Dropped off my car for service and as promised my loaner was waiting for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Picking up my car was the same except even faster. All work promised by Justin was performed and documented. It sure was great to work with professionals. Justin has recommended that I have additional items checked and work performed since my lease had it already included for feee. This saved me a trip back just for the oil change and tire rotation. I definitely would bring my car back to them. I live 3 miles from another Ford dealer and 30 miles from George Wall but yet I will stick with George Wall. Returned to George Wall for 2 year scheduled service. Once again I was met with true professional who had my car serviced and ready to go within an hour. Way quicker than I had expected. Keep up the great work. I’ll be back in a year for a new lease.

I brought my vehicle to George Wall Ford on two recall notices. The service department was easy to work with and incredibly professional. Justin Schwartz (the Service Advisor) and Danielle Kenny (the Service Receptionist) were very accommodating. They scheduled the recall appointment and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The repairs ended up taking longer than they original thought once the technicians dug into the work, but kept me informed every day as to their progress. When something unexpected came up during the repair, they even reached out to Ford to inquire if they would cover the cost of the additional item (which they did). It was a great experience. Justin and Danielle made everything hassle free. I would definitely return to have my vehicle serviced there.

The roadside assistance that comes with a car purchase leaves MUCH TO BE DESIRED. My car lost power. I was stranded for TWO HOURS on the side of the road, and the tow service didn't show up. I then called the Oceanport police for assistance because I started feeling the effects of the heat! They followed me home. My car had re-started but the service symbols were still on my dash. Once home, I received a call from the towing company that they were on site for 15 minutes. I received an invoice via e-mail for towing charges which were charged to my credit card. I notified them that I did not get towed and they should credit my account. I have not gotten a response. After 3 calls to George Wall Service, my car was picked up from my home and taken in for service. I received my repaired car the next morning.

My 2016 Lincoln MKX received its first periodic service. Everything was accomplished on time and, as far as I can tell, perfectly. My only minor comment is that, as the service department closed at 5:00 on that Saturday, and I live about 35 minutes from the shop, I would like to have received a cellphone call confirming that the work was completed, or going to be completed, before the absolute last minute before I had to leave in order to arrive prior to the shop's closing. The service manager and receptionist who provided me with a very nice loaner (upgraded and lower mileage than my) MKX for the day were both professional and courteous. I would not think of going anywhere else for my Lincoln service even though the location is not ideal for me.

In the past, I have had some bad experiences with dealership service departments, but George Wall's service department has restored my faith.As always, the staff was very helpful. This time, I was there for airbag replacement due to recall, which I imagine is a big job, yet the job was done in a timely manner. A loaner car was provided and my car was protected from dirt and such during the service with seat & floor covering & was returned to me in good condition.

I previously leased a car from Freehold Ford and for the next two years was so sorry I did so. So when I went into George Wall Ford I was prepared for the same miserable experience but boy was I surprised. Izzy was my salesman and was he ever amazing. He listened to me and even suggested that I take the car overnight to see how I like driving it as I was going from an Escape to a Fusion...that was the sellingpoint. The best was Izzy came in on his day off to see how I liked the car and help me purchase it. I told him I would come back when he was here but he wouldn't hear of it. Though there were a couple problems anyway, when I brought them to the attention of the owners they were immediately dealt with. This dealership practices very deceitful tactics. False advertising and information on their website, no explanation as to why the numbers on the new vehicle and on my trade-in were changing from day to day. I was asked to bring my car to their dealership for an appraisal under the pretense of getting an increase in the value. When these concerns were brought to the attention of personnel, they denied all of this. Very dishonest. Steer clear of this dealership!!!

I mostly spoke to Mr. Palermo, who was great, and everyone else in the dealership was friendly and willing to help in any way they could as well. There was a great selection to test-drive, and the prices offered were very reasonable. To top it all, when it turned out the car I was looking for wasn't available in my color, Mr. Palermo drove to Boston to pick it up from another dealership and then drove it to my door free of charge. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Ford or Lincoln in the nearby area. Or even if you're not - it was a two-hour drive for me, but if you want good prices and good service, it's worth it!

I unfortunately didn't have a great customer experience. Mike (the Greek) and Pauly (Service Manager) were wonderful. It's my experience with Matt Small that my experience went sour - very sour. His approach was not customer friendly at all - his tone, words and actions were ridiculous. He basically threw my keys at me and asked me to leave which I did. Obviously this behavior is tolerated since no other sales rep looked up or flinched at his actions.If it wasn't for Mike & Pauly calling me I would have purchased at another dealership. Great save Mike & Pauly!!I rated an 8 on if i would recommend basically because of my experience with Matt Small. If I should recommend anyone I would ask them to speak directly to Pauly.Truly sorry I couldn't give you perfect scores.

I was supposed to pick up my loner car at 7:45am and I was there at 7:30. When they opened at 7:45 they informed me that they didn't have a loner car and could I please call them later to see if a car was returned from the previous night. Obviously that was a real pain in the neck to have to call back and go back and pick up a car, but they did have one at 10am and I picked it up and it worked out in the end. The woman that took care of me handled it in the best way possible, but it was frustrating on my end to have to go back there twice to pick up a car which delayed them by 2hrs looking into my issue. I have only been there 2x's so far and it's been ok except for this loner car issue.

The salesman Joe Celli was great, very helpful and courteous. Our existing Ford lease was due to expire in DEC 2015, we made an apt to see what our options would be to either buyout the lease or turn it in and lease a replacement. Joe C worked with us to get us into a new Ford Escape that had the features we wanted that same night. We went home with a 2015 Escape Titanium Demo with 5400 miles. Love the car, there was a pulsing and knocking sound when pressing the brakes, it has gotten much better over the past two weeks but still a slight pulsing. I already have a service appointment for 10/23, I want them to look it over just to make sure the brakes/rotors are in good shape -- plus we've since noticed a funny smell when we used the heat, I'll have them look at that too.

Purchase experience was excellent. Made first service appointment using your website for oil change and also filled out the additional service request form to check manual transmission shifting which seems a little noisey when shifting. When arrived for service, was told they can only do the oil change and I would have to make another appointment to have trans looked at. I was a bit disappointed with that response, the service rep had no idea I requested the additional service online. Then he checked and saw the request form with the appointment. I guess my expectations were set a little too high being a Mercedes Benz owner also and would not have been turned away if it was a MB shop. Putting that incident aside I am relatively happy with this dealership to date.

I brought in my wife's 2013 explorer for service and I only have one real complaint. We picked it up at night and in the morning my wife noticed grease on the seat and the drivers side arm rest and handle. I was also disappointed that if I wanted to take advantage of the loaner car I would have to have waited 2 weeks to get this repair done. Fortunately it wasn't something that put the vehicle out of service and I happen to have a vehicle available this past week.

