The high level of professionalism exhibited by Armen started with our conversation on the phone. The next morning I traveled to the dealership, and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. I consider myself an educated car buyer and at no point of the sales experience did I feel that any employee at this dealership was attempting a dishonest transaction.The car was as advertised, a price was agreed upon, and the rest went very smoothly. Even the finance representative was courteous, professional, and honest. Having purchased several new and used cars over the years, I was mentally prepared for caveats and hidden fees. This never occurred and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If Armen was the only person to sell me cars for the rest of my days, I would consider that a win in my book.

Saw a vehicle online at this dealership. Gave them a call and talked to Armen Barsegov. Told him what i was willing to pay and wanted to surprise my wife with this vehicle. Well Armen was willing and offer to bring the vehicle to me. So we decided to drive to the dealership the next day and let my wife pick her car out. This is our second Lexus and Germain Lexus of DUBLIN has a very satisfy cutomer for life. Buying process and haggle free car shopping experience was great. So if you are in the market for a new or certified Lexus, I would advise you to give Germain Lexus of Dublin the first call. Promise you it will be your only call. And make sure you ask for Armen.

Listened to what I wanted and then showed me what was looking for in size and price range. Although Lexus does not advertise it, they have a great pre-owned extended warranty program!

We were able to find the vehicle we wanted, at a fair price, with an effortless shopping experience. This was our first dealings with Germaine Lexus of Dublin. We went in to purchase a GX460 in a specific color inside and out. They located one and had it picked up and delivered to Germain within the week. It came in with a hole in the top of the spoiler. We couldn't see it but our salesman did. They went into motion to get it taken care of. A week later we were delivered new car with great customer service. They did everything to make things right which is all you can ask when there are uncontrollable issues. Kudos to our salesman Earl!

My niece and her husband bought their Toyotta 4Runner here. They got such a great deal and were so impressed with Armen Barsegov, their salesman, that they came back and bought her daughter Lily a car too. I (Heather's Aunt) told them I was looking for a car; so they were more than happy to refer me to Armen Barsegov at Germain Lexus of Dublin as well. I called him on a Friday and then visited the dealership and met Armen the following Tuesday. I was hoping to get a decent car at a good price......I was soooo wrong! I bought a car that very night that was much, much better than I ever thought. I was looking for an SUV or mid-size sedan. Armen really took the time to find out what I wanted, what I liked, etc. Before long, he showed me a 2007 Cadillac that was almost too good to be true; it had one previous owner and only 70,000 miles on it. I bought it that very night. I still can't believe I have such a beautiful, awesome car. I would've never dreamed of owning a cadillac, because i've never owned a luxury car before, I thought they were "out of my league". But Armen was so passionate about helping me to get a really great vehicle that would fit all my needs, as well as still be a great trade in in the years to come. I'm so glad I listened to him, he was right. What a great guy and a great dealership. I've made them my ONLY dealership for my cars, and I plan on telling everyone how great they are! We purchased our Volvo through Germain Lexus in Columbus OH and we live in Brighton MI. Whenever buying out of state, there needs to be trust in the salesperson you are dealing with to be honest about the vehicle in every way as though they were considering the purchase for themselves. To drive a long way for a car and then find out as soon as you open the door that it smells like cigarettes and monkey cage is no fun way to spend a Saturday. BJ was our salesmen and he was effortless to deal with even on his day off. The only reason for the 4 star on the buying process was our wait to see the finance guy who turned out to be a cool guy and made the signing painless. Other than the wait, 5 star all the way. Just purchased a Certified ES 350 from Armen at Dublin Germain Lexus He was very knowledgeable, professional and we reached a deal very painlessly with trade in of my 2008 350 and purchase a slightly used 2013 350 that looks and feels new but at quiet a lot less than sticker Very fair trade in value from mine, This is my third ES350. I would highly recommend to anyone the value of the Lexus brand reliability, performance, look, ride, etc. I have owned BMW's and Mercedes , nice cars but very expensive to maintain. With over 200,000 miles on my previous ES 350's and next to no maintenance other than basic, you can't go wrong with Lexus.

