If we could give them 0 stars we would. We purchased a brand new 2021 Sienna in March of 2021.( already own another Toyota and have NEVER had issues) When asked about the entertainment System we were told it was easy to operate but we’re never shown how to do it. After about 8 hours, $300 worth of various cords, multiple phone calls, YouTube tutorials we were able to get it to work for about 15 minutes. I called everyday for SIX MONTHS. Talked to about every person in the dealership, promised they would call back, never returned calls. Got every excuse in the boos. We requested a service appointment and after a week of them having our vehicle we were told it was malfunctioning and to open a case with Toyota and that it needed to be replaced. Our salesman never ONCE called to ask us about our satisfaction or to help trouble shoot. After Toyota couldn’t help us they told us to go back to the dealership , that this was something they could fix! When calling the dealership the owner answered and was so rude when I voiced frustration and said he was so happy we were satisfied with their service (being a jerk) the service manager said he would reserve a new Toyota so we could compare ours with another model to help troubleshoot what the problem was. Waited for appointment for over a month only to call and be told he forgot to hold it and sold it that morning!!!! That they didn’t have any other options for us, refused to even LOOK at the problem and we were SOL. I ended up calling Toyota Naperville and spoke with their service manager who went ABOVE and beyond to help fix our problem. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spoke with Toyota directly and they said that issues like this are taken seriously and have heard multiple complaints about this dealership. Save yourself the headache. They’re just a bunch of crooks and they’re only out to rip you off.

Best experience ever.. Today we purchased 2 cars from them.. Their service from emails responses to in person attention was fantastic.. we drove an hour to get there but have to say the entire drive was worth it.. Their Salesman Greg Logan went out of his way to show us all the features in the car and help me and my husband set everything up including apps on the phone.. Please buy your cars from them, let's keep good people and companies in business..

Scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance for a simple oil change for 1pm on Monday. Wife gets there 10 minutes before 1. They make her wait 2 HOURS to change the oil. THAT. IS. RIDICULOUS! They didn't even have to rotate the tires! I DID THAT FOR THEM! 2 hrs to change oil? I could've done it in my driveway in 20 minutes!