The desk staff is wonderful, but what seems to be out of their control is the amount of time needed for repairs. The last time the van was in, I believe it took 3 days, and this time, 4. I don't know whether it's due to overbooking service appointments, understocking parts, etc. When the repairs are made, the vehicle is fixed. I would also note that this is a 14 year old vehicle that is showing it's age. However, the last time it was in, I lost a hub cab after tires were rotated. The hubcaps had been there for 14 years. May be a coincidence.

I write reviews for a living so I wanted to take a very unique approach to what I wrote about my experiences with George Wall Ford Lincoln in Shrewsbury.Everyone at George Wall urged me to write a positive review. Most people, just taking possession of their vehicle would do exactly that. However, I decided to wait. I wanted to see what happens weeks after a person leaves the dealership. Would I feel as "special" long after the sale was over as I did the day I walked into the dealership? Unfortunately, I can't say I do feel "special" anymore. I will talk more about this in a few moments.Let me begin by saying that I have been a long-time leaser of Cadillac vehicles. Over the course of a decade I leased several Cadillac models. I like their brand. However, after a decade, I felt the brand was no longer re-inventing themselves.Meanwhile, Lincoln made a huge splash with the introduction of the 2016 MKX. Here was a real game-changer in the line of mid-sized luxury crossovers. I was intrigued by the smooth, quiet ride and the 19-speaker Rebel system.I did a lot of Internet research before even stepping into George Wall in Shrewsbury. I talked to someone who had just bought a 2016 MKX from Irwin Lincoln in Freehold. That person urged me to go see them first as they were a "family" operation who had treated him like family. He told me there was no haggling and that he felt he got a very fair and sound price for his vehicle.My choice to go with George Wall was solely based on the fact that they were less than a mile from my home. My salesman at George Wall was Bob Maloney. I really liked Bob and felt that he was a very knowledgeable and competent salesperson. I would recommend him highly. However, I didn't care for the haggling process. Of course, like any dealer, my price started very high. It took quite awhile to come down to a price that I felt was fair. However, once I got home I found out that the lease calculator on Lincoln's website showed an even better price. The explanation I was given seemed rather implausible given what I was pricing. I really have to give the most praise to Sales Manager Matt Small who went above and beyond the call of duty to secure me a 2016 MKX when there were none to be had. It was mid-Summer and the 2016 MKX vehicles were only beginning to make it to dealerships. The vehicle I had ordered would take at least 10 weeks to arrive. I was close to going with another Luxury brand because of the wait. There was an out-of-state dealer who had a MKX with comparable specs. The dealer was being unresponsive to requests to make a swap. Matt Small did a remarkable job of doing the impossible and securing me a vehicle despite the obstacles.For that, I should give George Wall Lincoln 5 stars. However, I was disappointed with a few things that happened after the sale was over.To begin with, the MKX, in general, is missing a huge feature. It does not have a digital speedometer in the instrument cluster. By all rights, it should be there. The owners manual states it should be there. I went back-and-forth with the Internet Sales Manager, asking him to help me get in touch with the right people to help me bring this issue to light. The best the sales manager could do was tell me to deal with Lincoln's online support. I found that response to be disheartening. I had already gone that route. Meanwhile, I just found out, by reading a Lincoln Internet Discussion group, that one owner's sales manager called Dearborn Michigan directly to bring his customer's concerns to the powers that be. Why couldn't someone in that position at George Wall Ford Lincoln not go the extra mile for me when I asked for his help?That same individual saw me the following day, sitting in the service area of his dealership. This sales manager, who I just leased a $60k vehicle from said "hello" to me as if I was an afterthought. I no longer felt "special." The magic was over.Also, vehicle prep was sloppy. Lots of outer vehicle transport stickers never removed. I was peeling off stickers for days afterwards.

Exceeded Expectations!From the moment I walked into George Wall Ford, my experience was extremely positive. I was greeted first by Matt and then by Ahmed. Matt assured me that he would do everything to make certain my car buying experience was pleasurable and that they would do everything to earn my business. From there Ahmed took over and took me on a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, only reassurances that George Wall Ford was here for me when I was ready. I must say Ahmed returned all of my calls. However I must point out that Ahmed even returned calls on his day off. He never kept me waiting! This is exceptional service. I have purchased Jaguars, Porsches, Mercedes, and Cadillacs and I was never treated nearly as well by those dealers. George Wall Ford is beyond exceptional! However the experience became even more outstanding. Paul the GM and Matt the sales manager did the impossible, they located the one and only white Mustang GT Premium convertible with a ceramic leather interior on the east coast from a dealer who never does dealer swaps! How they did it is nothing short of amazing. They went all the way to Quincy Massachusetts to ensure my happiness by getting my car in time for my birthday! Then to ensure my piece of mind, with regards to my 6 speed manual transmission Mustang GT being driven from Quincy Massachusetts to N.J., I was told that a family member of the owner of the dealership will be getting the car. UNBELIVABLE! My salesman Ahmed waited after the dealership was closed on a Friday night to receive my car from the swap and make certain that it would be ready for me on Saturday. This is personalized service. The management team Paul and Matt were so professional, always accessible and always accommodating It is rare to find a GM that actually is so thoroughly entrenched in each and every detail of a dealership. As stated I have purchased many vehicles and Paul the GM was involved in every step of my purchase and happiness. Finally when sitting with the finance manager, Johnathan Siegel he pointed out the virtues and peace of mind in purchasing the full protection package which is called Platinum which I did purchase. Now I have a brand new car backed by the protection that only Ford can provide. It is much better to buy your protection from the manufacturer. Had an engine failure just before the end of my extended warranty, but Ford stood by their commitment. Coincidently, they provided a Lincoln MK/c as a loaner car while they replaced the engine. We were so impressed with the MK/C we bought a new one (thank you Justin, our service associate!!!!!!). I thought your service was good. I have to be honest in that the drop off was a little confusing as your entrance is not easy to find and attendants were not readily available to assist me. This is my first vehicle with your company and I must say I have had more viable service and direction in my prior service centers with my previous cars. Although it is nice that you offer a loaner car, for a car like a Lincoln I was disappointed in the fact I had to get in a loaner car and leave the facilities to go to another location to then do paperwork to get the car. It took too much unnecessary time.

2011 Ford Escape. Service has been great, no problems, all who I dealt with were very friendly, especially Bill McVitty, service Mgr. They advised when some other things should be fixed or serviced, but no high pressure stuff. Only thing didn't really like, was the high cost of plugging a tire when it had a big screw removed. I think $30 plus per tire is a little much. I worked in a gas station when I was younger, real easy and only took a few minutes, and plug lasted for the life of the tire. Only complaint I have, and I know, times have changed, but I'll bet the plugs I used would last and be as reliable as todays plugs, or whatever they use now.

I felt the job was done very well, however on the end of my "the works" package, I felt the tire tread check was rushed and unaccurate. Tires were rated good and marked green; however when my tires now moved from the rear to front have 3/16 tread (current front tires), and my tires now moved from the front to rear have 4/16 or 5/16 tread (current rear tires). No tire recommendation was issued or requested.