I few days ago my mother and myself purchased two vehicles from Germain Lexus. Our intentions was purely just to go look and shop around. However, upon entering the dealership my mother and myself were welcomed by multiple staff members. A salesman by the name of Armen Barsegov approached us and immediately I knew the vehicle I wanted and and my mother was simply just looking. After a brief test drive on a couple vehicles for my mother she was pleased with one. My mother and I went to Mr. Barsegov and stated that we wanted to purchase two vehicles. Mr. Barsegov was very detailed in going over car fax and history of both vehicles. Mr. Barsegov was up front and accepted a reasonable offer for both of the cars and came back with a few dollars less then we had asked. The purchase was extremely quick and painless with the help of the sales and financing staff. Very pleased and vehicles are fantastic! Thanks Armen!

I returned to Germain Lexus in Dublin for a used/certified vehicle 7 years after having purchased a used vehicle there previously, even though I moved out of Ohio 4 years ago. I envisioned a complicated process trading-in my earlier purchase over the phone, but Ben Maclam at Germain made the entire process so smooth, plus was extremely patient while I arranged a prolonged schedule to drive 12 hr from Minnesota to make the trade. Germain is a great place to do business, and Ben Maclam is a great sales consultant with which to work. Clint in finance is also a tremendous asset in the vehicle exchange process.

My husband and I went in to the Dublin location last weekend after seeing an RX F-Sport online that we were interested in driving. Armen greeted us at the door and immediately identified the vehicle we were talking about and took us through the particulars of the car. Started my search for a new car with B. J. Harris about one year ago. LOVED my 2002 RX 300! But...It was time to trade it in on a new model. Looked at many other brands. I did like other SUVs but they were not from Germain Lexus of Dublin. NO dealership came close to the service and caring personnel offered at Germain Lexus. B.J. First I will say I have never wrote a review on anything, anyone or anyplace in the buying or selling world. I have read a lot of reviews and take them seriously, but this is my first righting one. I have been looking for a used toyota camry, I got online and saw a 2003 at Germain in the price range I was looking for. Was not looking for a high end car just something to drive back and forth to work so this car would fit my needs. I had been looking at this particular car online for about 2 weeks hoping it would not sell until I could get up there to look at it. I live 100 miles from Germain and work 6 and 7 days a week most of the time so it's almost impossible to find a good time to go there and look at it. I called and talked to BJ about the car on a Friday, he was polite and said they still had the car at the price listed online so I told him I may be up there the next day on Saturday. I called late Saturday morning and told BJ I would be there around 2:00. I took a half day off work to go look and probably buy this car, Saturday is double time pay for me so I missed out on a lot of money. I drove the 100 mile trip and when I got there they still had the car, which I was happy to see. Took the car for a test drive, the car had a few front end issues but for the right money I would buy it anyway. I went in to discuss the cars issues with BJ, he said he knew about some of them. I told him I didn't have a lot of time to haggle over a price out the door so just give me your bottom dollar. He came back with a price higher than the price that had been listed online even with taking the issues in account. I was confused so questioned him about it. He said " THE PRICE OF THE CAR WENT UP $478.00 TODAY".....I said are you sure, I never heard of such a thing. BJ said well the market value on this car went up today so it will cost you more. HAS ANYONE OUT THERE EVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING??? UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Is this the stock market they are running or a car dealership???? I made it known I had just drove 100 + miles one way and wasted a half days time and gasoline coming up there. When I made it known to BJ on Saturday morning I was coming up there, it should have been his responsibility first to make sure they still had the car, and second the price was the same as it was the day before sense they have a habit of raising the price of there cars from one day to the next, he did not. I have never been so surprised, upset and disappointed in a car buying experience at a dealership in my life. BEWARE of there tactic's to get you there on there lot to look at a car....or.....check the stock market before you leave to see if it went up that day. I had cash money in my hand and had every intent on buying this car when I got there. They missed out on a sale that day.

I recently decided to trade in my 13 year old Lexus for a new one, and because of my previous experience went back to Germain. Germain Lexus of Dublin is awesome! I had been looking for a car to replace my beloved 97 Camry that had over 233 thousand miles. Specifically, to upgrade to a small to midsize SUV. I had considered leaving the Toyota brand until I learned about the NX. When I went to Germain Lexus of Dublin, it was the second time I had test driven the NX 200t, just a different location. Jane, in new car sales, was thorough in showing me the features of the NX. She was very patient and understood my price range. She worked to find a NX for me and it was delivered within three weeks. The entire staff from the receptionist, sales, delivery specialist and finance were all very attentive, friendly and extremely patient with my questions and concerns. Even a team of sales people coming out to help remove the license plates my from old Camry that had been on there for 17 years. LOL! Looking forward to driving many miles in my new NX 200t!

