Dropped off my car for service and as promised my loaner was waiting for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Picking up my car was the same except even faster. All work promised by Justin was performed and documented. It sure was great to work with professionals. Justin has recommended that I have additional items checked and work performed since my lease had it already included for feee. This saved me a trip back just for the oil change and tire rotation. I definitely would bring my car back to them. I live 3 miles from another Ford dealer and 30 miles from George Wall but yet I will stick with George Wall. Returned to George Wall for 2 year scheduled service. Once again I was met with true professional who had my car serviced and ready to go within an hour. Way quicker than I had expected. Keep up the great work. I’ll be back in a year for a new lease.

I brought my vehicle to George Wall Ford on two recall notices. The service department was easy to work with and incredibly professional. Justin Schwartz (the Service Advisor) and Danielle Kenny (the Service Receptionist) were very accommodating. They scheduled the recall appointment and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The repairs ended up taking longer than they original thought once the technicians dug into the work, but kept me informed every day as to their progress. When something unexpected came up during the repair, they even reached out to Ford to inquire if they would cover the cost of the additional item (which they did). It was a great experience. Justin and Danielle made everything hassle free. I would definitely return to have my vehicle serviced there.

Always a pleasant experience. I purchased my vehicle here in 2019 after tirelessly shopping around. Kate helped me find exactly what I wanted and took the time to ensure I was getting the best price possible. Everything she promised, she followed up on. I’ve serviced my vehicle here since and have ever only had positive experiences. From my service advisor, Justin, as well as the entire service team I’ve dealt with. They are professional, knowledgeable, and overly accommodating. It’s not too often you find an all around genuinely satisfying experience within a dealership these days. Just had the greatest service experience. Brett introduced me to his service team as I wanted to meet who would be servicing my Black Label Navigator. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I picked up my Lincoln I was treated excellent and my Navigator is back to 100%. Thank you Brett for going the ten extra miles for a customer. You now have a customer for life.

I have been buying Ford vehicles for over 30 years and my recent purchase of the Mach E at George Wall was the best experience EVER! They went out of their way to accommodate my wants and needs, and went over and above my expectations.
