We weren’t really looking to buy a new car and just stopped by to see if they had a used car for my husband’s daily driver. We met Tim Duff and spoke with him. Even though he knew we weren’t in the market for anything new and they didn’t have the used car we were looking for, he still talked to us like we were old friends. We were talking about my current edge that has 230k miles on it (my daily driver) and he mentioned that they had a sweet Ford Edge ST on the show room floor. We went in to look and I fell in love with how it looked! They let me test drive it off of the show room floor and that made me love it even more. I was not an easy sale I am sure because I took 3 hours to make up my mind. Tim wasn’t pushy, no high pressure sales. He listened to our thoughts and showed us the different features on the car. We closed the place down on Saturday and picked it up on Monday. If you want a great, friendly salesperson go see Tim! Everyone has been so nice at Germain! I went back today to get some accessories and ran into Tim. He talked to me and even helped me carry a box to my car. The only semi-negative thing I have to say about Germain is when I went in to sign papers I felt a lot of pressure to buy add on maintenance plans and things like that. I didn’t care for that piece at all. Hands down, we will go see Tim again though!!

Ryan was knowledgeable, worked with me to find a the best vehicle to suit my needs/desires, and best of all was not smothering. In the past I had felt pressured when trying to buy a new vehicle but Ryan's cool and calming presence made the process as stress free as possible. He was responsive to questions and worked with me when it was most convenient for me (which means it was probably least convenient for him). 5/5 stars, no complaints, no buyers remorse.

We have bought or leased a number of new or pre-owned vehicles in our time, but I have to say that our experience with Germain Ford and specifically Tom Yearms is one of the very best we've had! Tom is very personable and helpful - totally accommodating. I felt as if I gained a friend with this experience. I had to make additional trips to the dealership over the following week and a half, to take care of some administrative stuff. Was totally impressed with Tom (as well as Jared Jones) remembering me as if it were yesterday! Great thanks for that - it makes a person feel good about stuff. I also like Tom's drive in continuing to make sure I am happy with the new truck - suggested that I make a list of things I don't understand or can't make work (I'm a techno-dinosaur) and he would make sure he got answers! Went in Saturday night before closing to look at a new F150 I had seen on line. Drove the truck, then talked price and trade. Their initial offer was close to where I wanted to be. We negotiated for less than 5 minutes and settled on a price. We got out about an hour after closing, and it was a nice experience all around.

I need to let someone know about my experience with Germain Ford of Beavercreek. I had an appointment on November 11th at 7:30am for the works oil change and to get my cooling system flushed and filled with fresh coolant. I attempted to make my appointment online because I recently moved and wanted to update my info. After getting booted off several times 8 decided to call. I called the service department made my appointment and updated my personal info. I took my truck to Germain on Thursday Nov 10th to drop it off so it would be there the next morning for its morning appointment. When I dropped it off the service department explained to me that I needed to update ALL my info with them because they do not run off the same system as the scheduling department....so I had to update yet again. I was told that my truck had the first appointment and that my service technician Nicholas Nock would be giving me a call. I waited on Nov 11th for my call and it never came so about noon I decided to call Nick. I was told he was helping another customer and that he would call me right back...he did not. I continued to wait until about 3:45pm...I was told that they thought my truck was ready and that Nick would call me right back because he was once again helping someone else. Finally at 5:05pm Nick found time to call me just to tell me that my truck had been ready since noon. When I asked why it took so long to contact me Nick told me they didn't have my correct info...when I told him how many times I updated it he had nothing to say. Nick then told me I had less than an hour to get there to get my truck...by this point I could not get a ride in time to get there before they closed and all Nick could say was we open at 8 in the morning and that I could talk to TJ the service department manager and that he would make it ok. When I arrived Nov 12th to finally get my truck Nick greeted me only to tell me he was sorry but TJ wasn't working that day. I told Nick that this kind of service was unacceptable. I turned my wife, brother and mother into Germain customers and this is not the way you treat loyalty. All Nick could say was that he was sorry and that I would hear from TJ on Monday Nov 14th and that he would probably make it right with a free service...I laughed and left. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed they didn't even use my coupons I gave them...why did I think they would? However, the best part of this is that it is Wednesday Nov 16th 5:00pm and I have still not heard from TJ the service department manager. Now that's what I call customer service. I was looking for specific qualities in a car. I had shopped around to many other dealerships and felt like I was just another sale to these stereotypical car salesman. Was very helpful over the phone. My credit isn't the best and I had very minimal options at other dealerships. He had a more options for me to consider. When I went in, I had my guard up, based on my other experiences. D.J. greeted me with guinuine concern to get me something dependable and that met my needs. When me and my wife went to Germain Ford in Beavercreek we didn't know what to expect. This would be our over 20th car in 38 years and we were not quite sure what we wanted. Once we explained what we wanted to sales rep DJ Yates, he immediately pulled up all the cars close to our price range and we went though them one by one. We were in no hurry to buy that day. DJ knew the cars and SUV's inside and out. Knowledge of vehicle inventory, check. DJ offered us comfort, food, water, and anything else he could think of. Friendliness, check. As he spoke to my wife about the various cars I hurriedly looked up reviews on my phone, making sure the car we chose was one that offered consumer satisfaction. Patience with a stubborn car buyer, check. We test drove the car we liked, haggled about price, of course, and DJ went back and forth quite a few times to make sure we got the deal we wanted. Cared about what WE wanted, check. When we got done with the financing part, we found DJ hard at work cleaning and shining our car. Before we left he answered what seemed like a million questions that a 61 year old man who didn't know about all the electronic gadgets and settings would have. when I came back two days later needing a small repair on a windshield washer issue, DJ was getting ready to go on a weeks vacation. Instead of leaving me there with another sales rep, he sat down with me, listened to my concerns and made sure that I was satisfied with everything before he left the building. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Kudos and double check for going the extra mile. Also, was very impressed with TJ,(no relation to DJ) in the service department. Going the extra mile, check.