We called about a car that we looked at online. We talked to Marc Honick about this car and then went to see it that night. Marc introduced himself and then showed us this beautiful ES-350 and knew the answers to all of our questions. We went for a ride and he talked about Lexus, and the Germain experience of purchasing a car. We have been shopping around for a car and were very impressed with the friendly, professional atmosphere. We ended up buying a different ES-350 that Marc showed us with a different color interior that my wife preferred. So far any issues about the car have been taken care of cheerfully and again, professionally. We were introduced to the Service Department and we were again, very impressed. All in all, a great experience for us.

I recently drove a long distance to purchase a CPO Lexus from this dealership and, after the transaction, noticed that the center console was cracked across its entire width. I pointed this out to the sales rep who advised me that nothing could be done and that I must pay for the repair out of my own pocket. This damage was not covered by the CPO warranty. A manager was to speak to me, but never did. I cancelled the purchase and got my check back. The dealership is obviously going to sell this damaged vehicle to someone else who might not notice the defect. I was disappointed in both the quality of the product, and the quality of the service.

We spent just over an hour in the dealership signing and get the rundown of the the features of the car. Overall great buying experience. Everyone was really nice and helpful. My original review is the featured review on this site. I had a fantastic purchasing experience, but cannot say the same currently. 3 months after my purchase, I had a tire blow out on my car while driving. To my disappointment, I found my spare tire was completely dry rotted and would not hold air. Since my spare was not in a usable condition, I had to pay an additional $100 to be towed (on top of $50 for assistance in changing a tire that couldn't be used) and had to purchase 2 new tires for my car instead of 1. The staff at the Lexus Service Center was great in helping me and documented my tire was dry rotted (I recommend working with Josh at the service center!). I was told by the dealership they would find me a used tire to replace my spare but it could be a week before I had a spare and no time frame was guaranteed. I drive daily to/from accounts for work so driving without a spare tire for 5 days or more was unacceptable to me for safety reasons. Although I appreciated the effort, I wanted to speak with a sales manager to come up with a different resolution if possible and share my concerns. I received a voicemail from the sales manager and called back around an hour later and left a voicemail. Since then, I have left several voicemails on the work number and cell number I was given and have not had a response. I also emailed the General Manager asking to be please be contacted by phone or email. It has been almost 1.5 months and I still have not received a response after the original voicemail left for me. Before purchasing a car anywhere, I would suggest to look at the condition of the spare tire. I did not think to do this and now regret it. I would hope Germain of Dublin would inspect spare tires on all cars they sell whether certified or non-certified to help maintain the safety of their customers in the event a tire would go flat or blow out. If my spare would have been in usable condition, it would have saved me 4 hours of time sitting on the road, $100 towing expense, and around $300 for a 2nd new tire. If there is nothing the dealership can do to further help me, I would have at least liked the courtesy to be told that and the opportunity to speak with someone regarding my concerns in trying to change the situation I was in for their future customers. I will certainly purchase another Lexus in the future, but more than likely will not be at Germain of Dublin due to lack of response and customer service after the purchase from the dealership management.

I am still so excited about my very first Lexus purchase!!! I still get that excited butterfly feeling in my stomach when I look in my garage and see it! I honestly wanted to take the time and let everyone know about my experience at Lexus and my salesman. I worked with Jeff Lesosky, and he sold me a beautiful 2012 ES350. My husband was out of town that week, and I was with my 2 small children. Jeff made me feel instantly comfortable from the get-go and he also was speaking to my children. No one even looked at my children at the other dealerships I visited that morning and honestly to me, that meant a lot to me that he acknowledged them too. I explained that my husband usually made these "big purchases", and Jeff completely understood and slowly walked me thru each step making me feel comfortable while patiently answering all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable with all 3 models I was looking at, and he helped me choose the right car for me and my family. It's refreshing to know that a dealership hires and trains their staff to be "like a family" instead of "how expensive of a car can I get this customer to buy". Jeff even helped me transfer all my children's toys into my new Lexus and even gave us each a bottle of water and took the time to buckle my children in their seatbelts and he was "high-fiving" them thru the car window while we were driving away with smiles on our faces. Take it from me, Jeff Lesosky is the best salesman! Go see him!