I turned in my 2010 Lincoln 2 years ago for my current 2012 MKZ (I did not carefor the 2013 MKZ, it's smaller, and I hate the rear they put on it..looks like a ford fusion rear). I think your service dept is top notch, but my warrenty expires when I hit 50000 miles, so I may look at a Hyundai or Kia in the future as they have the 100000 mile warrenty, which should come with every new car sold regardless of brand.If Ford-Lincoln increases their warranty (which I paid extra for), I will definitely stay with Lincoln. I am a bit surprised that you don't extend the warranty going forward, as it does not speak well for your vehicles if they can only be trusted to stay in top shape until 50000 miles....My other gripe is that the same goes for the oil changes....they were for the life of my 1st Lincoln, but again-no more...Ford is biting itself in the "blanK", as Jiffy Lube is more convienent (and faster) and where do you think the customers are going to go once the free oil changes run out? Your staff is always friendly and eager to assist but friendly people are not a good enough reason to stay with a dealership in todays' world...They are all looking for the best deal , with the best benefits...I know, because I work in the auto insurance industry(20 years now) and customer loyalty is going right out the window.Please pass this on to your top people, and I do hope upper management takes a look at what I have written to you, and thinks long and hard on making a few changes that would only benefit the company in the long run. When I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Ahmed when I got the car home a friend of mine noticed a cigarette burn hole in the headliner on the driver's side of the car. I contacted Ahmed and he told me to bring the car in and he would have his service guys take a look at it. The services guy did an excellent job fixing it and you can hardly notice that the cigarette hole is there. That is what makes George Wall a great car dealership. They go above and beyond to help their customers and keep them happy. Ahmed was also very helpful teaching me how to use the bluetooth in my car. Buying a car is a big decision and everyone at George Wall made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me into doing anything. If I decide to get another car in the future, I would highly consider going back to George Wall. Jonathan was also a pleasure to deal with and he made dealing with all of the finance stuff for the car as easy as possible for me.

Kate was outstanding! I had purchased my Lincoln MKC from her 8 months before and knew I could count on her to sell us my wife's Ford Escape. She showed us several models and was very patient with us. To close the deal, she met my price. In completing the paperwork, Patti stayed late to finalize the transaction despite having received some devastating personal news earlier that day. His dedication was in my view above and beyond. We purchased a truck and had a few issues with the vehicle. Matt Small was eager to listen to our problems and concerns. The entire process he stood by our side and in my opinion excelled in customer service. When you are making such a large purchase you want to feel confident in the product you are receiving and in this case the vehicle. Matt really put all of our concerns at ease, he was in contact with us, assuring that everything would be taking care of and he did not disappoint. In the end, we ended up with a different truck (of course we are paying the price increase between the two) but we are extremely happy with our purchase. I can not thank Matt enough for always being honest with us, keeping us informed, and being a Sales Manager who really is concerned about his customers happiness.

They were extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs from the fresh coffee to the emergency cell phone charger I needed everyone pinch in to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable . I was impressed with our salesperson Jeff Capone who spent time to find just the right match and price for us for our new car. The financing dept was quick and efficient without trying to force extra packages and expenses on us that we didn't need. I decided to check out George Wall and Amhed was confident that he would get me exactly what I was looking for in my tight price range. And he did! I was amazed at how quickly this deal came about. There was no hassling or negotiating. He offered me a vehicle that had everything I wanted, met every specification, and was able to get it for my price in record time. The deal was made within the hour. Upon picking up the vehicle, it was absolutely gorgeous and I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you Ahmed and to the other workers at George Wall Ford. My experience at George Wall was absolutely terrible. I came because a family member referred me to Paul Palermo. Was told he could beat any price given to him. I explained to Paul what vehicle I was looking at, what options came with the car and the price I was offered from another dealer. After showing me 2 vehicles which were nowhere near the models I was looking for Paul told me I was being lied to about the prices. He then proceeded to tell me to come back when the deal "crumbled" and just walked away back into his office leaving me in lobby. He didn't even discuss any pricing with me. He Couldn't tell me that he couldn't come near the price I spoke about or event I've me the common courtesy of a handshake. It was completely disrespectful and no prospective customer should ever be treated like that. I took my business to Dana Ford in Staten Island and they gave me the deal that I was supposedly "lied" to about. Paul is an absolute disgrace to a field where the customer should always be right and should be ashamed of his actions.

A friend had recommended leasing a car through George Wall. He said between him and his brother, they've collectively been there over a dozen times. And I see why. From first meeting Paul to Ahmed pairing my phone to the vehicle's Bluetooth prior to me driving off, the experience was great. Not only were they friendly and efficient, but they had patience as I explored the different options available to me. What got me was when Ahmed asked me how did I get to the dealership and offered to return the rental to Budget. He even took the car to the gas station and filled the tank. Above and beyond. With that, I'll be one now recommending George Wall to family and friends.

I came on a snowy Saturday to search for my first vehicle with my family in tow. Initially, I felt very intimidated by the prospect, but Ahmed Ibrahim was so warm and easy going. He was extremely considerate and friendly, not pushy to make a sale. I personally was expecting just to look but wound up purchasing a 2014 Ford Edge. I left the lot and realized that I had some personal affects still in my old vehicle and Ahmed Ibrahim kindly retrieved them for me. Ahmed Ibrahim and Jonathan Siefel were very fair with me. I have been in the market for a new F250 for about a year. I hate buying cars. So, after plenty procrastination, I decided it was finally time to pull the trigger. I had previously visited several other Ford dealerships in my area, none of which I found particularly interesting to deal with. I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted and, after a quick internet search, I found George Wall had two matching vehicles (2015 F250 Lariats) on the lot. This morning, I submitted a form on the dealership's website at 9:30 am and had a call back from Miguel within 5 minutes. Upon arrival at the dealership, Miguel introduced me to Ahmed, who assisted me with my sales needs. By 2:30 pm the same afternoon, my new truck was sitting in my driveway. I found Ahmed to be very relaxed, personable, attentive, and detailed. He made the whole process really easy, which I appreciate. I felt the purchase price for my truck was very fair and the overall experience was top-notch. I will give George Wall Ford Lincoln my business again and recommend you give them a shot if you're in the market for a new or used Ford or Lincoln.