When I purchased my car this year, my overall experience at Germain Ford of Beavercreek was a very good one. The best part of the experience was DJ Yates the Sales Ninja. He is a very friendly, affable salesman who was more interested in my getting a good value than he was in selling me a car. I really appreciated his honesty and candor in terms of the quality of the vehicle that he was selling to me and I eventually purchased. Overall, DJ is a good salesman and if I have to buy another car in the near future then I will drop by Germain Ford and look DJ up again.

DJ was so much fun to work with when purchasing my Ford Escape. He was so lighthearted and friendly. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted in a vehicle and what are price range was. DJ did not try to push us into anything we didn't feel comfortable with. He told us to take our time reviewing the inventory on hand that he was there to serve my husband any myself, and did not want us to rush into an immediate decision on his behalf. DJ took the time to seek out five different vehicles to ensure we would be pleased with our final decision and brought each one of them out for us to sit in, look at and test drive if we chose to do so. He's a great guy to work with and he is super friendly when he calls or writes to see how things are going with the vehicle. He's got such a great personality and brings a lot of energy to the table.

When talking to Tom, he made several suggestions and without any pushy sales, since they don't work on commission that seemed to make us at ease also. Germain Ford has GREAT respect for the customer and what they really want! Unlike others dealers we have been to, all they want to do is make sale, unconcerned about whether the price or payments fit in you budget. All they knew was trying to contact several lenders and no respect for your credit rating. Never again would be deal with them, now that we have found Tom at Germain! We were very impressed with Tom, he did an awesome job.Tom even made an appointment with us to go over the car after a couple of days after purchase to see if we had questions or concerns. Never in any other vehicle purchases has anyone taken that kind of time or even followed up with a phone call, like Tom has! I wanted to give a shout out to Marty Cox, Collision Manager for Germain Collision Center of Beavercreek. After having to purchase a very expensive trim piece from Ford for my Mercury Milan, I was already frustrated with the amount of money I was having to spend for this cosmetic (but necessary) repair. After the Germain Ford service staff suggested I take my part over to the collision center for installation, I was able to get scheduled in just a few days. Marty serviced my vehicle in much less time than I expected, and sent me on my way without a charge. Now that's the kind of service that will bring me back in the future, not just repairs to my existing car (which I did not even purchase at Germain) but for when I am ready to buy the next one. Each time I've visited Germain Ford for vehicle service (approximately 7 times), the service technicians have been very helpful and quite friendly. I've done vehicle maintenance on my own for more than 40 years and really know if something's up before I show. To date only what I expected has been recommended for maintenance, and done with accuracy and professionalism. The cashiers have also been quite friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work folks!

Our salesman, Leo Dy, provided excellent service in finding the Ford Escape with the features I wanted. The car was found in Tennessee and Germaine Ford had someone to drive the car from Tennessee to Beavercreek for me. It was exactly the car features I wanted from the exterior color to the tailgate lift. Highly recommend this dealership!

On a whim and a rainy day we stopped into Germain Auto to look at Ford Escapes. We had no real thought of buying as we were sure we could not afford a new car. After telling DJ Yates what we would like ,He said "got one on the lot!! Want to drive it??" Thats all it took!! NO PRESSURE Just courtesy. I said we will take it if we can afford it AGAIN NO PRESSURE He said well --you want to go get some lunch and think it over??? Again thinking of us !! With his efforts we drove off a couple hours later with our new car. DJ made the experience great and we made a new friend that we will always refer our friends too. We experienced nothing but kindness and caring for us and our new car.

We bought our daughter her first car. It was a great expierence. The car was in great shape and it was the best price in town. We didn't feel pressured into the sale. Great environment and the staff and management team are very friendly.

We have a 2015 Ford Explorer with 39000 miles on it. That we have had for only 7 mouths and it through a serpentine belt. Call service center it would be a week before we can look at it. Had the vehicle towed to dealer and they called me the next day. Yes sir you need a belt all pulleys are fine. Price $129.00 for a $20.00 belt.I did get them down to $98.00 Not happy go to pick up 2 days later drive off the lot and it is smoking. Pull back in and they say it might be the compressor. So I leave it and they call the next day. It's not the compressor you need a new AC line and a tensioner pulley. Apparently they didn't take it on a test drive after they work on your vehicle. This was under warranty and i was refund $98.00. After talking to a number of people. Not once was I offer a loaner car. I did find out service technicians don't do the test drive. The shuttle people do. This service department needs a lot of work.

I was scheduled for a Quick Lane Works Package and was chastised by the Quick Lane Service Writer for being 15 min late to the appt. He stated that others were ahead of me and I could reschedule or he would try to work me in.I am a Ford Motor Company Factory Employee. If anyone was treated in this manner in a factory, a discussion would take place about attitudes and working for Ford.I bought my vehicle at this dealership before it was sold to Germain and was always treated with great respect.I will be taking my business to another Ford Dealer in the Dayton area for service from this point forward.Worst service experience from a Dealership employee I have ever experienced. If he was having a bad day, it is no excuse to verbally display this to a Customer.

Came in for a "60,000 mile service package". Didn't check the manual for what the car needed (which is my bad) but ended up with $500 + in service charges. All i needed (according to the manual, after the fact) was an oil change, rotate and balance tires, INSPECT wheels, transmission fluid, brakes, coolant, exhaust, steering, and cabin air filter, as well as perform a multipoint inspection. i thought the service package would actually be only what was needed. How wrong was i. received oil change, balance, allignment, cabin and engine air filter, transmission fluid flush and fill, fuel injector cleansing. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED, DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DO WHAT IS ON MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE ONLY.

All the person in the sales team cares more about selling product than the customer service. The followings are the examples:1) They always want to bind you in purchasing something from the very beginning and always push you hard to make decisions quickly that may lead you to make mistakes.2) The sales person did not check the status of the vehicle before handing it over to me and I ended up getting a faulty (new?) car with lots of wind noise in the driver side.3) Sales manager made a vague promise over phone that they can work on a replacement if I visit there without offering any details unless I go there personally. When I went there and spent 3 hrs for nothing, I realized that what they are asking me to give up my purchased car for $5000 less and get another one. The sales manager could have easily mentioned this over phone, which I obviously would have declined.4) The service people took 3 weeks to correct for the wind noise and offered me a loaner to drive in the meantime (thanks for that).5) The dealership (even after I talked with the general manager) did not offer me anything for my bad experience. 6) The only thing that the salesperson cared about was his job, as my detailed review submitted to Ford put his job on the line. I changed my review at the end as I did not wanted someone to loose his job because of me.I hope the dealership improve their performance and offer better customer service in future.

