I purchased a vehicle from Georgia auto world. The customer service is out standing. First I got a call from Victoria letting me know what they were offering me far as down and monthly payment which didn’t work for me, but then I was called back with a better deal that my man Oliver put together and I was very happy about that. Victoria was willing to work with me on my time getting their as well, and when I arrived the car was ready for me to test drive she greeted me very politely as I walked in and I was offered snacks or a beverage while sitting comfortably waiting to sign papers. When I walk in to meet Oliver it was like talking to a family member, I felt very comfortable with him as he went over the contract and warranty which he work out to satisfy me as a customer. Overall all I’m happy I chose them to be my dealer and I would recommend everyone I know, even tho I only had this vehicle for a day I believe that they are honest people and I’m very happy with my decision… Thanks guys!!

I worked with Mr. TONY on the purchase of my Mini. After a frustrating search for a Mini, I found one at Georgia Auto World. Mr. Tony willingly downloaded an app so we could video chat and he could walk me around the car, inside and out. He opened every door, and the hood, so I could see all of the vehicle. I belive he did all this in a lit drizzle of rain. We traded many texts and phone calls through-out the entire process. Hr was always courteous and kind. His made the whole process smooth and worry-free. He helped me feel very relaxed about the whole process, no pressure at all. Even though. I have to drive 7 hours to pick up the car. I will go back to Mr. Tony, just for the awesome customer service he delivered!

Tony Jamal was so amazing! I’ve never financed a car before and he made everything so easy and accommodating! Very nice and straight forward guys to deal with. Not pushy at all. The Camry I came to visit was even nicer then what I thought it was going to be. Did not end up buying here but I really liked the folks and the product.

My husband and I purchased a BMW X6 from Georgia Auto World today. We live in central West Virginia and made the 8hr drive to Marietta, and I’m very glad we did!! Our sales rep, Victoria, was completely on point through the entire buying experience even before we came to the dealership! She went completely above and beyond to help us work out the details of the trade and purchase!! The entire staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout the fruition of the transaction. I have been doing my homework for months about the car I wanted. Came across the one I wanted on Cargurus. I sent the dealer a e-mail, they responded quickly. I was in no rush to buy searched some more and no one had bought the car by the time I was ready so I went and test drove it. It was in good condition, a few minor things but what do you expect from a 10 yr old car. Great price for the mileage! Easy to work with and overall pleasant experience. I will probably be buying another car from them soon!

We bought a van here that i saw online and i waited a couple of months to write a review. I just wanted to drive it a little first. I like this place. We dealt with Max and he was cool as cucumber. Just gave us the keys and let us drive it and look over it. No pressure. His prices are good and he knows that. He is just in the business of moving cars. If you are not looking for a specific model, ask about the cars he has had the longest. When i know someone looking for a car, i send them over there to look. Very happy.

I needed a Prius and they had a few to choose from.Sonny showed me a spotless 2008 with low miles and a perfect Carfax. Also like everyone else I know these days my credit was not in the best of shape and they got me financed at a decent rate. The car was awesome and when the air conditioning acted up, for a laugh I called them to see if they would do anything about it, to my surprise they said "bring it on over." they immediately looked at it figured out the issue and had me on my way in minutes. I am more than sure when I'm ready to upgrade they will be hearing from me.

This was my first time buying a car from a road-side dealer. I was very skeptical but after having the car for a month, this was the best car purchase I have ever made. I have always purchased from the big dealer and have ended up with more junk and hassle! The guys at Georgia Auto World are honest, get your deal worked fast (I was in and out in a couple hours) and stand by their word. I am very happy with the purchase and will most definitely purchase again. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer.

Kudos to Vince, Max, and the gang at Ga Auto World! We just bought a 2009 Pilot from them, and the experience couldn't have been any better! Top notch!! Max worked with my wife to get her a test drive as soon as they opened, and Vince made sure that the purchase was as smooth as could be. They were a great find despite having been there in plain view all along! I would gladly send friends and family to see them...

Both Adolf and Vince were pushy, disrespectful, and unhelpful. These are quintessential used car dealers - sleazy... I do not recommend this dealership.

Sales personnel as well as management was attentive. We needed some repairs to be made before we would agree to purchase the vehicle and the staff persistently worked on the problem until we were satisfied.

Thanks Georgia Auto World for the "stress free" customer service I received while purchasing my 2008 Infiniti FX35. I recently purchased a pre-owned SUV from Georgia Auto World and was helped by young man named Adolf who listened to what I was trying to do as far as making a purchase and provided me with an in depth explanation on how to buy a vehicle. I was able to take into account the cons and pros associated with my credit situation and received a better rate than the other dealership I shopped. The savings allowed me to afford an additional warranty. Not all salesman are as informative as Adolf. I really appreciated the customer service and "cut to the chase" approach. I only spent 45 minutes in the dealership!

I went to buy a car from this place but never got the car because of the displeasing attitude from the salesman name Adolf. Usually salesman are nice and they want to get you in the car you desire, but when I got to the car lot, the car wasn't there. The day before I test drove the car and the trunk latch was broke, therefore the trunk light kept coming on in the car. When we asked about it getting it fixed he says 'I'm not worried about it' some nonchalant attitude to have when customers are interested in a vehicle. We started the process and he seemed like we was irritating him, asking general questions about the car. The car wasn't there at the moment because 'the owner of the dealership was driving it' he said. He never once called him to return the vehicle. Adolf answered phone calls rudely with customers and making smart comments with me. It was very clear that he wasn't trying to make money, his excuse for his attitude was that 'we just do business different here' that's unacceptable. He act like there aren't hundreds of dealerships in GA. I decided to get my things and leave because I'm not doing business with someone like that. On the other hand they have great cars with great prices, too bad it didn't work out.

Both Andre and Sonny were extremely helpful, patient, and professional. We were very happy with the inventory and were able to make a selection after driving four or five vehicles. Andre was happy to take the time to help us shop, no pressure, not rushed. Very good customer service.

Purchased a used car over a month ago. Castillo can't get car registered as dealer is still trying to get the title. Not getting any specific answers, just they haven't received it from auction. This should have been in process before I bought the car.