I wrote an earlier review about a small customer service issue that has since been remedied and im e-mailing cars.com to have it removed. Jeffand the awesome service crew at Germaine Lexus have been absolutely stellar! My repair got done on time and under budget with a free 2014 ES300 Hybrid loaner car to use while my car was in for service! Whatever Jeff and those repair techs make they deserve a raise! This is exactly the reason you own a Lexus versus any other car on the market; a good reliable car with awesome VIP perks and VIP customer service from guys like Jeff and Dealers like Germaine Lexus of Dublin!

Germain Lexus of Dublin was the fifth dealership I visited during my search for a new car. Originally, I didn't plan to consider purchasing a Lexus, but my parents are huge advocates of Lexus due to the service you receive and quality of car so encouraged me to look. After test driving a RX330 at a dealership in Akron, Ohio I knew this was the model I wanted. I wasn't very impressed with the price of the car though due to the mileage it had, new timing belt needed, year, etc. Since I live in Columbus, I came back and immediately went to Germain Lexus. My husband and I were greeted by Marc Honick. I walked in with a pretty good idea of what I was wanting and he took the time to listen then allowed us to look at and test drive several RX 330s they had available. By far Marc was the best sales consultant I worked with out of 5 dealerships visited. He took the time to educate us on what makes Lexus such a quality and safe car, features and benefits, differences between the cars available, etc. At no point did I feel pressured or that Marc was just trying to make a sale. I really felt like he genuinely cared about finding the car that worked best for me and since it was my first time purchasing a car, he even took the time to talk to my dad on the phone and answer additional questions my dad had. The car I was most interested in was actually just brought onto the lot so the dealership hadn't had a chance to detail it, service it, etc. I needed some time to think, but Marc made sure I left with all of the information I needed and went over the Carfax history and pricing with me. I ended up going back a couple days later and purchasing the car. I was really impressed with the work they did to the car and believe the dealership truly went above and beyond to give it to me in the best shape along with some added extras (most places would do as little as possible!). When I went to pick the car up, Marc went over how to work everything with me and told me everything they fixed/replaced. While doing so, he found an interior leather spot that was missed (most people wouldn't have pointed this out if they saw it) so I brought it back the following week and he had it taken care of for me! In addition, Marc took the time to follow up with me after I had the car for about a week to make sure I was happy and everything was going well. As a sales consultant myself, I would highly recommend Germain Lexus of Dublin and visiting Marc if you are looking! Marc's knowledge, responsiveness, honesty, and personality definitely represents Lexus well. I am extremely pleased with my pre-owned RX330 and look forward to visiting Marc again in the future for another Lexus purchase!

We went to Germain Lexus of Dublin to look at a 2010 Ford Fusion. We had the pleasure of having Clint Boyd help us. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted and personally escorted to the right person/department. There was something broke on the mirror on the outside of the car. They repaired that before we even drove it and he let us know that is was just serviced (which meant no oil change or fluid checking anytime soon), that the tires are in need of replacing and the car was pulling to the left which could be because of the tires or that it needs an alinement or both.. When we sat down to seal the deal, we asked about the tires and the alinement and we noticed there were some scratches in the paint. He said the scratches would have been taken care of already but the guy who does that is out that week. And as far as the tires go, they are writing a check to a tire place of our choice to replace the tires and to get an alinement. And we are going back this Friday to have them fix the scratches and they are also going to detail it for us. While they are doing all of this for us, they are also giving us a courtesy car to drive since we aren't exactly local. They are by far the most professional dealership we have dealt with and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I made an appointment to test drive a 2011 Nissan Murano. The car was warmed-up and ready to drive when we arrived. I drove several other cars at the dealership that day also. We did not leave that day with a car, but Everett Zoog was very courteous. We did come back the next week and purchased the 2011 Murano. Once again, Everett was very helpful and the transaction was a good experience. The car needed new floor mats and they were shipped to my home the next week. Thanks Lexus of Dublin!