I'm from out California and needed service, ( a very long trip). Friends in Ohio suggested getting new tires for the long haul back home. Ron Crosby was excellent in handling all my needs and the Fusion loved the new shoes. Service dept in all aspects=excellent! Thanks Ron!!!

Found a truck online that looked great. Salesman was nice and helpful, at first. Truck was worse than the pictures let on, though. Lots of scratches and dings that the bright lighting they use gloss over. Kind of deceptive and I think its on purpose. Then I had the sense to climb up and look at the roof. It had been clearly damaged by something either falling on it or scraping it. It wasn't enough to be a deal killer as it didn't affect the sunroof or anything, but it had bare paint and a crease from the middle of the roof to the corner. It was not the near perfect truck they advertised. It could be easy to overlook that from the ground, though, in fairness to them. Doesn't speak well for the supposed inspection they perform. Who knows what else they missed. Truck was mechanically sound and interior was decent. Sales price was top dollar for a truck in great condition. Told salesman I could live with the roof as-is but not for that price (concerned about resale). I made an offer. Salesman countered at a fair price considering the damaged roof. He wrote it up on a little notebook, even had me sign it and we agreed on a price. THEN he pulled a xxxxxxxx move to go to his manager. I told him not to come back with something else. Sat around for who knows how long, and decided to grab my keys and walk away. I threw away some trash and then he magically appeared...Then his manager guy, who sits at the wrong desk because he doesn't know where his own people sit, puts ANOTHER piece of paper in front of me with a higher price. I called him an idiot as I walked away, and what I regret is that I forgot to tell the salesman he was a liar. By the way, I am a service disabled vet, was wearing old camo, and he knew I worked on base. If they'll do that to me, they'll do it to you. Borderline frauds, and definitely liars and a waste of time.

Ron the customer service rep went well beyond the norm in making sure my vehicle service at an acceptable level. The entire staff work together in ensuring my personal time on waiting for my car was affected at a minimum. Thank you Ron and Germain Ford Staff!

My Wife and I have been looking for a car a while now and we had a 2009 Toyota Corolla but it just wasn't big enough as we just had a son. So my wife found Germain Ford and found a few used vehicles she liked but we had a lot of negative equity so we couldn't get a used car. DJ recommended we try for a new car and we ended up on the Escape and my wife fell in love with the car. The process took a few days but DJ called us everyday and made sure we knew what was going on. The whole process was just awesome, DJ is hands down one of the best salesman I've seen and I used to sell cars. He just knows how to take care of people. Along with Jared the manager and Scott the Finance manager, you've gained customers for life. We will definitely recommend DJ and the whole dealership to friends and family.

This was the smoothest buying experience I've every had buying a new vehicle. Tim Flanagan is a gentleman and a true pleasure to do business with. He knows the Ford products and drives them too. There is no doubt where my first stop will be on my next auto/truck purchase. If you have the opportunity, ask for Tim. He's not your typical salesman. Germain Ford is lucky to have such a high quality person on their staff. I will also commend Scott Cassidy in the F&I department. It truly was a quick and painless acquisition and he made it very easy to close the deal and financing. Not only that, he was a pleasure to chat with. Hat's off to Germain Ford.

After 6 months of turning in our lease and buying a car from them my husband gets the rudest call from him stating we have to go back and drive the car back to the leasee because they never did it. My husband refused as we considered this their problem. Maybe we would have if he wasn't so rude about it all. Then he asked for us to sign an odometer form - after 6 months of them not returning the car. We understand mistakes happen, paperwork gets lost but, his attitude implying it was our issue and we needed to do these things was incredulous. We received a call from Beau Townsend saying they received the car and would we kindly bring in all paperwork and they will straighten everything out. We'll never go hear again and we should have stayed with Beau Townsend. Lesson learned.

i contacted this place twice in one week for two diffrent Ford Edges. The first one ,i called the sales dept, talked with dennis,asked if car was there he said yes and asked if i wanted to come see it. told him yes i would be rite there.( i live 2 miles away) got there and was greeted by another sales member and told him what and who i was dealing with... he informed me that car had be sold earlier that morning, but they had one just like it (3,200 more)....dont sound just like it to me 2nd one. 3 days later add appeard on car guru and on germains web site for a 2013 ford edge 98000 miles for 11,350.00 i printed both adds out and i called dealer.spoke with andrew told him i would be up after work to see it (mind you this car was only listed less than 24 hours) he informed me that it was going for 12,900.00 told him it was listed on both sites for 11,350.00 andrew said bring up printouts. manager should honer it...... i went there waiste of time........no integrity at all..... my last trip

We like to buy local since we were once a small business ourselves. The young man, Eric, was very helpful and polite. We first viewed the car on their website and decided to go see it. When we arrived, Eric greeted us and ansewered all of our questions. This was a pleasant car buying experience.

We visited a couple dealerships locally but were not satisfied with the lever of customer service. We really wanted a Ford Explorer. Called Germain after getting seeing it come up on several searches on Truecar and Car Guru. Erik R. Was so nice from jump. He took the time over the phone looking up inventory that matched what we looking for. When we visited Germain we test drove an Explorer and fell in love. Unfortunately it was out of our budget. He worked hard to find us one in our budget and at that point the deal was nearly done...once my husband and I returned home we decided that this isn't the right time or the vehicle for us. We wantted to explore other avenues for vehicles. Called Scott and made arrangements to meet with Erik again. This time Erik was able to find us a Ford Fusion that we absolutely love. Scott was just as amazing as Erik. Scott was very patient and kind. He and my husband talked for over an hour after the "business " was done. Genuine people!