I was in the market to lease a new Lincoln MKC and return my Ford Edge that the lease was due in May. I went to Dana Ford in Staten Island and when I got my Edge and they offered me a price of $487 per month for 36months lease at 10.5K miles per year and $2500 down. I told them no way it was very high and they came back with$350 per month with same terms. I was very upset and decided to contact George Wall Lincoln since Dana Ford didn't value my loyalty. I spoke to two people Joe and Ken from George Wall Lincoln and explained to them for over 30mins my situation. They asked me to come in from Staten Island and promised that they will not waste my time and beat the price from Dana for a new MKC. My wife and I drove for 45 mins each wasy plus toll and gas only to be told go back to Dana Lincoln we can beat the deal. This was total bait and switch and they totally lied and made us drive for almost 2hours. I would never recommend anyone to use these guys and yes Dana did offer and we have a new MKC for $350 per months with $2500 down and 36month. They told us that Dana was going to do a bait and switch and give us an Escape instead of a MKC. Obviously they were wrong. This dealership is dishonest to make people drive 2 hours plus gas and toll to tell me something totally different from what was promised on the phone and I pushed hard to make sure they had ALL the facts and was told no problem we will beat the price. The sad part NO one even apologized especially Joe who made the promise and made us come in. I run 500mill in hotels across the US and we would be out of business with this kind of customer service and dishonesty. So heads up to anyone driving long distance to see these guys make sure they give you a firm price on the phone so you dont have to go through what we did.

I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and the process was a lot of fun! I found George Wall Ford through a search of certified pre-owned vehicles on the Ford website. I had spent two months looking for used cars online and had a very specific set of criteria for my desired vehicle (ratings, certification, mileage, appearance, options and of course price). I was excited to discover what looked like a perfect match at George Wall. My first point of contact was customer relations manager Amanda Lees, who was very helpful in quickly confirming the availability of the car, setting up an appointment for me the next day and providing me with information that wasn't available on the online listing. My salesman Ahmed Ibrahim was extremely friendly, respectful and patient. He answered all of my questions in a direct manner and took me through the process as expeditiously as possible. Working with business manager Pat Osterlo on the financial side was a true pleasure. She was deeply knowledgeable and straightforward about all fees and charges. My experience at George Wall was a delight by any standard, and the dealership in general was a highly professional and very pleasant environment. I am so happy with my purchase and appreciative of everyone who helped me with it.

I purchased a certified preowned Ford Edge. I knew what I was looking for and did not want to go over my price range. The salesman, Mike Lally, did not attempt to persuade me to buy another vehicle or to spend more money than I wanted. I was treated with respect and felt no pressure to buy. I was encouraged to test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted and it was no problem at all when I advised that I wanted my mechanic to look at the vehicle prior to purchase. I could not have asked for a better overall car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike Lally in particular. This will be my first stop when I need another vehicle! The vehicle was in great shape and beautifully detailed by the service department.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition for my wife. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was one small issue with the vehicle that I didn't even notice (a scratch) that the manager pointed out and explained step by step how it would be addressed. I was so impressed with how I was treated and more importantly how courteous they were to my wife. This is the best experience I have ever had with any purchase. After countless trips to different dealerships trying to figure out what car I wanted I'm glad my 3 month journey ended at George Wall! I had initially emailed back and forth with Jeff about a TrueCar estimate I had received. Jeff always promptly answered my emails and calls. When I got to the dealership Jeff introduced me to Mike Lalley. Mike is an excellent salesperson and understood that I was only coming in to test drive the car. I had explained to him that I had been to several dealerships and I didn't want to waste his time or mine, I only wanted to hear what the final price would be. I find that a lot of other sales people would look at me being a young female as an easy target and try to pull one over on me, but Mike always treated me with the utmost respect. He never once pressured me to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. He answered my phone calls and even worked around my crazy schedule. Although as Mike said "The MKC could sell itself" and he was right but his friendly persona helped me finalize the deal. I LOVE my new MKC and I am so happy I decided to buy it at George Wall!

George Wall was the third Ford Dealership I went to for comparison. By far the best in customer service in the way of understanding the customer's needs and matching them with the best deal. Salesman and Manager were very pleasant and easy to work with. My only suggestion is that the Finance person take a less assertive position when selling the extended warranties. This was the only time I felt pressure that made me feel uncomfortable.

My 2012 MKZ just was serviced for iol change/etc. I know I am entitled for free oil changes for a while, but they used to be for lifetime of car(as with my 2010 MKZ). Ever since my dealer Kevin left-I no longer get emails/phone calls/etc-he made me feel a little special being part of the Lincoln/Ford family...what happened to all of that? I will be inclined to but from a dealership offering the best of services-many now offer free oil changes for as long as you own the car, or up to 100000.00 miles-I work in the car insurance industry, so we ask many people who buy different cars what services/perks their cars came with. I was also issued a LIncoln Credit card, which I misplaced when i was having my kitchen remodeled, and no one at Lincoln could find my information. I am just a little disappointed in the dealership itself...Still loving my MKZ

The Mercury Grand Marq is a great car and I'm disappointed that Ford discontinued it!...the a/c issue that I had is the same issue that 4 other Grand Marq owners that I know also experienced...perhaps you should check with dealer across the country as it is possible that this could a one of a few flaws that this model experienced...?

Vehicle was purchased on a Thursday night. I had come to pick up a car that was in for service. The car was found to have a hole in the floor pan and upon the inspection needed a lot more work that was not worth to put into an 11 year old car with 152k miles. Visited the showroom and had an idea of the type of vehicle wanted between an Escape and a Focus hatchback. We test drove the Escape and my wife loved the way it drove. The salesman was very helpful in describing the attributes of the vehicle and explaining the rebate program. We decided then and there to get the car. The sales manager and the finance manager were extremely helpful in getting the car that night. We drove it away and now with 1000 miles on it and we are extremely pleased with the car and the sales personnel.

I called this dealer a day in advance to ask if vehicle was stilll there and discuss a price. This is because i live an hour away. I came to an agreement on a price over the phone and was told the vehicle would be held for me until the next day when i could make it there. I got to the dealer the next day vehicle was still on the lot and i went in and talked to a sales rep. I took the vehicle for a ride and loved it and started to do the paperwork. Now this is where it starts to go downhill. The sales rep that was helping me was so slow with doing all the paper work and i sat there for two hours just for them to come out and tell me that they sold the vehicle! Dont you think it would have been a good idea to check that before i even went on a test drive. Something doesnt sit right with me but they also sent out there finance manager to tell me the two guys who were helping me never came out and said sorry they stayed and the back an hid. Overall this was an absolutely terrible experience never have i ever been so frustrated!

I had an issue with the dealership keeping their word. I was sold a certified preowned vehicle with scratches, with a promise that they would fix them or repaint them if need be. I could not get a returned call for months and was sent from manager to manager. I must have worked with every manager there. I was told my remote start would be in the same key fob, but it was in an extra key fob. Then I was told that my car would be fixed in a day, but it took 7 days. I was actually called, and was corrected with my complaint. Reminding me of everything that was "done" for me. Just about everything I was promised fell through, until I went to the better business bureau. They ended up fixing everything, but it was too little too late. I would not even go back there for service at this point.

Right from the beginning I could tell that Matt was willing to work with me. All the items that we agreed to came true. He helped me set up my telephone in the car. When I had a problem he helped me out in a timely fashion. He made sure that he answered all my questions. When I brought the car in to have the brakes checked the service department checked them and fixed the problem.Would I recommend this dealership to other people I would say absolutely yes.