This dealership claims to be #1 in customer service in the nation, but I'm not sure how that could be possible. Everyone, from the salesperson on up to the service director, was inexplicably untrustworthy and unprofessional.When I received my 2011 pre-certified IS 250 it had stains on the leather seats, scratching on all four hub caps, smudges on the dashboard, scratch on the steering wheel and a broken right wiper blade. Not to mention that they put washer fluid in my car that was not even good below 32 degrees --when the temps were dropping below zero every other day.When pressed, my salesperson appealed to management and said they agreed to fix these things since they were covered under pre-certification. Of course they are! He did clean the leather and fix the hub caps, which I would have to guess were all damaged when they replaced the tires. But after that, the fixes stopped. Everyone denied that promises had been made to fix anything.In the midst of trying to repair the outstanding car issues, my salesperson called to tell me that the finance manager was having trouble getting the title for my trade-in and needed me to go to the BMV to get a paper title for them - right away. One call to my bank revealed that this is a common issue with cars paid off prior to 2009 and all the dealership needed to do was call my bank to process the title request. If I had to do it, it would cost me $20 and a trip to the BMV. I left a message for the finance manager with this info and never heard back from him.I always thought that Lexus was very customer oriented so I escalated this to national customer service, thinking they would be concerned. But to my shock, the attitude there was the same. It was nothing more than a "you said" "they said" situation and overall, my rep sided with the dealership. The national rep didn't seem worried about the poor service I'd received. He didn't even seem particularly concerned that my experience had been so awful that I wanted to return the car.In the end and after many phone calls, the national rep did convince the local managers to make these remaining small repairs. But it was made clear to me that I was not entitled to them and they were making a "one-time goodwill exception."These are just a few highlights, people. Watch out.

Came to this dealership to buy ES350 during their December to Remember event. Had been told there was $4,000 off MRSP. During the negotiating I asked about this promotion. Salesman told me that he did not know about this. Ended up buying the car at a price about $3,000 off MRSP. I was naive in believing what the salesman told me. Two days later I get a Germain newsletter in my email and one of the great deals highlighted was $4,000 off MRSP on ES350s. Complained to various managers but no response. Eventually the salesman I dealt with called me after nearly 2 weeks and I could not believe what he told me. He claimed that this promotion was not for this Dublin dealership and probably applied to the Easton dealership. I asked him about the TV ads that were also pushing the deal and he said he was not aware of these ads. Then I get another email from the Geramain Lexus Dublin dealership with the $4,000 off MRSP for ES350s and now they were also giving a free LG 47in. TV. Sent more letters to Management and once again ignored.

Absolute worst, rudest experience I have ever had in trying to buy a car. Had an appointment scheduled to see a car 45 minutes after we called. Arrived early, and was told by the salesman that someone else had an appointment to see the car first, and they had it out for a test drive. First impression was to walk out as that was very unprofessional to not disclose this to us before we made the trip and if this is the way they do business, then we should just leave. However, after thinking it over, we asked who has first right to the car, and he told us the other person did. When we asked why he had promised that the car would be ready for me to test drive, he gave a smart-alecky answer and told me I could leave, and if the other person didn't buy the car, he could call me. Then, we explained the situation to the sales manager, who said there really wasn't anything he could do, and answered, "Sorry someone bought the car before you did". Asked for the dealership general manager, and someone said they could speak for him. Explained what happened, and he said "sorry", but didn't offer any solution. I am angry because I should have been told before I drove all the way there (45 minute drive) that someone else already had an appointment to test drive the car (their appointment had been made the day before, so this would have been known when I called to inquire about the car). The attitude of the salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional, even to the point of being confrontational. He kept smirking, as if enjoying the fact that we were upset about the situation. I feel as if I was used, as my presence at the dealership put pressure on the other car buyer to make a quick decision to buy the car so that I wouldn't have the chance to buy it. Little do they know that I had cash in hand to buy the car, and would have paid full asking price and walked out with the car as quickly as they could get it ready. In the past 30 years, I have purchased 20 vehicles (cars and boats) through dealerships, and have NEVER been treated so unethically, and with such disrespect. I have never left such a negative public review of any business, but I promised the dealership that I would share this experience with others. They were not concerned.