I stopped in at Germain Ford this past week and just wanted to comment on my positive experience. The dealership was very orderly and inviting. The cars that I looked at were all very clean and ready to be test driven at my request. But the most impressive part of my experience was the salesman that I dealt with. His name was Dennis Wamsley. Dennis was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I wanted to look at. Matter of fact, I had done some research on my own concerning these vehicles, but Dennis was able to enlighten me even more about different details for each car. He was also able to tell me about particular safety features that I wasn't aware of, which made me feel more confident since I have little children. He was polite, professional, and very attentive to my questions that day. I appreciate the treatment that I received at Germain and although I don't write reviews often, I wanted to mention this positive experience. I have been to several dealerships lately while looking for a new family vehicle, and Germain stands out among the rest by far. Not every dealership has courteous and KNOWLEDGABLE salesmen like Dennis.

That's bad business guys. If you are looking to buy/lease a vehicle, look up Jimmy Madsalee at Germain ford. Buying a car can be very stressful. Well it is a big investment. After shopping different dealership and driving different models our final stop was Germain's. There we met Jimmy!! We met our share of salesmen and he was a buyers dream. We took his time, let me test drive numerous styles, new and used and never once did he try to pressure a sale. At one point while test driving, the manager called to see where he was at since at this point we had been there for 2 hours. He is knowledge and patience was just what I needed to purchase my new vehicle. Once my mind was made up, everyone from that point on was fantastic.

I walked in to Germain not knowing exactly what I wanted. I started by telling Erik my price range and some of my must haves. He knew exactly which cars to show me, which made picking out the perfect car simple and painless. Erik was also very polite and did not rush me through the buying process. I first called and spoke to Joel Arnett, and he basically explained how the whole process with the financing and all that stuff works. Then I immediately got a call back within 5 minutes to speak with Camilo Dagostino. I explained my whole situation with him and also with Joel. He said from his exact words, "We'll take care of you Malcolm, don't you worry my friend." and from there on he gave me his straight words. So about a few days later I called back and he had Jimmy Madsalee call me back and I told him everything I told Joel and Camilo. From there on Jimmy and I had set an arrangement for him to come pick me up and to use the Ford Fiesta and go to the Xenia BMV and have me get my driver's test. The same day I got my drivers test I passed and we went to the Ford dealership so I can personally thank the manager, Camilo, and I told him I appreciate everything they did for me. I asked Jimmy and he said that this is the first time someone did this before to test drive a car and also at the same time get there drivers test. They didn't even charge me a penny for taking the car to get my drivers test!!! FORD IS MY FAVORITE DEALERSHIP AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM. SO THANK YOU GUYS. I also explained that I would be back within 1-3 months to get a car from them. ??????

At first I was nervous and skeptical about purchasing a new car. That changed quickly when I walked into the door at Germain and met Erik. He immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Within minutes I was going on test drives and discussing options. I knew it was time to purchase. Erik was very honest and fair and took the extra step to ensure my experience was great . We came into the dealership today, after driving from our home about 1.5 hours away in Indiana, in order to look at some Certified Pre-owned vehicles that we saw on the internet. We were greeted by Jimmy with a warm smile. He was extremely patient as we took the time to test drive a 2015 Explorer, and a 2016 Escape. After my wife made the decision to buy another Escape, (her 3rd such vehicle), we chose yet another vehicle of another color to purchase. The entire process took several hours, but Jimmy just kept calm, and patient throughout the entire time. He reviewed all of the new features on the vehicle, and made the sale memorable. The sales manager, Camilo also went all out to earn our business as a satisfied Germaine Ford customer. The friendly finance representative Dan also took the proper amount of time to ensure that we understood all aspects of the purchase. I've bought numerous cars in my 67 years and the experience with Tim Flannagan was the best ever! Tim was very professional and personable. I got the car I wanted without all the mumbo jumbo that normally happens in the negotiation process. He used straight numbers that we all understood, and he worked hard to get the trade in value I wanted. I really enjoy my car, and really enjoy seeing and chatting with Tim when I'm at the dealership. He's a great guy and I'd buy a car from again in a heart beat!

Jimmy was knowledgeable and friendly during and after the sale. However, most importantly to me, he was focused on providing great customer service and was an advocate for me during the entire process. Jimmy was meticulous in detail and spent time reviewing the contracts and the truck prior to the sale and spent a good deal of time going over the truck prior to presenting it to me for delivery. When issues were presented Jimmy would work directly with his manager to get them resolved quickly and efficiently.Jimmy listened well and provided options that made sense for what I was looking for and my budget. The next time I need a new vehicle, Jimmy will be the first call.

I bought my 2016 Mustang GT from Tim Flannagan and he was nothing less than exceptional. I drove an hour from Cincinnati to purchase my vehicle with Tim because he was able to beat the price of all 3 other dealers that I have dealt with- even on a brand new vehicle! He was very patient with me when I was calling every week (sometimes every other day) to check on the status of my vehicle as it was being built. When it finally came off the truck at 6pm the day it was delivered to the dealer, just an hour or so before the dealership was supposed to close, Tim gave me the phone call and waited for me to drive up from Cincinnati to pick up my car! He gave up his personal time and stayed till 10pm, just to make sure I would get the Mustang that day. Unbelievable guy!

I had been "shopping" for a car for about 7 months. I knew what I wanted on paper, but wanted to test drive my dream car. Jimmy was so attentive to what I needed. He listened to me and did everything in his power to make my car buying experience a pleasant one. I was needing a large trunk for cargo, and Jimmy climbed in the trunk to better give a visual of how large the trunk was. I thought it was strange, but it really did help me to see just how much room there was and that the trunk was huge. He knew his stuff and always listened to what I needed and wanted. He was never pushy or belittling in any way.I would highly recommend Jimmy as a salesman. He made the sale about me and not about his commission. He still checks in on me and wants to make sure everything is good with the car.