We were looking to purchase a new truck for our family. When my husband found something he liked he then took us to see if that is what we wanted. We were welcomed by Mike and Matt as if they new us for years. I personally don't like car dealers because they all tend to be pushy and that is very annoying. To my surprise Mike and Matt were not those guys. They asked us what we were looking for what we wanted in the vehicle and found what we wanted. Mike was not there when came back with a decision so Matt took good care of us. Matt is already the sales manager but if he wasn't he should be. I was in the process of considering a new vehicle and was considering a lincoln and a F150. As a long time Mercedes and Lexus owner, i was considering upgrading my 98 MB (which is in prestine condition) and considering another benz. I received a "lincoln date nite promotion which allowed me to test a lincoln for 48 hours. I was also considering a pick up of which they had an beautiful King Ranch on the lot. I drove the pick up and had the lincoln for 2 days. Denise DeMarco was my intitial contact after responding to an internet inquiry, and she was great in her discussions with me. when i got to the dealership i was introduced to Joe Celli, who was (and is my sale person). Kate Sagitova arranged the date nite (test drive of the lincoln. Pat was the person who ultimately worked with me on the signing of the papers. to make a long story short, i leased a F150 King Ranch as the quality and luxury was superb. the lincoln is quality also, but emotionally did not fit.there are three important factors when i acquire a car--1. Quality of the car company and products--Ford has met and exceeded this area. 2. Quality of the dealership-George Wall has a great reputaton and this was displayed in working with Kate,Denise and Joe; 3, Attitude and sales person approach to "sellng". Joe Celli is a long time employee of George Wall (20+years) and his approach is not a hard sell, or to be candid, not like a "car saleman" of bygone eras. He was not pushy, but informative, considerate and very knowledgable of the products. As we all know we have choices on where we can buy a car. this dealership is about 20 miles from my home, and i could have bought at a ford dealership 2 miles away. i bought from George Wall because of Joe Celli. he made the buying experience of a new vehicle a pleasure.highly recommend George Wall Ford and working with Joe Celli. And note I have not had an american made product in over 25 years. Thank you Joe, Kate, Denise and Patty you were great also.

I brought my 2008 Lincoln MKZ in for mechanical check. I was hearing noises in front wheels. After they checked it they told me I need front rotors and pads. I had them do the repairs and they still charged me the fee to check it. I thought disagnositc charges are waived if the facility repair the vehicle. Boy oh Boy was I wrong. This dealership charges the diagnostic cost too. Never No More !! What a complete rip off. Better off going to Pep Boys.......at least they waive the diagmostic check.

On July 28, 2014, I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from the sales manager, Matthew Smalls, at George Wall dealership. It was my first time buying a car so I wasn't very knowledgeable about the process. 200,000 miles I brought my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer into George Wall Lincoln Mercury in May of 2013, I wanted to know if it was safe to drive, I am in outside sales and drive a great deal. The car had 192K miles on it and was showing its age. The diagnostic tests and inspection of the vehicle revealed many areas of concern which were discussed with me by the service tech. It was decided that some repairs would be made to make the car safer. Shortly after picking the car up it began to have issues and I emailed the service department my concerns. Bill McVitty and Jeff Wall responded the following day. Jeff asked Bill to take care of the situation and contact me. The following day I brought the car back and Bill personally oversaw the additional repairs necessary to make the car safe. I cant begin to express how impressed I am with the Service Department at George Wall dealership in Shrewsbury. They have paid personal attention, from Mr. Wall on down, to my situation and have resolved the problem. I would highly recommend their company for your Mercury and Ford vehicle repairs, they have shown me through their actions that they truly do care about their customers. My wife and I will return to purchase our THIRD vehicle from them soon.

Most times these review boards are used to complain, not me though. I brought my Mountaineer in to have service done because of a concern I had with the front end making a popping sound when I made hard turns. After several days, during which I was afforded a loaner car, the repairs were "completed" and I went to pick up the car. I spent a great deal of money for the repairs, as expected, but I use my car for business so needed to feel safe in it. Unfortunately, when the car went back on the road much to my dismay, the problem had not been fixed. I reached out to Bill, the service manager, and Jeff Wall regarding my frustration via an email on a Sunday night and on Monday morning was contacted by Bill and asked to bring the car back. I did, and they continued to look into the problem, and this is where the experience changed from frustration to elation. Bill was attentive to every issue regarding the car, working with me to find the best solutions. When the repairs were completed I took the car back and was extremely pleased with the results. If you are looking for honest evaluations, fair prices, and great customer relations when servicing your vehicle, this is the place to visit.

I enjoyed shopping around and looking for the right truck that fit me. George Wall ford assisted me in finding a used 2010 ford ranger for a fairly great price. I financed it for 4 years and I'm enjoying every minute of driving this truck. If you're looking for quality service and a great deal that can't be beat on any of their cars I would say George Wall Ford and Lincoln would be your best bet.

My husband and I went car shopping on a cold winter weekday. We were the only customers in the dealership. We were looking to buy our 4th Explorer for cash without a trade-in. The receptionist greeted us, but we were never offered a seat or anything else. We stood and waited until a salesman was finally found. I dealt with Mike Lalley. very easy to deal with. No pressure, funny and easy going. I made him bring out about 6 vehicles before I found the one the wife and I wanted. He didn't even blink when we kept asking to see another one. I have had George Wall fix other vehicles for me that were not purchased there and I was anxious to buy there because I think their Service Department was FAIR, HONEST, and RELIABLE. I went shopping last Friday for a new Ford to replace my old Dodge Pickup Truck. I had also been thinking about selling/trading my 4 year old Honda CRV for a new one a few months down the road. Well, I stopped to look a the new Subaru as I had seen them and herd they were tops on styling. Dan Willis, our salesman, greeted us immediately (unlike two other dealerships that day where were not even acknowledged after 5 minutes. Dan was knowledgeable, personable but not high pressure by any means. He guided us, explained the differences between the Outback and Forrester (we bought the Outback). We then went tothe Ford ealer down the street, and had, once again to ask for a sales person, who did not know much about the product and seemed hurried. Wow! Was it because I had ripped my jeans in the seat, and thus looked like I had no money? I don't know. So we gave up on the Ford/Pick-Up Trade, and decided to go ahead with the Outback/CRV trade. The car is beautiful. Though they are both good cars, the Outback is more technologically advanced and higher rated. Buying it was easy, not a lot of haggling back and forth, and we 've had.were in and out in a couple of hours. It was one of the best buying experiences we.

