50 miles to look at a 2011 used SUV, we were told it would be cleaned and ready for us to look at when we arrived. We had to wait and listen to what was happening in the NW Ark. area for about 15 min before we were ever shown the vehicle. The suv was not as advertised, it was dirty and had pet hairs embedded in the seats. We had been told the vehicle was in perfect condition, which it was not and some of the original accessories were missing. It also had an open recall pending. Overall the people we talked to were nice enough, but misleading. We will probably not waste our time on this dealer again.

Went to by, sold truck I was interested in. Then found another and deal terms weren't what was discussed-left. Bought at Superior Chevrolet-Siloam. Will never do business at Nunnally - they are not honest and clearly looking to make as much profit as possible. Beware and shop around, compare Superior in Siloam and see for yourself!

I found a BMW 535 on-line and called to express and interest. The staff was polite, professional and we put the deal together with a trade before I ever arrived. I was skeptical they may say they couldn't honor their quote on my trade but not the case. My wife and I were out in about 45 minutes from the time we arrived including the finanicing paperwork with a good rate. Perfect Transaction.

By far the worst prices on new Tahoe's that I have found. They wouldn't even deal on a demo that I wanted to buy recently. Since they are local I tried to work with them but it seemed like I was bothering them and they would rather have sat there alone like they were doing when I drove in. I should have known better after buying a used Toyota Camry from them a few years ago where they lied about it's history and repairs that they did at my request before I bought the car. Never again will I set foot in their lot.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVERI was going to lease a mustang GT from them. Went in on saturday applied for finanacing and everything needed parent to cosign. On monday called them talked to sales manager said if i brought him 100.00 he would hold car until friday for me(since i couldnt get out there because of work). Gave me the whole speal how they want my business and since i was the first to try to get the mustang i had priority on it. on my way out there I call them tell them we are coming to get it that day instead of friday. They sold the car within 2hours after the Sales manager had given me my word he would not.