I kept seeing posts on facebook from a good friend saying that he works at Germain Ford of Bevercreek and he is there to help people out. So when I was in the market to look for a new car I sent him a message. He call me and we set up an appointment. A couple of days later I drove the 45 minutes to get there. We sat down and discussed what I wanted and what I was able to afford. I had my 2 young children with me and everyone knows how that part went. DJ Yates went completely out of his way to make the experience fun for my children and to get me in the car I wanted. When it came down to crunch time I picked a car that was a little above my price range but DJ would not let that stop us. He kept going to his advisors and he made a bunch of phone calls so I could get the car I wanted. 2 hours later of DJ running back and forth we got to an agreement. I GOT MY CAR!!! I am completely in love with my car and so are my kids. Thank you DJ for everything you did. You not only helped me get my car but you did not let my children leave empty handed. DJ had a little box on his desk and there was a couple "cool" rocks in it that he let my kids play with as we were talking numbers. So as we were leaving he let both of my children pick one that they wanted to kept. In the end I drove away in an amazing car and my children left with there "cool" rock. Thank you again DJ.

I worked with DJ to purchase certified pre-owned F-150. Germain had a truck that fit everything I was looking for with a price that was more competitive than any dealerships within several states. DJ understood my reasoning behind going with a CPO vehicle and was willing to help me find another if the truck on the lot wasn't what I was looking for. The F-150 on the lot was exactly what I wanted. Since DJ was so helpful throughout the process, I immediately referred him to a friend also in the market for a truck, and will continue to do so in the future.

I purchased my 2nd car ever in August 2015, and was in a car accident through no fault of my own where my 2016 Fusion was totaled only 2weeks later. When I pulled on the to Germain Ford lot I was immediately greeted by Jimmy Madsalee. Jimmy offered to help me in any way he could, and I told him I was shopping for a new Mustang GT. He showed me the two cars in which I was interested and I asked him if he could get my trade-in appraised. He quickly took care of that and I chose the car I wanted purchase. Jimmy talked to his sales manager, Andrew Estle, about a deal and very quickly presented me with a written quote. I couldn't accept the price and Jimmy went back to Andrew, who quickly returned with a revised deal. That was a deal I could accept, so I told Jimmy I would take the car. Jimmy had the car ready for me on the day and time he promised. Signing the paperwork was a quick and painless process. Everyone involved did a great job. After the sale, Jimmy followed up with me to make sure everything was OK with the car and to answer any question I might have. I did have a question about the SYNC system and Jimmy helped me get my cell phone connected and operational. Great dealership, with great people!

DJ made the transaction relatively easy, and picked me up on his day off at the airport, as I was flying in from out of state. All in all, DJ went above and beyond, and helped facilitate the process from beginning to end. When I arrived at the dealership, it was a very quick and professional process, and I was on my way in no time. DJ even went out and washed the car while I filled out the final paperwork. I was out window shopping for a vehicle, not really looking to buy. DJ Yates asked what type of car insurance was looking for. I told him I was "just looking". I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle. He wanted to know what it would take for me to close the deal. I gave him my parameters and he found just the vehicle is was looking for. He showed me a 2016 Ford Escape. I didn't think he and the finance manager could get me in that car for the payments I wanted to stay at. After all I had a good bit of negative equity in my current car. They worked hard and got me financed and for just 3 dollars more than I stated I wanted. Long story short, DJ Yates worked hard and got my business. I will definitely purchase any future cats I get from there and DJ Yates.

Had a good experience overall at Germain. Jimmy was knowledgeable and friendly during and after the sale. He made sure to follow up with me to ensure I was happy, and he takes his time to do the job right. They are willing to make deals, and I would recommend them in the future (Jimmy 5/5, overall 4.5/5). Only knocks would be the amount of time at the dealership and small amount of overstay on the bed liner; very good overall though.

Jimmy did a search for my perfect vehicle and turned out they had one local. I came in after work, dealt a little to get my payments where I needed to be and was home for dinner. We went to Germain after visiting their website I talked to Carl mccleese and he was interested in my trade in that has gave me nothing but problems. I made an apt and went in and had a great time. These people really make u feel at home. When most people would give up they took that extra mile and time. It may have taken 3 hours but we went in with a van that gave us headaches and walked out with a 2016 car. Once we was about to leave we was greeted my all the managers which whom congratulated us.. I defiantly would recommend this dealership to everyone 100%.

Called to make an appointment for the "WORKS" was told no appointment needed, "use the QUICK LANE". When we got there it took like forever to be recognized. An elderly lady asked when my appointment was. I told her I didn't have one she and she started lecturing me about making an appointment. As I stood there dumbfounded she just walked off. Having enough I told a young man to open the door. As we were in the car waiting for the door a young man told us to wait a sec. He walked inside the offices. A knock on the drivers side window from the aforementioned elderly woman was followed by the most arrogant verbage by berating me. At this time my wife had enough and started getting out of the passenger side. This young gentleman came running up and my wife told him to "get that d........ lady out of our way and please open the door", Which he did. Results, I went to Interstate Ford and was in and out in 45 minutes. Germain will never see us again. They have a serious problem.

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer that has 30,000 miles and still under the factory warranty and I also bought an extended warranty , I have always been a Ford person but lately I do not know if that was a wise decision ? I have been to Germaine Ford (previously Hidy Ford ) 4 times because I have front half shaft and brake noise's and brake pedal pulsing and a weird rubber crunching noise at low speeds and turning, I have delta with Dustin and his boss all 4 times , they keep telling me that there is nothing wrong, but I hear and fell the noises and so does my wife and Co worker's, so they tell me when I hear the sound bring the vehicle in so I did and they keep denying there's an issue , The 3rd time Dave one of the mechanics tried to order a half shaft and get me scheduled in to get this done and check the rotors but when I came in Dustin gave me a different mechanic and of course the same old nothing is wrong , I just went for the 4th time and they acted like I was bothering them but it's funny I wasn't bothering Ford when I spent $ 27,000 on a vehicle , and when I asked for a vehicle to drive he said let him check and of course they didn't have one but they were glad to have me rent a vehicle , when I told them how unhappy I was and that the sign should still say Hidy on it instead of Germaine Dustin told me not to come back , I should have bought a Toyota or G M ! , after year's of being a faithful Ford owner and promoter I will never own another Ford !!!! The service people at Germaine are horrible and the boss is just as bad !!! Ooo and not to mention that the door panels are splitting already which seems to be a common problem as is the brakes and half shaft issues ! I contacted Corporate Ford a couple of weeks ago and then contacted them again as soon as I left Germaine Ford today , I also filed a complaint with the BBB I will not take this by Germaine/Hidy Ford and I will also contact the media this is a reaccuring issue with this dealer and there are a ton of complaints on the Ford forums about the same issues with the 2011 and up Ford Explorer and Linclon MKX ,