I cant even tell you how bad my experience was in 1000 words, but if you truly like to know why nearly everyone hates to buy cars thru a dealership , please free to call me I felt embarrassed, Cheated, manipulated and muscled. I have never written a review in 49 years, but this purchasing experience was the most torturous 15 week period of my life.I even attempted to call the manager several times and he refused to call me back . I ask the salesman and left messages for him to call me.. He simply ignored my attempts to reach him. All i wanted was clarity and a little transparecy on my purchase . And even while the Vehicle was over 8 weeks late from the promised arrival--they continued to treat my like a jilted whatever with no recourse.Im only wasting my time writting this because i hope nobody ever ever has to go thru something like this again. I would hope a company like Ford would respect their reputation enough to make an effort to never let something like this happen again. thk you for your time

Compliments to the Chef!! Just when you thought good old fashioned service was a thing of the past I had the opportunity to be taken care of by the staff at George Wall. I felt like I was at a full service J.W. Marriott resort, except I was shopping for a car. From the moment I walked in to the last contact I had with all the employee's it was not the same old stuff. Jeff the internet sales manager and Anthony both worked to help find exactly what I was looking for. This place is not your typical dealer you may have experienced. Below is the email I sent to Adam, their "Business Development Manager, who according to his email is on my side"... " I find it laughable that you would ask for my feedback since technically your sales staff still has not responded to my latest offer. I understand that I am not a highly profitable customer buying a 50 thousand dollar Lincoln, but I would think my money is just as good for the vehicle I was interested in. I was interested in the 2008 Mercury Mountaineer, which I test drove. The fact that the vehicle was not even ready for sale after being listed online for months says a lot about your dealership. The vehicle had multiple problems/issues, including an air bag sensor malfunction. After leaving the dealership I decided to make an offer factoring those multiple issues into my offer. After multiple phone calls with Jeff in Sales, all of which I had to follow-up on since your sales managers felt it was not worth their time, I made what I considered a fair offer which I came up more than half the original difference. I guess you guys only give "Presidential" Service when 50k dollars are involved." In what is a pattern for the dealership, no response to my statements which they asked for. I can not speak to the new car experience.

Thursday,friday,saturday and 25 phone calls could get any information on new mkz , I tryed to renew my lease been a lincon customer for 2o years, called michelle marino the b d c manager, could give me any answers thu nigth, promised next day phone call with all the information requested( full disclosure on the lease which I am intitle to under nj dmv,michelle although polite didn't have the power or knowledge, her manager did PAUL PALERMO, of course michelle never called me and was until 5.30 next day I was able to get in touch with her to find out she couldn't get the information bc of PAUL PALERMO,was not till later that he called that he called,rude ,arrogant and if in shock that I needed a disclosure on the lease, after all he was a business man, called saturday 10x finally he picked up his phone acting like he was surprised atthe questions of disclosure I needed, he was arrogant rude and from the way he answered me incompetent, gave the benefit of the doubt but I was leary about dealing with somebody so stupid ,rude,arrogant and incompetent,of course neither paul or michelle called me back.I live 7 miles from that dealership and being a veteran lease customer I basically needed a full disclosur such as msrp,sale price ,lease rebates,loyalty and fees before going to lease a car( this is something you are legally intitle to, there is too many hidden cost in a lease and an opportunity to get robbed if you are dealing with the likes of PAUl PALERMO and his misrepresention and predatory tactics) DON'T BUY A CAR HERE or go to this dealership or shake hands with any sales associate while PAUL PALERMO is at the helm you will walk away with 5fingers less.

Paul could not have been more incompetent if he tried. I ordered a Mustang in March and three months later I still didnt have a car. He gave me multiple stories even told me at one point that the car was built, 4 weeks later still no car. Since I soon realized not to believe a word this man told me I called Ford directly. Paul never processed my order correctly wich delayed my process for two months. I understand mistakes happen but this man was completely arrogant and rude. Ford themselves told me that it was the dealerships fault I finally asked for my money back and was able to deal with professionals elsewhere. Three days after getting my money back I had the car I wanted in my driveway. Do yourself a favor the last thing you want to do is buy a car from these people it would be quicker if you walked to factory and picked it up yourself

They gave me a bid on the internet...then tried to sell me a lesser car, last years model for much more money!!! They told me they were going to deal on certain options...they actually tried to charge more than the list price for those options telling me they could help a little. Beware of the things they tell you....then they financed the car at 1.5 percent more than the same bank was charging...I went to the bank the next day to ask about their rates and they verified the lower rate to me! I also wanted to leave my existing car there for a quote on some work, they wanted $190 dollars for evaluation and over $3,000 for the repairs...i took it to a local shop and they changed nothing for the inspection and the entire bill for fixing the car was $400.....beware of this dealership, and check everything they tell you.

We are leasing currently a Ford Edge and a Ford Flex from George Wall. We had another Edge that just recently was lost in the Sandy storm. We have therefore had two purchase (lease) engagements with George Wall Ford and both times they were as good an experience as one could hope for when selecting and negotiating for a car. Kevin Karajz is 3 decades in car sales. He's knowledgeable because he is a car sales pro. Not a guy doing this as a second job or someone in between careers. He knows what he knows because he is seasoned and he knows what you as a customer need to know (or at least what we needed to know). What more can you ask for then that? The sales managers (Andy and Paul) are great guys too and they play their roles with class and care. They also do a great job of representing the interests of the dealership. I have no problem with the dealer making a living and staying in business.The Service Department headed up by Bill McVitty and our contact Cat Trembley are arguably the best examples of customer care professionals as you will ever meet. Along with the Loaner Car specialist, Lori Costello, they are a team of pros who understand that on service issues you want your appointment to be prompt; issues expressed clearly; remedies expressed in terms of "what" and "when" and they do this VERY well...and then you want to be functional with a loaner car so that your world doesn't stop because of your car. They get it!

The day I came to pick up the car was an even better experience as Pat Osterio gave me all the details I need and answer all my questions. Then Kevin gave me a hands on orientation of the car and all the feature. Kevin even help register the on-line services features so that he sync my phone before I left the dealership. 7-3-12 --- I have to say that this was one of the rare times that we were not "pounced" upon when walking into a car dealership. That in itself is a pleasant thing. Eventually we hooked up with Paul Tomaselli who availed himself to us with unlimited time and patience. We in fact pounced on him with endless questions and concerns about the Ford Fusion. Needless to say we did buy the car, but only because Paul was so thorough and clear with all his explanations that he wiped away any concerns we might have had. He also gave us a 100% hands-on demonstration on just about every feature this car had. He took the extra time to not only explain the Sync system to us, but to demonstrate it as well.Unfortunately I do not remember the gentleman's name that handled our financing, but I have to say that he was an asset too. He also took the time to patiently explain the many options that were available to us. I appreciated that.Would I ever buy a car from this dealership again? You betcha, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. My hat's off to you for being the best you can be.