The personnel were extremely friendly and the facility was clean and inviting. Considering the fact we purchased an older used vehicle we found online for our teenage son, we were still treated as though we were purchasing a new car. The only unpleasant moment in the buying process was the "back-and-forth" on our offer, which seems to be the most unpleasant moment of purcahsing a vehicle. This part took awhile but our sales representative continued to make us feel as comfortable as possible through the entire process. Overall, we would definetly recommend Garmain Lexus.

Recently bought my second pre-owned Lexus. I traded in my 1996 ES 300 after 14 years. The salesperson, B.J. Harris, was personable, professional and thorough in answering questions and addressing my automobile needs. I am delighted with my 2007 ES 350. Shortly after purchase, we were invited to a new owner meeting. This included a tour of the service facility and Lexus managers representing many departments to answer questions. The meeting was streamlined to meet individual needs. Very impressive and helpful (even for a "not so new" owner.

I first met Mark two months ago and ask him to find me a 2009 ES350, white, gray interior with low mileage. During that period, he kept me up to date regarding his search and on September 30, 2012, he called to say the he had found the car for me. From start to finish, I have nothing but favorable comments to say about Mark. If I could rate him higher than a 5 on the survey, I would do so. Turned in a RX. Told them it had been wrecked buy serviced at their facility. I recd a phone call from perspective buyer and he told me they tried to sell him the car with a clean CARFAX and told him it was clean and it had not been wrecked. I wanted to buy a 2013, but was told they would not be until the fall.....my purchase was in May and low and behold I saw a 2013 on their lot in July..... Deception...I will not buy another car from them! .

Unless you're driving a new Lexus off the lot, don't expect to leave anytime soon. I bought a car for my son on Friday and although I wanted to take it with me, they could not made delivery until "mid-day" Monday. Finally, at 7pm on Monday the car was ready. However, there was a sound in the car that sounded like marbles. I was assured that the source of the sound would be found and fixed. At 7pm I was told they tried but couldn't find it. I was upset. The salesman tried to explain to me that it cost them $150 just to look for it. Poor Lexus dealer! The gall. I found the source myself. And didn't take the manager up on his offer to "bring the car back in". I will NEVER go here for a car. I could buy one of their new cars for cash, but if I ever want a new Lexus, rest assured it will not come from this dealer.

Well, I looked high and low for the "right" used...er..."pre-owned"...Toyota Celica GT-S. I preferred 2003-2005. I found a sweet dark blue one with only 50K miles at Germain Lexus of Columbus, Ohio. Price was spot-on when compared to the CarFax value. Once I test-drove the car, it was noted that the tires were new - but low-quality and quite noisy. The dealership (through our assigned salesman Bob Carver) was willing to negotiate a fair compromise price with me. They took care of financing (not a bad rate, actually - and a real time-saver for me during Christmas). They repaired a bad dome light and I subsequently had my rolling "Christmas present" for my wife ready-to-go the day before Christmas. There were even a few other niceties they did, but I'll not specify them here lest EVERYONE expect the same things. Anyway, I had read about the previous "downgraded" purchasing experiences....but that didn't happen to me at all. Stuff happens, I suppose. So anyway....if you're shopping Lexus or a pre-owned vehicle which shows up on Cars.com or anywhere else on the 'net, give Bob Carver a call in the pre-owned dept. at Germain Lexus of Dublin. And tell him Stuart "Celica" sent you! Heck...maybe I'll get a call from him for a free oil change or something! (hahaha)

Called ahead to this dealer to inquire about a specific used vehicle in their inventory. When we arrived the vehicle was front and center ready to be viewed and test driven. After negotiating an agreed upon price we struck a deal. They were friendly enough and not too pushy. Only drawback was buying process took some time (2+hours) yet main reason was becasue vehicle had to be taken to service center for inspection and they detailed the vehicle and even filled it up and gave it an oil change. The finance department guys were not very friendly though and we paid cash (check) for the vehicle so we were not even trying to finance.