I took my 2013 Ford Escape to Germain Ford because the brakes were pulling to the right> the car had 24000 miles on the odometer. I was informed that the car was not driven enough therefore that the entire brake system had to be replaced. New rotors and new pads on the rear, new pads on the front and the front rotors had to be machined. I spent 560 dollars to get the work done. I also had a defective seatbelt, they said that they would have to order the part and would inform me when it came in. No one ever called. 1 month later I called the parts dept and was told that the replacement has been there and was asked why I didn't make an appointment to get the seatbelt installed! I didn't know that it had come in they should have informed me. So i called to make an appointment, apparently they are so busy that they can't answer the phone so I left a message 2 days later I still hadn't received a call from the dealership, this is warranty work so they can't make any money on this repair. I called A person named Lisa, so I could have a meeting with the service manager, i was informed he was with another customer, and he will return my call, guess what!

Went to just look at F-150s, not planning to buy. Jerry was very helpful, friendly, not pushy. He obviously cared more about my desires than just making the sale. Found, and bought a great truck. The only down side was waiting for a finance person to do the paperwork. I was surprised they didn't have more staff on hand to handle a very busy day.

First my husband went on line looking at cars. The one thing I insisted on was that the gas and brake peddles and steering wheel be adjustable as I am a short person. I do not like sitting an inch away from the steering wheel even when it is in the lowest position. I had a Chevy Malibu Maxx that had the above features and I loved it. Chevy no longer makes it and none of their cars had the adjustable peddles etc. Ford did in the Taurus. Tim Flanagan helped Bob and I through the buying process and learning all the new technology this car has. Tim is blessed with this know how and was very patient with us (me especially). We went back several times with questions and to go over again (for me) what I needed to know that this car could do for me. I pray Ford keeps the adjustable peddles and steering wheel forever. Short people need this to feel comfortable driving and I love to have the freedom of driving myself where I need to go. Again I thank Tim Flanagan for being the best representative to go to when buying a car. He is the greatest. And I know I can go to Germain Ford when I have forgotten how to do some technology thing and Tim will be there to help me go over things once again. Thank you Tim. P.S. We are taking our first trip in the Taurus in Sept. I so excited.

My husband and I had an easy time connecting with a sales associate and test driving the cars we wanted. They had the perfect car in-stock, and we were happy to be able to purchase it that day. Overall, it was a great experience. We had to give 4 stars, however, only because the finance guy tried really hard to sell us extra insurance packages that we did not want, which took up an extra 45 minutes or so of our time. In the end, though, everything was good, and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I was visiting the beavercreek area and notice i had a low tpm on my car . so i call the dealership 3 times to speak with a quick lube employee got disconnected 3 times , i bought tires at my Georgia dealership with road hazard protection. i decided to drive to the dealership .. said i have a low tirecould u look at it, said we are book up come back on monday. said i am leaving tonight . this happened on saturday aug. 15. around 1130am . the 2 guys were very rude didn't care one was on his cell phone .... i also filed a complaint with corporate ford and will go to the BBB about this dealership. never in my life of owning 8 fords had this type of service

After 18 months of patient waiting, I special ordered my 2015 Mustang with Tim. I settled on the Premium GT with the options I really wanted. Tim was patient with those final choices and was thorough with the pros and cons, but not pushing options I was not interested in. When the car was delivered, Tim went over everything including all the Sync options and even invited me back for a refresher if required. On the spur of the moment last month, I decided to test drive the new 2015 Mustang GT. I live 15 minutes from the new Germain Ford facility. Sure enough they had a couple GTs and one popped out, dark grey with optional 20" wheels and a 6 speed manual. Tim and I spoke Mustangs for a while and then we went on a test drive....I was convinced and we negotiated a fair deal, involving a trade-in. But since I would not be using the Mustang as a daily driver, and now had it as my only car, Tim suggested I look at a close-out 2014 Focus Titanium hatchback, which I liked. We then worked up a sale on it also....and in several hours I lost a nice Mercedes and gained two new Fords....quite unexpected, but fun. I visited the Beavercreek lot in Feb. and was helped by salesman Tim Flanaghan. He was very patient and helpful during the whole process....which can be overwhelming to say the least. I was only able to make it to the lot after work so they had to stay late to help me finish up my paperwork and it began to snow of course but Tim walked out with me and helped me clean out my trade in and transfer all my stuff over to the new car. He then came out and switched over my tags for me. I have recommended Tim to both family and friends since and will continue to do so.

Flanagan at Germain Ford did an excellent job helping me to find a new (to me) car! I had unfortunately hydroplaned and totaled my last car, and was under a time limit with how long insurance would be paying for my rental car. I am from Cincinnati, and went to multiple local dealers looking at used cars, including Ford. Since I am young, I wanted my parents to come with me before singing any papers. When my parents joined me at the local Ford, it was quickly figured out that I had been taken advantage of. Luckily, we found Germain Ford in Dayton! After I had been emailing with Flanagan ahead of time, we were greeted by him when we arrived at Germain. He did an excellent job making sure that the car had everything on the list of what I wanted, and everything on the list my even more particular Dad did not want. I never once felt taken advantage of, just helped and guided in the right direction. I am very glad to say that I purchased my car from Germain Ford, and was able to drive it home that same afternoon! Thanks again Flanagan!

Bought my last truck at eastgate back in 2004. The time came for a new one so I stopped in to what I thought was Hidy. Turns out Germain is the new name in town. Eric helped me find the exact truck I wanted as they did not have it in stock. I told him I wanted the same as I got but newer. He and Brad worked to get the exact one I wanted from another dealer. Do not go to this dealership for anything. The manager Mel will lie to try and put a deal together. Then after the sale they will try to do everything they can to keep you in the lemon vehicle they sell you. Instead of fixing the issue or replacing the vehicle they say that the safety hazard that my lemon is will "work itself out" after driving it for 5 thousand miles! Not to mention has rust and they do not care to resolve the issue because they got the sale. Do not end up stuck in a brand new lemon from these scam artists, go to ANY other dealer you will be grateful to not have to deal with the problem I am going through.