Bought a certified pre-owned 2008 dodge dakota last year. Recently took it to a different machanic and he brought it to our attention that it was in a flood. How a flood vehicle got certified pre-owned by this dealership is ridiculous. As my mother was speaking to Andy about the situation, Andy stated that they do not certify pre-owned dodge vehicles. Andy went on to say that my mother does not know how to read the sticker from the 2008 dodge dakota that stated "certified pre-owned" and that our mechanic was an "alarmist." He apparently has no ethics at all as he stated that if we took the truck to another dealership to trade in the would not find out about the flood damage until we were far off their lot. Andy also said that no one would want to buy the truck again because of a minor accident a few months prior. My question: Why are you trying to sell a flooded vehicle in the first place? Andy did not make us very happy as consumers mainly due to his customer service skills. Unless another problem occurs with our vehicle from George Wall, my family and I will not be returning there due to the experience we had.

Joe Celli at George Wall Ford was very straight forward and pleasant. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and genuine. I visited two other dealers and George Wall has the best price and the friendliest staff. I usually don't take the time to write on these types of review websites, but I was happy to do it this time. We were very happy and very impressed with the customer service which we received from both Kevin Karajz and Michael LaCapria at George Wall Ford. They were extremely knowledgeable with the Ford Explorer and all of its well-equipped technology and accessories. They made us feel "at home" and did not pressure us into any decisions we were not ready to make. We would definitely recommend George Wall Ford to anyone.

While shopping for a used Ford Explorer, I saw a 2008 Explorer with 30K miles at George Wall. I met with a sales rep as well as the used car manager. Unfortunately, they would not come down to a reasonable price. They originally listed it wayyy overpriced, dropped it a couple grand to a realistic ASKING price, but wouldn't budge. I offered them about 2 grand under their new asking price and they wouldn't meet me in the middle. (This was on a weekend, and the following Tuesday I saw it listed on AutoTrader for a few hundred less...they budged, but not for me).The day I was there, I offered to pay close to their asking price if they could certify it. The vehicle had new tires, brakes, battery, alignment, etc but was not certified for some reason. It was shady because the used car manager looked at the stats and mumbled to himself "why isn't this certified". (I suspect there may have been an issue with the vehicle that did not show on the Carfax report?) The used car manger said he'd look into a certification and call me during the week. He never did. A couple weeks later after a couple of calls to to the used car manager and my salesman, they finally got back to me stating it wouldn't be certified. They dropped the price a few more hundred over the phone, but it was still overpriced for what it was. I politely told them to call me back when they come closer to my price range.I watched the vehicle drop a couple hundred dollars on AutoTrader every week or so over the next two months. It had eventually fallen to a more realistic price range (of course they never called me) and sold. But I had already found a 2010 model that was much better for only a few thousand more so I never went back to George Wall. Basically, they were greedy and held out for more money than I offered. After dropping the price more and more, they eventually sold it for close to what I was offering 2 months earlier! They might've made a few hundred dollars more, but when you figure in monthly interest dealers usually pay on their inventory, they broke even. But they did me a favor!In the end, I do respect the salesman and manager because they were direct and pretty polite about what they were willing to accept for the vehicle. I just wish they were a little better with their follow-up and called back when they said they would. I would shop this dealer again, but wouldn't get my hopes up until the deal is closed because they'll hold steadfast on the price, even if they hurt themselves in the process! Basically, only go to George Wall to check out a vehicle if it's already priced near your price point, because they won't drop much, and aren't willing to negotiate in terms of certifying a (good condition) used car.

Total Nightmare, dealership was a 3 ring circus and pulled the classic bait and switch. Went in there to purchase a used vehicle and get an appraisal on my trade in, left with those numbers to put some thought into it. Called back a couple days later, and they pulled a bait and switch, by lowering the price of my trade in and raising the price of the car I was going to buy. Then negociations fell off since the car was "sold", received a call a couple days later and was told that deal fell through and now the car is back up for sale again. Went back to the dealership for the 3rd time, sat down to talk numbers and then was told the car was sold again, so why did they make me come back? Who knows.

After visiting a few dealers in New York, I began corresponding via email with Pete (the internet manager)at George Wall Ford in New Jersey. He was courteous, honest and expedited my request very quickly. He quoted me a good price for a vehicle that I expressed interest in and provided me with written quotes and sticker labels of the vehicles he had. What a refreshing change from the previous dealers I had been to where they would pull the "bait and switch" act. I highly recommend this dealership for their integrity, honesty and reliability. New Yorkers - it is worth the trip!

I came into the George Wall dealership knowing what I wanted and that I wanted to walk out with a good deal without a lot of haggling and in a short amount of time. I had my calculator and pricing research with me which scares most sales people.I was approached by Kate Sagitova who immediately wanted to understand what I wanted vs just trying to sell me something. She quickly assessed that the model with all options I required was not available on the lot, I had real specific requirements. Kate quickly did her research to find the exact model/options I wanted and worked with her manager to provide me an exceptional price the first time around. I had been to many dealers and none were able to provide such a good price let alone on the first offer. We agreed on pricing and I was promised the vehicle would be brought to the dealer within a few days. Kate followed up with me the next day to confirm the vehicle was available and would be delivered the next day and confirmed she would be there to handle the final paperwork and pickup.Picking up my new car was like no other experience I have had before. All commitments on pricing, options and delivery were met. I have purchased at least 8 new vehicles and no one had ever spent the time and attention with me as Kate did in explaining all the car functions, bells and whistles. She took her time to answer all my questions and I left the dealership feeling very good about my purchase.The dealership is excellent but Kate was exceptional.

I bought a used Ford Focus 2001 wagon from George Wall. It's been an overall very pleasant & friendly experience. The salesman (Bob Maloney) is kind & friendly & went an extra mile picking me up from train station. The dealership made the necessary preps & checks to the car and caught problem like replacing a cracked fuel tank hose & supplied the service record. The dealing process went very pleasantly & I arrived at a very good price without much haggling. They don't charge unnecessary charges that some unscrupulous dealership may try to impose. The car was of reasonable good quality & I'm happy with the purchase. I gladly recommend this dealership to anybody. It's no surprise that this dealership has a good rating.

Kevin was able to fix the station assignments on our TC's XM satellite radio, after Sirius-XM tried four times and failed. Although he is in the sales department, he turns out to be a very talented, hands on engineering type, and he went out of his way to help me in my 2006 TC, outside in 100 degree heat, and for no charge. It proved to be just one more example of the stupendous service we get from our friends at George Wall Ford-Lincoln dealer. This has to be one of your finest dealerships.

We have bought a number of Ford's from this dealership and always been very pleased with the purchase process and service department. The service and responsiveness around our most recent purchase of a 2011 Escape was especially conmendable. We worked initially with Pete, as our inquiry was through the internet channel and later with Kevin who closed the purchase. We had a number of starts and stops to the process as we were only interested in one model that needed to be traded in and we were undecided around how best to sell our present Escape Hybrid. Thoughout these chapters Pete and Kevin were very helpful and very price competitive. Bottom line it all worked out great, and I would highly recommend working with both of them as well as the dealership in general.