He took me through a complete introduction to the car and how everything worked. My time at the dealership was well spent. The paperwork was handled quickly. I bought a certified used Lexus from this dealership. The price was great and the salesman and test drive process was excellent. After browsing various dealerships within 200 miles of home I found the car which fit my specifications at the right price. Everything went flawlessly until my trade-in offer. I knew the trade-in value from various sources and had even gotten a "guaranteed " offer from the Germain website. I knew my trade-in Lexus was in excellent condition so I expected to receive more than the trade-in value. I was shocked when I was told they would give $1000 less than the "guaranteed" value because it had a "dirty history" due a minor accident years before. I was skeptical of the validity of this information, but I decided to purchase the certified Lexus since I had driven nearly four hours to the dealership. I was told my vehicle would undoubtedly need to be sent out to be sold at auction, and therefore I was mildly surprised to see it listed on the Germain website at 40% higher than I received. I noticed it sold a couple of days later and since Germain has a no haggle policy, I can only assume it sold at the listed price. I felt rather taken-advantage of and this is one reason I can't recommend this dealership. I expected a Lexus dealership to be more honest in its dealings. The other reason I can't recommend Germain Lexus is that I was promised a replacement for a small broken piece that was noticed during the final vehicle inspection. After three calls and promises to get back with me I have given up on receiving the piece.

It was only a week long process but we made several visits to the dealership. Each time, our questions were answered and we never felt pressured. I felt like it was a low pressure sale. They encouraged us to drive other cars, so that when we felt we made the right decision. They knew the Lexus was the best quality and in the end we agreed. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He made sure we didn't leave until we felt every question was answered and we knew all we needed to know about the car.

They are the best! We had a wonderful sales experience and have since had two (routine) service experiences; both of which were just perfect. I travel every week and scheduling is challenging. With Germain, I can take the car there at the beginning of the week, they drive me to and from the airport, and then its ready when I am. It seems like they accomodate anything I need. Everyone there is great to work with as well, all "can do" attitudes.

I purchased a new 08 IS 250 about a 1 1/2yrs ago that ended up being a defective product! Lexus corp. agreed to buy the car back after about a year 1/2 into my lease they placed me into a new 2011 IS 250 and I can't be happier. Paul Germain and his team at Germain Lexus of Dublin! did an outstanding job of going above and beyond for me. This was a big reason why I stayed with lexus as a brand and decided not to take my money and walk away. The service program Germain offers is top notch and their sales staff is not pushy, they allow you express what you want from the product vs upselling you or trying to push you into something you cant afford or may even like. Again I want to say that Paul Germain, Dave Seibert, Brent Ross in service and everyone at Germain Lexus of DUBLIN!!!!!! has done an outstanding job making me feel like a family member and their sales tactics are top notch once again. You dont get the new/used car feel like most other dealearships who pressure you into buying something you cant afford or may not even want! I have told many about my experience with Germain lexus of Dublin and how great they treat you! and would reccommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car! espically a new one! Paul germain is very upfront with you and if he doesnt have the answer he will find it for you. Dave Seibert has been the sales contact I have worked with over the past year and a half and his attention to detail has been great as well. Whenever I have a question or concern he's there to address it and if he can't then he finds the answer. Last but not least Brent Ross this guy should be promoted for all the headaches I and my car caused him over the past year and a half, as I said in my survey responses with germain they make you feel like family and not just another order. Brent has a great nack for attention to detail and if something is wrong with your car he makes it a priority to get things fixed and done right. From the time I walked into the dealership I was treated with respect by everyone. Even though I wasn't sure I was going to buy a car at this time, I was never pressured into making a decision. Rather all my options were discussed and I actually ended up purchasing a 2010 Lexus 350. It was a wonderful experience and Lexus has wonderful people working for them. All the employees that we have come in contact with at this dealership have been very helpful. Mark and Dave made the car shopping experience a positive and worthwhile venture. They provided us with very personalized service and attention and did their best to allow us the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding the selection and purchase of our vehicle. Even though car buying can be a painful process there was absolutely no pressure. Mark, Dave, and the staff were very patient and honest, two qualities we certainly appreciate when making a large purchase. The car selection was great! and the overall quality of vehicles to choose from was second to none. When comparing cars with similar mileage, options and age; Germain Lexus of Dublin's pricing was extremely competitive. After our purchase we walked away feeling as if we got the biggest bang for our buck and the money was well spent. Overall we got a great value for our dollar. Our car buying experience was so great that when it's time to purchase a car for our soon to be 16 year old son, we only have to look at one place and for me and my family that place is Germain Lexus of Dublin.