I looked at vehicles when Hidy Ford fist moved to the new store a few years ago and, to make it short, I didn't buy there. Fast forward to 2014. I was curious to drive an Ecoboost F-150, so I stopped by. Steve Glenn did a great job of showing me around the truck and helped me test drive several versions and drivetrain packages. Another short story: I bought a truck. Steve was very responsive to phone calls and questions, and was exceptionally good at giving enough attention to my deal while also taking care of other customers. He's in my top 3 sales people in 30 years of car buying. The dealership proved true its word in the service department. My first (free) oil change and tire rotation was quick and efficient, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Another example of busy people paying attention to a customer. I kinda like the QuickLane concept. Overall, I was unusually impressed with Hidy Ford, and will start there next time I look for a new car.

I purchased my lasy vehicle from Hidy during one of their big Tent Sales. It was quite and experience. They had tons of cars so it was not hard to find one(it was hard to choose between several good ones). Eric fromt he Ford store ended up working really hard so I could get the one I liked best. I had previously purchased my Honda Accord from Eric Westley back in 2012. I had just bought a 4cyl Accord only six months prior and had decided it was just not the V6 i was used to. Eric managed to find me a great deal on a manager's demo that had a greatly reduced price and the bigger engine like I wanted. So when my husbands vehicle started acting up recently we decided it was time for something new, especially with winter coming up. We decided to go with something cheaper and used and I wanted to make sure I gave Eric another shot. The guys at Honda informed me that Eric worked next door at the Ford store so it was there I went. I purchased my new Ford Fusion at Hidy Ford. The young salesman, Eric Westley, was very knowledgeable of the product which helped me to choose the right one. I didn't want to pay for options that I didn't need. After asking me what was most important to ME in the vehicle, we were able to find one with just that and nothing more. That I really respected. Furthermore, the actual buying process was extremely smooth and low pressure. For once, I actually felt like my needs were important at a car dealership unlike my past experiences. If you want a knowledgeable sales staff who are courteous and actually cater to your needs, then this is the place, especially Mr. Westley. I have told several people about my experience, including a couple of my girlfriends who have been thinking about buying new cars. I hope they take my advice and visit Hidy because it will certainly be well worth their time.

The salesman Eric Westley was knowledgeable and professional without any of the "high" pressure techniques most dealers use, and he went out of his way to accommodate us. I have recommended Hidy and Eric twice now and both went and saw Eric and both bought cars there. The only down side, I love my Fusion so much they may not see me for a while.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Hidy Ford. My salesman, Tim Flanagan, was very helpful and friendly. Not only did he help make my buying decision easier, he was fun and upbeat which made the process very pleasant. I was a little nervous about trading in my car for something new, but Tim and the gentleman in finance, really put me at ease and made it a lot of fun! I will be doing business with them again!

I had visited several dealers in the Dayton area and looking for a specific option package on a Titanium Fusion with no success. Tim Flanagan from Hidy Ford listened to what i wanted and did not try to sell me on any other features. He tracked down the exact vehicle i was looking for and matched the best deal i had recieved from other other dealers on the spot.

I recently ordered an F 350 from Hidy Ford . The purchasing process was relaxed, informative, and helpful. Kyle Fudge answered all my questions and provided information that was very useful . Kyle allowed me adequate time to test drive vehicles on the lot so I knew exactly how I wanted mine to be ordered. He went out of his way in every respect to be professional and accomodating. This was overall a great buying experience and Kyle is to be commended for being enthusiastic ,and making this feel like I went with Dad to get that new car for the family when I was a kid. Kyle Fudge really hustled to get us the best deal on exactly what I wanted (and wanted to pay). The finance department kept working with me (for several hours) to ensure I was satisfied with my financing plan. I will definitely be buying my next new car from Kyle.

My experience started when I initially visited hidy ford to sell my current car. I had a mustang that I had owned for several years and had decided I no longer needed it and could use the money to pay other bills. After visiting a few ford dealers I found hidy ford to offer me the most money for my mustang so naturally I agreed to sell it to them. Once I got my money I paid a few bills like I had planned and them decided I could use an extra car that was more practical and economical. Eric Westley is the one who assisted me when I was selling my vehicle so I decided to see him to purchase one. I told him I was unsure if I would be able to obtain financing bc my credit was not the best but that I did have a few thousand to put down. Not only did they get me financed but he lead me to a great used Toyota Camry that was good on gas and dependable(the two things I requested). I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and the service I received from Eric and Doug Morelock(finance manger) who helped me get a great deal on a great car!

Firstly, our salesman (Tim Flanagan) was just great! He was so helpful over the phone, he knows his product and he worked very hard to find exactly the car we wanted (and he succeeded!) My husband is disabled and Tim knew that in advance- he made the purchasing process as quick and comfortable for us as was possible. He was incredibly polite, friendly- very easy to work with and we have nothing but the very best to say about him. The sale of a Ford Focus SE probably isn't a high priority for the dealership- but he recognized it was a big deal for us and he made it feel as if it were a big deal for him. That goes a LONG way in customer loyalty. He couldn't have done his job any better- please thank him for us! We don't have quite as many high regards for his sales manager. We actually walked out of the dealership (after Tim had done so much hard work to get us in there!) over a $200.00 discrepancy in the sale price. He was actually willing to let us WALK over $200.00. We were so frustrated on our way home that we called the general manager (Mel Lehrner) who immediately returned our call and reassured us that the initial deal we struck would be honored; he told us not to worry about returning that day or the deposit, that he would have it there for us in the next few days. They did have the car waiting for us in a timely fashion and the rest of the purchase was a quick and tidy experience. We will certainly return to Hidy Ford and we will absolutely recommend them (especially Tim!) to our friends and neighbors.

