Everyone here made the process of trading in and buying a new vehicle super easy! Shane Blankenship (of the Blankenship bros), made sure that I was taken care of and got the best deal possible. The process was straight forward and relatively quick. Compared to other car lots we looked at, you couldn’t beat the price, or the people there. Everyone treated me well and I had a really great experience! I would recommend The Blankenship bros and this dealership to everyone I know!

What a great experience. In and out in about an hour. I’ve been in the car business for over 16 years and this has been the easiest of all the car buying I’ve done. Except the 8hr drive to get there. Jeff Boyd is a phenomenal sales person and because of him I decided to make the drive and make the purchase. He gave me his word and my expectations were met once I arrived. The day I stopped into Georgetown Auto Sales was a crazy busy day at the car lot, however I was treated as if I was the only customer there. I was impressed with how Rob and Tyler were so helpful, but never pressured me at all or used "sales tactics" to close the sale. They went over the Carfax with me and answered all of my questions. This was my first car-buying experience and I am in awe at how stress-free the process was at Georgetown Auto Sales. After my car unexpectedly needed repairs that were worth more than car's book value, I was in a panic. Of course my immediate reaction was to Google used car dealerships in Georgetown and Georgetown Auto Sales's website was the first hit. Their website was informative, easy to navigate and kept up to date. I found a vehicle with low miles and in my price range, filled out the online financing inquiry and within an hour Tyler called me with an approval. Seriously, it was that easy. When I came to the dealership later that evening the vehicle was already parked in front for me to test drive and Tyler was helpful in answering all my questions about the vehicle's past. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. The paperwork process was also surprisingly painless and conducted with honesty and openness. Tyler also was gracious in staying later than the 6 p.m. closing time so that I could drive the car off the lot that day. The whole process took no more than an hour. This is compared to the weekend before when my fiancee's vehicle also broke down and we spent five hours going through financing, haggling, and paperwork at a larger dealership in Lexington. If I am ever in the market for a used vehicle again (hopefully I won't be for a long time) I will definitely make Georgetown Auto Sales my first stop. Thank you guys for making my first car-buying experience stress-free. I am so happy with my purchase!

I bought a Camry for my mother for Christmas. I drove a few in Lexington but found one on their website. I called and agreed on a price ahead of time. When I got to the dealership the Camry was upfront waiting on me. I asked to drive it and I was just handed the keys and took it for a drive on my own. I had never test driven a car on my own before. I liked it because I got a good feel for the car without hearing blah blah from a salesman. When I got back I asked to take it to my mechanic to have it checked it over. It was a 2004 model with higher miles so I wanted to be sure. All the mechanic found was a front strut that needs to be replaced. When I brought it back they offered to take off the $300 for the strut without me even asking. It was the best experience I had ever had buying a vehicle. My mother has been very happy with it and has not had any problems with it.

I was looking for a Camry for my mother. I drove several in the lexington area and ran across one on their website. I called them and made an appointment. When I arrived the Camry was up front waiting for me. After Tyler showed it to me I offered to let them make a copy of my license for the test drive and Tyler said, your car is here, you are good to go, you aren't going anywhere, which I thought was funny. First time I had ever driven a car on my own during a test drive. They allowed me to take it to my own mechanic and he found a front strut that needed to be replaced, and that was it. Tyler ended up reducing the price by $300 more than we agreed on the phone for the strut. I surprised my mother for Christmas with her Camry. When it's time for me to upgrade it will check with Tyler before anywhere else.

I bought a car as my wife's Mother's day gift. Friendly people and NO hard sales tactics. They handed me the keys and said "Take it for a drive". The car sold itself. The car was a great deal for an even greater price. There was no hidden fees or service charges. I e-mailed them in advance about the car I was interested in and how much I could afford and they answered me right away with how much licensing and taxes would be. I walked away feeling like I took advantage of THEM. They were friendly and answered my questions honestly. A genuine reputable dealer. When the time comes for another car, they will be my first stop.

I bought my first vehicle from Georgetown Auto Sales about 3 months ago and its been the best decision I have made in awhile. I got on their website and noticed a few cars I liked so I decided to head over and check them out. When I arrived Tyler meet me in the lot and showed me around. We went on a couple test drives and by the end of the day I decided I wanted to buy. The paper work and everything was really easy and they made getting my first time buyer loan easier then I could have expected. The next day Tyler even drove the vehicle to Lexington to trade out with me so I wouldn't have to drive back to Georgetown. Absolutely class act car dealership ran by great people.

Made deal over the phone. Drove 3.5 hours to dealer and everything was as discussed. Signed paper work and back on my home in about 10 min. Great place to do business. They also gave a lot more on my trade then anyone else had offered around my home. I got my 2012 Tundra Crewmax with 9000 miles almost 9000 under book. Would do business again!

Although I did not end up buying a car at Georgetown Auto Sales, I had a great experience there. I knew exactly what car I wanted to test-drive and called ahead about it. When I arrived the vehicle was out front waiting for me. Tyler met me right at the door and helped explain the car to me (it was one with a smart key which required a foot on the brake, a push of a button; much different than a normal key!). He explained a little about the interior gadgets to me and then let me take the car out for a test-drive on my own (which I was very pleased with it, helped me to get a good feel for the car). Once I returned to the dealer he answered a few questions for me and waited as I walked about the car and inspected the interior. They urge all customers to take their choice of car to their own mechanic to get them checked out, which was something I was very impressed with. They want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase, not just make money. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family, they have a great selection of cars.

Never came outside to walk me around the truck i wanted. Never explain any of the paper work, didn't want to have any type of a conversation. Ask if there was anything wrong with the truck and they said only what we listed online, but found out that the fog lights don't work. Jerry rigged driver seat with a bolt and a larger washer holding the plastic together and several of issues. When you hit a bump a rattle is heard front right side. I should have listen to myself and not buy this truck but I did. Not even 3 hrs later I let a mechanic look at it and he told me I paid way too much for the truck. I called and ask if I could back out of the deal because I wasn't happy. They told me I was out of luck you drove it off the lot. They said if they keep the down payment we would cancel the finance. The down payment was half of the value of the truck. I will never set foot back on this lot.
