I purchased my 2021 Toyota from Germain Toyota for one reason...their incredible service department. I had my 2020 Toyota serviced in Milwaukee and Ft. Myers. My 2021 Toyota in Minneapolis and Naples. Germain Toyota of Naples is a 10, all others, while good, were at best a 7. One was a 3. The service department at Germain Toyota is consistently fast. They consistently check everything and find items that are under warranty (no cost to me). Everyone is consistently friendly. Annabelle the service advisor is spectacular. The seating area is large and clean. Everyone walks around with smiles on their faces. I now have my friends in Ft. Myers traveling to North Naples to have their Toyota vehicles serviced at Germain Toyota.

I spoke with Cindy today in the service department and I expressed to her full heartedly about my concerns. I must say that she left me one satisfied client. I appreciate her very much. She set the bar high now for all other competitors. Germain is the place to go. They will treat you right. I'm so grateful for her to go the extra mile and have helped me the way that she did. After today this made me even more glad to be a long time customer/client of Germain Toyota of Naples. ~Sheila 🥰

This was the best experience ever buying an automobile. Dimitri is the consummate Professional Salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes all the time necessary to explain the details and operation of the vehicle. All the other staff I dealt with were helpful and professional. Great experience!

By far,best dealership experience I’ve ever encountered. Hassle free. Found on google for good reviews. I literally submitted my interested on line on a Thursday at 10pm, April called me early the very next day I Told her my credit, down and what I wanted monthly and she called me back the same day with the offer. Signed my lease papers electronically on a Saturday morning while at the beach and scheduled to come pick up the car. Wasn’t physically inside the dealership more than 15 minutes and that’s only because I wanted to see the inside of another car. April hands down knows how to treat her customers like gold. Carlos and Nick on the lease team were also very pleasant to work with and did an exceptional job of explaining the lease details in a very easy way. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. I’m from Miami and was willing to drive because of the good reviews. They not only met the expectation from their google reviews but also surpassed them.

I had a great experience! Andy sold me a 2015 Hyundai Sonata.. I love it! I was treated extremely well especially by the sales manager Brendan Callahan who went over and above to help me even after I had bought the used car 'as is'. I would refer Germain Toyota of Naples to everyone and I thank them all over there for their great service.