I'm going to start out by saying. It seems like in life when something bad happens people tell everyone about it. But when something good or great happens they only share it with a few people. Why is that? I'm not one for giving much credit either so this experience I had made me want to change that. I recently got promoted and decided I was ready for new car. After researching several makes and models I decided to go with a ford fusion. So I took the day off do get my new fusion bought. Now keep in mind I'm just a single woman going to buy a new car. Im not going to drag the first two ford dealers through the mud. The salespeople that greeted me from they way they talked to me and just there body language the overall judging and they wanted to know who I needed to talk to before I made a decision! Major turn off. So I left the second store and called a girlfriend with disgust about the situation. She told me wait a few days and her and her husband would go with me or I could drive over to the Ford store in Beavercreek. Very upset and annoyed with the whole process against my better judgement i decided to do just that. Wow! From the the very moment I pulled in to the dealership and got out of my car. Andrew greeted me with a big smile and open arms. He asked me all the right questions. Was very interested in hearing all the options and equipment I wanted on my new car. After going over what kind of budget I had set aside for my new car. We talked about the good and bad of buying versus leasing. He had asked how many miles I plan to put on my new car. I told him I was just promoted and had about 5 mile round trip to work everyday. He was really on my side, making sure I could try and squeeze all the options I wanted in my new car and stay under budget. He walked me right out on the lot and it was like he knew this car he was leading me to would be the perfect one for me. We stopped by this loaded Fusion that actually had a few more options on it than what we had talked about. Lets drive this one and see what you think about it? I expressed my concern to Andrew about the price of the car and my budget. He said don't worry about that, his main concern was that I like the car first and to let him worry about the rest. Feeling pretty good about everything we drove the car and Andrew answered every question I threw at him. He talked to me about all the things you can do with the bluetooth, pointed out the features we had discussed earlier and all the capabilities of the car. When we got back he showed me how leasing actually worked and it was perfect for me! I found my car and actually Andrew kept me under my payment I was looking for, while getting me alot more equipment than what I thought I could get. Very informative sales staff. Mr Estle made the whole process of buying a $30k Ford kinda fun. We love the escape titanium. Can't beat features and ride for the $. No pressure sales. Great features pointed out by Drew. Unlike other salesmen, he followed up on all my requests. I didn't have to call others for answers. No exaggerations of features or price. Right to the point. Can't stand pushy salesmen. He was fun to work with. Will go back.

This was the best dealer I have been too, In very much need a new or used car, they got me off the lot with a BRAND new car, a little over budget but very very helpful. Overcame two obstacles in the process with their help and am no longer worrying about breaking down somewhere. The sales rep, Andrew, was very helpful and will recommend people to go here :)

I was looking for an affordable yet attractive car for my first new vehicle purchase. I've had bad luck with my past 2 used vehicles and decided I wanted the warranty that comes with a new car. Fiestas and Focuses were my two main options I was searching for, and I specifically looked 3 months before I new I was ready to make the purchase. Andrew and Hidy Ford in Beavercreek was very helpful and did not pressure me into a quick buy. My main concern was pricing and reliability in a vehicle. Although I wasn't looking at purchasing right away due to personal budget restrictions, Andrew worked with me and was able to get the car into my price range and have not been happier with the vehicle 2 months after buying the car. The staff was extremely friendly and have made sure I have been a happy customer. The gas mileage is great, the drive is smooth, and it's been the best investment I've made over the past 10 years other than finishing my degree. I would definitely purchase from Hidy Ford again.

There wasn't anything special about the buying process. Same typical dealer experience you can find at any dealer, I went there because they had the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. After that it was all down hill. Normally I would have waited to purchase the vehicle until it was setup exactly as specified, but being the nice guy I am. I purchased on the last day of May so Tim could get his bonus. He only needed one more sale. Being the nice guy has bitten me in the rear, because the rear backup camera is not what I asked for and its been over a week now trying to get this straightened out, and I have been nothing but lied to and avoided since my purchase. Since before purchasing the vehicle, I have been called a total of 4 times. That's including the 2 initial sales calls. Each time I call them its the same answer, let me research this and will get back to you, or the used car sales manager isn't in today. I guess he works 3 days a week. I have called them at least 10 times only 2 of those calls have actually been returned. What was promised (Backup Camera that displays on the MyFord Touch screen) I was told, oh yes, we can do that. Since being purchased. LIE Number 1 - That's not an option and can't be done. You will need a different module. (I confirmed it can be done by Beechmont Ford accessories Manager, and states they've don't it before and even clearly explained how they did and even covered the module. We do all the work hear.) Hidy has theirs done by a Third Party. LIE Number 2 - Will install the Ford Factory Camera System so its covered under the warranty (If it didn't come built in from Ford then its an after market part, as Ford will not change the vehicle once its left the plant, again Beechmont Ford accessories Manager) The sad thing is I really like the car and the backup Camera they did give me works good. Its the lack of customer service and just over all dishonesty that I am upset about and the fact that even after I have done all the homework (their job/caught them in their lie) they still haven't made it right and still hold to their lies. Unless your prepared to make a lot of phone calls and foot work, I would avoid Hidy Ford. Once they have your money, you might as well not exist.

First experience with Hidy Ford Service was not good. I was crazy to keep going back. I had a 2003 Ford Taurus in three times for a problem with the ignition. They kept saying they couldn't find anything. Well the car caught on fire when it wasn't even running and the fire started in the ignition area. I have a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and it began making noise. I took it in and they "couldn't duplicate the problem". This happened two times. Then I was driving home one night, it started making the noise so I pulled straight into the dealer so they could hear the noise. Their response "all hybrids do that". I had driven the car for over a year and never heard the noise. After several heated discussions with them they replaced parts and fixed the problem. Most recently I purchased a used vehicle from them that came supposedly had been inspected and had a limited warranty. A week after driving the breaks were making noise. I took it in. According to them it need the break pads resurfaced and the break drums sanded down and two tires (dry rot) and the warranty didn't cover any of it . I took it to another garage to have it checked out. Turns out there was no resurfacing the pads as the crumbled into pieces upon removal. The car also has wheel bearings going bad and the tires need replaced. I had that garage replace the brake drums and pads to the tune of $500. Went back to Hidy to have them look at the car again to fix the remaining items. They found nothing wrong not even the tires which they noted the first time I took it in.