My current Lincoln MKS is the 4th car I've purchased from Kevin (I followed him from another Lincoln dealer when he moved to George Wall). I consider him more as a friend than a salesman. Since the current dealership is further from my home, he'll pick up my car for service or other work and bring it back when done, if necessary. He know Lincoln cars and is always ready to talk on the phone about any car questions or problems. I trust him. I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with him for any car purchase.Forgot to mention the service. They know their cars. When Kevin brought my car in recently for an AC repair, they found and fixed, under the warranty, an unrelated problem that I thought was the way the car was built. That's what I call taking care of the customer.

Kevin is fantastic. He spent a lot of time with myself and my wife explaining all the oiptions of not only the car but leasing vs buying, etc. also, trying to accommodate ue with the type, color, options etc. of each car that we were interested in getting. Afterward when we picked up the car he spent what seemed like forever (in a good way) explaining all the bells and wistles and especially the sync for cell phones. We are on our forth car now and have recommended Kevin to our friends and family and everyone is equally satisfied. He was a rare find indeed. And George Wall is a great dealership with equally nice and competent staff. And the free oil changes are a great touch. I recommend Kevin and George Wall highly without reservations. RCT

I have been coming to George Wall for well over 30 years. Yes people retire or move on. Andrew Sosa is fairly new at George Wall but he fits right in with his nice smile and always there to help. He is courteous and friendly and it is a pleasur dealing with this company. Mr. McVitty who I have known longer is a class person as manager of the entire service department. I stopped in to see Joe after I purchased the car with questions on the car's technology and he was as helpful as he was before the sale. It's why I keep going back.

I have bought 2 new cars and one used car from Kevin at George Wall. Kevin was very attentive to the features and pricing I was looking for in each car and finding the right match. Kevin was very easy to deal with and I never felt pressured. I also walked away from another deal with Kevin based on the desire to have a different car brand and went back to him later because he did not treat me any differently or in a way that made me feel uncomfortable.

In January of this year, Kevin our salesman contacted me regarding the end of my lease which was this Spring. We met with Kevin and he explained to us that if we ordered exactly what we wanted he would still be able to deliver the deal we wanted and expected. Kevin was so accommodating and informative on the product, Lincoln MKX, that we put together our wish list and he delivered to us the car we wanted. Working with Kevin was a breeze. The dealership is top shelf not only in the showroom but also in the service department. (This is my second car from George Wall Lincoln/Ford, Red Bank). I recently leased a Ford Expedition XLT through Kevin Karajz at George Wall and was EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience. My situation was unique in that I was trying to prematurely exit a lease due to the lack of passenger and storage space in my existing SUV. Our search started on AutoTrader. We were not familiar with Wall Ford. We made an appointment to see a low mileage 2007 Cadillac. When we got there, we were met by a pleasant, professional who gave us an excellent deal on a trade-in. We love our "new" car. We thought car shopping had to be painful. I've been purchasing Lincolns from George Wall since about 1984. Looking back I believe I've been with Ford Motor Company for two reasons:1) You dealer has given me excellent service over the years. Your leasing personnel - first Vinnie, now Barbara (Piasecki) have been extremely accommodating. You are placing more and more computerized factors in your cars which are over my head. Barbara is more than happy to program the Sirius and go over all of the new features. The service manager rates 100% on any repair or servicing.2) Ford makes a great Lincoln - and is American made. I was very happy to see your president refuse government money and survive the recession with current resources. Ford's good business sense has been reflected in its stock prices.

Chuck is honest helpfull and I always get a good deal. So I always want to come back to buy a car from him. I have been dealing with this dealership for probably 10 years or more and will continue to do so. I put 60-70 thousand miles a year on my car and customer service is a big issue with me. When purchasing a new car they are very thorough in showing me the details. Financing and accounting have never been a problem. When my car needs service it is done professionally and explained very well what needed to be done. They go over to top to provide the exceptional service that a all top quality dealerships should provide.

The dealership was recomended to my by friends. It was the first dealership I went to for the purpose of buying a car. I called the dealership first and made an appointment to come in. I met John MacDonald,he answered all my questions. I felt no pressure to buy at that time. When he brought the car up the Ford Taurus for me to test drive, he explained all the features of the car. He told me if I needed further help afyer I bought the car to call him and he would set up a time to come in and he would help me and answer my questions.

After leasing Jeeps for many years, I decided to give the Ford Edge a try, having gone on a road trip with friends and falling in love with the car. I had a great experience with George Wall Ford and its employee, John MacDonald. He didn't have a stereotypical 'salesman' personality, and was very kind and courteous. He concentrated his efforts on getting me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. This was my 6th leased car, and it was the best experience I've ever had with a salesperson. I definitely recommend John and George Wall Ford.

I had purchased a used truck at this dealership. Actually they found it for me - - another great job. That's when I met Kevin. I wanted a bed liner for the truck. Kevin came to my house and took the truck to work with him to have it installed. When the plates game, I didn't even go to the dealership. He came to my house and put them on. This is service above and beyond the call. That is why I went to George Wall to buy my new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I didn't even really want or need a new car. I have had Cadillac Devilles for the past 15 years. I went back to Kevin to buy a new car from him. In addition, the dealership gave me a great price. I have recommended George Wall and Kevin Karajz to several people.I might also just mention that I LOVE my new Lincoln. It is a beautiful and very energy efficient car.

From the momemt I contacted the internet department and spoke with Pete, and visited Kevin in the showroom, my experience was beyond my belief. I was treated like a "customer". Something that I haven't felt in a long time. This is a dealership that works for the customer. Honesty and intergrity aren't the norm when shopping for a new car, but these guys deliver that and more. They are "old school" when it comes to customer satisfaction, but "new school" in getting you information. If time is money, then time spent with them is money well spent.

I have leased & purchased Ford vehicles for about 12 years now. This is the first time I purchased by leased vehicle. My original lease for my Ford 2007 Edge was through another dealership, not George Wall. I decided to purchase my leased vehicle and found that this other dealership tacked on extra fees & refused to abide by my contract. I called 4 other dealerships & they all wanted to add in this extra, so called "buyout fee." Each dealer had jacked up my price by $500-750 over my contracted payoff price. Each of those dealers told me they were allowed to do that. I was so relieved to find Patty from George Wall Ford. She followed through on my contract price, not charging me more than the payout price & the customary fees. I feel they were honest & did the right thing by me, even though I did not originally lease my vehicle through them. They did a courtesy for me & they have earned a customer. I will use this dealership for future purchases and for the maintenance on my vehicle. They have shown they are honest and that they care about their customers. Thank you, Patty.

I purchased my Lincoln Zephr and the sales people all worked together and when my saleman was busy when I came back to purchase the car another man took me for a test drive was very nice and than when I came back the man who waited on me the first time I was there took care of me and there was no hassle. I enjoyed all the people I came in contact with that day.I also have had my car service 3 times so far for oil changes and maintenance and they too are nice.
